Objective - The aim of this study is to identify how the strategy of online businesses can be improved to increase financial profits. The focus of this study is on online businesses selling flowers, taking into consideration the fact that the freshness of flowers does not last long, and that the price and quality of flowers fluctuates depending on climatic conditions. Methodology/Technique - The data used in this research is primary data, obtained by distributing questionnaires for market research, tested against 57 respondents. The respondents were selected using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The results of the validation test r count > r table, with 5% significance, shows that businesses providing flower arrangements are in high demand. Findings - The results of the model business identification canvas and the profit and loss projections indicate that the choice of the business strategy series for cut flowers on each element is accurate. The results of the analysis of the strengths and threats also identifies that selling price varies depending on the types of flowers used in an arrangement, and accessories used. Novelty - This research studies how the types of flowers used, the design of an arrangement, accessories used, packaging, and family ownership of a business can effect the interest of potential customers in the Fiore shop in Afrodite. ABSTRACT This research analyzes the influence of competency, independency, and audit evidence on the quality of internal audit results at the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise Republic of Indonesia Republic of Indonesia. The population in this research auditor Inspectorate Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise Republic of Indonesia, as many as 32 people auditors. The sampling technique is done by using saturated sampling method so that the sample used is the entire population. The data used is the primary data with the distribution of questionnaires to all respondents. The testing is done with multiple regressin test. Particially, competency has positive influence to the quality of internal audit result. Independency and audit evidence particially don’t influence quality of internal audit result in Inspectorate of Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise Republic of Indonesia Republic of Indonesia. The e-commerce business has now developed rapidly, the impact of development is that the number of prosuct varies and easily earned. The ease of such information will result in consumers will be more consumptive infulfilling their needs, even they tend to make impuse buying. As one of the emerest e-commerece in Indonesia, Lazada should be able to see this as a great opportunity in as effort to increase the company’s sales and sustainability. One effort in increasing impulse buying is of external factors ranging from the promotion and quality of websites that are launched on e-commerce bussines. This study aims to know and prove how much influence promotion and website quality to impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang City. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,014 < 0,05). (2) Website Quality has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,046 < 0,05)Keyword: promotion, website quality, impulse buying.

Abstract: The learning carried out by the teacher in the classroom must develop the quality of learning, one of which is learning motivation, students who are not passionate about learning are not optimal and of high quality, from this goal the reality is still far from expectations, many students are not aware of the importance of studying seriously, there is no passion study, there is no fun in the study room. The sampling technique used is Census Sample (Sample Saturated), while criterion-based selection is used when conducting qualitative research, 30 students as primary data sources, two teachers as secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires, while data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification by means of research stages I and II students and teachers with a Da'wah educational background, stage III and IV student informants and teachers with PAI educational background.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of venture capital (X1)  and the long time at sea /time work hours (X2) for the offer price of fish (Y) in the tradisional sanggeng market manokwari, with 73 respondents chosen randomly and consisted of sellers and buyers in the sanggeng market. Data  collection  methods are done through interviews,  (primary data)  with a questionnaire and then  carried out  a questionnaire  test  and test the quality of the data, and then analyzed uiple linear regression. The result of research simultan eously or statistically partial variables X1 (venture capital) and variable X2 (long sea)  significantly influence the higt selling price of fish (variable y) in the manokwari sanggeng market  because the value of p. Value (0,000)<(0.05) sig (5%.) so it can be concluded that when fish traders increase capital by 1% the price of fish in the market rises by 13,5% and also when a long time to go to sea increases 1 day than the price of fish increases by  33.900,00. The government needs to control high (expensive) fish prices in the market by activating an inflation control team that continues to monitor the market price (specifically) of the fisheries sector.

The study intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of service quality (X) consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on patient satisfaction  (Y)  in  the  General  Hospital  of  Banggai  Islands,  where the  study  is  located.  The type  of  research  is  descriptive. Sources  of data  is  primary  data  retrieved  from  questionnaires  and secondary data  obtained  from  documents  of  the  Regional  General  Hospital Banggai  Islands.  The sample consists of 72 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results, it is shown that the quality of service (X), consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) simultaneously have significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y) of 69.60% while the remaining 30.40% is influenced by other causes. Partial test  shows  that  there  are  three  independent  variables:  physical evidence  (X1),  reliability  (X2)  and assurance (X4) that have non-significant influence to the patients’ satisfaction at the General Hospital of Banggai Islands.Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh kualitas  layanan  (X)  yang terdiri  dari  bukti  fisik  (X1),  reliabilitas  (X2),  responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara simultan  dan  parsial  terhadap  kepuasan  pasien.  (Y)  di  Rumah  Sakit  Umum Kepulauan  Banggai.  Lokasi  penelitian  ini  di  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Kepulauan  Banggai.  Jenis penelitian  ini  bersifat deskriptif.  Sumber  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  data  primer yang diambil  melalui  kuesioner  dan  data  sekunder  diperoleh  dari  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Daerah Banggai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah  purposive sampling.  Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) yang terdiri dari bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2), responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara  simultan berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan pasien  (Y)  dengan pengaruh 69,60%  sedangkan  sisanya  30,40%  dapat  dijelaskan  oleh penyebab  lainnya.  Uji  parsial  menunjukkan  bahwa  terdapat  tiga variabel  bebas  yang  tidak signifikan yaitu bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2) dan jaminan (X4) terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Kepulauan Banggai.

