Manual rolling work can cause work fatigue due to high job targets. Banana (Musa sapientum) contains natural sugars such as sucrose, fructose, and glucose as a source of energy. Work fatigue can be overcome with energy supplementation such as banana. This study aimed to determine the effect of banana supplementation on the level of work fatigue of cigarette manual rolling workers in X factory Karanganyar. This research was a quasi-experimental, with a one-shot case study design. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, A total of 54 workers was randomly recruited as the sample. The independent variable of this study was banana (Musa sapientum), while the dependent variable was work fatigue. The Wilcoxon test was used to analyze the data. The Wilcoxon test showed that there was a significant difference between work fatigue before and after the banana supplementation to the cigarette manual rolling worker of X factory Karanganyar (p-value = 0.000). Thus, Banana (Musa sapientum) can be given as a food supplement to overcome the work fatigue problems in manual rolling workers.

Based on data from the Asian Development Bank, traffic accidents in Indonesia claimed 37,000 lives in 2005 and 48,000 in 2010. The types of injuries or injuries sustained as a result of traffic accidents are 49% or bruising injuries, 65.9% abrasions, open injuries 26.7, burns 1.9%, sprained 21%, broken bones 8.5 and broken 1.0% limb (WHO, 2007), Injury due to traffic accidents will increase in 2020 and will be the third leading cause of death in the world after coronary heart disease and depression (Hutapea, 2012). Objective: This study aims to determine the Effect of Bandage, Nursing and Evacuation Training on Student Knowledge in Emergency Management in Adventahan High School. Method: This type of research is a pre-experimental design study using one group pre-post design test design to compare knowledge before and after training in splint and evacuation. The study population was 45 students. The sampling technique used is the sample used is simple random sampling, which is as many as 30 students. Results: Analysis by Wilcoxon test. The results of the test have a significant effect on the training of bandaging, aids and evacuation (α ≤ 0.05 ie p-value = 0.000). The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence on the training of wrapping, aids and evacuation of students' knowledge in emergency management in Advent Ratahan High School. Suggestions to broaden students' knowledge about first aid dressing and evacuation, it is better for Adventahan High School to be an extracurricular school act. Completeness of nursing documentation is one of the quality indicators of nursing care. Based on the nursing practice law no. 38 article 37, nurses in carrying out Nursing Practices are obliged to document Nursing Care in accordance with the standards. Documentation in Inpatient PKM consisting of Siko, Jambula, and Sulamadaha PKM itself, based on the observations of researchers found several obstacles, namely, the lack of nurses given the large number of PKM programs that must be run, varying levels of education so documentation has a different understanding, this also supported by the lack of education and training related to temporary nursing care documentation relating to the Nursing Process and Documentation experiencing some recent changes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the nursing documentation format for the model Problem-Oriented Record (POR) on the performance of nurses in the Inpatient Health Center in Ternate City. The design of this study is quasi-experimental, namely, pre and post-test without control group. The population is nurses with 41 people in PKM Inpatient who are in Ternate City. Samples were taken by total sampling technique and analyzed using statistical tests t-test, Anova, and correlation. The results of the study found a significant difference between the performance of nurses before and after the application of the documentation format for nursing care in the POR model (p-value: 0,0005 α: 0.05) while the characteristics of respondents included age, sex, marital status, length of work and education had no effect on performance.

Static positions during work such as sitting for too long can cause exercise loads, stretching muscles, ligament of the spine causing a feeling of comfort in the lower back. One of the non-pharmacological pain management used in pain reduction is by doing relaxation movements. This research wasa quantitative study with a quasi-experimental approach to giving relaxation be used one group pretest posttest. Population of the research is 65 workers with 32 workers as the sample (using purposive sampling technique). The instrument used was numerical rating scale. Data analysis was performed by using univariate and bivariate (using wilcoxon test with α = 0,05).The result of this study showed that the p-value is 0,0001. It was indicate that the value of p < 0,05. It could be concluded that the relaxation was that there is an effect of providing relaxation movements to decrease complaints of low back pain in ulos weaver workers in the gallery ulos sianipar medan. A suggestion to the workers is they should do a relaxation when before and after working and using ergonomic position.

Method: This study utilized pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design; using one treatment group, with observations conducted to the group before and after treatment. The population in this study were all families with children who experienced sexual abuse with a total of 133 respondents. By using simple random sampling technique, 100 samples were obtained. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire on both variables. Data processing was carried out by editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating, while data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: Results obtained p value = 0.000 (<0.005), indicating that H1 was accepted. It means that there was an effect of Family Psychoeducation (FPE) therapy on the family's ability to care for children who experienced sexual abuse (post sexual abuse) in the working area of Women's Crisis Center, Jombang Regency. Background Pneumonia is the second most common disease that brings about death in children under five years of age in the world. It seems, Symptoms that appear in the case of Pneumonia are acute respiratory problems that need to be overcome appropriately. Objectives the aim of this research is to identify the effect of pursed lips breathing therapy through tongue blowing activity on the oxygenation status of preschoolers with Pneumonia. Method this research used quasi experimental with pre-post test group design. The sampling technique is purposive random sampling with 36 people consisting of 18 intervention groups and 18 control groups. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate tests (t-test) Result The results showed a significant difference between oxygenation status before and after intervention with tongue blowing therapy (PLB), namely p value= 0.045 on respiratory frequency (RR), p value = 0.037 to saturation oxygen (Sa02) and p value=0.036 on heart rate (HR). Recommendation The results of this study can add alternatives to independent nurse interventions in dealing with pediatric patients who have pneumonia or with oxygenation disorders.

Sectio caesarea is a delivery by making an incision in uterus through the frontwall of the abdomen. Sectio caesarea actions cause pain due to surgery. She also had pain, fatigue and prolonged labor process can cause breast engorgement. Engorgement is a condition where the breasts become full due to static ASI lymphatic flow, increased congestion and vascularity, and can lead toaccumulation of intra-caudal pressure that will affect the segment of the breast so that the whole pressure increased breast. Non-pharmacological management used to overcome this problem is to use cabbage compresses. Cabbage leaves contain an amino acid that is believed to reduce the breast engorgement. This study aims to determine the effect of cabbage compress to decrease breast engorgement scale of post partum section caesarea. This study used a quasi-experimental research design with a one group pre-post test design. Sampling technique with consecutive sampling. Population in this study were post partum section caesarea with breast engorgement in Rumkit Bhakti Wira Tamtama from June to August 2017. The analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Results has difference in scale breast engorgement before and after cabbage compress on postpartum maternal section caesarea with p value 0,001 (<0,05). Conclusion there are significant cabbage compress to decrease postpartum sectio caesarea with breast engorgement after compresses cabbage. This intervention is recommended to increase the comfort of post partum sectio caesarea with breast engorgement.
