Educators have a very important role for the development of human resources quality. Therefore, the performance of educators in the Rindam IX/Udayana needs to be considered. The performance of educators is the result of work both in quality and quantity achieved by an educator in carrying out the tasks for which they are responsible. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, work culture and leadership on the performance of educators at Rindam IX Udayana. The sample used in the study was 120 respondents. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that competence, work culture and leadership have a positive and significant effect on the performance of educators at Rindam IX Udayana. Increasing competence, good work culture and good leadership will improve the performance of educators at Rindam IX Udayana. The competence factor has the greatest influence on the performance of educators at Rindam IX Udayana. Therefore, educators are required to master teaching materials and have the ability to provide guidance to students, to be wise and authoritative in addressing any problems or learning process in the Rindam IX Udayana

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

This research was conducted by considering the inconsistency of research results regarding the influence of independence, professionalism and accounting information systems on the performance of the Supervisory Body as the internal controller of the LPD by moderating the organizational culture of Tri Hita Karana. The sample in this study amounted to 35 LPDs in Denpasar City. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that independence has a positive effect on the performance of LPD supervisors, professionalism and SIA have no effect on supervisor performance, the Tri Hita Karana culture is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of independence. on LPD staffing performance, and tri-black culture because it has not been able to moderate the influence of professionalism and BSM on the performance of LPD supervisors in Denpasar City. Compliance of taxpayers is the behavior of a taxpayer in carrying out tax obligations and using their rights while still adhering to the applicable tax laws and regulations. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of compliance costs, tax audits and the application of e-SPT to corporate taxpayer compliance at the West Denpasar KPP. Data collection techniques were carried out with a questionnaire and the number of samples used was 94 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. 1) Compliance costs have a negative and not significant effect on taxpayer compliance, this is evidenced by the tcount obtained by the compliance fee of -1.525 with Sig. = 0.131> 0.05. 2) Examination of tax has a negative and significant effect on compliance of taxpayers as evidenced by the t-value obtained by the compliance fee of -2,567 with Sig. = 0.012

Human resources play an important role in every organization or institution. But there was a decrease in employee performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University recently, this case becomes concideration to conduct this research. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work dicipline and compensation on the employee’s performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it  can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.

Customer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or satisfaction from customers that arise after using or consuming a product / service. The purpose of this study is to determine how promotion and quality influence Grab customer satisfaction in Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results show that the effect of promotion and service quality on Grab service satisfaction in Denpasar City is partially and simultaneously significant.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and brand image on interest in buying Iphone 12 in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were 4,175 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, while the sample in this study used the slovin formula as many as 98 people. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing (T Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software program.

The purpose of this study was to whether tax knowledge and application of efiling have an influence on taxpayer compliance in north Makassar tax office. Data obtained from 100 respondents registered as Taxpayers at the Makassar north Tax Office. Data collection is done through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the tax knowledge and application of e-filing has a positive and significant effect of taxpayers compliance in northMakassar tax office.

The success of the company is determined by the human resources so that the company needs to meet the needs of employees so employees can work productively. Employee's punctuality is the ability of employees to complete their tasks effectively and efficiently. Employee productivity can be affected by several factors including compensation, work discipline and motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and motivation to employee productivity. The research was conducted at Single Fin Restaurant & Bar Bali. The number of respondents in this study was 79 people. In the data collection is done through the spread of questionnaires using Likert scale data measurement method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that each variable of compensation, work discipline and motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at Single Fin Restaurant & Bar Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan LMS dan aplikasi Telegram terhadap aktivitas belajar mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PGSD 3A3 UNISNU Jepara pada Mata Kuliah Teknologi Pendidikan yang berjumlah 28 mahasiswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert pada penggunaan LMS, aplikasi telegram, dan aktivitas belajar yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelumnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LMS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap aktivitas belajar dengan signifikansi 0,000; Aplikasi Telegram berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap aktivitas belajar dengan signifikansi 0,000, dan Penggunaan LMS dan aplikasi Telegram secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap aktivitas belajar sejumlah 90,1% dengan signifikansi 0,000. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan bahwa penggunaan kedua aplikasi tersebut dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap aktivitas belajar. Sedangkan pada penggunaan LMS lebih memberikan pengaruh terhadap aktivitas belajar dibanding dengan penggunaan aplikasi Telegram. The Effect of Using LMS and Telegram on Students' Learning Activities This study aims to describe the effect of using LMS and Telegram applications on student learning activities. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 28 students of PGSD 3A3 UNISNU Jepara in the Educational Technology course. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale on the use of LMS, Telegram application, and learning activities that had been tested for validity and reliability before. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis indicate that the use of LMS has a positive and significant effect on learning activities with a significance of 0.000; Telegram application has a positive and significant effect on learning activities with a significance of 0.000, and The use of LMS and Telegram application simultaneously have a significant effect on learning activities amounting to 90.1% with a significance of 0.000. This research can be used as a reference that the use of these two applications can influence learning activities. Whereas the use of LMS has more influence on learning activities than the use of the Telegram application
