AbstractThis study discusses "The Effect of Communication in Organizations for Smooth Work in the Bone Regency Manpower Office". The purpose of this study is to obtain an objective picture of the effect of communication to improve the performance of employees of the Bone District Manpower Office. This research uses the field research method which is the method used by researching the object under study by interview, observation and, documentation. The source of the data in this research is the employees of the Bone Regency Manpower Office. Data collected from the results of the study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that 1). The conditions of the implementation of organizational communication in supporting the smooth implementation of the tasks within the Bone District Manpower Office, 2). The effectiveness of the communication carried out, and what factors underlie its implementation. 3). <p class="06IsiAbstrak"><strong>Implementation of Class Repetition Guidance in Developing Academic Ability of New Students at Madrasah Qudsiyyah Kudus</strong><strong>. </strong>This study aims to describe the implementation of repeating class tutoring in growing the academic abilities of new students at Madrasah Qudsiyyah Kudus. This study uses Field Research Methods (field research) with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research data collected was then analyzed using a deductive approach and an inductive approach. The results showed that first, the guidance process in repeating classes for new students entering the Madrasah Qudsiyyah Kudus was that when they wanted to enter the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level, they had to repeat the first class in MI class voluntarily, even though they had graduated from SD or MI. Second, the tutoring for repeating the classes carried out at Madrasah Qudsiyyah is by grouping according to their abilities. Fourth, the tutoring model for repeating classes at Madrasah Qudsiyyah is carried out in groups by forming a separate curriculum which can focus on the basic salafiyah curriculum as a provision of salafiyah material at an advanced level. The aim of this research is to explain the significance of digital literacy-based learning in the study of SKI at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In fact, few teachers have introduced digital literacy-based learning in the classroom. This is due to teachers' lack of understanding of how to use digital technology. This thesis employs qualitative descriptive analysis techniques in conjunction with field research. Techniques for gathering data included observation, interviews, and documentation. Descriptive analysis methods were used to analyze the data. Furthermore, comparing, checking the data's validity, and decrypting the data are all tasks that must be completed. The study's findings show that SKI's digital literacy-based learning is divided into four stages: (1) learning preparation, which includes deciding digital content based on the syllabus and lesson plans that will be provided to students; (2) digital material selection, which includes choosing digital files that will be shown during learning, such as images, movies, animated videos, or songs by examining whether or not the digital file is authorized. The learning material presented becomes more relevant and students become more engaged in learning as a result of digital literacy. This study serves as a resource for teachers interested in implementing digital literacy-based SKI learning, especially at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

This study examines the implementation of Islamic values in online transactions. This study aims to determine the readiness of the Raisa Collection in applying Islamic values, to determine the application of Islamic values in the Raisa Collection in online transactions, to determine the application of Islamic values in the Raisa Collection in online transactions to be used on an ongoing basis, and to determine constraints. - Constraints experienced by Raisa Collection in applying Islamic economic values in online transactions. The research method used is qualitative research using field research using data collection techniques that include observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) Raisa Collection has tried to apply Islamic values since the beginning of its business, even though it has used bank funds. (2) In conducting its business, Raisa Collection always prioritizes customer satisfaction and continues to serve complaints from consumers. The author's implications for the Raisa Collection owner are; (1) Maintain the principles or values of Islamic economics implemented. (2) Adding sales products.

Protection of workers with the existence of the Manpower Act is expected to reduce or even eliminate treatment that is considered unfair which is generally carried out by employers to workers. The existence of a Manpower Act which is the legal umbrella for workers which includes wage protection. Writing this journal aims to find out and elaborate more deeply on the legal relationship between outsourcing workers and companies that use outsourcing services and to seek efforts to resolve cases at PT. Caterison. The method used in writing the journal is an empirical legal research method, in this case the Manpower Act with the facts that occurred at PT. Caterison deals with outsourcing workers who are not entitled to payment of their wages. The types of approaches used are the statutory approach, the case approach, and the legal concept analysis approach. The data used are primary data obtained directly from field research and secondary data sourced from library research. In data collection techniques, using descriptive analysis techniques. PT. Caterison as an outsourcing service user signed an agreement and made an agreement with an outsourcing service provider company with the aim of filling some parts of the work within the company. The case began when outsource worker who carried out his duties at PT. Caterison felt he was not entitled to his wages for three consecutive months. This becomes necessary to be resolved because the issue of wages is a sensitive matter. Perlindungan terhadap pekerja dengan adanya Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan diharapkan mampu mengurangi atau bahkan menghilangkan perlakuan yang dinilai tidak adil yang umumnya dilakukan oleh pengusaha kepada pekerja. Adanya Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan yang menjadi payung hukum untuk pekerja yang didalamnya termasuk ke dalam perlindungan upah. Penulisan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mengelaborasi lebih dalam mengenai hubungan hukum antara pekerja outsorcing dengan perusahaan yang menggunakan jasa outsorcing dan untuk mencari upaya penyelesaian kasus yang terdapat pada PT. Caterison. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan jurnal yakni metode penelitian hukum empiris, dalam hal ini Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dengan fakta yang terjadi pada PT. Caterison berkenaan dengan pekerja outsorcing yang tidak mendapatkan hak atas pembayaran upahnya. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan yakni, pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus, serta pendekatan analisis konsep hukum. Dalam penggunaan sumber data, data yang digunakan yakni data primer yang didapatan langsung dari penelitian lapangan dan data sekunder yang bersumber dari penelitian kepustakaan. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data, menggunakan teknik analisis deskripsi. PT. Caterison sebagai pengguna jasa outsourcing menandatangani perjanjian serta membuat kesepakatan dengan perusahaan penyedia jasa outsourcing dengan tujuan mengisi beberapa bagian pekerjaan dalam perusahaan namun bukan pada pekerjaan inti. Kasus bermula ketika pekerja outsourcing yang menjalankan tugasnya pada PT. Caterison merasa tidak mendapatkan hak atas upah nya selama tiga bulan berturut-turutHal ini menjadi perlu untuk diselesaikan dikarenakan permasalahan upah adalah hal yang sensitif.

