The e-commerce business has now developed rapidly, the impact of development is that the number of prosuct varies and easily earned. The ease of such information will result in consumers will be more consumptive infulfilling their needs, even they tend to make impuse buying. As one of the emerest e-commerece in Indonesia, Lazada should be able to see this as a great opportunity in as effort to increase the company’s sales and sustainability. One effort in increasing impulse buying is of external factors ranging from the promotion and quality of websites that are launched on e-commerce bussines. This study aims to know and prove how much influence promotion and website quality to impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang City. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,014 < 0,05). (2) Website Quality has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,046 < 0,05)Keyword: promotion, website quality, impulse buying.

This study aims to know and prove how much influence Innovation Product,Packaging, and Product Varians to Purchase Intention at ice cream Aice in Padang City.This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padang City with characteristic know about inforormation Aice and never buying ice cream Aice. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 25.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Innovation Product has a negatif significant effect on purchase intention, 2) Packaging has a positif signifikan effect on purchase intention, 3) Product Varian has a positive significant effect on purchase intention.Keywords: Product Innovation,Packaging, Product Varians, Purchase Intention

ABSTRACT This study aims to test and analyze empirically the effect of tax authority service quality, justice dimensions and taxpayer awareness on individual tax compliance. A common problem in this study is that the level of mandatory compliance in Tax Service Office in Depok has fluctuated every year. The population in this study is an individual taxpayer in Tax Service Office Depok. Until the end of 2015 there were 241,518 active taxpayers. Sampling is done by proportional sampling method. The number of samples is determined by 110 people. The primary data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, evidence was obtained that the quality of service of the tax authorities, the dimensions of justice and awareness of taxpayers had a significant positive effect on individual tax compliance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh kualitas pelayanan fiskus, dimensi keadilan dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan pajak orang pribadi. Permasalahan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat kepatuhan wajib di KPP Depok mengalami fluktuatif naik turun setiap tahunnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para wajib pajak orang pribadi yang ada di KPP Depok. Sampai dengan akhir tahun 2015 tercatat sebanyak 241.518 wajib pajak aktif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode proportional sampling. Jumlah sampel ditentukan 110 orang. Metode pengumpulan data primer yang dipakai adalah dengan metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh bukti bahwa kualitas pelayanan fiskus, dimensi keadilan dan kesadaran wajib pajak memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak orang pribadi. The Influence of Implementation of Good Corporate Governance Principles and Tri Hita Karana Value on Managerial Performance of Village Micro Credit (LPD) at Padangsambian. The current study aims to investigate the influence of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, and THK value on LPD financial performance. Saturated sampling technique were used in the current study, and number of sample used were 30. The data were collected using primary data through the method of survey. The current study used classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test as an analysis technique. Generally, it could be stated that if Good Corporate Governance (X1) and The Value of Tri Hita Karana (X2) increase by one unit (one score), it could has a positive influence towards the managerial performance (Y) of LPD Pakraman Padangsambian. This shows that if Good Corporate Governance (X1) and The value of Tri Hita Karana (X2) are increased, then the performance of individual managerial (Y) will increase. Otherwise, if Good Corporate Governance (X1) and the value of Tri Hita Karana (X2) decrease, there will be a decrease in managerial performance (Y). Customer satisfaction is an asset for the company to be a benchmark for the company's success in serving customers. Since its establishment in 2010, GOJEK has consistently  served  the  community,  presenting  efficient  and  effective transportation  to the Indonesian people spread across several cities. By maintaining the values of a friendly Indonesian character. The population in this study were GO-JEK users. While the sample in this study is GO-JEK users more than once in the city of Yogyakarta.  The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. While the data used in this study are primary data by  obtaining the data needed by  using information techniques, namely by distributing  questionnaires.  The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression, and doing a partial test  knowing  whether the independent variables individually have a significant effect on the dependent variable, do the r-test to measure the ability of the model to explain the ability of the dependent variable.The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Price does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Promotion does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Service quality does not have a positive effect on user decisions. User decisions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. User decisions do not mediate between Price, Promotion and Quality of Service.

This study aims to determine the influence of trust, convenience, security, and quality of service to online purchasing decisions on consumers in the area of South Tangerang. The population is all consumers who buy products online in South Tangerang region. The type of data used is the primary data using the questionnaire method. The sampling technique is using non probability sampling with sample of 200 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) Trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. (2) Convinience has a positive and significant impact on online purchasing decisions. (3) Security has a negative and insignificant effect on online purchasing decisions. (4) Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on online purchasing decisions.

<p><em>To achieve the desired product quality, a quality standardization of the product is needed. This method is intended to ensure that the products produced meet the predetermined standards so that consumers will not lose confidence in the product concerned. Consumers will make a purchase decision if the product is considered to have high quality. </em><em>The quality of the product will be felt after the item is consumed or used so that consumers will feel satisfied with the product purchased</em><em>. </em><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of product quality on purchas</em><em>e</em><em> decision</em><em> </em><em> at the </em><em>Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok. The Method of research used is quantitative methods in order to obtain more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. The sample consists of 100 visitors who visited the Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok, selected based on the Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique. The factor and simple linear regression analysis were used for the data analysis with SPSS 22.0.</em><em></em></p><p><em>                </em><em>The results of the study showed that product quality has a positive influence significantly contributed</em><em> </em><em> to the purchas</em><em>e</em><em> decision </em><em> </em><em>at the </em><em>Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok (</em><em>t = 11.955 &gt; t <sub>table</sub> with a significance of 0.000 (ρ &lt; 0.05) and that is proved by the score of R = 0.770.</em><em> From the coefficient of determination, it can be concluded that the Purchas</em><em>e</em><em> Decision is influenced by the Product Quality variable by 59.3% and the remaining 40.7% which is influenced by other variables.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Product Quality, Purchase Decision</em><em></em></p>

This research was conducted at the Joint Office of SAMSAT Denpasar. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents with a sampling technique that is proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection in this study was conducted by a questionnaire method with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that SAMSAT corner service, taxpayer awareness, tax socialization, and service quality had a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. This means that the better SAMSAT corner service, awareness of taxpayers, tax socialization, and quality of service will also increase motor vehicle taxpayers compliance in terms of meeting their tax obligations. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia company in Denpasar City. Total population taken as many as 100 respondents, using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used is path analysis and test of sobel. Based on the results of the analysis found that the quality of service mediated consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Quality of service partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service have a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty, meaning that if there is a change in the quality of service then the loyalty of consumers will also experience changes. The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of the quality of human resource services of Islamic banks on customer satisfaction. The analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression method. Data collection in this study combines the questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling method. The results show that there is a quality of the human resources of Islamic banks have an influence on the level of customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. While partially, only guarantees only variable that has a significant effect.
