One source of external financing of a company is debt. Therefore, debt-related policies are very important for companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, and sales growth on debt policy. The population in this study were food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2018. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling so that a sample of 39 company data was obtained. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on debt policy. Meanwhile, profitability and sales growth have no effect on debt policy

The purpose of this research is to understand the effect of profitability, asset structure, liquidity, and sales growth on the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. This research was conducted at 19 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017 by accessing the website www.idx.co.id. The sample used in this study was determined using a non probability sampling method by used purposive sampling technique, so the final sample used in this study amounted to 15 companies. The data collection method used is the nonparticipant observation method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that profitability and liquidity have a negative influence on the capital structure, while the asset structure and sales growth have a positive influence on capital structure. Stock price is one important indicator in a company, this shows how much interest investors to invest in a company. The stock price is also an indicator of the success of management in managing the company. the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of CR, ROA, NPM, and DPR on stock prices. This research includes quantitative research by referring to the analysis of company performance which is used as a reference to predict future stock prices. This research was conducted at food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2018 period. The sampling method used in this study is based on a purposive sampling technique that is in accordance with the criteria of 11 food and beverage companies used in this study collected through the observation method using data registered on the IDX. Testing of hypotheses in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis that is sampled. The results of the research show that there is an influence of CR, ROA, NPM, and DPR on the 2015-2018 price of food and beverage company stock. The benefits of this research are as a material for consideration in making decisions regarding CR, ROA, NPM and DPR on share prices and as a reference to improve company performance in achieving the goals set by the company.

This study was made with the aim of testing whether sales growth, company size, leverage, working capital, liquidity, cash turnover have an influence on profitability in manufacturing companies in food and beverage sub-sector for 2017-2019 period.Quantitative methods are used in this analysis. The use of purposive sampling technique leaves 13 (thirteen) companies from the research population as many as 26 (twenty six) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A total of 39 (thirty nine). The source of the data for this research comes from the financial statements of companies published on www.idx.co.id. The research method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method. The dependent variabel in this study is profitability, while the independent variabel are sales growth, company size, leverage,liquidity, and cash turnover.The results obtained in this study are partially sales growth, working capital turnover have a significant effect on profitability, while company size, leverage, liquidity, and cash turnover have no significant effect on profitaibility. The findings of this study suggest that manufacturing companies in food and beverage sub-sector need to pay attention to sales growth and working capital turnover.

This study aims to examine the variables of the proportion of independent commissioners, leverage, sales growth and profitability that affect companies to carry out tax avoidance. This research was conducted on all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017, with a total of 200 samples. Sample selection using probability sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression analysis test. The results showed that the proportion of independent commissioners, sales growth and profitability had no effect on tax avoidance while leverage had an effect on tax avoidance. The objectives of this research are to examine the effect of Assets Growth,Likuidity, Assets Structure, and Sales Growth influence simoultaneously and partiallyon Capital Structure. Research conducted at mining companies that listed on IndonesiaStock Exchange period 2012- 2015. The research population was 41 companies, with thesample of 14 companies with sampling using purposive sampling technique. Theanalytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, which previously testedwith the classical assumption.The result showed that the Assets Growth, Likuidity, Assets Structure and SalesGrowth influence simultaneous on the Capital Structure. The research also revealedthat, Assets Growth, Likuidity, Assets Structure and Sales Growth influence partiallynegative significant on the Capital Strucuture. On the other hand, R-Square valueamnounted at 32.6%, its mean that 32,6% movement of Capital Structure can bepredicted from the movement of the four independent variables.Keywords : capital structure, assets growth, likuidity, assets structure, sales growth

