Antibiotics are drugs that work to kill and or inhibit bacterial growth. Antibiotics are a class of prescriptions drugs that are widely used in the management of pharmacological therapy. Antibiotic knowledge must be used rationally and requires knowledge for the patient. Low levels of knowledge about the use of antibiotics can lead to inappropriate use of antibiotics, so there is a risk of causing side effects of antibiotics. Providing education is one way that can be used to increase knowledge about rational use of antibiotics. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of education on the use of antibiotics on outpatients at Kanjuruhan Hospital Malang Regency. This type of research was an Quasi-experimental by using one group pre-test post-test and prospective with sampling using accidental sampling technique data collection of 62 respondents. The result of the research showed that in pre test 44% respondents were having lack antibiotic-use knowledge, 35% respondents were having sufficient antibiotic-use knowledge, and 21% respondents were having good antibiotic-use knowledge. In post-test, 3% respondents belong to low-category, 15% respondents belong to medium-category, and 82% respondents belong to high-category. Completeness of nursing documentation is one of the quality indicators of nursing care. Based on the nursing practice law no. 38 article 37, nurses in carrying out Nursing Practices are obliged to document Nursing Care in accordance with the standards. Documentation in Inpatient PKM consisting of Siko, Jambula, and Sulamadaha PKM itself, based on the observations of researchers found several obstacles, namely, the lack of nurses given the large number of PKM programs that must be run, varying levels of education so documentation has a different understanding, this also supported by the lack of education and training related to temporary nursing care documentation relating to the Nursing Process and Documentation experiencing some recent changes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the nursing documentation format for the model Problem-Oriented Record (POR) on the performance of nurses in the Inpatient Health Center in Ternate City. The design of this study is quasi-experimental, namely, pre and post-test without control group. The population is nurses with 41 people in PKM Inpatient who are in Ternate City. Samples were taken by total sampling technique and analyzed using statistical tests t-test, Anova, and correlation. The results of the study found a significant difference between the performance of nurses before and after the application of the documentation format for nursing care in the POR model (p-value: 0,0005 α: 0.05) while the characteristics of respondents included age, sex, marital status, length of work and education had no effect on performance.

Cardiometabolic or metabolic syndromes are a group of risk factors that are directly related to the occurrence of heart disease, including diabetes and elevated levels of plasma glucose, obesity, cholesterol, triglycerides, and high blood pressure. The research aimed to investigate the effect of the physical exercise on the cardiometabolic risk factor (triglyceride) of reproductive-aged women in the coastal area. The research used the quasi-experimental method with one-group pre-test and post-test design. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique. The blood was taken on 117 reproductive age women (61 coastal area samples and 56 non-coastal area samples) before and after the physical exercise to check the blood triglyceride level using the spectrophotometer. The comparison of the triglyceride level between the samples dwelling in the coastal area and the noncoastal area was only carried out before the physical exercise.  The type of physical exercise was the aerobics gymnastic which was conducted 3 times a week for 8 weeks with a duration of 60 minutes. The research results indicate that there is no significant difference in the triglyceride level based on the respondents domicile with the value of p = 0.154 that mean is the  significant correlation between the triglyceride level category before and after the physical exercise (the normal category from 94 subjects to become 114 subjects, high limit category from 16 subjects to become 3 subjects, high category from 6 subjects to become none, and very high category from 1 subject to become none with the value of p = 0.001). There is a significant decrease on the triglyceride level after the physical exercise (122.83 mg/dL ± 75.99 to become 106.19 mg/dL ± 29.86, p=0.003). Therefore, physical exercise can decrease the triglyceride level, whereas the coastal and noncoastal domiciles do not have an effect on the triglyceride level.

An Pleural effusion is an excessive accumulation of fluid, blood or water in thepleural cavity which will cause the increase of shortness of breath because of thedecreasing space for lung expansion. One of the efforts to reduce the complaintsof shortness of breath is by insertion of water seal drainage. Water Seal Drainage(WSD) is a medical action performed to remove air or fluid from the pleuralcavity. The patient's ability to breathe effectively is an indicator to release WSD.This study generally aims to determine the effectiveness of diaphragmaticbreathing exercises on the speed of lung expansion in patients with water sealdrainage insertion. The research design was pre experiment with pre test - post test group design. The population in this study were patients with insertion of WSD who wereadmitted to Dr. Muwardi Surakarta Hospital. The sampling technique waspurposive sampling. The number of samples were 16 respondents. To measurelung expansion, the indicator used Peak Expiratory Flow Rate as measured bypeak flow meter. Data analysis used dependent t-test.The results show that there are differences in the speed of lung expansion inpatients with WSD insertion before and after diaphragmatic breathing exerciseswith p-value of 0.0001.Suggestion for nurses to be able to train diaphragmatic breathing exercise inpatients with WSD insertion increase lung expansion so that WSD can bereleased and the risk of infection can be reduced
