Usaha Jelli Kelapa  merupakan usaha industri yang berkesimpung dalam bidang produksi makanan ringan, usaha ini dilakukan oleh industri rumah tangga  tujuan”  penelitianUntuk mengetahui  secara parsial maupun simultan  kebijakan harga dan distribusi Apakah berpengaruh  terhadap  penjualan jelli kelapa pada UMKM Dekla di Bangkinang Kabupaten kampar. Populasi  dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan  toko, rumah makan  serta  konsumen  langsung  pada UMKM Dekla  di Desa Salo Bankinang Kabupaten Kampar, Teknik pengambilan sampel  dalam penelitian ini  adalah dengan  menggunakan Accidental sampling yaitu  metode dengan cara  pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan. Anggota  populasi yang secara kebetulan dijumpai oleh peneliti  pada saat penelitian , maka itulah menjadi sampel  Penelitian ini penulis   megambilan sampel  sebanyak 100 orang . Adapun yang menjadi variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1. Variabel bebas (Independent Variabel/X) yaitu harga (X1)dan distribusi (X2)2. Variabel Terikat (Dependent Variabel/Y) yaitu volume Penjualan (Y).  Analisa data yang digunakan data secara kwantitatif  meliputi uji validitas data dan reabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linear berganda,  pengujian hipotesis  melalui uji f dan uji t serta koefisisien determinasi  (R2). Hasil  penelitian menemukan variabel harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan (Variabel Y) dan Variabel distribusi  (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variable volume penjualan Jelli kelapa pada UMKM Dekla di desa Salo Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar. Jelli Coconut business is an industrial business which is engaged in the field of snack production, this business is carried out by home industries, the purpose of "research. To know partially or simultaneously the price and distribution policies are influential on the sale of coconut jelly on the UMKM Dekla in Bangkinang, Kampar District.                  The population and samples in this study were customers of shops, restaurants and consumers directly at UMKM Dekla in the Salo Bankinang Village, Kampar District,The sampling technique in this study is to use accidental sampling, namely the method by sampling by chance. Population members who were accidentally found by researchers at the time of the study, then that became the sample of this study the authors took a sample of 100 people.The variables in this study are: 1. Independent variables (Independent Variable / X), namely price (X1) and distribution (X2) 2. Bound Variables (Dependent Variable / Y) namely Sales (Y).   Analysis of data used in quantitative data includes test data validity and reliability, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through f test and t test and coefficient of determination (R2), he results of the study found that the price variable had a significant effect on sales volume (Y variable) and the distribution variable (X2) did not significantly influence the volume of sales of coconut jelly on the UMKM Dekla in the village of Salo Bangkinang, Kampar Regency

Batik merupakan salah satu hal yang dilirik dalam industri fashion. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dalam membeli batik. Dalam hal ini di daerah Lamongan tepatnya di Desa Parengan, Kecamatan Laren juga terdapat industri batik yang dikelola oleh CV Silvi MN Paradila merupakan salah satu industri batik yang menyediakan kain batik tenun ikat, adapun songket, batik tradisional, pakaian jadi, dan sarung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk batik tenun ikat di CV. Silvi MN Paradila Parengan Maduran Lamongan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sample yang berjumlah 100 responden. Metode ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory reseach yang menggunakan analisis data dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisiensi determinasi, serta uji t dan uji f. Kemudian hasil R square sebesar 95,4%. Menunjukkan 3 variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 95,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 4,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Batik is one thing that is ogled in the fashion industry. This can affect purchasing decisions in buying batik. In this case, in the Lamongan area, precisely in Parengan Village, Laren District, there is also a batik industry managed by CV Silvi MN Paradila is one of the batik industries that provides ikat batik cloth, as for songket, traditional batik, apparel, and sarongs. This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions of ikat batik products at CV. Silvi MN Paradila Parengan Maduran Lamongan. The sampling technique used is a purposive sample of 100 respondents. This method uses a quantitative explanatory research approach that uses data analysis with validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, and t test and f test. Then the result of R square is 95.4%. Shows 3 independent variables to the dependent variable of 95.4%. While the remaining 4.6% is explained by other variables not proposed in this study.

The purpose of the implementation of this research is to prove and determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable of service quality, the independent variable of price, and the independent variable of location on the dependent variable of customer satisfaction at PT.Dwi Karya Sartika Medan. The sampling technique used was random sampling, thus the sample used was to carry out regression testing on 84 research respondents and 30 study respondents to carry out the reliability and validity test. Hypothesis testing is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research implementation of the independent variable of service quality, the independent variable of price, and the independent variable of location contributed partially to the dependent variable of customer satisfaction PT.Dwi Karya Sartika. The result of the test of the coefficient of determination is 0.758, which means that the resulting or predicted influence of the free variable of service quality (X1), price free variable (X2), and location independent variable (X3) on the dependent variable of customer satisfaction (Y) is 75.8%, while the remaining 24.2% is predicted or influenced by independent variables which are not included in the implementation of this research. ABSTRACT This study examines the Effect of Product Quality, Prices, and Promotions on Purchasing Decisions of Honda Beat Motorcycle Consumers at the Kalisat-Jember Motor MPM Dealer. The purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted on consumers who use Honda Beat Motors in the District of Kalisat. The population in this study were all users of Honda Beat Motorbikes in the District of Kalisat as many as 100 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis used included the research instrument test (validity and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test) and hypothesis testing (t test, F test and coefficient of determination). Data is processed using IBM SPSS 20. The results of the analysis using regression can be seen that the variables of product quality, price, and promotion have a significant effect on the decision to buy Honda Beat motorbikes in Kalisat sub-district. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Dealer MPM Motor Kalisat-Jember. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian dilakukan pada konsumen yang menggunakan Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi). Data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemebelian sepeda motor honda beat di kecamatan kalisat.

