Correspondence is one activity that can not be separated from an organization, because the mail is one of the important communication media in the organization and communication with other organizations.High-intensity correspondence activities need to have a good management, so that the information conveyed can be delivered properly and safely. This management can also make letters well documented.System development in this research using Extreme Programming method. This method was chosen because the development is still done on a small scale. In addition, this method has a simple process, fast and precise because prioritizing the communication aspects between clients with developers. The built-in information system has features for receiving incoming mail, sending outgoing mail, sending and receiving mail dispositions, and sending and receiving memos. Abstract—Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta is a private university which is supervised by a Foundation that has implemented various information systems in various fields of work. However, in the payroll process the employees are still done manually and have not utilized a computerized system, such as attendance recap, wage recapitulation in addition to basic salary, as well as the sum of salary received by employees. This makes the payroll process less effective and efficient. This study aims to establish a proposed system that is a web-based employee payroll information system at the Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta with the PHP programming language using Codeigniter Framework and MySQL as its database. The system development method used is the Extreme Programming method. This method was chosen because it promotes intense communication between the client and the system developer so that when there are changes or errors in the system, the developer is always ready to fix it. Extreme Programming also has a simple stage, namely planning, design, coding, and testing. The results of this study are the result of a web-based employee payroll information system that has various actors involved in the management and processing of its data. With this information system, the employee payroll process becomes more effective and efficient, because payroll data is processed and calculated by the system so that it has a high level of data accuracy and does not require a long time in the calculation process.

The pharmacist is a professional degree for someone who has taken the oath of pharmacist position. Pharmacists are expected to be able to improve knowledge, skills, behaviour to be able to interact with patients. The form of interaction is giving information on medicines and counselling. In its service, pharmacists identify, prevent, overcome drug-related problems, and this has the possibility of medication errors. This research aims to build communication media between pharmacists and patients "SIATAP". The application will be developed using the extreme programming method. The advantages of this method can increase client satisfaction due to good communication so that it gets direct input from clients. Android application is designed for communication media between pharmacists and patients, the website application design to manage data for the administrator and pharmacist. To ensure the feasibility of the system, testing is done by using alpha and acceptance testing. The results of the alpha testing of all functional systems can run as expected. The results of the Acceptance Testing, using a questionnaire obtained a percentage of 92.57% with the conclusion that the application can be a good response from users so that the application is feasible to be implemented. The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based system to facilitate the academic administration of student affairs at the Faculty of Information Communication Technology, Universitas Nasional in providing various student information ranging from information on association activities, scholarships, competitions, achievements achieved by FTKI (SI-TI) students. and helping FTKI students and graduates to find updated information about job vacancies related to information technology. This study will develop an administrative information system for student affairs with the Extreme Programming method, an Agile Development Method. will include FTKI students and graduates as users. As part of the Catholic Church organization, the Parish Secretariat has an important role in recording information relating to parishioners. The work of the Parish Secretariat staff is very helpful in supporting the Parish Priest's task in managing the administration of the Church. In its implementation in the Parish Catholic Church of St. Peter Palembang, the secretariat staff faced several problems because the application was only able to process one activity, namely documenting Baptist data. While other data processing is still done manually. The purpose of this study is to build applications that complement the shortcomings of existing applications. To produce applications that can run well and in accordance with needs, the method in the design process is needed. Extreme Programming method is the choice in this design because it is suitable for use in designing small scale applications. Poverty is one continuing social issue which is hard to solve. Dealing with this problem, Islam has already had the alternative solution that is tithe (Zakat). Zakat is implemented to decrease economy imbalanced appeared in the society. While in fact, not all the Moslem pay Zakat. There are five factors as the reason why Moslem didn’t do that. First, some Muzakki wants to deliver his zakat directly.Seconde, not all Muzakki know how much Zakat must be paid. The other factors are Limited information about Mustahik home, limited time that Muzakki have to deliver his Zakat directly and the easiness to report Mustahik data. Dealing with those factors, it is required to have an information system which can make Muzakki meets Mustahik. In this research, information system application used Extreme Programming (XP) development method. XP method is required to program a system which will be made by accomodating the users’ needs and expectations.

Energy and mining reporting have to conduct for the exploration company in order to make control while exploration. Government control can perform by making profiling of energy and mining data that exist in the area as consideration in taking policy or decision. Stages of energy and mining reporting are very important to do especially in areas that have energy and mining resources such as Musi Banyuasin regency. Profiling can performed by mapping the location of energy and mining results using a geographic information system (GIS) to organize data between explorers and governments. Based on these conditions GIS was developed using a technique that prioritizes user needs with extreme programming development techniques. The result of GIS development shows that the processing of data becomes information based on spatial and non-spatial data with the final result of energy and mining report. The report presented can be used as a report to the relevant parties as an effort to open data of energy and mining as material in decision-making or policy. Geographic information system generated systematically developed using extreme programming approach with five stages of exploration, planning, iteration, production and maintenance so that it can run funtionaly according to its function

One of the features in the Feeder PDDIKTI application is the student activity feature. The feature is used to record student activities with participants' activities, supervisors and examiners. The problem with the Feeder PDDIKTI application when recording student activities is that the operator must input data one by one to the application. Therefore DIKTI also provides web services that can be used so that the recording process can be better.Implementation of recording student activities using web services on the Feeder PDDIKTI with extreme programming methods is carried out in accordance with the stages. In the planning part, an analysis is carried out on the business needs and user stories, in the design, use case diagrams and activity diagrams are made, coding is done by implementing the design using the PHP programming language, and testing is done using black box testing.In running the application, upload excel files are used for student activity data, activity participants, supervisors and examiners. After the student activity is successfully uploaded an excel file is generated from the system which contains student activities that already have the id_akt_mhs attribute. These attributes will be used to link student activity data with activity participants, supervisors, and examiners when filling in data in an excel file. Applications made are not yet connected to the Academic Information System Application so that for future development it is expected to be able to connect and retrieve data directly from the Academic Information System Application.

For many projects, resources are always limited. Hence, there is often a need to allocate resources in a most cost-effective manner. There are some cost models developed as guidelines on how to estimate the costs of digitalization and preservation of information in a comparatively more accurate way. By knowing the factors which affecting those costs, it will be easier to find a cost-effective strategy for digital preservation. Among different migration strategies proposed by researchers, in this article the migration in the framework of Open Archival Information System (OAIS) will be studied. This is applied to the case of this small-scale music library, Melos Music Library in El Parnaso Centre in Uruguay.