A B S T R A C T The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of competence, independence, professionalism and professional ethics of internal auditors to audit the quality of the Inspectorate General of Ministry of Manpower. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 60 auditors at the Inspectorate I until IV . Tests carried out by the analysis of data using SPSS regression. Based on the test results coefficient of determination, it is known that the competence, independence, professionalism and ethics of auditors affect audit quality by 84,6 %, while the remaining 15,4% is influenced by other factors. Meanwhile, regression analysis and hypothesis testing showed that the competence, independence, professionalism and ethics of the profession have a significant effect on audit quality either partially or simultaneously. A B S T R A K Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi, independensi, profesionalisme dan etika profesi internal auditor terhadap kualitas audit pada Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 auditor pada Inspektorat I s.d. IV. Pengujian data dilakukan dengan analsis regresi menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefesien determinasi, diketahui bahwa kompetensi, independensi, profesionalisme dan etika auditor mempengaruhi kualitas audit sebesar 84,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 15,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sementara itu, Hasil analisis regresi dan uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, independensi, profesionalisme dan etika profesi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas audit baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. ABSTRACT This study aims to test and analyze empirically the effect of tax authority service quality, justice dimensions and taxpayer awareness on individual tax compliance. A common problem in this study is that the level of mandatory compliance in Tax Service Office in Depok has fluctuated every year. The population in this study is an individual taxpayer in Tax Service Office Depok. Until the end of 2015 there were 241,518 active taxpayers. Sampling is done by proportional sampling method. The number of samples is determined by 110 people. The primary data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, evidence was obtained that the quality of service of the tax authorities, the dimensions of justice and awareness of taxpayers had a significant positive effect on individual tax compliance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh kualitas pelayanan fiskus, dimensi keadilan dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan pajak orang pribadi. Permasalahan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat kepatuhan wajib di KPP Depok mengalami fluktuatif naik turun setiap tahunnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para wajib pajak orang pribadi yang ada di KPP Depok. Sampai dengan akhir tahun 2015 tercatat sebanyak 241.518 wajib pajak aktif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode proportional sampling. Jumlah sampel ditentukan 110 orang. Metode pengumpulan data primer yang dipakai adalah dengan metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh bukti bahwa kualitas pelayanan fiskus, dimensi keadilan dan kesadaran wajib pajak memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak orang pribadi. The objective of this study was to estimate purchase frequency of the selected cut-flower items and demand functions in Punjab and Pakistan. Simple random sampling technique was employed to collect primary data from 120 consumers using a well-structured and field pretested questionnaire during the year 2012-13. The results of the findings revealed that the average price was the highest in case of flowers stage decoration (Rs. 9546), followed by jewelry set (Rs. 677), flower basket (Rs. 394), mala (Rs. 334,), bouquets (Rs. 259), garland (Rs. 41), and gajjra (Rs. 21). Most of the selected consumers (61%) occasionally purchased flowers. The reason of occasionally purchasing was that mostly the consumers purchased the flowers at the occasions of various ceremonial days, i.e., Valentines Day, birth of baby, and death of a relative, etc. About 45% of the selected consumers preferred rose flower. The reasons of high preference for rose flowers were that this is a common flower, mostly grown in all areas of Pakistan and everyone is familiar to it. After rose the jasmine flower (27%) is preferred due to its attractive smell and fragrance, it is also a common flower and mostly grown in Pakistan. It is the national flower of Pakistan. The results of the demand function revealed that the variable of age was significant for the selected cut-flower items, but the variable of education of the consumers was insignificant in case of flowers car decoration. The consumers are restrained to decide about the rational price of the item purchased. There is a limited number of cut-flower shops. Majority of the shops are located in the rich areas of the cities. Common consumers are to travel long distances to purchase flower items. More retail flower shops should be set up by the local bodies in all parts of the cities. The market committees should standardize prices for cut-flower items for the benefit of consumers. Policy need to be designed to increase the demand of flowers by electronic and press media.

The purpose of this study are as follows: 1. To find out the quality of products to consumers satisfaction Pesen Kopi Malang 2. To find out the brand of consumer satisfaction Pesen Kopi Malang 3. To find out loyalty to consumers satisfaction Pesen Kopi Malang. This research was conducted at Malang Coffee Pesen Coffee Shop in January-February 2020. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique is using accidental sampling. Sampling amounted to 75 respondents. Data collection techniques are primary data and documentation. Data analysis methods used were validity and reliability tests, to analyze the PLS Warp. The results of the path coefficients and P values on customer satisfaction are only variables X3 (loyalty) which are significant, that is <0.001 <0.05 and X1 (product quality), X2 (brand) is not significant.
