The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge about the importance of digital marketing in the era of industry 4.0, as well as provide direct training on making videos as a medium for promotion. The object of the service activity is the entire Management of Omah Smart Farmers Tourism Object (OPP) Kandri Tourism Village and Tourism Awareness Group Managers (Pokdarwis) Semarang City. Service activities are carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation monitoring stage. The results of the service activities consist of the preparation stage in the form of coordination with the Head of the Kandri Tourism Village to find out the problems that exist in the Kandri Tourism Village. The service activity was considered successful, as evidenced by the implementation stage of all participants who were targeted to attend and were very enthusiastic in asking questions during the training. Many participants asked for advice in determining the right material to promote, and various tricks to get interesting promotional media. At the monitoring stage, the service team communicates through social media to find out the development of service activities. And the evaluation stage is carried out by asking for feedback from service participants as the basis for improving further service activities. the service team communicates through social media to find out the development of service activities. Student learning assistance by utilizing secondhand goods aims to increase students' interest and creativity. This community service activity is carried out in several stages including: the preparation stage consisting of observation, interview to parents, delivery of strategies, and material bribery; the implementation stage consisting of socialization of the implementation of activities begins with the approach and mentoring of students; evaluation stage of the assessment of activities that have been carried out. The results of the activities that have been achieved are student learning assistance in preventing the transmission of corona virus, utilizing secondhand goods as a place to wash hands, utilization of used goods as handicrafts, and mentoring students in utilizing secondhand goods as a learning medium.

ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan mensosialisasikan inovasi teknologi navigasi dalam  bidang  maritim melalui virtual outing untuk anak-anak Jogjakarta Montessori School Elementary Program. Peserta yang  dilibatkan dalam  kegiatan pengabdian  ini  yaitu  Guru-guru SD dan anak-anak kelas 4,5 dan 6. Rangkaian kegiatan ini meliputi 3 tahapan yaitu: Tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaaan dan tahap evaluasi. Tahap persiapan meliputi  persiapan alat-alat navigasi yang dimiliki oleh Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta dan pembuatan materi.  Tahap  pelaksanaan meliputi pembukaan, pemaparan materi dan penjelasan alat-alat navigasi di laboratorium simulator, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab peserta yang hadir. Pada tahap evaluasi, peserta mengisi kuesioner melalui google form, hasil kuesioner yaitu  meliputi: aspek  presentasi  yang  disampaikan  pemateri  memiliki  nilai  kepuasan sebesar 76.27%,  aspek  atensi  yang disampaikan  oleh  pemateri terhadap pengenalan alat-alat navigasi mempunyai nilai kepuasan sebesar 83.05%,  aspek  motivasi tanya jawab mempunyai nilai kepuasan sebesar 88.14%,  rata-rata semua aspek mempunyai nilai kepuasan sebesar 82.48 % Kata kunci: teknologi; navigasi; maritim; virtual outing. ABSTRACTThis community service aims to introduce and socialize navigation technology innovations in the maritime field through virtual outings for the children of the Elementary Program in the Yogyakarta Montessori School. The participants involved in this service activity are elementary school teachers and children class 4,5 and 6. This series of activities includes 3 stages, namely: the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The preparation stage completes the preparation of navigation tools owned by the Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta and the manufacture of materials. The implementation stage of the opening, the presentation of the material and navigational tools was followed by discussion and question and answer from the participants present. At the evaluation stage, participants filled out a questionnaire through the google form, the results of the questionnaire include: aspects of the presentation delivered by the speaker have a satisfaction value of 76.27%, aspects of attention submitted by speakers to the introduction of navigation tools have a satisfaction value of 83.05%, aspects of question and answer motivation have a satisfaction value of 88.14%, on average all aspects have a satisfaction value of 82.48 %. Keywords: technology; navigation; maritime; virtual outing

ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan dan mengaplikasikan inovasi teknologi dalam bidang pertanian, yaitu alat deteksi kesuburan tanah. Peserta yang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu perwakilan aparat desa, petani dan para pemuda Karang Taruna. Rangkaian kegiatan ini meliputi 3 tahapan yaitu: Tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaaan dan tahap evaluasi. Tahap persiapan meliputi perizinan dan persiapan peserta serta persiapan pemateri. Tahap pelaksanaan meliputi  pembukaan, pemaparan mengenai alat deteksi kesuburan tanah dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab peserta yang hadir, kemudian mempraktekan cara menggunakan alat deteksi tersebut, serah terima benih beserta tanaman dan alat deteksi untuk dimanfaatkan dan diaplikasikan dimasyarakat. Pada tahap evaluasi, peserta mengisi kuesioner yang telah disediakan, hasil kuesioner yaitu meliputi: aspek presentasi yang disampaikan pemateri memiliki nilai 73%, aspek atensi yang disampaikan oleh pemateri bernilai 76%, aspek komprehensif bernilai 86%, dan aspek hasil dengan nilai 84%. Serta aspek kognitif bernilai 80%, aspek afektif 87% dan aspek konatif 84%. Maka rata-rata semua aspek yaitu bernilai 82%. Kata kunci: pertanian; kesuburan tanah. ABSTRACTCommunity service aims to socialize and apply technological innovations in agriculture, that is a soil fertility detection tool. Participants involved in this service activity were representatives of village officials, farmers and youth from the Youth Organization. This series of activities includes 3 stages, namely: the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The preparation stage includes licensing and preparation of participants as well as the preparation of the presenters. The implementation stage includes opening, explaining about soil fertility detection tools, followed by discussion and questions and answers from the participants who attended. Then practice how to use the detection tool, hand over the seeds and plants and the detection tool to be used and applied in the community.  For activity evaluation materials, the results obtained from the questionnaires that have been filled in by the activity participants are: the presentation aspect explained by the speaker has a value of 73%. the attention aspect is delivered by the speaker was 76%. comprehensive aspect  has a value 86%, and the results aspect with a value of 84%. And the cognitive aspect has a value of 80%. 87% affective aspects and 84% conative aspects. Then the average of all aspects is worth 82%. Keywords: agriculture; soil fertility.

The aim of this community service is to provide education and outreach in understanding the dangers, prevention, transmission, and how to break the chain of the spread of covid-19. The method used in this community service is in the form of education and socialization of a clean and healthy lifestyle to anticipate the spread of Covid-19 with three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The targets of the implementation of this community service activity are residents of Bara Hamlet RT 01, RW 03, Namlea Village, Namlea District, Buru Regency. The result of this community service activity is that residents gain knowledge through the education and socialization stages in the form of distributing pamphlets, free masks, and making hand washing stations.

Handicraft SMEs are one of the sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation of this community service activity aims to offer the right expansion strategy for MSMEs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The scope of community service activities is limited to the Sukolilo Surabaya Handicraft SMEs. Some MSMEs have managed to survive and some have been less fortunate. The method of activity is to provide recommendations through virtual assistance activities through zoom and WhatsApp social media related to strategies to increase business and manage finances during the new normal era. The results of this community service activity include several MSMEs responding by diversifying their products and businesses. Second, partners with marketing problems have created accounts through the Instagram and Facebook applications and have participated in the exhibition agenda. Third, partners with financial problems have carried out simple financial management manually and using the SME Accounting application.

