Background: Pandemic COVID-19 has prompted the government to implement a social distancing policy. This also applies to pregnant mother to come to health workers unless there are signs of pregnancy. This study aims to know the influence of pregnancy services before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This is Mixed Method study with the sample was a midwife who carried out the Midwifery Independent Practice or “Praktek Madiri Bidan” (PMB) in Sragen Regency, Central Java Province. In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 informants. Statistical test using Paired T test, qualitative data using transcription and categorization Results: The average number of visits to maternity care at PMB was 117.0 (21.83) visits per month in the two months prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, only 67,6 (7,63) monthly visits for two months during COVID 19 pandemic. Obtained ρ value 0,000 which means there is a difference in Pregnancy Care Service Visits before and during the COVID 19 pandemic at PMB Sragen Regency, Central Java. There are two themes in the results of the qualitative study, namely the anxiety of midwives in providing midwifery services during the COVID-19 pandemic and the Protocol for Pregnancy Care Services during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Conclusions: There are differences in pregnancy services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The government is expected to be able to socialize technical guidelines for pregnant women in accessing services on pregnancy and prevention of COVID-19.

Background: Rehabilitation of persons with disabilities increases productivity. Self-awareness motivates participation in rehabilitation. This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-awareness and rehabilitation. Methods: This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross sectional approach with a population of people with disabilities in Colomadu District, Karanganyar. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with the inclusion criteria of persons with physical disabilities as many as 23 subjects. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data collection was carried out in December 2019. The data analysis technique used the non-parametric Rank Correlation test Spearman test. Results: The results of data analysis showed that self-awareness was not related to the rehabilitation of persons with physical disabilities with a value of r = 0.108, (p>0.05). The adjustment value (R2) is 0.118, meaning that 11.8% of individual autonomy variations can be explained by variations in self-awareness. While 88.2% was caused by other factors. Self-awareness does not improve rehabilitation implementation. Conclusion: External supporting factors are needed to increase the participation of persons with disabilities and self-awareness as internal motivation to strengthen external supporting factors in the implementation of rehabilitation.

Background: Performance is the quantity and quality of task achievement. Good leadership can motivate employees to improve performance. This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership style and motivation on the performance of nurses in hospitals. Methods: This study is a systematic review and meta-analysis. Article searches were carried out using search engines, including Google Scholar, PubMed, Sciendirect, BMJ, and Garuda Portal. The keywords used were “leadership style” OR motivation AND performance AND nurses AND “cross-sectional”, performance AND nurses. Determination of the eligibility of articles using PRISMA. Results from the entire literature were selected using inclusion and exclusion criteria. Measurement of effect size using RevMan 5.3 program. Results: All research obtained using a cross sectional research design. Good leadership style increased nurse performance by 3.19 times compared to poor leadership style and was statistically significant (OR= 3.19; 95% CI= 1.76 to 5.79; p<0.001). The sample of leadership style variables is 1290 nurses. Good motivation can improve nurse performance by 3.65 times compared to poor motivation and is statistically significant (OR= 3.65; 95% CI= 1.95 to 6.82; p< 0.001). Conclusion: Leadership style and motivation as factors in improving nurse performance. The leadership style of the head must be adapted to the needs of each room and must be flexible. With the right leadership style, nursing services in the room can be aligned with hospital goals.

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has the potential to cause severe psychological harm. Psychological conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, and disturbances are common among health care workers. The factors causing stress in health workers include workload, fear of being infected with COVID-19, the negative stigma of virus carriers, and being away from family. The research purposed to know the relationship between psychological condition and sleep quality. Methods: The research population consists of all nurses who have worked in the covid room. This research used descriptive correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The samples were collected using a simple random sampling technique with 30 respondents as inclusion and exclusion criteria. The questionnaires Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were completed by the respondent. Data analysis was used Chi-Square. Results: Most of the respondents were females (66,67%) over the age of 30 (70%).  Most of them had a nursing education diploma (60%). They were dominant and had normal levels of depression (96,67%), anxiety (86,67%), and stress (93,33%). Most of them had poor sleep quality (63,33%). According to the findings, the p-values for depression, anxiety, and stress in sleep quality were 0.43, 0.73, and 0.26. It represents that no relationship exists between one variable and another. Meanwhile, some respondents have mild depression, moderate anxiety, and mild stress with poor sleep quality. Conclusion: Poor psychological conditions are still found in nurses, which can interfere with the quality of nursing services. Additional nursing interventions are required to improve nurses' psychological well-being.

Background: Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended for at least 6 months. One of the leading factors that causes breastfeeding mothers experience problems in offering exclusive breastfeeding is the insufficient production of breast milk. Breast massage by utilizing soothing lavender oil is a method to boost breast milk production and also increase the production of oxytocin Hormones and smoothen the flow reflex.Purpose of this study is to analize effect of breast massage using lavender oil to breast milk production. Methods: This study uses a quasi experimental type with a before and after design with control group. The population of the research is breastfeeding mothers in the working area of ​​Local Health Center of Pleret, involving 36 samples of breastfeeding mothers. Sampling was collected using purposive sampling technique with worksheets monitor the frequency baby's urination, baby's weight, and sleeping duration of the baby. Data analysis used paired test and independent test with computerized program. Results: The increase in breast milk production using lavender oil and coconut oil shows that the p-value is 0.000. The effect of the amount of breast milk production using lavender oil and coconut oil in breast massage shows that the p-value is 0.000. Conclusion: There is found was a significant (p-value 0.000) an effect of lavender oil in breast massage on milk production for breastfeeding mothers.

