This study examines the implementation of Islamic values in online transactions. This study aims to determine the readiness of the Raisa Collection in applying Islamic values, to determine the application of Islamic values in the Raisa Collection in online transactions, to determine the application of Islamic values in the Raisa Collection in online transactions to be used on an ongoing basis, and to determine constraints. - Constraints experienced by Raisa Collection in applying Islamic economic values in online transactions. The research method used is qualitative research using field research using data collection techniques that include observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) Raisa Collection has tried to apply Islamic values since the beginning of its business, even though it has used bank funds. (2) In conducting its business, Raisa Collection always prioritizes customer satisfaction and continues to serve complaints from consumers. The author's implications for the Raisa Collection owner are; (1) Maintain the principles or values of Islamic economics implemented. (2) Adding sales products.

The purposes of this study were (1) to determine the specifications of teaching materials integrated STR; and (2) to analyze the results of expert validation to teaching materials integrated STR. The research method used in this study was Research and Development (R D) with a four-D procedure (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that (1) The profile of the teaching materials integrated STR are (a) teaching materials are integration between concepts of fundamental of physics and Islamic values of Al-Quran and Hadith ; and (b) the media developed is an integration between PPT and Phet; and (2) The results of the material expert validation on the results of the development of teaching materials integrated STR on aspects of content feasibility, aspects of presentation, aspects of language, and material integration are well categorized. Likewise, the results of media expert validation on the display and programming aspects show good categories

AbstractThis study discusses "The Effect of Communication in Organizations for Smooth Work in the Bone Regency Manpower Office". The purpose of this study is to obtain an objective picture of the effect of communication to improve the performance of employees of the Bone District Manpower Office. This research uses the field research method which is the method used by researching the object under study by interview, observation and, documentation. The source of the data in this research is the employees of the Bone Regency Manpower Office. Data collected from the results of the study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that 1). The conditions of the implementation of organizational communication in supporting the smooth implementation of the tasks within the Bone District Manpower Office, 2). The effectiveness of the communication carried out, and what factors underlie its implementation. 3). Al-Ghazali and Zarnuji are two figures who have an international reputation, also have broad insights about the teachings of Islam. Even though both of them live in two countries with different cultures and cultures, they have the same vision and mission in eradicating ignorance and elevating human dignity, namely through education. In the process of education, each of the prosecutors of knowledge will experience a process of seeking and seeking knowledge, so that in the process has ethics and manners in studying.The formulation of the problem in research is How does ethics study Al-Ghazali's perspective? How does ethics study Zarnuji's perspective? How is the comparative analysis of Al Ghazali and Al Zarnuji's views on ethics studying? The purpose of this research is to find out the ethics of studying Al-Ghazali's perspective, to know the ethics of studying Zarnuji's perspective, to find out a comparative analysis of the views of Al Ghazali and Al Zarnuji about ethics studying. And the benefits are adding to the insight and knowledge of researchers about the ethics of studying in the perspective of Al-Ghazali and Al Zarnuji, to further serve as a reference in attitude and behavior.The method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with historical, textual and comparative approaches. As for the analysis technique, researchers used descriptive analysis techniques through a qualitative approach in the form of descriptions.The results of his research are Ethics studying in Al Ghazali's perspective there are ten points, while ethics studying in Al Zarnuji's perspective there are five points. Ethical equality in seeking knowledge in the view of Al Ghazali and Al Zarnuji is, to straighten out intentions accompanied by cleansing the heart and soul, the prosecutor of knowledge should not involve much in worldly affairs, he must respect and respect science, teachers, and experts. The difference in ethics requires that the perspective of Al Ghazali and Al Zarnuji be reviewed in terms of the nature of the prosecutor of knowledge, aspects of the teacher or instructor, as well as the qualifications of the knowledge pursued or demanded.