This community service activity is carried out at the Lintang Jaya Women's Cooperative Management (Kopwan), which is one of the places for economic activity in Bambang Village, Turi District. This community service aims to provide training and assistance in the preparation of cooperative financial reporting. The methods used to realize this community service program are (1) the preparation stage, (2) the implementation stage, (3) the evaluation stage. Broadly speaking, this training activity can be declared successful, seen from the enthusiasm of the cooperative management during the training process and assistance in preparing financial reports. In addition, this service activity can contribute to increasing the knowledge and skills of cooperative managers in preparing cooperative financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi kegiatan interaksi lintas budaya melalui bingkai pertukaran mahasiswa Nusantara dengan mengungkap adanya implementasi matematika pada kebudayaan lokal yang ada di Indonesia. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 November 2020 melalui webinar nasional yang diikuti oleh mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam program PERMATA-SAKTI. Kemajuan teknologi informasi berbasis internet dan robotik yang biasa dikenal dengan nama revolusi industri 4.0 menjadi salah satu ancaman dan tantangan yang harus dihadapi agar keberadaan budaya tetap terjaga. Salah satu cara untuk melestarikan budaya tersebut adalah dengan memperkenalkan budaya pada mahasiswa melalui pembelajaran dengan cara mengintegrasikan budaya pada setiap mata kuliah. Oleh karena itu, melalui interaksi lintas budaya pada program PERMATA SAKTI ini sangat tepat untuk saling mengenalkan antar kebudayaan yang ada di Indonesia. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Kegiatan pada tahap persiapan yaitu mempelajari masalah tentang kebudayaan, mendata mahasiswa, dan melibatkan mahasiswa untuk bersama-sama menganalisis kebudayaan pada masing-masing daerahnya yang terintegrasi matematika. Kegiatan pada tahap pelaksanaan adalah membimbing mahasiswa memperkenalkan kebudayan daerahnya yang terintegrasi matematika, disajikan dalam bentuk video, dan dipresentasikan melalui webinar. Pada tahap evaluasi, mahasiswa merevisi video berdasarkan saran dosen dan peserta lain saat webinar. Kata kunci: Interaksi Budaya, Matematika, Kebudayaan Indonesia, Webinar, Permata –Sakti             ABSTRACT The purpose of this service activity is to facilitate cross-cultural interaction activities through the frame of Nusantara student exchange by revealing the implementation of mathematics in local cultures in Indonesia. This activity was carried out on November 9, 2020 through a national webinar which was attended by students who are members of the PERMATA-SAKTI program. The advancement of internet-based and robotic information technology which is commonly known as the industrial revolution 4.0 is one of the threats and challenges that must be faced so that the existence of culture is maintained. One way to preserve this culture is to introduce culture to students through learning by integrating culture in each subject. Therefore, through cross-cultural interactions in the PERMATA SAKTI program, it is very appropriate to introduce each other between cultures in Indonesia. The method of implementing this activity consists of three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. Activities in the preparation stage are studying problems about culture, registering students, and involving students to jointly analyze the culture in their respective areas which are integrated with mathematics. The activity at the implementation stage is to guide students to introduce regional culture that is integrated with mathematics, presented in video form, and presented through webinars. In the evaluation stage, students revise the video based on suggestions from lecturers and other participants during the webinar. Information technologies have caused radical changes in many areas, they have also changed marketing activities. Today, marketing activities are carried out in digital environments, facilitating the work of companies and helping consumers around the world. Consumers get the right information and data about products and services much easier and faster, as well as access different forms of entertainment. Therefore, it can be said that the place of traditional marketing today has been replaced by digital marketing. This paper tries to shed some light on how consumers of Western Balkans and specifically in Kosovo, use social media and how those shape their attitudes, based on the uses and gratifications approach. This is the first paper from this region, which analyzes social media, based on the previously mentioned approach. Since research in the region was prohibitive for us, we selected a sample of 200 consumers from Kosovo, active on social media. The findings of this paper serve managers in better attracting online customers through social media.

