Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) is a business activity that is able to share work and provide economic services widely to the community and can play a role in the process of equity and increase community income, encourage economic growth, and the role in realizing national stability. The growth of SMEs requires good performance from entrepreneurs who with an entrepreneurial spirit to make business in. The aims of this research are to analyze the influence of managerial skill, entrepreneurship behavior and motivation to business performance on SME’s of Food in Gesing Village, Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency. There are 100 SME owners were taken as samples in this study. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the managerial skill, entrepreneurial behavior and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of SME’s of food. This shows that the better the managerial skill, entrepreneurial behavior, and motivation, the higher the performance of SMEs. the value of Adjusted R square is 0.782 shows the variation of business performance of SME’s in Gesing can be explained by managerial ability factor, entrepreneurship and motivation behavior is 78.2%, while 21.8% is explained other factors outside in the model.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) is one important part of the economy of a country or region. This important role has encouraged many countries including Indonesia to continue to develop UMKM. Although small in scale the number of workers, assets and turnover, but because of the large enough amount, the role of UMKM is quite important in supporting the economy. The success of UMKM is a factor supporting the improvement of various businesses, both micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in Gresik City. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and business location on the business success. of UKM. The method used in this research is quantitative method, the population of this research is 51 UKM. The analysis techn ique used is multiple linear regression analysis followed by t test with significance level 0,05. The results showed that the entrepreneurial spirit , creativity and business locat ions individually and simultaneous significantly affect the business success.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perkembangan usaha dan pengetahuan perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. Sehingga akan diperoleh informasi mengenai kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam menjalankan kewajibannya dilihat dari faktor perkembangan usaha dan pengetahuan perpajakan wajib pajak tersebut. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah yang ada di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling dan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 60 wajib pajak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial perkembangan usaha berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dan pengetahuan perpajakan tidak beroengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Namun secara simultan perkembangan usaha dan pengetahuan perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. This study aims to determine the effect of business development and tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. So that information will be obtained regarding taxpayer compliance in carrying out its obligations seen from the business development factors and tax knowledge of the taxpayer. The population in this study were the actors of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling and the number of samples obtained was 60 taxpayers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially business development has an effect on taxpayer compliance and knowledge of taxation has no effect on taxpayer compliance. However, simultaneously, business development and tax knowledge affect taxpayer compliance.

Cooperatives in Indonesia have important cooperative roles and benefits, because cooperatives can open the gates of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for the community, create an independent community, as a driver of the economy and create new jobs. Nevertheless, there are some problems in cooperatives, such as low human resources, difficulty in obtaining access to capital, and unprofessional management of cooperatives so that there are still many cooperatives that can not compete with other types of businesses and eventually become bankrupt. This can be bad because the cooperative is one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of current asset turnover, working capital turnover,liquidity, firm size and cooperative growthability on profitability. This research was conducted on cooperative all-round business in Klungkung Regency in 2013-2015. Samples taken as many as 21 cooperative in 2013-2015, determined by purposive sampling method. Data was collected using documentation method. Analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the analysis results concluded that the current asset turnover rate, firm size and growth of cooperatives have a positive and significant impact on profitability, which means an increase in the current asset turnover, firm size and cooperative growth will also increase profitability. Meanwhile, working capital turnover and liquidity have a negative and significant effect on profitability, where the increase in working capital turnover and liquidity will decrease profitability. In Indonesia, MSMEs have a role in increasing the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing labor which can reduce unemployment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using accounting information, business capital, and business age on the success of creative economy-based SMEs in Bantul Regency. The sample in this study was selected by purposive sampling, as many as 197 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that the use of accounting information and business age have an effect on business success, while business capital has no effect on business success. The implications of this research are for MSMEs to increase the use of accounting information and maximize the use of business capital</span></p></div></div></div>

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are very helpful for the community in overcoming unemployment. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon in the field about the number of underdeveloped MSMEs due to a lack of business capital and a shortage of skilled workers. The research was conducted using total sampling technique with a sample of 12 SMEs engaged in snacks Ladu (Kue Arai Pinang) available in Pariaman. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. with the independent variable People's Business Credit (KUR) (X1) and the performance of MSMEs (X2). The dependent variable (Y) is an increase in the people's economy. The data analysis technique in this study used the t test partially and the F test simultaneously. The results of this research show that simultaneously the People's Business Credit (KUR) and the Performance of MSMEs have a significant effect on the Improvement of the People's Economy. While partially KUR has a significant effect on increasing the populist economy in Pariaman. Meanwhile, the performance of MSMEs does not have a significant effect on improving the people's economy in Pariaman. ABSTRAK Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah  sangat membantu masyarakat dalam penanggulang pengangguran. Penelitian ini ditujukan menganalisa fenomena dilapangan tentang banyaknya UMKM yang kurang berkembang akibat kekurangan modal usaha dan kekurangan tenaga terampil. Penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling dengan sampel 12 UMKM yang bergerak pada makanan ringan Ladu (Kue Arai Pinang) yang  ada di Pariaman. Teknik Analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. dengan variabel bebas Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) (X1)  dan  kinerja UMKM (X2). Variabel terikat (Y) adalah Peningkatan  ekonomi  kerakyatan.  Teknik analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji t secara parsial dan uji F secara simultan. Uji t digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh KUR terhadap Peningkatan ekonomi rakyat secara parsial dan untuk melihat pengaruh kinerja UMKM terhadap peningkatan ekonomi kerakyatan di UMKM ladu (kue aria pinang ) pada  UMKM  yang ada di  Pariaman. Begitu juga dengan uji f dimana Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dan Kinerja UMKM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Kerakyatan secara bersama-sama atau secara simultan. Sedangkan secara parsial KUR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan ekonomi Kerakyatan di Pariaman. Sedangkan Kinerja UMKM tidak berpengeruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan ekonomi kerakyatan di Pariaman.