The purpose of this study was to find out how students' understanding of concepts, disciplines and responsibilities could be improved by applying the Think Pair Share (TPS) model. The research method used is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consists of two meetings. The research subjects were 31 students of SDN Tanahwulan Maesan Bondowoso class Vb. The research instrument in the form of observation sheets and written tests was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The indicator of the success of this classroom action research uses the minimum completeness criteria target (KKM) that has been set, namely 70 with classical completeness of 94% or 29 students. From the results of the study it was found that the average level of completeness of the students' conceptual understanding of social studies material continued to increase from the pre-cycle conditions of 52%, cycle 1 was 84% ​​and cycle 2 was 100%. In the discipline aspect, there was also an increase in the score from 71 in cycle 1, increasing to 86 in cycle 2. In the aspect of student responsibility, the score increased, namely 72 in cycle 1 and 85 in cycle 2. So it can be concluded that the application of the TPS learning model can improve understanding of students' concepts, disciplines and responsibilities

The Guardian

This study aimed to determine the cause of the marriage of guardian judges in the KUA, Bulo District, Polman Regency and to find out the review of Islamic law on this phenomenon. The research method used was field research with descriptive analysis techniques and applies a phenomenological and juridical-normative approach. The results showed that; 1) Among the factors in the occurrence of marriage with the guardian judge at the KUA, Bulo Sub-district, Polman Regency, is because there are no living lineage guardians and or no Muslim lineage guardians; 2) According to Islamic law, marriage with a guardian judge is legal if it has fulfilled the conditions and pillars that have been determined both in positive law and Islamic law, where the KUA Kecematan Bulo, Polman Regency stipulates that the guardian judge is a Muslim, akil, and balig.

The Relationship

This study aims to determine the internship program called PPL implemented by student of Islamic Educational Management Program at UIN Alauddin Makassar, and the relationship between the internship program and the competencies of students involved. This research is classified as field research using quantitative methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The product-moment formula is used to test the relationship between the two variables. The results of the data analysis show that the relationship between the intership program and student competency is in a low category, or there is no relationship between the two. Therefore, it was concluded that the field experience program was not relevant to be applied for student of Islamic Educational Management Program who were not in accordance with the competencies of the students.

<p><em>The problems of poverty and social inequality in a country with a majority Muslim population is of concern, one of which is Indonesia. One of the religious institution in Islam which are of direct relevance functionally with efforts to solve social problems and humanity is waqf. The emergence of the paradigm of productive waqf, is a momentum as an attempt to transform from its traditional management of waqf professional management. Masjid Agung Syuhada Yogyakarta can be considered successful in the management of this productive waqf for their productive economic programs. In this paper will discuss how to model the development of productive waqf in Masjid Agung Syuhada Yogyakarta. By using methods of field research and qualitative approach to the data will be obtained and analyzed through qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Data were obtained through in-depth observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed productive waqf that have been applied by Masjid Agung Syuhada Yogyakarta made many contributions both internally and externally through the productive economy that is sustainable. Waqf funds collected are managed properly and professionally so that the distribution can also be dialogue, it means that the waqf funds channeled productively with their development in several business areas in Masjid Agung Syuhada Yogyakarta.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

As for the background of the authors conducting this research is the existence of some students who have not prayed properly such as not hastening to the mosque or mushalla after the call to prayer, I did not do the tahiyyatul prayer before sitting, most students prefer to do other activities, many also learners who perform prayers by force and are still lazing in the classroom despite being reprimanded by the homeroom teacher, not a few students who still took time to the canteen. Application or process (deed) fulfill (obligation, duty). From the research carried out, it can be seen that the Guidance and Counseling teacher strategy in providing an understanding of the practice of the students' prayers has gone quite well by providing material about prayer in general to students in accordance with the material students have learned. The research method by the author is one of the descriptive qualitative field research. This research was conducted on students of class VIII at MTsN 2 Bukittinggi. The key informants were guidance and counseling teachers and supporting informants for PAI students and teachers. The author collects data with observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data processing techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis and techniques to test the validity of the data with data triangulation.