Background: One of the efforts that have been carried out by the Ministry of Health in supporting the acceleration of MMR reduction is optimizing PONED. Apart from being poned, the use of the MCH Handbook is one way of maintaining health and obtaining quality maternal and child health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of training on the optimization of the use of the MCH book on the attitudes of the PONED midwives in completing the MCH booklet filling by village midwives in the working area of ​​the Paser District Health Center.  Methods: A Quantitative research method uses Quasy Experiment nonequivalent control group design. By involving 1 control group and 1 treatment group with a total sample size of 43 midwives in each group, using simple random sampling. Data analysis using Wilcoxon. Instrument that use can measure attitudes of midwives with good validity and reliability. Results: The results showed that there were significant differences in attitudes before and after treatment with a p-value of 0,000, but the mean value of attitudes before and after showed that training could not change the attitudes of midwives. The training held is not sufficient to change the attitude of midwives in compliance with the filling of the MCH handbook. Conclusion: It needs further and intense training for all PONED and non-PONED midwives and further identification is needed about things that can motivate the attitudes of midwives to improve poned midwives towards the implementation of optimization MCH books.

Background: Vocabulary is an important component of language aspect in children. Vocabulary mastery is a good predictor to see the language ability of children in further age. Speaking using more than one language gives children a broader experience to access language learning. This research was conducted to see the difference of vocabularies in Javanese and Indonesian languages. Methods: The research was conducted using cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaire to parents. The sample design used was total sampling. Data collection was conducted on April-September 2019. Results: The result of analysis using Mann Whitney test shows that there is a difference of vocabularies between Javanese and Indonesian languages. Variance test shows that Javanese vocabularies are higher in quantity than Indonesian vocabularies. Conclusion: There is a difference of vocabularies between Indonesian and Javanese. The use of dominant language in daily life putatively contributes to the findings of research. Broader exploration should be conducted to see the comparison between first and second languages.

Background: Cancer is a deadly disease for anyone. One type of cancer is breast cancer. This type of cancer has a big psychological impact on sufferers because of the risk of breast removal surgery for sufferers so that cancer can destroy their future and changing quality of life. Decreased quality of life in women with breast cancer causes them to be unable to fulfill their roles, duties and also mantaining health status. Therefore, the purposes of this study are to identified quality of life women with breast cancer. Methods: The method of this study used descriptive analysis, the study was conducted in the breast cancer community in Surabaya, East Java. A total of 30 people became respondents to this study and filled in 30 questions of European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-C-30 (EORTC QLQ C30). Results: The general health of the patients was an 664.25, which illustrates that the quality of life for cancer patients is in moderate condition. This is because in this study the last week symptoms such as shortness of breath, weakness, pain, difficulty sleeping, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, difficulty defecating, diarrhea, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, tension, difficulty walking close, lying in a chair / mattress is reduced or not. They still find it difficult to do strenuous activities, walk long distances, feel worried, have difficulty remembering and exper.ience financial difficulties. However, their lives are not disrupted due to physicality or therapy Conclusion: The general health of breast cancer patients in the Surabaya breast cancer community is an 664.25, which describes the quality of life of cancer patients in moderate condition . It is expected that the hospital can socialize about the group of breast cancer to patients so that patients can share  experience, obtain various health-related information, and will make patients feel they have many friends with cancer fighters so that it will further improve the quality of life

Background: Indonesia was ranked third in 2018 for tuberculosis (TB) incidence among other countries in the world. Indonesia is also facing non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and re-emerging disease. One of the NCDs problems in Indonesia is diabetes mellitus. These two diseases are interrelated. The prevalence of TB and diabetes mellitus in the elderly is much higher than in the other age groups. The purpose of this study was to determine the proportion of TB and diabetes mellitus and risk factors associated with each of these diseases in the elderly. Methods: The research was conducted at the Budi Luhur Nursing Home. The number population and sample is 70 people. The research design was cross-sectional. Univariate analysis was shown in the distribution of frequencies and proportions and bivariate analysis was performed using a chi-square test. Results: The proportion of TB was 2.4% while the proportion of diabetes mellitus was 14.6%. History of diabetes mellitus was associated with diabetes mellitus (p-value=0.015 and POR 7.11 (95% CI 1.543 - 32.764)). Age, gender, nutritional status, stress, physical activity, and history of TB were not associated with diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: : It is recommended to conduct other studies with a better design and to consider a research method that is suitable for the elderly.

Background: The convenience provided by technology makes a person tend to reduce physical activity. In a long time it will certainly have an impact on one's fitness. This will also affect adolescents to young adults, where the average circle is students in college. Fitness is very important to support daily activities, without fitness someone will easily experience fatigue. Currently, students tend to do less physical activity because they lie too much or are sedentary as a result of technological advances. As a physiotherapy student who will treat patients later, fitness needs to be maintained since in the college. So far, fitness identification has never been done for students in health institutions, especially in physiotherapy students in the Poltekkes Kemenkes Surakarta, so this study aims to determine the fitness condition of physiotherapy students.  Methods: this research is a descriptive study by measuring 8 fitness components namely flexibility, balance, strength, explosive power, speed, agility, coordination and endurance in 226 physiotherapy students and the data analized descriptively using Ms. Excel. Results: Based on the measurement results, it was found that flexibility, balance and strength were included in the good category, explosive power, agility and coordination were in the very poor category, speed and endurance were in the excellent category. The physiotherapy student fitness index shows an average value of 3.125, which means that student fitness is included in the fair category. Conclusion: there is efforts should be made to maintain and improve the fitness of physiotherapy students in the Poltekkes Kemenkes Surakarta.
