This study aims to describe the cultivation of seasoning plants "rampa-rampa mix" andmarketing channels that occur in the Village Sea and the city of Manado. This research was conducted in September 2016 until October 2016. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data collection was conducted by direct interview technique with 40 (forty) respondents in this case seasoning plants "rampa-rampa campur" and also using written data in the form of documents obtained from the village head. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive analysis and presented in the form of story or table. The results of thisstudy indicate that the average profit of cooking season is Rp.461.104 in 1 (one) time to make asale.

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of Family Planning and Vice builder Family Planning Villages in disseminating contraceptives in the village of the District Kebonagung Sukodono and constraints faced in the field. This study uses data source in the form of primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques by observation, interview and documentation.  While  the data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive analysis with qualitative approach that includes: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results indicate of this study that the role of PLKB and PPKBD have been performing their duties and functions in  accordance with the rules, but there are some employees that the power of a response is slow, zoning does not fit the rules due to the small number of officers, and their dual position. So that the delivery of information to the public to experience problems. At least the officer due to their employees who retired due to age and system of recruitment moratorium and that no return.

The purpose of this study as follows 1) To identify and explain the transfer of agricultural land Absentee made before PPAT. 2) To identify and explain the barriers and solutions Absentee transfer of agricultural land made before PPAT. The method used by researchers is sociological approach juridical law and specification in this study were included descriptive analysis. The source and type of data in this study are primary data obtained from field studies with interview, and secondary data obtained from the study of literature. Based on the results of the research are Strict monitoring of the transfer of agricultural land through cooperation between the relevant agencies, namely the Village Head, District and PPAT / Notary. Barriers: a) Lack of public awareness, b) Since the Inheritance Land where many families who left their land to her son while her son stayed in town and have settled the town even had a decent job in the city than in the rural location of his land, it is also one causes of land ownership is due to inheritance. c) Land Office did not have accurate data on their ownership of agricultural land by Absentee. Solution: Perform legal counseling for the creation of legal order are carried out continuously to the community and local authorities with regard to land issues.Keywords: Judicial Review; Diversion; Farmland; Absentee; PPAT

This study aims to see how much does working women’s contribution to family income. The research located in Pangu Village, East Ratahan Sub-district. This research was conducted in April until June 2017. The research used primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected by direct interview technique on 6 (Six) respondents. They are Women Workers who work in UD MANDIRI as dodol and sugar palm wrapper. Secondary data used written data inthe form of documents in the Village Office obtained from the village head. Primary data were analyzed used descriptive analysis and presented in tabular form. The results showed that the average income of women worker amounted to Rp.500.000, - in 1 (one) month. The contribution of female labor to family income was 28% in 1 (one) month.*eprm*.

Sumbawan Cultural Village is one of the cultural village in the city of Pekalongan. Sumbawan Cultural Village has an icon that is known by the wider community namely Lopis giant cakes that exist only during the celebration of Syprefix, so that this giant lopis pastry Carnival is one of the cultural attraction for the city of Pekalongan. The purpose of this research is to determine the characteristic of the symbolism of giant lopis cakes at the celebration of Syawalan in Sumbawan Cultural village of Pekalongan. This activity has received MURI Award in the year 2000. The research method was used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach to describe the characteristics of a giant lopis symbolism. Data collection was collected in 2 ways, namely primary and secondary data. The primary Data was obtained from the observation, interviews and dissemination of the questionnaire to 100 respondents who were the committee and participants of the Syprefix celebration in Sumbawan Cultural village and performed in June 2019. The result of the research above was stated as below: 1) culinary as a symbol; Has an average value of 4.46 that’s means a good afforts; supported by togetherness between residents of Sumbawan Culture village had involved the celebration of Syawalan each year, 2) culinary as a sign of fellowship; Having an average value of 4.31 can be seen from the community that always serve Lopis to the guests when they cross into the village culture Sumbawan, 3) culinary as a status marker; Has an average value of 4.27 as a form of reverence and also an expression of gratitude to Allah SWT, 4) culinary as an icon; Has the highest average total value of 4.50 signifying a giant lopis not only popular in Sumbawan Cultural village itself even to the outside of Pekalongan and registered as a MURI record in 2000.

