Product quality and services have been the most concern of the trade and service. One of the efforts that can be used to improve and maintain the competitiveness of a company is to increase consumer satisfaction. The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the level of consumer interest in the products and services provided by McDonald’s, 2) to analyze the performance of McDonalds company in giving satisfaction to consumer, and 3) to analyze the level of customer satisfaction on products and services. Data collection in this study was done by distributing 255 questionnaires to consumers. Importance Performance Analysis method was used to analyse the effect of quality of the product & service on consumer satisfaction. The results show that consumers were satisfied on the product quality and service provided. The level of consumer satisfaction was 84,64% (satisfied) for the product quality and 83,06% (satisfied) for the service quality. This study aims to determine the attributes that are considered important by consumers in order to achieve customer satisfaction, know the level of satisfaction or level of consumer suitability of products and services in Geo Coffee, and determine the attributes that need to get priority from the company to be improved in order to achieve customer satisfaction . This research was conducted at Geo Coffee. The sample used was 91 respondents using epurposive sampling method. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and correspondents directly. This research uses Importance Performance Analysis method. The result of this research shows that attribute with highest level of consumer satisfaction for product quality is characteristic of coffee taste characteristic based on brand cafe with level of matching equal to 101.95%. the attribute with the lowest level of conformity is a constant (stable) coffee taste for each presentation corresponding to a suitability level of 82.52%. Attributes with the highest level of customer satisfaction for service quality is the speed in responding to complaints and customer problems with a level of suitability of 120.34%. The attribute with the lowest level of customer satisfaction for service quality is the waiter providing services and appropriate handling to customer needs with the level of suitability of 80.05%. The attributes that must be prioritized for the product are the constant (stable) coffee taste of each serving and the sweet taste of coffee. The attributes that must get priority for service is the process of making order menu in Geo Coffee done quickly. Keywords: customer satisfaction, Importance Performance Analysis, Geo Coffee

The aim of this study are 1) To find out the attributes that are considered important by consumers in order to achieve the consumer satisfaction of Bali Bakery 2) To determine the level of consumer’s satisfaction on the products and services provided by Bali Bakery 3) To determine the attributes that considered to get priority in Bali Bakery, based on the level of suitability between interests and performance to provide the satisfaction to the consumers. The data of this study was obtained by distributing 187 questionnaires to the consumers of Bali Bakery Hayam Wuruk Denpasar branch. The Importance Performance Analysis method was used to determine the level of consumer satisfaction related to product quality and service quality performed by the company. The results of the study indicate that consumers were satisfied toward the quality of the product and the quality of services provided by the company. The level of consumer satisfaction toward the product quality was 80,34% and toward the service quality was 81.27%. The attributes that need to be prioritized were all of variables in quadrant A, namely affordable product prices, product packaging that was able to keep the product from being damaged to its destination, the availability of adequate parking space, employees of Bali Bakery providing the same service regardless of social status, and the Bali Bakery restaurant established the opening hours in accordance to the needs of consumers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. PO. Saztro Holidays is one of the bus transportation services companies in the Serang area that focuses on tourism routes. The purpose of this study is to know the quality of tourism bus services through customer satisfaction and complaints, besides as knowing the importance of priority attributes to be repaired. The methods of collecting data using a questionnaire involving 30 respondents to tourism bus consumers. This study uses the SERVQUAL method (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the study using the SERVQUAL method obtained an overall gap value of -0.852, which states that the services provided by PO. Saztro Holidays still does not provide satisfaction to consumers. Improvement efforts to increase satisfaction with Tourism bus services using the Importance Performance Analysis method in quadrant I (top priority) using SPSS 19 through a cartesius diagram obtained as many as 13 attributes. The most important attributes that are the main priority in repairs to match the expectations of consumers with the value of the suitability level of 78.04, namely the attributes of the availability of clear information marks.

