Abd al-Karim ibn Ibrahim ibn Abd al-Karim bin Khalifah bin Ahmad bin Mahmud al-Jilli (1365–1428 M) terkenal dengan teori sufistiknya tentang insan kamil (manusia sempurna). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan secara terperinci pemikiran tasawuf falsafi al-Jilli mengenai konsep insan kamil. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian library research (studi kepustakaan). Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa menurut pemikiran tasawuf-falsafi ‘Abdul Karim al-Jilli, manusia dapat berpotensi menjadi insan kamil dengan cara memaksimalkan potensi ruhhiyah atau spiritualnya. Abd al-Karim ibn Ibrahim ibn Abd al-Karim bin Khalifah bin Ahmad bin Mahmud al-Jilli (1365 – 1428 AD) is famous for his Sufistic theory of insan kamil (perfect man). This study aims to describe in detail about Al-Jilli's philosophical Sufism and how his famous thoughts regarding the concept of insan kamil. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with the type of research library research (library study). The results of this study explain that regarding the Sufism-philosophy concept of 'Abdul Karim al-Jilli, humans could be the perfect man (Insan Kamil) by maximizing their potential spirituality.

This journal entitled al-Insya 'at -Ta alabiy fi Surati al-Mujadilah (Dirasah Tahliliyyah Tada wuliyyah). Writing this journal on the back of many found sentences, assuming that the sentence does not work as the original. But in other circumstances, some sentences have other functions that can be understood in context when the utterance is uttered. Therefore, the researcher is interested to study and examine the letter of al-Mujadilah by asking two questions formulation, firstly, how many verses are not conventionally interpreted in the letter of al-Muja> dilah ? Second, what verses that are not conventionally interpreted in surat al-Mujadilah? Third, what is the function of the verse that is not conventionally interpreted in surat al-Mujadilah? The purpose is to know how many numbers, sentences and sentence functions that contain speech acts in the letter al-Mujadilah. The theory that researchers use and proposed is a pragmatic theory that was promoted by Austin to act speech because only this theory that can dissect and describe the function or intention contained in the sentence that contains not functioned as it should. This research is a research library (library research) with materials or reference sources obtained from the library. The data analysis is done by qualitative method and presented with descriptive analysis method, so that can know the final result of research. This study aims to analyze the accounting treatment for non-performing loans of credit sales at PT. Adira Finance Baubau. The analysis method that being used is descriptive qualitative method. While the collecting method are field research, library research and interview. This research is conducted at PT. Adira Finance Baubau during April 2017. The results showed that the accounting treatment for non-performing problem loans of credit sales at PT. Adira Finance Baubau will be recorded as operating loss of the company. Assets in the form of cars from troubled sales will be withdrawn and repaired, then offered back to the consumers. The income of those troubled cars sales and other new cars sales are expected to recover the company's losses due to the sale of non performing loans so that the performance of PT. Adira Finance Baubau will still look stable even though the company is haunted by business risks of non-performing loans of their own car credit sales.

Culture and society are one unity that cannot be separated from each other, therefore with the existence of various ethnic groups, various traditions are born. In addition, culture can be seen as values that are believed to be shared in a society and can be internalized in individuals so that they live in every behavior, one of which is in the marriage customs of each tribe that has unique and very interesting differences and we must know and preserve, because Indonesia is very rich in culture that we must guard together, by knowing the difference does not mean we insult and blame instead guard and respect each other. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences and similarities of the marriage customs of the Banjar and Bugis tribes. The method that I use is a qualitative method. Type of library research (library reseach), the approach used is an ethnographic approach by examining cultural phenomena that exist in society. The results of this study are the marriage customs of the Banjar and Bugis tribes that have differences and similarities. The first difference is about the term money given to women from the male side by the term uag jujuran (Banjar tribe) and panai money (Bugis tribe), while the equation is something that must be fulfilled in the custom of marriage and the same form money. The next difference is about the factors that influence the high and low amount of money given, then in practice it also has similar differences and similarities, only procedurally different.

