<p class="06IsiAbstrak"><strong>The Effect of Self-Esteem on Social Climber Behavior in Guidance and Counseling Students, Semarang State University</strong><strong>. </strong>This study aims at examining the influence of self-esteem on social climber behavior on Guidance and Counseling students at Universitas Negeri Semarang. These phenomena were related to the behavior of social climber. The most highlighted social climber behavior on students reflected in their lifestyle, e.g. their appearance and circle. This phenomenon happened because of the desire to get recognition from the surroundings. The research was a quantitative method using a psychological scale to collect the data. The results of this study showed that there was a significant relationship between self-esteem and social climber behavior on students. The results of this study are useful for Guidance and Counseling teachers to provide more innovation in conducting Guidance and Counseling services, especially in order to be able to guide individuals with social climber behavior to become individuals who want to accept themselves as they are.</p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Self-Esteem, Lifestyle, Social Climber Behavior

<p class="06IsiAbstrak"><strong>Information Services through Voluntary Counseling and Testingfor High-Risk Groups (Islamic Counseling Guidance Analysis)</strong>. Information services allow clients to receive and understand various information in various fields such as education, social, health, and others. The counseling program in the information service Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) aims to provide knowledge about maintaining health to reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS. Anyone can experience cases of contracting the HIV/AIDS virus, one of which is the high-risk group for sex men (MSM), transgender (TG), and people who inject drugs (PWID). This study aims to provide an analysis of the implementation of information services through VCT in the prevention of HIV/AIDS transmission in high-risk groups. The design of this study used a descriptive qualitative method by taking samples from assisted groups in PKBI Semarang City. Information services in VCT contain the knowledge of HIV/AIDS transmission and prevention. This study shows the effectiveness of information services provided by officers in the VCT process in preventing transmission of HIV/AIDS in the high-risk group to be analyzed using the Islamic counseling guidance model.</p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Information Services, Voluntary Counseling, and Testing, HIV AIDS, High-Risk Groups

<p class="06IsiAbstrak"><strong>Implementation of Guidance and Counseling Management at MTs NU TBS Kudus</strong><strong>. </strong>This study aims to determine the implementation of guidance and counseling management at MTs TBS Kudus. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach at MTs TBS Kudus. The collected data was then analyzed by the data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysis in the field of the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the implementation of the management of counseling guidance at MTs TBS Kudus has been going well. The program planning stage is by analyzing student needs and problems, analyzing school conditions, determining goals, understanding and determining materials, determining time and place, determining facilities and planning budgets. The organizing stage is carried out by selecting a competent counselor. The stage of implementing guidance and counseling at MTs TBS Kudus by carrying out counseling services in accordance with SOP equipped with supporting activities. The evaluation stage of the BK program is by evaluating programs and then improving them again.</p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Implementation, Counseling Guidance Management, MTs TBS Kudus

<p class="06IsiAbstrak"><strong>Does Spirit Of Nationalism Still Exist Through Guidance &amp; Counseling Service? (The Fieldtrip Study Analysis at (SIKL) Indonesian School Students of Kuala Lumpur)</strong><strong>. </strong>This study aims to describe the spirit of nationalism in guidance and counseling services (analytical studies at the Indonesian School of Kuala Lumpur (SIKL). This research uses a field visit study method. Where field study visits are conducted online via zoom. The approach used is qualitative. This approach is descriptive based on observations in the form of words or observed behavior. The data sources are diverse, such as observation notes, history, and interview notes. While this article is the source of the data from interviews. The research data collected was then analyzed using a descriptive analysis approach. The results of the study indicate that BK teachers have an important role in helping the success of character education. In Malaysia, there are many Indonesians living there. So, the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School is presented as an effort for the Indonesian people to instill in every citizen everywhere to be able to experience an integrated education, namely the national education system. SIKL is an overseas Indonesian school that is committed to educating students and promoting Indonesian culture in the global community. There are several forms of activities that support the character of nationalism, namely by holding extracurricular arts, expression stages, scouts, and cultural diplomacy. <p class="06IsiAbstrak"><strong>Implementation of Class Repetition Guidance in Developing Academic Ability of New Students at Madrasah Qudsiyyah Kudus</strong><strong>. </strong>This study aims to describe the implementation of repeating class tutoring in growing the academic abilities of new students at Madrasah Qudsiyyah Kudus. This study uses Field Research Methods (field research) with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research data collected was then analyzed using a deductive approach and an inductive approach. The results showed that first, the guidance process in repeating classes for new students entering the Madrasah Qudsiyyah Kudus was that when they wanted to enter the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level, they had to repeat the first class in MI class voluntarily, even though they had graduated from SD or MI. Second, the tutoring for repeating the classes carried out at Madrasah Qudsiyyah is by grouping according to their abilities. Fourth, the tutoring model for repeating classes at Madrasah Qudsiyyah is carried out in groups by forming a separate curriculum which can focus on the basic salafiyah curriculum as a provision of salafiyah material at an advanced level. Fifth, this basic salafiyah guidance material is carried out by all teachers, not only burdened by counselors.<strong></strong></p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Guidance, Repeating Class, Madrasah Qudsiyyah

<p><strong>The Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Vocational High School New Students Self Adjustment.</strong> This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with the adjustment of new students of class X SMK Negeri 1 Bulakamba Brebes. The sample in the study was 78 students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of the data analysis showed that the level of emotional intelligence of new vocational high school students was in the medium category and the level of self adjustment was in the medium category. There is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and vocational high school new student self adjustment as indicated by the value (r) of 0.635 and a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. While the coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.4032, this shows that emotional intelligence contributes 40% to the adjustment of new vocational high school students, so it be concluded that the higher level of emotional intelligence, the higher level of self adjustment.</p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Emotional Ntelligence, Self Adjustment, New Vocational High School Students</p>

<p><strong><em>The Concept Of Responsive Service For Students Who Have Difficulty Learning Online In The Pandemic Covid-19</em></strong><em>.This study aims to determine the concept of responsive services for students who have difficulty learning online in the pandemic covid-19 era. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that discusses the responsive service of BK Teachers as counselors in overcoming online student learning difficulties amid covid-19 outbreaks. The results showed that students' learning difficulties when studying at home online were inadequate facilities and internet networks, lack of understanding of certain subjects and a less conducive atmosphere of learning at home. In research the responsive service strategy used is individual counseling, and collaboration with subject teachers and involving parents. The role of the BK teacher in overcoming learning difficulties is by collecting data, determining diagnosis, prognosis and treatment and evaluation.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Responsive Service, Learning Difficulties, Online Learning</em>