This study aims to determine the attributes that are considered important by consumers to achieve customer satisfaction, determine the level of performance in Twissterdog, know the level of satisfaction or level of consumer suitability of products and services in Twissterdog, and determine the attributes that need to get priority from the company to achievement of customer satisfaction. This research was conducted in Twissterdog with the sample used was 97 respondents by using purposive and accidental sampling method. Data obtained from the questionnaire distribution were analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis method. The result of research shows that attribute with highest level of customer satisfaction on product quality is clarity of name and logo of company with satisfaction level 222%, attribute with lowest satisfaction level is price match with consumer interest, food presentation and price match with product quality with satisfaction level equal to 80.84%. Attributes with the highest level of customer satisfaction on the quality of service is the hospitality of the waiter and the courtesy of the waiter with a satisfaction level of 218%. Attribute with the lowest level of customer satisfaction on the quality of service is the convenience of café with a satisfaction level of 43%. Attributes that should be prioritized on product quality are price conformity with consumer interest, food presentation and price conformity with product quality. The attributes that must be prioritized on the quality of service is the ease of reaching the location, the cleanliness of the cafe, the availability of parking facilities and the convenience of the cafe. Research on the influence of two independent variables namely service quality and product quality (of room and food) conducted at Harris Hotel Sentul Bogor aims to examine the level of its influence either partially or simultaneously on customer’s satisfaction as the dependent variable. The dimensions of service quality that are examined in terms of its influence on consumer satisfaction include elements of reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy and responsiveness. Some of the product quality indicators for the rooms quality examined to have its influence on customer satisfaction include elements of design, features, quality of performance and the perceive of quality while indicators for the quality of food products which considered to have effect on consumer satisfaction includes the element of taste of food, aroma of food and the presentation of food. The number of respondents who took part in the research was 300 of respondents who were the consumers invited to share their experience on the questioner during their stay at Harris Sentul Hotel. Data analysis techniques used in this study are linear regression analysis. The study results have answered the 3 hypotheses and show that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction partially likewise, the study results has showed that the quality of room and food have a strong influence on the level of customer satisfaction who stayed at Harris Sentul as well as study has showed that simultaneously the 2 (two) independent variables had a positive and significant effect.

This study discusses the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at the Bank BRI branch office in Sidoarjo. The data used in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire that had been distributed to customers of the BRI branch office in Sidoarjo. This quantitative research was conducted with a survey method with purposive samplin technique. The variables used in this study are independent variables that include service quality and product quality, and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service and product quality can affected customer loyalty at the bank branch office in Sidoarjo.

Service quality in an economic aspect is very important and a challenge for every company. This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of service quality and consumer perceptions and satisfaction regarding product quality at Wuling Tulungagung Dealer.The method in this study used a qualitative design with data collection methods through interviews and data analysis using content analysis. The findings in this study indicate that the implementation of service quality and consumer perceptions of product quality on customer satisfaction at Dialer Wuling Tulungagung has fulfilled the pillars of success. Its implementation is to provide quality service that has an impact on good consumer perceptions and consumer satisfaction accompanied by quality Dialer Wuling Tulungagung products.

Effect of Store Atmosphere, Product Quality, and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at the Seniman Coffee Studio The rapid development of coffee shops in the Ubud sub-district is certainly the main competitors of the Seniman Coffee Studio to attract consumers. This research was conducted to determine the characteristics of consumers of Seniman Coffee Studio and the effect of store atmosphere, product quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Seniman Coffee Studio. This study uses descriptive analysis and analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The method of obtaining data in this study was through distributing questionnaires at Seniman Coffee Studio. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere has a direct effect of 23.8% on customer satisfaction, product quality has a direct effect of 41% on customer satisfaction, and for service quality it also has a direct effect of 41.7% on consumer satisfaction at the Seniman Coffee Studio. Store atmosphere, both exterior and interior, at Seniman Coffee Studio needs to be improved, seeing its effect is smaller than the quality of the product and the quality service on customer satisfaction.