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

This article discusses the extent to which Cultural Heritage management involving various sectors can contribute to increasing tourist visits. The research was conducted in the city of Bengkulu, the location of the research was the legacy of Bung Karno's house. Data collection was carried out through secondary data and primary data. Primary data was carried out by interviewing related parties, namely two of Bung Karno's house staff, the Head of the Jambi Cultural Heritage Preservation Agency (BPCB), the Head of the Bengkulu Province Education Office, one cultural expert, four tourism activists, and six communities. members who were visiting Bung Karno's house. The steps in this research are data collection, classification, analysis, and data processing, making conclusions, then narrating in depth. The results of the study explain that the Heritage of Bung Karno's House is one of the historical tourist objects visited by many tourists. Bung Karno's heirloom house is a historical tourism object that has an attraction and has an important role in increasing tourist visits. For optimal Cultural Heritage management, it is important to strengthen the capacity of Cultural heritage management sustainably by optimizing technology and involving five partnership sectors, namely government, private sector, universities, media, and society.

This study aims to determine the dependence of society on natural resources in Ringinsari village, Boyolali district. To obtain a representative sample there, the qualitative method was carried out by conducting interviews with locals related to the topic of writing. Primary data collection is obtained by means of observation, namely question and answer sessions with the local community. Secondary data is obtained from agencies related to the issue. The data were analyzed by dividing into an analysis of the village environment, an analysis of the lifestyle of the locals, and an analysis of the population's dependence on nature or natural resources. The results showed that the Ringinsari village, Boyolali district is the largest village in one sub-district and has the largest population, namely 66 Family Cards (KK). Most of the locals work as factory workers, farmers and some have set up their own businesses, such as opening basic food stalls. Society is still very dependent on nature because some locals own livestock and manage plantations.

This study aims to determine whether there is influence over land tenure status to the income of rice farmers. Data retrieval is done with primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the farmers through a list of questions that had been prepared, while secondary data obtained from the office of the village or the head of the village. The way of taking samples, to look at the total population of each of the existing land tenure status, then divided by the population over land ownership and divided by 60 as a sample to be taken. The data collection method used is descriptive analysis and ANOVA (analysis of variance) in one direction. The concepts of measuring variables used are over land ownership, production, farming costs, revenue and income. The results of this study indicate that there are significant land ownership to farmers' income, the highest income is income tenants. Different income is the income of farmers own property with tenant farmers' income.

This study aims to formulate alternative strategies that must be appliedin the development of palm sugar production through modernization to increasethe quality and quantity of the product so that it has a direct impact on improvementwelfare of the village community, especially palm sugar craftsmen. Research sitesimplemented in Sejorong Hamlet, Tongo Village, Sekongkang District, DistrictWest Sumbawa. When the research was carried out in November 2019 andFebruary 2020. The type of research used in this study is a methoddirect survey. The data collected comes from primary data and datasecondary. Primary data is done by means of field observations, documentation andinterview with palm sugar crafter using a list of questions(Question). Secondary data were obtained from various related agencies andinformation from various literatures related to this research. PopulationIn this study, there are 4 traditional palm sugar craftsmenand the craftsmen of the Jalit L estari group of Tongo Village. The sample in this study was takenby means of purpose sampling, namely determining the sample with a specific goal. Techniquedata analysis using descriptive analysis to find out about modernizationpalm sugar production in Tongo Village and analysis of alternative strategies usingSWOT analysis is used to determine the development strategy. Resultresearch shows that based on internal and external analysis, small industryPalm sugar in Tongo Village, Sekongkang District has the power tomaintained or improved, and has opportunities that can be exploitedwell and as much as possible. The best development strategyused is a strategy that supports aggressive growth.

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.
