This research aims to find out and analyze the socio-economic characteristics of pulse kiosks and data packages and to find out and analyze the effect of capital. Product prices sold several credits, and sales volume on pulse and data package traders in Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency.  The data used in this study is primary data. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of capital, the price of products sold, the number of credit balances, and the volume of sales of data packages had a significant effect on the income variable of pulse traders and data packages. In contrast, partially, the variables of working capital and sales volume of data packages had a considerable effect. In comparison, the price of products sold and the number of credit balances do not significantly affect the income variable of pulse traders and package data in Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. This research has been carried out in the Oeba Traditional Market and Naikoten Traditional Inpres market in October to November 2017. The aim is to find out: (1) Purchase Volume of Mustard Consumer; (2) the preferred type of mustard; (3) identify the factors that influence the demand of mustard consumers; (4) Mustard Sales Volume. The method used in this research is survey. Determination of the location of research carried out by purposive sampling. Respondents were determined as many as 120 people. The type of data collected is primary data and secondary data. To answer the first and fourth objectives, the data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively, answering the second goal using a Likert scale and the third objective of the data analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that; (1) Of the 5 types of mustard the lowest purchase volume is dominated by curly mustard, namely the frequency of purchases per week 1-2 times with a volume of 1 kg - 2 kg. (2) The results of the study of 60 respondents, namely: 30 respondents in traditional traditional markets in Naikoten and 30 respondents in traditional Oeba markets, there are 3 types of mustard which are included in the Average category, namely curly mustard greens, and white mustard, and 2 types of mustard which are included in Like categories namely: mustard huma, and mustard caisim. (3) together - all factors significantly influence the demand for mustard greens shown by the F-count (14.895)> F-table (2.54) is significant at α = 5%. While the results shown by t-count which significantly influence α = 5% are Consumer Taste, and Holidays / Holidays. While the price of mustard greens, other vegetable prices, consumer income, the number of family members, the volume of mustard greens prepared by traders does not significantly affect the demand for mustard. (4) The lowest sales volume of mustard is dominated by Curly mustard, that is 9 respondents or 5% who sell with a volume of 22 - 42Kg / week

      This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of venture capital (X1), working hours (X2), and length of business (X3), on the income of traders in Candikuning Market, Baturiti, Tabanan Regency (Y). Primary data is taken by questionnaire from a sample of 47 traders at Candikuning Market. Samples are taken using probability sampling techniques from various blocks. Data are analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that working capital, working hours, and length of business simultaneously had a significant effect on the income of traders in Candikuning Market, Baturiti, Tabanan Regency. Working capital and working hours partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of traders in the Candikuning Baturiti Market, Tabanan Regency. Meanwhile, the length of business does not affect the income of traders in Candikuning Market, Baturiti, Tabanan Regency

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the socio-economic characteristics of coconut farmers in Pengabuan Subdistrict and to analyze factors affecting the production and income of coconut farmers in Pengabuan Subdistrict in West Tanjung Jabung Regency.The method used this research is quantitative descriptive methode. The data used in this study is primary data. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that at a significance level of 10% only land area variable had a significant effect on coconut production in Pengabuan Sub-District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District while labor, fertilizer and pest variables did not significantly influence the coconut production in Sub-District Pengabuan Tanjung Regency Jabung Barat. However, simultaneously the dependent variable significant influences of the production  coconut in Pengabuan District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District. In terms of income, production, selling price, and management costs significantly influence the income of coconut farmers in Pengabuan District, both partially and simultaneousl in 10% significant level.

This study to analyzing the effect of variable land area, labor, working capital and selling prices on the income level of salt farmers in Rembang Regency. In this study using primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and direct interviews with 45 respondents of salt farmers as owners in Rembang Regency, with a list of questions prepared. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing: T statistical test, F statistical test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variable area of land, labor , working capital and selling prices has a significant positive effect on the income of salt farmers.

This study aims to find out how much the factors that influence the income of traditional fishermen in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. This research was conducted in the fishing village of tungkal ilir sub-district, tanjung jabung barat district. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. From the results of the simultaneous analysis (F test) that the variables of capital, technology, work experience and distance to sea together have an influence on the income of traditional fishermen in West Tanjung Jabung Regency. And from the results of a partial analysis (t test) that that capital has a positive and significant effect on the income of fishermen in the regency of tanjung jabung barat. Whereas technology and distance traveled to sea have a negative but not significant effect on the income of traditional fishermen in tanjung jabung barat district. And work experience has a positive but not significant effect on the income of traditional fishermen in the tanjung jabung barat district.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of age and level of education on the performance of agricultural extension assistants, either simultaneously or partially. This research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The sample of the research was the Agricultural Extension Assistants in Banyuwangi Regency. The sampling technique was a total sampling of 40 respondents. The main data of this research are primary data obtained by data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression to determine the effect simultaneously and partially. The results showed that age and education level had a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension assistants, either simultaneously or partially.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and innovation variables on the competitive advantage of Culinary MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the population was 100 culinary SMEs in Jambi City. Primary data was obtained by giving a statement in the form of a questionnaire, while the technique used was simple random sampling. To analyze the data, descriptive and quantitative methods were used and the analytical tool used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the product quality and innovation variables had a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage variable partially. The results of the simultaneous testing of product quality and innovation variables showed that it had a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of Culinary MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic in Jambi City.

<em>This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 2) the effect of work loyalty on employee performance at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 3) the effect of job satisfaction and job loyalty towards employee performance at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading. The data used in this study are primary data with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading. The sample is 48 respondents. The saturated sampling technique and the analytical tool used in this study is simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed: 1) job satisfaction affected the performance of employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 2) work loyalty affected the performance of employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 3) job satisfaction and work loyalty affected the performance of employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading.</em>

Behavioral Finance is an evolving field that studies how psychological factors affect decision making under uncertainty. Herding behavior is one of the psychological factors that instigate investor to mimic the actions of other investors in the market rather than using his personal assessments. This study seeks to find the influence of certain attitudinal factors namely, decision conformity, hasty decision, mood, decision accuracy, and overconfidence, on the individual investor tendency to embrace herd behavior. Primary data for the study are collected using structured questionnaires from a sample of 194 investors who are trading at Islamabad and Lahore branches of Pakistan Stock Exchange. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypotheses of this study. Findings of this study provide evidence that attitudinal factors have a significant influence on investor’s tendency to take on herd behavior. It is concluded from the results of multiple linear regression that decision conformity, mood, and decision accuracy have a significant impact on individual investor tendency to adopt herd behavior. However, investor hasty decision and overconfidence is insignificant predictors of herd behavior. The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality and corporate image on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.