Protection of workers with the existence of the Manpower Act is expected to reduce or even eliminate treatment that is considered unfair which is generally carried out by employers to workers. The existence of a Manpower Act which is the legal umbrella for workers which includes wage protection. Writing this journal aims to find out and elaborate more deeply on the legal relationship between outsourcing workers and companies that use outsourcing services and to seek efforts to resolve cases at PT. Caterison. The method used in writing the journal is an empirical legal research method, in this case the Manpower Act with the facts that occurred at PT. Caterison deals with outsourcing workers who are not entitled to payment of their wages. The types of approaches used are the statutory approach, the case approach, and the legal concept analysis approach. The data used are primary data obtained directly from field research and secondary data sourced from library research. In data collection techniques, using descriptive analysis techniques. PT. Caterison as an outsourcing service user signed an agreement and made an agreement with an outsourcing service provider company with the aim of filling some parts of the work within the company. The case began when outsource worker who carried out his duties at PT. Caterison felt he was not entitled to his wages for three consecutive months. This becomes necessary to be resolved because the issue of wages is a sensitive matter. Perlindungan terhadap pekerja dengan adanya Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan diharapkan mampu mengurangi atau bahkan menghilangkan perlakuan yang dinilai tidak adil yang umumnya dilakukan oleh pengusaha kepada pekerja. Adanya Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan yang menjadi payung hukum untuk pekerja yang didalamnya termasuk ke dalam perlindungan upah. Penulisan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mengelaborasi lebih dalam mengenai hubungan hukum antara pekerja outsorcing dengan perusahaan yang menggunakan jasa outsorcing dan untuk mencari upaya penyelesaian kasus yang terdapat pada PT. Caterison. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan jurnal yakni metode penelitian hukum empiris, dalam hal ini Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dengan fakta yang terjadi pada PT. Caterison berkenaan dengan pekerja outsorcing yang tidak mendapatkan hak atas pembayaran upahnya. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan yakni, pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus, serta pendekatan analisis konsep hukum. Dalam penggunaan sumber data, data yang digunakan yakni data primer yang didapatan langsung dari penelitian lapangan dan data sekunder yang bersumber dari penelitian kepustakaan. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data, menggunakan teknik analisis deskripsi. PT. Caterison sebagai pengguna jasa outsourcing menandatangani perjanjian serta membuat kesepakatan dengan perusahaan penyedia jasa outsourcing dengan tujuan mengisi beberapa bagian pekerjaan dalam perusahaan namun bukan pada pekerjaan inti. Kasus bermula ketika pekerja outsourcing yang menjalankan tugasnya pada PT. Caterison merasa tidak mendapatkan hak atas upah nya selama tiga bulan berturut-turutHal ini menjadi perlu untuk diselesaikan dikarenakan permasalahan upah adalah hal yang sensitif.

The Guardian

This study aimed to determine the cause of the marriage of guardian judges in the KUA, Bulo District, Polman Regency and to find out the review of Islamic law on this phenomenon. The research method used was field research with descriptive analysis techniques and applies a phenomenological and juridical-normative approach. The results showed that; 1) Among the factors in the occurrence of marriage with the guardian judge at the KUA, Bulo Sub-district, Polman Regency, is because there are no living lineage guardians and or no Muslim lineage guardians; 2) According to Islamic law, marriage with a guardian judge is legal if it has fulfilled the conditions and pillars that have been determined both in positive law and Islamic law, where the KUA Kecematan Bulo, Polman Regency stipulates that the guardian judge is a Muslim, akil, and balig.

Earning per share is profit per share which is a reference for investors in investing, the problems faced by PT. Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk and PT. Buana Finance decreased its net income for two consecutive years. The purpose of the research is to find out the calculation of Earning Per Share (EPS) and the amount of stock returns on the company. This research method uses quantitative analysis descriptive analysis techniques that are used to describe in measuring stock returns. The data analysis technique uses Earning per Share calculations with a reference to the industry standard standard criteria. The results of the study show that theoretically the three companies value of EPS is not good because the calculation results are below the industry average standard. The results of the Earning per Share calculation can provide a reference for investors before deciding to invest to do an analysis of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the process and the integration of Islamic values ​​into Javanese language learning. This research method was carried out qualitatively descriptive. This study described how the teacher combines Islamic values ​​with Javanese language learning for grade V students. The subjects of this study were students and teachers of MI Ma'arif Darussalam. The data collection technique used was unstructured interviews. Observations are made by observing teacher activities in the classroom and outside the classroom in teaching activities that are familiar with the student's personality. Documentation was done by finding and collecting documents related to the teaching plan to get data about the habits of these characters. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The result of this research is that the integration of Islamic values ​​with Javanese language learning carried out by the teacher is already at a good stage and has been implemented in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena minat baca siswa dan pengaruh minat baca terhadap pertumbuhan kemampuan belajar siswa pada jenjang-jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Kepala sekolah sebagai lokomotif perkembangan mutu pendidikan memiliki peran strategi bagi pengumbuhan dan pengembangan minat baca peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala madrasah sebagai edukator, manajer, dan innovator dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik di MIT Nurul Islam Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif lapangan, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi, serta dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peran kepala madrasah sebagai edukator dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik meliputi meliputi tiga pembinaan, yakni pembinaan mental dan moral, serta pembinaan artistik. 2) Peran kepala madrasah sebagai manajer dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik di MIT Nurul Islam meliputi penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dengan didasarkan pada pada kerjasama dengan USAID dan UIN Walisongo Semarang. 3) Peran kepala madrasah sebagai innovator dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik di MIT Nurul Islam Kota Semarang meliputi inovasi strategi, pola pikir (mindset) dan struktur. Abstract This research is motivated by the phenomenon of reading interest of students and the influence of reading interest on the growth of students' learning ability in the next level of education. The principal as a locomotive of the development of the quality of education has a strategic role for the growth and development of reading interest of learners. This study aims to determine the role of principal as an educator, manager, and innovator in the development of reading interest of learners in MIT Nurul Islam Semarang City. This research is a qualitative field research, data collected through observation, interview, documentation and triangulation, and analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The role of principal as an educator in the development of reading interest of learners includes three activities are coaching, namely mental and moral coaching, and artistic coaching. 2) The role of principal as manager in the development of reading interest of learners at MIT Nurul Islam covers the application of management functions based on cooperation with USAID and UIN Walisongo Semarang. 3) The role of principal as innovator in the development of reading interest of learners at MIT Nurul Islam Semarang City includes innovation strategy, mindset, and structure.
