Research In Motion (RIM) is the official producer of mobile phones that are currently most popular especially in Indonesia which is the Blackberry. Indonesia is a large market share to Blackberry because of Indonesia's population. 47 percent mobile circulating in Indonesia is Blackberry.The goal of this research is to know the influence of quality of service and brand equity to the satisfaction of consumer users blackberry curve 9300 district Sario the city of manado.In this research, the methods of analysis used is regression analysis method. The population was taken is the blackberry curve 9300 user with samples as much as 100 people. Sampling techniques research using simple random sampling.Research results by using regression analysis showed that partially variable quality of service significantly influential to the variable satisfaction but rather to brand equity, does not affect the consumer's satisfaction. And simultaneously variable quality of service and significant impact on brand equity consumer satisfaction.For the RIM Blackberry mobile phone manufacturers should be as much again to improve the quality of service that is better to consumers so that consumers do not migrate or switch to other parties. More manufacturers to optimize quality of service to the higher customer satisfaction. The RIM also should pay attention to brand equity. If the RIM is not paying attention to the brand equity will be decreased to the level of consumer satisfaction that have an impact on decreasing the level of product sales.Keywords: service quality, brand equity, and customer satisfaction

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality andprice to customer satisfaction and its impact on consumer loyality in the cityPrabumulih wedding organizer. Formulation of the problem is whether thereis influence service quality and price to customer satisfaction and its impacton consumer loyalty Prabumulih wedding organizer in the city?Design/Methodelogy/Approach: The data used in this study are primary data89 respondent reply. Models analysis used analysis and by testing thevalidity and reliability of instruments. Test charactistics data that is test ofnormality and linearity test. Test model consist of multicolinearity test andheterokesdatisitas test.Implications: The test results of path analysis showed that there werepositive and significant impact variable quality of service significantlyinfluence consumer satisfaction 0,000. Price variables significantly influenceconsumer satisfaction 0,000. Variable service quality signifintly consumerloyalty 0,000. Price variables dont have significantly influence consumerloyality 0,205. and Variable customer satisfaction dont have significantlyinfluence consumer loyalty 0,188.Findings: Their suitability to the theory and there is a match and supportprevious research. Increased service quality, price and customerssatisfaction and customer loyality.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. BPJS is one of the health services provided by the government to the people ofIndonesia. In the process of patient care by using BPJS there were some complaints fromconsumers related to the quality of service. Poor service quality will have an impact onconsumer dissatisfaction in the service, so that it is capable of influencing consumer loyalty.Loyalty can only be generated if consumers have experienced the satisfaction of a goodservice quality provided by the service provider. This study aims to determine the effectof service quality on customer loyalty. In this case the customer satisfaction are thingsthat need to be met first before consumers get to the stage of loyalty. Respondents of thisstudy are inpatients in RSI Jemursari Surabaya as many as 100 people who use the serviceBPJS third grade. This study used survey method and analyzed using path analysis withPartial Least Square (PLS). Results from this study is the quality of service has an influenceon loyalty with mediation of consumer satisfaction. Loyalty can occur if the satisfactionfelt by consumers. Thus, in this study, customer satisfaction a mediating variable for therelationship between the variables of service quality and customer loyalty.

Product quality and services have been the most concern of the trade and service. One of the efforts that can be used to improve and maintain the competitiveness of a company is to increase consumer satisfaction. The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the level of consumer interest in the products and services provided by McDonald’s, 2) to analyze the performance of McDonalds company in giving satisfaction to consumer, and 3) to analyze the level of customer satisfaction on products and services. Data collection in this study was done by distributing 255 questionnaires to consumers. Importance Performance Analysis method was used to analyse the effect of quality of the product & service on consumer satisfaction. The results show that consumers were satisfied on the product quality and service provided. The level of consumer satisfaction was 84,64% (satisfied) for the product quality and 83,06% (satisfied) for the service quality. Quality of service, physical facilities and trust are things that affect customer satisfaction. This study aimed to find out how the quality of physical facilities services, and trust can have an influence on consumer satisfaction at Taman Langitwi Resort & Spa in Karangasem district. This study also aims to determine the quality of service, physical facilities, trust and customer satisfaction at Taman Langitwi Resort & Spa in Karangasem district. Data analysis using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis, determination analysis, partial significance test (t-test) and simultaneous significance test (F-test) results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect between service quality, physical facilities and simultaneous trust in customer satisfaction at Taman Langitwi Resort & Spa in Karangasem Regency.

Marketing and strategy research has given a lot of importance to the study of product and service quality improvement. This has been widely studied in the literature as an appropriate competitive strategy to ensure customer satisfaction in the marketplace and gain a sustainable competitive advantage. In this paper, first, we have opted for an extensive review of marketing literature, quality of service and consumer satisfaction. Next, we propose to determine the factors that may affect customer satisfaction in the telecommunications industry in Tunisia. Indeed, each organization chooses to succeed in its strategy of satisfying its customers and to prevent the risk of losing them. Our empirical results indicate that most customers are satisfied with the quality of service provided to them, and most customers believe that Tunisie Telecom's service quality is above their expectations. Quality of reception at the counters of Tunisie Telecom's agencies is the key element for the success of the quality improvement project and is the major factor that can strongly influence client satisfaction and behavior.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and user value on the satisfaction and loyalty of users at the Padang City Library and Archives Service. The sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data is processed using SPSS 16. The type of data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis method with path analysis technique. The results of the study found that the quality of service had a significant effect on the loyalty of users at the Padang City Library and Archives Service, the value of users had a significant effect on the loyalty of users at the City of Library and Archives Service, the quality of service had a significant effect on the satisfaction of visitors at the Department of Library and Archives of Padang, the value of users have a significant effect on the satisfaction of library users in the Padang City Library and Archives Office, satisfaction has a significant effect on the loyalty of users in the Library and City Archives Office in Padang, the quality of service through satisfaction has no effect on loyalty and so does the value of users through satisfaction does not affect the loyalty of users in the Padang City Library and Archives Service.

Increased cultural intention to buy the community along with increasing loyalty to a product brand. This paper aims to analyze the influence of brand equity and customer satisfaction on Nevada brand loyalty products in Denpasar City. The study was conducted in Denpasar with sample size of 140 respondents using purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis found that brand equity has a significant positive effect on brand loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on brand loyalty. Suggestions that can be recommended for manufacturers of Nevada brand products should consider the position of a brand in accordance with consumer views such as maintaining product quality, product prices so as to increase consumer loyalty. Nevada must maintain the quality of service provided so far to consumers, because the quality of service as a key that determines customer satisfaction so as to increase customer loyalty to buy products Nevada in Denpasar.   Keywords: brand equity, customer satisfaction, brand loyalty

Customer satisfaction is the level of customer feeling towards the evaluation of perceived discrepancies between performance or perceived results compared to expectations. Quality is the level of excellence expected to meet customer desires which is a dynamic condition related to products, services, people, processes and the environment that meets or exceeds expectations. Factor analysis is a multivariate analysis method based on correlations between variables. This study discusses the factors of customer satisfaction with service quality in the Mengwi Badung Station. The factors of user satisfaction with the quality of service at the Mengwi Badung Station are caring, physical condition, guarantee, reliability, and responsibility factors.