Public transportation is the type of transportation that involves lives of The aims of this study is to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of facilities, timeliness, trust through satisfaction as an intervening variable on the loyalty of Solo Balapan executive railroad passengers. The research method of this study was quantitative descriptive method. The population is all of train passengers in Gubeng executives. In this study data were collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, literature study and documentation, and using the help of SPSS Statistics. This questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents who were executive train users. The analysis used in this study includes data instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). The results of this study indicate that the variable facilities, timeliness, trust and satisfaction affect the loyalty of train passengers in Gubeng executives. T test results show the facility affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. Timeliness affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. trust affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. satisfaction affects loyalty of train passengers in Gubeng executives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at PT Aneka Tata Niaga using slovin sampling technique with a margin of error of 5% of 155 customers so as to produce 112 respondents who are customers at PT Aneka Tata Niaga. Data collection methods are questionnaires. Data quality test in this study uses the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses (t test) and (F test ) by using SPSS version 23 software program. the results show that service quality has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction and product quality has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality and product quality together have a significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at PT Various Commerce. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the average passenger fare, number of passengers and working hours on income. This research was conducted using primary data. By providing a questionnaire statement to the respondent, using a Likert scale measurement. The population in this study were all Gojek drivers in the city of Bukittinggi. The number of samples is 94 people with purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis analysis method and uses quantitative analysis, namely the validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and F test and the coefficient of determination test. Keywords: average passenger fare; income; number of passengers; working hours Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tarif rata-rata penumpang, jumlah penumpang dan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on employee discipline in Markas Komando Direktorat Pengamanan Badan Pengusahaan Batam. Data collected through distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. A sampling technique uses a saturation sampling. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability testing, classic assumption test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that 1) the practical dimensions of fingerprint attendance have a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 2) the accurate dimension of fingerprint attendance has a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 3) high securities fingerprint attendance has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline, 4) the dimensions of fingerprint attendance hardware have a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 5) practical, accurate, high security, and fingerprint attendance hardware simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee discipline.

This study aims: (1) to find out promotion, advertising and experiential marketing simultaneously influence the purchase decision at PT. Transrekreasindo Transstudio Mini Jember. (2) to find out promotion, advertising and experiential marketing partial effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Transrekreasindo Transstudio Mini Jember. In this study researchers used primary data. Primary data in this study were obtained by conducting interviews by giving questionnaires. Researchers took a sample of 50 respondents using the total sampling method. The analysis techniques used include validity and reliability, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, hetoroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). From the results of the study show that promotion, advertising and experiential marketing simultaneously influence the purchase decision.

The development of business today is characterized by increasingly intense competition,to be able compete with other culinary businesses, companies must pay attention to promotions, service quality and customer satisfaction. Attractive promotions and good service quality can increase customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of a positive and significant effect between promotion variables and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Restoran Bakso Lapangan Tembak Senayan with a purposive sampling technique, the number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection method is questionnaire. Data quality in this study uses validity and reliability test, the classic assumption and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses t test and F test using SPSS version 23 software program. The results of the t test and F test, it can be concluded promotion is partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality is partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, as well promotion and service quality as a whole. simultaneous positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in the Restoran Bakso Lapangan Tembak Senayan. Keywords: promotion, service quality, customer satisfaction

This  research  aims  to  analyze  the  influence  of  the  quality  of  service  of customer  satisfaction  on  service  businesses  Grab-Bike  transport  in  Yogyakarta. This  research  uses  the  five  independent  variables  i.e.  tangible,  reliability, responsiveness,  assurance  and  emphaty  with  one  dependent  variable  i.e. consumer  satisfaction.  After  a  review  of  the  literature  as  well  as  field  and preparation  of  the  hypothesis,  the  data  in  this  study  were  collected  through  the dissemination  of  a  questionnaire  to  70  people  who  never  use  the  Grab-Bike transport  as  research  samples.  Sampling  technique  used  is  a  Non  probability sampling  method  sampling  incidental.  Methods  of  data  analysis  used  is  the quantitative analysis that is test validity and reliability, multiple linear regression analysis,  t-test  and  F-test  as  well  as  the  coefficient  of  determination.  Based  on data  analysis,  the  results  showed  that  the  indicators  on  research  is  valid  and reliability.  Hypothesis  test  on  tangible,  responsiveness,  assurance  and  emphaty no effect significantly to consumer satisfaction. Hypothesis test of reliability has a positive and significant influence toward customer satisfaction.