Information technology not only affects an information system, but also affects everyday life. These influences include lifestyles that begin to change along with the growth of information technology products. One of the information technologies applied in the marketing world is the application of popular e-commerce based marketing media. The problem found at Binakheir Kindergarten was that the income of teachers and staff was still insufficient to meet their daily needs. Referring to this matter, the enthusiasm in carrying out tasks was reduced. The next problem encountered was that teachers do not understand and do not have any skill in creating and managing an online store. This community service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing knowledge and improving teachers’ skills in entrepreneurship and utilizing e-commerce as a medium for marketing the products they sell. The preparation stages applied in this activity consisted of partner surveys, licensing and material preparation. While the implementation stage of this activity included the socialization method of program introduction presentations, discussions and the practice of creating and managing an online store. The evaluation stage of this activity aimed to determine the ability of partners before and after the training. The results of this conducted activity indicated that there was an interest in entrepreneurship that arises from partners and an increase in partners’ knowledge and skills in creating and managing online stores. Abstrak Teknologi Informasi tidak hanya mempengaruhi sebuah system informasi, namun memiliki pengaruh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, gaya hidup mulai berubah seiring dengan pertumbuhan produk-produk teknologi informasi yang semakon berkembang. Impementasi teknologi informasi dalam dunia pemasaran, salahsatunya melalui penerapan media pemasaran berbasis e-commerce popular. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di Pra TK / TK Binakheir yaitu penghasilan para guru dan staf yang belum cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keseharian mereka. Hal ini menyebabkan berkurangnya semangat dalam menjalankan tugas. Permasalahan berikutnya adalah guru belum memahami dan memiliki ketrampilan dalam pembuatan dan pengoperasionalan toko online. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan ketrampilan guru dalam berwirausaha dan memanfaatkan e-commerce sebagai media pemasaran produk yang mereka jual. Tahap persiapan terdiri dari survey ke mitra, perijinan dan penyiapan meteri Tahap pelaksanaan menggunakan metode sosialisasi presentasi pengenalan program, diskusi dan praktik pembuatan dan pengoperasionalan toko online. Tahap Evaluasi kegiatan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan mitra sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan adalah timbulnya minat berwirausaha dari mitra dan erjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra membuat dan mengelola toko online.

Abstract This study aims to fulfill duties in community service activities in order to help the community in solving problems related to MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). The place for community service activities is in the Ekawira UMKM Gallery which provides various regional souvenirs from Kare Village, Kare District, Madiun Regency, East Java. Ekawira UMKM Gallery is chaired by Mrs. Hesti Purwanti. One of the products produced at the Ekawira UMKM Gallery is typical curry pia. This product is neatly packaged and already has a brand, but the marketing is only sold in the area around the Kare area, not yet out of town or through existing social media. This is a problem faced by these MSMEs. Therefore, the purpose of holding this community service is to help the Ekawira UMKM Gallery in marketing its products, by providing several sales/promotion media solutions to make it easier in terms of marketing. The marketing solution provided is by doing digital marketing, how to promote it through social media such as Instagram, creating a page on Facebook and creating a product website for the Ekawira UMKM Gallery which aims to make this product known by many people and more consumers who buy it.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi tugas dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat agar bisa membantu masyarakat dalam memecahkan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah). Tempat kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berada di Galeri UMKM Ekawira yang menyediakan aneka oleh-oleh daerah khas Desa Kare, Kecamatan Kare, Kabupaten Madiun, Jawa Timur. Galeri UMKM Ekawira diketuai oleh ibu Hesti Purwanti. Salah satu produk yang di hasilkan di Galeri UMKM Ekawira adalah pia khas Kare. Produk ini sudah di kemas dengan rapi dan sudah memiliki merek, namun  pemasarannya hanya dijual di daerah sekitar daerah Kare saja, belum sampai keluar kota maupun melalui media sosial yang ada. Hal ini menjadi masalah yang dihadapi oleh UMKM tersebut. Karena itu, tujuan diadakan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk membantu Galeri UMKM Ekawira dalam memasarkan produknya, dengan memberikan beberapa solusi media penjualan/promosi untuk mempermudah dalam hal pemasaran. Solusi pemasaran yang diberikan yaitu,dengan melakukan digital marketing caranya mempromosikan melalui media sosial seperti instagram, pembuatan laman pada facebook dan pembuatan laman web produk Galeri UMKM Ekawira yang bertujuan agar produk ini di ketahui oleh banyak orang  dan lebih banyak lagi konsumen yang membelinya.