Tulisan ini menjelaskan konsep khalifah fil’ardi sebagai wakil Tuhan dalam melestarikan alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan kesadaran energi yang berasal dari sumber daya alam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) dan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis dan data yang penulis teliti, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan yang komprehensif tentang kesadaran energi menjadi dasar mengenai khalifah fil’ardi. Mewujudkan kesadaran energi di tengah masyarakat menjadi konsep termutakhir dari “khalifah fil ‘ardi” This paper describes the concept of khalifah fil’ardi as representatives of God in conserving nature. This study aims to instill awareness of energy derived from natural resources. This type of research is the research library (Library Research) and this research is a qualitative descriptive study. Based on the analysis and the data that I researched, the author concludes that a comprehensive knowledge about energy awareness is the basis of the khalifah fil’ardi. Realizing energy awareness in society becomes the latest concept of khalifah fil’ardi.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran simulasi berbasis TIK dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa kelas IV SD/ MI dalam pembelajaran matematika ?. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir logis siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika serta persepsi siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika yang sulit dipahami dan menakutkan, sehingga dihadirkan sebuah inovasi dengan memanfaatkan model simulasi berbasis TIK. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian kepustakaan (library research), sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencari berbagai dokumentasi dari beberapa jurnal yang relevan dengan penelitian ini, kemudian dianalisis dan diambil kesimpulan. Jurnal yang digunakan adalah  terbitan sepuluh tahu terakhir yaitu mulai tahun 2010-2020. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa model simulasi berbasis TIK yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa, dengan kata lain model pembelajaran simulasi berbasis TIK dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir logis siswa kelas IV SD/ MI. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari analisis 33 artikel yang relevan dengan penelitian ini, sehingga dapat dipakai dalam menentukan kesimpulanKata Kunci : simulasi, tik, berpikir logisAbstract :This study aims to determine Whether the ICT-based simulation learning model can contribute to the logical thinking skills of grade IV SD/ MI students in mathematics learning. This research is motivated by the low ability of students to think logically in mathematics learning and students’ perceptions of learning mathematics which is difficult to understand and scary, so that an innovation is presented by utilizing an ICT-based simulation model. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with library research desaign, while the data collection technique is done by looking for various documentation from several journal relevant to this research, then analyzed and conclusions drawn. The journal used are those of the last ten years, starting from 2010-2020. The results of this study indicate that the ICT-based simulation model applied in learning can contribute to student’s logical thinking skills, in other words, the ICT-based simulation learning model can foster logical thinking skills in grade IV SD/ MI students. This can be seen from the analysis of 33 articles relevant to this research, so that it can be used in determining conclusions.Keywords : simulation, ict, logical thinking

This research discusses a novel which written by Sue Monk Kidd entitled The Secret Life of Bees. The writers aims to describe the matriarchal society issue that is often regarded as the opposed of patriarchy. This research aims to answer the question how levels of matriarchal society described in the novel The Secret Life of Bees through women characters in the story. This study applies descriptive qualitative method and typically library research. This research applies socio-historical approach in order to look at the relation between literary work and society’s historical elements that happen in the past. At political level, August character shows as the matriarch or the leader in community with important role for overcoming conflict and decision making process. At economical level, it shows that matriarchal society common practice has right and same position in economic affair and giving gift each other to make the economic condition balance. Last, at spiritual and cultural level, it is described that women characters in The Secret Life of Bees believe in feminine divine which is the Black Mary and doing worship for her. In conclusion, The Secret Life of Bees novel clearly depicts matriarchal society based on the theory of Matriarchy by Heide Göettner-Abendroth.Keyword: The Secret Life of Bees, Matriarchy, Matriarchal Society, Levels of Matriarchal Society, Socio-historical Approach

This study aims to analyze the urgency of consumption in the economy and the implementation of Islamic values in public consumption behavior. The data used was time series data to food consumption on Indonesian from year 2011 to 2014. The analysis was conducted with qualitative method using the analysis techniques library research, are deskriptive analysis. The result shows that consumptive behavior becomes a habit Indonesian society, so the community income mostly just for consumption. Islam provides a solution that balanced consumption behavior that is not tabdjir and not ishraf.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang urgensi konsumsi dalam perekonomian dan implementasi nilai Islam pada perilaku konsumsi masyarakat. Data yang digunakan adalah data seri waktu (time series) terhadap konsumsi makanan di Indonesia dari tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2014. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan tekhnik analisis library research yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Hasil-hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku konsumtif menjadi kebiasaan masyarakat Indonesia, sehingga penghasilan masyarakat sebagian besar hanya untuk konsumsi. Islam menawarkan pola konsumsi yang seimbang yaitu tidak tabdjir dan tidak ishraf.

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the development of creativity and art in full-day schools. This study used a qualitative method with the type of library research. Full day school was an integrated curriculum and integrated activity, which meant a system that was carried out consciously in order to organize a planned learning action, then implemented and evaluated the learning in a fun way, with the expectation that students did not feel bored and tiresome even though they had studied all day long. The results of the study revealed the schools that implemented the full day school system, seen from previous research or library research, had many significant advantages in the development of creativity and art, one of which was extracurricular activities that could support students' talents and creativity. Some of them were sports, art and musicextracurricular, or extracurricular of science and robotics, from this explanation, the researchers yielded hypothesis that full-day school had an impact on students’ development, especially on creativity and art at the elementary school level.