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the influence of the number of shares outstanding, share price, and percentage of public shares on stock liquidity of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2010-2015. Type of research used is associative research with quantitative approach. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression analysis where previously tested the classical assumption. The result of this research indicates that partially the number of shares outstanding has positive and significant influence on stock liquidity. While share price, and percentage of public shares partially have positive influence not significant on stock liquidity. The value of adjusted R square shows that the number of shares outstanding, share price, and percentage of public shares are able to explain the stock liquidity equals to 64.8 per cent. Another finding in this research shows that the number of outstanding shares has the most dominant influence on stock liquidity.Keywords: Number of shares outstanding, share price, percentage of public shares, and stock liquidity.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios such as current ratios, debt to assets ratio, gross profit margin on changes in earnings in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method. Based on purposive sampling from 40 companies, it was obtained a sample of 19 companies that met the criteria. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (www. Idx.co.id) and ICMD 2016-2017. Testing the research hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques (Multiple Regression Model), with the application tool SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect between Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio and Gross Profit Margin on partial changes in earnings, so it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is rejected. Likewise, the simultaneous test of Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Gross Profit Margin simultaneously or together is unable to explain changes in the dependent variable, namely changes in earnings.

Investors have a goal to get maximum returns by anticipating the impact they will face in the future. In this study the return meant is dividend policy. There are 4 factors that influence dividend policy, namely: (1) debt policy, (2) liquidity, (3) company size, (3) profitability. This type of research is causative with secondary data, where this study analyzes how the influence of one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is the determination of the cellphone and population based on the criteria desired by the researcher in order to obtain a representative sample according to the criteria. The object of this study is a company listed on the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a period of 2013-2016. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) debt policy has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy in the LQ-45 index company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, (2) liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-index companies 45 which are listed on the IDX in 2013-2016, (3) the size of the company has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, and (4) Profitability has a negative and not significant effect on policy dividends on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016.Keyword: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Liquidity, Company Size, and Profitability

Tax Avoidance is an act to avoid taxes by companies that can reduce tax revenue for the state. This study aims to examine the effect of Leverage, Sales Growth, and Company Size on Tax Avoidance. Population in this study were all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018 – 2019 period. Purposive sampling used as sampling technique and obtained 219 companies as samples. This study used quantitative method and the analysis was multiple linear regression analysis. Tax Avoidance proxied by Effective Tax Rate which have a negative interpretation of Tax Avoidance. The result of t test shows that Leverage has a significant effect on Tax Avoidance, positive relationship between Debt to Equity Ratio as proxy for Leverage and Effective Tax Rateas proxy for Tax Avoidance explains that the higher the Leverage, the lower the Tax Avoidance. Sales Growth has a significant effect on Tax Avoidance, negative relationship between sales growth and Effective Tax Rate explains that the higher the Sales Growth, the higher the Tax Avoidance. While Company Size has no significant effect on Tax Avoidance, bigger or smaller the Company Size will not have any effect on Tax Avoidance. The f test shows that Leverage, Sales Growth, and Company Size simultaneously have a significant effect on Tax Avoidance. Result of adjusted R square shows that the effect of Leverage, Sales Growth, and Company Size on Tax Avoidance is 0,072 or 7,2%.

The economy in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth from time to time. This growth is in line with the era of economic globalization faced by the world community. Economic growth will result in changes in the values of people's lives, patterns of life, patterns of thinking and behavior, which have hopes for better public welfare. Today's society has an increasing desire to invest their funds, either in the form of shares, deposits, or in other forms of investment. Basically, investment is the placement of a number of funds at this time to expect rewards that will occur in the future. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2019. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis method using SPSS program. The processing method used is multiple linear regression analysis. There is a negative effect of the current ratio on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies for the 2017-2019 period. This is evidenced by the significance of 0.035 which is smaller than 0.05 or (0.035 < 0.05). There is a positive effect of return on equity on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies for the 2017-2019 period. This is evidenced by the significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Sales growth has no effect on stock prices in food and beverage sub- sector companies for the 2017-2019 period. This is evidenced by the significance of 0.947 greater than 0.05 or (0.947 > 0.05). And based on the results of the simultaneous test, it shows that the current ratio, return on equity, and sales growth have an effect on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies for the 2017-2019 period. This is evidenced by the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by 0.454 and the significance value of the F test of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 or (0.000 <0.05).
