Abstract– The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the interest in buying telkomsel data packages with the covid 19 pandemic as a moderation variable. The type of population in this study is an unlimited population. Data collection techniques use non probability techniques on purposive sampling types. Data collection was conducted by the method of disseminating questionnaires and samples of 70 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 19. The result of this study is that the quality of the product does not have a significant effect on the purchase interest of telkomsel data package, the brand image has a significant effect on the purchase interest of telkomsel data package, the advertisement does not have a significant effect on the purchase interest of telkomsel data package, during the covid 19 pandemic it has a significant effect on the buying interest of telkomsel data package. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. Compliance of taxpayers is the behavior of a taxpayer in carrying out tax obligations and using their rights while still adhering to the applicable tax laws and regulations. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of compliance costs, tax audits and the application of e-SPT to corporate taxpayer compliance at the West Denpasar KPP. Data collection techniques were carried out with a questionnaire and the number of samples used was 94 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. 1) Compliance costs have a negative and not significant effect on taxpayer compliance, this is evidenced by the tcount obtained by the compliance fee of -1.525 with Sig. = 0.131> 0.05. 2) Examination of tax has a negative and significant effect on compliance of taxpayers as evidenced by the t-value obtained by the compliance fee of -2,567 with Sig. = 0.012

This study aims to determine the effect of savings products and service quality on customer satisfaction in the workplace. The sample in this study were 100 customers of the PT Bank Jatim Tenggilis Surabaya Branch Office. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, questionnaires, and librarian studies. While the data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test technique, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 17 software. The results show that there is an influence between savings products and services on customer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between savings products and services on customer satisfaction, so the hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination is 0.443 which indicates that the savings products and services together can explain the customer satisfaction of the PT Bank Jatim Tenggilis Surabaya Sub-Branch Office by 44.3%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined. There is a relationship between savings products and services with customer satisfaction, so companies must pay more attention to the service products sold and the services provided to create customer satisfaction.

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.

<p>This research aims to find the effect of produck knowledge, brand image, brand ambassador against purchasing decisions top white coffie products in students of the faculy of economics and Islamic busines (FEBI) IAIN Kudus 2016-2017. Many factors motivate consumers to make purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions are consumer behavior in deciding whether to buy a product or not. Usually consuimers will consider before going to decide on a purchase a product that will buy. This research uses quantitative research, the population in this study amounted to 1.091 Student. While the sample used 92 student. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product knowledge has an effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects purchasing decisions and brand ambassador influences decision making. And together Product Knowledge, Brand Image, Brand Ambassador influence purchasing decisions.</p>

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

 ABSTRAK Kontribusi UKM untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian membuat kinerja UKM perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Dalam hal ini ada banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja di UKM-UKM seperti kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar, sehingga kajian yang telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paling penting dari orientasi pasar dan kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha UKM. Penelitian dikerjakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dari 50 pelaku UKM yang dibina oleh Dinas Perdagangan Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dikerjakan dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan-temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan pasar mempunyai pengaruh signifikan baik itu parsial dan secara simultan pada kinerja usaha pada UKM-UKM. Kata kunci: orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, kinerja usaha  Strategi Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar dan Pengaruhnya Pada Kinerja Usaha Di Unit Usaha Kecil-Menengah (UKM) ABSTRACT SMEs contribution to economic growth makes the MSMEs performance need to be improved. This research is done by using quantitative approach. The samples taken are 50 SMEs business players built by Department of Commerce Surabaya. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis technique of data is multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.
