This study aims to determine the influence of the characteristics For culture organizational on employee performance PDAM Merauke.dengan using data analysis technique in which quantitative techniques are used to test the effect of independent variables and the dependent variable.The statistical method used is to use simple regression: The formula used is Y = a + b1x1 + b2X2 + b3X3 + b4X4 + b5X5 + e. The technique of data processing is done is composed of six variables. The sixth variable is adopted from instruments that are formulated using scoring techniques. Scoring techniques in this study is "Likert scale" of scale associated with a statement about a person's attitude towards something (Kinner in Umar, 2008). Through the Likert scale, measured variables are translated into indikatot variables, hereinafter used as a starting point in preparing the items that can be a statement or a question.There is a significant influence of variable X to variable Y of 0.617 or 61.7%. It was concluded that if the variable X is high then lead to higher performance, and vice versa if the variable X is getting low, the resulting performance of employees will also be low. Based on the analysis of data obtained about the characteristics of organizational culture on employee performance in PDAM Merauke, it can be concluded that: Variable X1, X2, X3, and X4 positive and significant impact on the variable Y, and variable X5 but not significant positive effect on the variable Y, this can be seen that the value X5 by 0.264> 0.05

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

ABSTRACT This study aims to see "The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Election Performance of the City of Bukittinggi". The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression to determine the effect of the independent variables and dependent variables and the hypothesis test using the T test to test the significance level between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a calculated t value> from t table (4.504> 2.07) and a significance level of 0.000. While Motivation (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with t count> t table (2.996> 2.07) and a significance value of 0.007. Together, leadership style and work motivation variables contributed 89.3% to employee performance and the remaining 10.7% was explained by other variables not discussed in this study. This study aims to analyze the Financial Ratio for Predicting Bankruptcy. The sample used in this study are SMEs according PEFINDO25 period 2013 to 2017. The independent variables in this study is liquidity, profitability, debt structure, solvency and activity ratio; and control variables is size and age, as well as the dependent variable is bankruptcy. The amount of sample in this study 32 companies PEFINDO25 by using purposive sampling. The method of data analysis is done by using logistic regression with SPSS version 23. The result of this research showed that liquidity, profitability and age has significant negative effect on bankruptcy. Debt structure has significant positive effect on bankruptcy. While solvency, activity ratio and size does not significantly effect on bankruptcy

ROA is a comparison between pre-tax profit and total bank assets. Factors that can influence ROA must be observed by bank management in order to obtain optimal ROA. Optimal ROA shows that banks are able to make good use of assets owned to generate profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CAR, NPL, DER and LAR partially on ROA in commercial banks on the IDX for the period 2013-2015. The sample in this study were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2015, which totaled 31 banking companies, which were taken using the census method. Data collection is done by nonparticipant observation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between CAR and ROA. NPL shows a significant negative effect on ROA. DER shows a significant negative effect on ROA, and LAR shows a significant positive effect on ROA. Keywords: CAR, NPL, DER, LAR, ROA

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between financial behavior based on income, financial literacy and a personal lifestyle. This study uses primary data through a data collection process by distributing questionnaires online (using Google Forms) among the total of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used here is SPSS, version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between financial literacy variables and financial behavior. Meanwhile, income and lifestyle variables seem to have no influence on financial behavior.

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation on employee performance. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires with 101 employee respondents who work in business organizations. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate the following. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. Career planning has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation affect employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and company size on profitability in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesian state-owned enterprise website in 2016 - 2018. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data from company financial and annual report, the sample consists of 65 stated-owned companies. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consists of  the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis known that capital structure has a insignificant negative effect on profitability, liquidity has a significant positive effect on profitability, and company size has a significant negative effect on profitability. The results of this study are expected to be useful for managers in making decisions related to company management, beneficial for investors in choosing investments, and being useful as a reference for further researchers who studying profitability variables

Human resources play an important role in every organization or institution. But there was a decrease in employee performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University recently, this case becomes concideration to conduct this research. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work dicipline and compensation on the employee’s performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it  can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.
