Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) is one important part of the economy of a country or region. This important role has encouraged many countries including Indonesia to continue to develop UMKM. Although small in scale the number of workers, assets and turnover, but because of the large enough amount, the role of UMKM is quite important in supporting the economy. The success of UMKM is a factor supporting the improvement of various businesses, both micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in Gresik City. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and business location on the business success. of UKM. The method used in this research is quantitative method, the population of this research is 51 UKM. The analysis techn ique used is multiple linear regression analysis followed by t test with significance level 0,05. The results showed that the entrepreneurial spirit , creativity and business locat ions individually and simultaneous significantly affect the business success.

This study aims to determine the role of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Husnayain Against the Development of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). In the study used survey methods by taking samples from the population. The sample in this research is Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Husnayain customer, with 65 respondents. Data processing techniques and data analysis used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination. ttabel sebesar 1,998 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,004 < 0,05, sedangkan pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro">Based on the results of the discussion of al-qardhul al-hasan financing has a positive effect on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises small and medium with a tcount of 2,962> ttable of 1.998 and significance of 0.004 <0.05, while murabahah financing has a positive effect on the development of micro enterprises ttabel sebesar 1,998 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,046 < 0,05, dan pembiayaan mudharabah berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah kecil dan menengah menunjukkan thitung sebesar 4,713 > ttabel sebesar 1,998 dan signifikansi">, Small and medium-sized small and medium enterprises shows t count of 2.195> ttable of 1.998 and significance of 0.046 <0.05, and mudharabah financing has a positive effect on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises small and medium scale shows tcount of 4.713> ttable of 1.998 and significance Ftabel 3,15 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa al-qardhul al-hasan, murabahah dan mudharabah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan">0.000 <0.05, simultaneously that the value of Fcount 67,809> Ftable 3.15 and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05 thus it can be said that al-qardhul al-hasan, murabaha and mudaraba together significantly influence the development micro small and Medium Enterprises. Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) is a business activity that is able to share work and provide economic services widely to the community and can play a role in the process of equity and increase community income, encourage economic growth, and the role in realizing national stability. The growth of SMEs requires good performance from entrepreneurs who with an entrepreneurial spirit to make business in. The aims of this research are to analyze the influence of managerial skill, entrepreneurship behavior and motivation to business performance on SME’s of Food in Gesing Village, Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency. There are 100 SME owners were taken as samples in this study. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the managerial skill, entrepreneurial behavior and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of SME’s of food. This shows that the better the managerial skill, entrepreneurial behavior, and motivation, the higher the performance of SMEs. the value of Adjusted R square is 0.782 shows the variation of business performance of SME’s in Gesing can be explained by managerial ability factor, entrepreneurship and motivation behavior is 78.2%, while 21.8% is explained other factors outside in the model.

The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there are five factors including the following elements: relationships in the organization; interesting job; Salary, bonus, and benefits; Training and promotion and assessment of job performance affects the working motivation of employees in small and medium-sized enterprises in Dong Nai province with the significance of 5%. In addBesidesstudy results were processed from SPSS 20.0, Amos software. Estimated parameters of the model by the least least-squared with a significance level of 1%. The results are also significant scientific evidence for researchers and policymakers at small and medium enterprises in Dong Nai province to apply research results to human resource development in the future. Based on the five-factor test results, the author proposed the priority governance implications that the author suggested in order of priority, respectively, interesting work, performance evaluation, organization, salary, bonus and welfare regime, and training and promotion.

In Indonesia, MSMEs have a role in increasing the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing labor which can reduce unemployment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using accounting information, business capital, and business age on the success of creative economy-based SMEs in Bantul Regency. The sample in this study was selected by purposive sampling, as many as 197 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that the use of accounting information and business age have an effect on business success, while business capital has no effect on business success. The implications of this research are for MSMEs to increase the use of accounting information and maximize the use of business capital</span></p></div></div></div>

This study aimed to test the effect of using accounting information and capital on the business success of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Wirobrajan District, Yogyakarta Regency. The Population in this research is the MSMEs in Yogyakarta Regency. Sample taken there were only registered with the Department of Trade Industry and Cooperatives on Yogyakarta Regency, MSMEs in the clothing and leather industry, operating for more than five years, take notes on business management, the respondents as many as 34. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research includes the quality of data consists of the validity and reliability test—the hypothesis consisting of the multiple linear regression analysis. The result indicates that accounting information and capital have a significant impact on business success

Micro, small and medium enterprises are able to safe the economy, especially in Indonesia. On the other hand, Indonesia has to face the Asian Economic Community in 2025, that is why micro small and medium enterprises need to understand the factors of business success to compete in to participate in Asian Economic Community. The aims of this research are to know the business characteristics and businessmen characteristics of micro small and medium enterprises fruit and milk processing and to analyze factors affecting business success. Questionnaire surveys have been conducted to 31 respondents for each clusters, milk processing and fruit processing. Data were analyzed by descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression has been conducted in order to examine the relative impact of the identified factors on business success. The factor that affecting business success in fruit and milk processing was entrepreneurial marketing and government policies. The results of this research can be beneficial to relevant agencies.

Labor is a very important asset in economic activities, but often the number of workers exceeds the available employment capacity, so it is very necessary to analyze the factors that affect employment. This study aims to estimate the relationship between wage, capital, production value to the amount of employment in Kerupuk Sanjai Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota This type of research is field research and use questioner to 100 respondens . The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method and data processing using SPSS VR.21 software. The results of the study show that  all independent variabels has a  significant effect on labor absorption in Kerupuk Sanjai SMEs in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. capital is the variable that has the most influence in the absorption of labor in the Kerupuk Sanjai Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota.

Halal certification is one of the company’s strategy that aims to retain their consumers and become a difference with competitors and to give added value for product. Most of the researchers have proved that halal certificates affect big companies’ total revenue. However, there are not many studies that have proved that halal certificate would affect the total revenue of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially in Bogor City. This research aims to determine the characteristics of MSMEs’ owners and their business, analyze the changes of MSME’s total revenue before and after owning a halal certificate, and the factors that affect MSMEs’ total revenue after owning a halal certificate. The questionnaire data were collected through an interview with 40 food and beverage MSMEs’ owners who have halal certificates in Bogor City. This research uses descriptive analysis, paired sample t-test, and multiple linear regression analysis as the analysis methods. Results based on this research showed that there was a difference in the total revenue of MSMEs before and after owning a halal certificate. The factors that have positive and significant effects of MSMEs’ total revenue influences are capital, work hours, length of business, and a dummy of promotion.

This research aims to; 1) Determine the effect of education level on the preparation of SAK ETAP financial statements; 2) Determine the influence of educational background on the preparation of SAK ETAP financial statements; 3) Determine the effect of business scale on the preparation of SAK ETAP financial statements; 4) Determine the effect of business experience on the preparation of SAK ETAP financial statements. The sample of this research is the Barbershop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Tanjung Senang District. This sampling method uses random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the level of education, educational background, and business scale did not significantly influence the preparation of SAK ETAP financial statements. Only business experience has a significant effect on the preparation of SAK ETAP financial statements.
