This study aims to determine the effect of savings products and service quality on customer satisfaction in the workplace. The sample in this study were 100 customers of the PT Bank Jatim Tenggilis Surabaya Branch Office. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, questionnaires, and librarian studies. While the data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test technique, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 17 software. The results show that there is an influence between savings products and services on customer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between savings products and services on customer satisfaction, so the hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination is 0.443 which indicates that the savings products and services together can explain the customer satisfaction of the PT Bank Jatim Tenggilis Surabaya Sub-Branch Office by 44.3%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined. There is a relationship between savings products and services with customer satisfaction, so companies must pay more attention to the service products sold and the services provided to create customer satisfaction.

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the decision to choose Starbucks. The population in this study amounted to 395 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Variables that influence the decision to choose Starbucks are cultural, social, personal and psychological. The result of the partial test and simultaneously stated that the cultural variables, social variables, personal variables, and psychological variables influence the decision to choose Starbucks.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

The  purpose  of  this  research  is  to  test  and  analyze  1)  Influence  simultaneously  variable  of satisfaction and trust to customer loyality of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-District of Bungku Tengah District. 2) Partial influence of customer satisfaction variable on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. 3) Partial influence of customer trust variable on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district of Bungku Tengah District. This type of research is descriptive causally. Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling, obtained sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that based on the results of Test F, customer satisfaction variables and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. Partially, customer satisfaction variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty of Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. The variable of customer trust (X2) has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district, Bungku Tengah District. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis 1) Pengaruh secara simultan variabel kepuasan dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. 2) Pengaruh secara parsial variabel kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. 3) Pengaruh secara parsial variabel kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Tipe penelitian adalah deskriptif kausal. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil Uji F, variabel kepuasan pelanggan dan kepercayaan pelanggan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Secara parsial variabel kepuasan pelanggan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Variabel kepercayaan pelanggan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah.

Abstract– The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the interest in buying telkomsel data packages with the covid 19 pandemic as a moderation variable. The type of population in this study is an unlimited population. Data collection techniques use non probability techniques on purposive sampling types. Data collection was conducted by the method of disseminating questionnaires and samples of 70 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 19. The result of this study is that the quality of the product does not have a significant effect on the purchase interest of telkomsel data package, the brand image has a significant effect on the purchase interest of telkomsel data package, the advertisement does not have a significant effect on the purchase interest of telkomsel data package, during the covid 19 pandemic it has a significant effect on the buying interest of telkomsel data package. Objective - The number of hotels in both urban or in tourism areas has increased quite rapidly. The success and sustainability of hotel businesses is largely determined by their marketing strategy and the quality of services they provide to their customers. In choosing a hotel, customers consider both the physical appearance of the hotel as well as the quality of service provided. The rapid increase in hotels in Indonesia necessarily increases competition in the hotel industry and the rules surrounding market competition become quite strict. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the dimensions of service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on customer satisfaction and to identify the most dominant dimension in terms of customer satisfaction. Methodology/Technique - The research studied 110 respondents who have stayed in several hotels located in Batu, Indonesia. The data was collected using purposive sampling techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Findings – Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that the dimensions of service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, the service quality dimension that has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is assurance. Novelty - The research supported by original data and contribute to the literature in the context of Indonesia. <p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Islamic advertising (Islamic advertising messages, Islamic story illustrations and Muslim advertising stars) Mahatahari Dept. Store against the buying interest of prospective Mahatahari Dept. Store in Central Java. This research was conducted in Central Java Province with a sample size taken as many as 120 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure 13 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Islamic advertising messages, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars had a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be explained that the simultaneous influence of Islamic advertising message variables, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars on consumer buying interest. While the partial results of the illustrative variable of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, but Islamic advertising message variables have no effect on buying interest.</p>

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this.