Labor is a very important asset in economic activities, but often the number of workers exceeds the available employment capacity, so it is very necessary to analyze the factors that affect employment. This study aims to estimate the relationship between wage, capital, production value to the amount of employment in Kerupuk Sanjai Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota This type of research is field research and use questioner to 100 respondens . The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method and data processing using SPSS VR.21 software. The results of the study show that  all independent variabels has a  significant effect on labor absorption in Kerupuk Sanjai SMEs in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. capital is the variable that has the most influence in the absorption of labor in the Kerupuk Sanjai Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota.

 ABSTRAK Kontribusi UKM untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian membuat kinerja UKM perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Dalam hal ini ada banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja di UKM-UKM seperti kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar, sehingga kajian yang telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paling penting dari orientasi pasar dan kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha UKM. Penelitian dikerjakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dari 50 pelaku UKM yang dibina oleh Dinas Perdagangan Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dikerjakan dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan-temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan pasar mempunyai pengaruh signifikan baik itu parsial dan secara simultan pada kinerja usaha pada UKM-UKM. Kata kunci: orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, kinerja usaha  Strategi Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar dan Pengaruhnya Pada Kinerja Usaha Di Unit Usaha Kecil-Menengah (UKM) ABSTRACT SMEs contribution to economic growth makes the MSMEs performance need to be improved. In this case numerous factors should be considered in improving performance of SMEs such as entrepreneurship and market orientations, so this study was conducted with aim to examine the crucial effect of entrepreneurship and market orientations on the business performance to MSMEs. This research is done by using quantitative approach. The samples taken are 50 SMEs business players built by Department of Commerce Surabaya. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis technique of data is multiple linear regression analysis. The research of factors that determine the performance improvement of small and medium enterprises in Jakarta is based on the background of increasing small and medium enterprises sector in Jakarta. The benefits of this study are to find out what factors are most influential on the performance of small and medium enterprises in Jakarta. The authors took a number of 200 samples of small and medium enterprises in Jakarta, and the research data analysis technique is multiple regression with Structural Equation Modelling IBM SPSS Amos version 23. The results of respondents who answered the questions were dominated by respondents with a high school education background 152 people (76%), with ages ranging between 41–50 years 117 people (58.5%), and having income turnover above 90 million rupiah per month 122 people (61%), so it can be categorized that the majority of small and medium business entrepreneurs are educated in high school and are still in the productive age range. The results showed that the Business/Product Innovation, Business Competence, Business Capital, and Population had a significant effect on Business Performance, while variables Environmental Factors have no significant effect on Business Performance.

Halal certification is one of the company’s strategy that aims to retain their consumers and become a difference with competitors and to give added value for product. Most of the researchers have proved that halal certificates affect big companies’ total revenue. However, there are not many studies that have proved that halal certificate would affect the total revenue of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially in Bogor City. This research aims to determine the characteristics of MSMEs’ owners and their business, analyze the changes of MSME’s total revenue before and after owning a halal certificate, and the factors that affect MSMEs’ total revenue after owning a halal certificate. The questionnaire data were collected through an interview with 40 food and beverage MSMEs’ owners who have halal certificates in Bogor City. This research uses descriptive analysis, paired sample t-test, and multiple linear regression analysis as the analysis methods. Results based on this research showed that there was a difference in the total revenue of MSMEs before and after owning a halal certificate. The factors that have positive and significant effects of MSMEs’ total revenue influences are capital, work hours, length of business, and a dummy of promotion.

This study aims to determine the role of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Husnayain Against the Development of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). In the study used survey methods by taking samples from the population. The sample in this research is Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Husnayain customer, with 65 respondents. Data processing techniques and data analysis used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination. ttabel sebesar 1,998 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,004 < 0,05, sedangkan pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro">Based on the results of the discussion of al-qardhul al-hasan financing has a positive effect on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises small and medium with a tcount of 2,962> ttable of 1.998 and significance of 0.004 <0.05, while murabahah financing has a positive effect on the development of micro enterprises ttabel sebesar 1,998 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,046 < 0,05, dan pembiayaan mudharabah berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah kecil dan menengah menunjukkan thitung sebesar 4,713 > ttabel sebesar 1,998 dan signifikansi">, Small and medium-sized small and medium enterprises shows t count of 2.195> ttable of 1.998 and significance of 0.046 <0.05, and mudharabah financing has a positive effect on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises small and medium scale shows tcount of 4.713> ttable of 1.998 and significance Ftabel 3,15 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa al-qardhul al-hasan, murabahah dan mudharabah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan">0.000 <0.05, simultaneously that the value of Fcount 67,809> Ftable 3.15 and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05 thus it can be said that al-qardhul al-hasan, murabaha and mudaraba together significantly influence the development micro small and Medium Enterprises.
