Large cities with a population of 100 thousand or more act as the main nodes of the settlement framework of Russia, accumulating human resources as much as possible. At present, about 52 % of the country’s population is concentrated in such cities, which confirms their high role in the formation of the settlement system in Russia. The formation of a modern network of cities at the present stage is taking place against the background of continuing depopulation processes associated with a protracted demographic crisis, a decrease in the migration growth of the population. Thus, a comprehensive view and understanding of the problems of forming a modern network of cities of this population category, taking into account their geographical position, performing different functions, is extremely relevant. At present, atlas information systems have established themselves as an effective tool for spatial monitoring of various processes and phenomena. The developed atlas information system “Big cities of Russia” is an integrated GIS platform capable of providing multi-scale monitoring of demographic, migration, socio-economic processes in a network of Russian cities with a population of 100 thousand and more. This paper describes the author’s approach to creating an atlas information system capable of systematizing relevant knowledge about modern demographic, migration, and other socio-economic processes occurring in the network of large cities of the country. It is important to note that the organization of the system took place in stages, while the author reveals in detail the idea of creating AIS through the requirements for an information platform, a geodatabase, a cartographic basis, geomodeling and mapping, methods of implementation and its testing. The Atlas Information System “Big Cities of Russia” is primarily aimed at expert analysts in the field of spatial planning, demographic and migration processes.

Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Masyarakat, PendataanABSTRACT Manual data collection causes problems in the data collection process, this also occurs in the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office where data collection is still manual with a limited number of Human Resources (HR) assigned to collect data, therefore this service activity is carried out information system training to increase data collection time and reduce complexity in the data collection process for employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office. The information system training referred to is a community-based data collection information system, which contains basic data required by the Regional Government in the framework of formulating development plans. Information data will not provide benefits if it is not used as a reference in the preparation of development plans so that training and assistance are needed to achieve the goals. Keywords : Information System, Community Based, Data Collection

AbstractIn both Germany and France, perceptions of immigration, diversity and their societal consequences have undergone important transformations in the past two decades. However, existing research has only partially captured such processes. The “grand narratives” of national approaches, while still influential, no longer explain contemporary realities. Further, analyses of national politics and discourses may not sufficiently reflect the realities across localities and society more broadly. While emerging in different national contexts, little is known about how diversity is actually perceived by political stakeholders at the urban level. Given the key role of immigration and diversity in current conflicts over Europe’s future, it is imperative to assess present-day conceptualisations of migration-related diversity among important societal actors. This article investigates perceptions and evaluations of socio-cultural heterogeneity by important societal actors in large cities. We contribute to existing literature by capturing an unusually broad set of actors from state and civil society. We also present data drawn from an unusually large number of cities. How influential is the perception of current society as heterogeneous, and what forms of heterogeneity are salient? And is socio-cultural and migration-related heterogeneity evaluated as threatening or rather as beneficial? Based on an original data set, this study explores the shared and contested ideas, the cognitive roadmaps of state and non-state actors involved in local politics. We argue that, in both German and French cities, socio-cultural heterogeneity is nowadays widely recognized as marking cities and often positively connoted. At the same time, perceptions of the main features of diversity and of the benefits and challenges attached to it vary. We find commonalities between French and German local actors, but also clear differences. In concluding, we suggest how and why national contexts importantly shape evaluations of diversity.

The payroll system is an important function that is the responsibility of Human Resources Management. Its main function is to provide compensation to employees in the form of salary in exchange for their contribution to the organization / agency. Payroll is one of the processes in an organization that is vulnerable to problems. Slow data processing can result in slow presentation of slow report making so that it is also possible to delay payment of salaries to employees. Plus if something goes wrong making salary calculations inaccurate. This makes the payroll system needs to be supported by a good information system. The research methodology used by the author in this research is the System Development Life Sycle (SDLC) Waterfall method. The development of research methodology has several sequential stages, namely: planning (modeling), modeling (modeling), construction (construction), and the delivery of the system to the customers / users (deployment). Based on the problems found, The author proposes to PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Sanggabuana Agung Karawang to use VB.Net, it is expected that with the proposed system can improve Payroll problems that occur at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Sanggabuana Agung. Based on this research, the existence of a computerized employee payroll calculation system is expected to become a system that is useful for the development of the company in the future, and it is hoped that it can fix the problem and can also facilitate the calculation of payroll.  Keywords : Accountimg Information System, Payroll, VB.Net Programming