AbstrakArsitektur dari suatu bangsa, pada suatu masa sering berbeda-beda, baik dalam hal bentuk maupun konsep-konsep yang melandasinya. Hal ini tentu disebabkan adanya perbedaan kebudayaan dari suatu masyarakat dengan masyarakat lainnya. Setiap suku bangsa biasanya akan menunjukkan identitas budayanya melalui benda-benda budaya yang mereka buat. Demikian halnya masyarakat Dayak Kanayatn memiliki ciri tersendiri dalam bentuk arsitektur bangunan khususnya bangunan rumah tinggal. Bentuk arsitektur masyarakat Dayak Kanayat’n yang tinggal di Desa Sahapm tercermin dalam bentuk Rumah Betang atau Rumah Panjang dan hingga kini masih dijaga dan dihuni oleh masyarakat. Bentuk rumah Betang juga menunjukkan hidup kebersamaan bagi penghuninya. Dalam  Rumah panjang atau Rumah Betang mereka berinteraksi antara bilik yang satu dengan bilik yang lainnya. Tujuan penulisan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk arsitektur Rumah Betang dan keberadaannya pada saat ini, selain itu penelitian ini juga  mendeskripsikan kehidupan masyarakat di Rumah Betang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan tehnik pengamatan dan wawancara dalam menggali data di lapangan serta studi kepustakaan sebagai menggali bahan untuk menulis. AbstractThe nation has a diverse architecture, both in terms of form as well as the underlying concepts. The diversity of architecture due to differences in the culture of a society. Each tribe will usually show its cultural identity through cultural objects that they create. Similarly with Kanayatn Dayak community has its own characteristics in the architecture, especially residential buildings. Architectural form of the Dayak people who live in the village Dayak Kanayat'n reflected in the form of Rumah Betang or Rumah Panjang and is still maintained and inhabited by people. Betang shapes also showed live together or togetherness. The people who lived in Rumah Panjang interact with each other in one room to other room. The main purposes of this study is to describe the architectural form and its existence today. In addition, this study describe betang people's lives at home. The method used is descriptive-qualitative method using the techniques of observation and interviews to collect data in the field and library research.

Marriage isbat which has been considered a solution to the settlement of a marriage under the hands offered by the Act in order to protect the rights relating to his wife and children, while the isbat or isbat contensius is a solution given to people who will divorce with a marriage that is not in marriage. record it. This research method used is a qualitative method, a type of library research, with a normative juridical approach. Based on the results of the study found, that basically a divorce that can be done before the Religious Court is a divorce from a registered marriage. In the Gunung Sugih Religious Court Decision Number: 0333 / Pdt.G / 2018 / PA.Gns concerning the Application for Itsbat Marriage, accompanied by a Divorce Claim, the judge granted the divorce suit by ratifying the marriage license first. Granting divorce proceedings on the grounds of inattention to children, spending property generated by the wife as a plaintiff, and the defendant often acts violently against the plaintiff. The judge's judgment and decision is in accordance with the value of benefit, namely guarding offspring (hifz al-nasl) and protecting property (hifz al-mal), and protecting the soul (hifz al-nafs). Isbat nikah yang selama ini dianggap solusi penyelesaian perkawinan di bawah tangan yang ditawarkan Undang-Undang dalam rangka melindungi hak-hak yang berkaitan dengan istri dan anak, sedangkan gugat isbat atau isbat contensius adalah solusi yang diberikan kepada orang yang akan bercerai dengan perkawinan yang tidak di catatkan. penelitan  ini  metode  yang digunakan   adalah   metode kualitatif, jenis penelitian library research, dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan, bahwa Pada dasarnya suatu perceraian yang dapat dilakukan di hadapan Pengadilan Agama merupakan perceraian dari perkawinan tercatat. Pada Putusan Pengadilan Agama Gunung Sugih Nomor : 0333/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Gns tentang Permohonan Itsbat Nikah disertai dengan Gugatan Cerai hakim mengabulkan gugatan cerai dengan mengesahkan itsbat nikah terlebih dahulu. Mengabulkan gugatan cerai dengan alasan kurang perhatiannya terhadap anak-anak, menghabiskan harta yang dihasilkan istri sebagai penggugat, dan tergugat sering melakukan kekerasan terhadap penggugat. Pertimbangan dan putusan hakim tersebut telah sesuai dengan nilai kemaslahatan yaitu menjaga keturunan (hifz al-nasl) dan menjaga harta (hifz al-mal), dan menjaga jiwa (hifz al-nafs).
