The report's main objective is to comply with the different marketing theories prevailing in the marketplace and gain a proper understanding of the real market. Different functions and strategies were discussed and discussed with the help of the ITC Sunfeast in terms of policies and path they followed since they were a successful player in the market. Customer intuition is examined in order to gain an understanding of their different needs, expectations and collection of minds. This is achieved by interviewing people in different ways so that their purchasing trend can be glimpsed. The people interviewed were from various locations in the district of thiruvallur.

After a long time was not heard to the public area, lately death penalty toward the criminal cases that classified as extraordinary crime are appear. The author discovers electronic article about the execution of the death penalty which is the prosecutor prepares to execute death penalty toward the drugs dealer. The president of Republic of Indonesia stated that it is necessary to give a deterrent effect to the convicted  criminal and keep the morality of Indonesian teenagers. According to my opinion, the author argues that it will be better and wiser if we discuss about renovating all of the Penitentiary in Indonesia than debating whether death penalty could be done in Indonesia or not, because it will be displeasure many parties, death penalty infringed the human rights of the convicted criminals and cause psychological burden to them, families, the executor of the death penalty, and other parties. Because if we have to improve the quality of the Penitentiary, if the function of Penitentiary for fostering moralily has been optimal or properly enough to the convicted criminals, Indonesia will be no longer need the death penalty option as sanction to the convicted crimanals including for the extraordinary crime (especially for drugs trafficking in our country). Penitentiary is one of the public services which aims for fostering the people that initially have bad habits (commited to the crime), so that they will have the awareness to change their bad attitude into the be better ones, will not harm others, and positively contributed to the society. Already Penitentiary’s conditions should be designed in such a way and as good as possible, so that the inmates feels like at their own home (like having a second home after his own home), and feel humaner to spend their days in the Penitentiary. The author believes that if the Penitentiary has been improved and optimized its function well, then the real purpose of Penitentiary will definitely achieved. As stated in Law Number 12 Year 1995 regarding to Penitentiary Article 2 which states "sanction system are organized in order to fostering the convicted criminals in order to be the real man, aware of their fault, improve themselves, and not to repeat the criminal act so that they can be friendly received by the community, can actively participated in the development of our country, and can socialize themselves as good citizen."Article 3 on this regulation also intensifies the function of Penitentiary "the function of Penitentiary is to prepare convicted criminals to be able to properly integrated to the society, so they can be accepted again as members of the public who are free and responsible ones."

The  sub‐district  of  Danau  Seberang  Kota  Jambi  is  located in Kota Jambi, the province of Jambi. This area is wellknown with its’s people who are religious and respect the local  culture.  There  is  a  saying  here  “Adat  bersendi  Sara’,  Sara’  bersendi  Kitabullah,  Sara’  mengato  adat  memakai,  Sara’  mendaki adat menurun”. This research is aimed at investigating  on  how  to  build  a  good  family  in  the  people  of  Danau  Teluk  Seberang Kota Jambi. The writer would like to know whether the  citizens of Danau Teluk Seberang Kota Jambi is categorized into  fair family, good family 1, good family 2, good family 3 or good  family  3  plus/  4.  Besides  that,  the  writer  wants  to  study  particularly the applications of Islamic principles, especially to the  citizens of Ulu Gedong dan Olak Kemang in sub‐district Danau  Teluk Seberang Kota Jambi. The result of the research shows that  people already implement the Islamic principles in building a good  family, for example by doing the five‐time‐a‐day praying, praying  together, remembering  God, and praying in happy and sorrow  condition, and others. The efforts to build a good family between  husband and wife through: accepting the reality, adapt each other,  foster the love, and so forth. The people of sub‐district Danau Teluk  Seberang Kota Jambi is categorized into “good family I” which is: a  family that build based on legal marriage, affection, do five‐timesa‐day praying, do fasting, pay the obligatory‐donation, learn the  basic of religion, and there is place to live. The quality of marriage  increases  when  the  household  applies  religion  principles.  The  religion will be the foundation for good activities and prevent from  bad habits or actions. If husband and wife always do what Islam  asks to do, as the effect, every problem in a family can be solved.  Thus, the real quality of a good family will come true

Food Safety sistem is a method that commonly use to guarantee the quality of food product in order to avoid hazard which can causing harm to the consumer. One of the well-known traditional food, Tempe, which is made from fermented soybean, has consumed by most of people in Indonesia. Tempe has a short shelf life. The aim of processing Tempe are to make the shelf life longer and also to diversify product of Tempe. One of the most popular product of Tempe is Tempe cracker. Parerejo village is well-known as one of the Tempe and Tempe cracker production base in East Java. Unfortunately, its production has not yet applied Food Safety Sistem. Some actions were needed in order to improve the knowledge of the Tempe and Tempe cracker producers about Food Safety Sistem. Firstly, questionnaires were distributed to the Tempe and Tempe Cracker producers in Parerejo village to determine the level of community understanding about Food Safety Sistem. After distributing the questionnaires, the next action was presenting of the definition, the aspects and the importance of implementation Food Safety Sistem in the production process of Tempe and Tempe cracker. Questionnaires showed that most of the producers of Tempe and Tempe crackers in Parerejo village realizes the importance of implementation Food Safety Sistem. In other hand, Food Safety Sistem has some obstacles to fully apply in the production process. The biggest challenge is the production facilities. Improving sanitation sistems such as sanitation of workers and equipment is one of the real efforts that can be done to improve the production sistem. Sortation of raw material also an effort to avoid physical hazard that can causing harm of the product. At least, awareness of the community about Food Safety Sistem have improved and committed to do some correction in order to avoid the hazard in production process.

<p><span lang="EN-US">In recent years, with the continuous improvement and optimization of the social and economic level, the quality of life of the people has been significantly improved. Based on this, the public’s attention to my country’s food work has been reasonably developed, which has effectively promoted the development of food safety work of my country. Through a large amount of data analysis, the researchers pointed out that at this stage, there are still certain shortcomings in the development of food work in my country that need to be improved. In response to this problem, relevant staff have carried out systematic analysis and exploration, aiming to effectively summarize and improve the relevant factors that affect the level of food work in my country, so as to achieve the improvement and optimization of the comprehensive quality of food hygiene and safety management in my country. This article analyzes and summarizes the current food work situation in my country, and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions at the same time, aiming to effectively promote the improvement of the overall quality of food work in my country, so as to lay the foundation for a reasonable guarantee of food safety.</span></p>

Functional food ingredients and dietary supplements are essential for health promotion and disease risk reduction. The demand for various food products is increasing day by day due to ever increasing population. Different multinational companies have invested to meet the demands of the people all over the world. However, some miscreants have adultered different food products that caused various concerns to the people and the government. Hence, different laws in different countries have been regulated to maintain the quality of food. However, there is major legislation and product approval challenges which should be aligned by global common regulations to move forward by reducing the scope for conflict between our regulatory approaches and by forging closer cooperation that can only be addressed by appropriate and accurate ingredients understanding, safety legislation, clinical studies benefits, advanced food processing technologies and various analytical studies. The nutraceutical revolution will direct us into a new era of medicine and health, in which the food industry will become a research oriented, analogous to the pharmaceutical industry. The present review article discusses the recent status of nutraceuticals and their importance to prevent various diseases.

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) started in 27th September, 1999, is a subsidiary of the Indian Railways that handles the catering, tourism and online ticketing operations of the railways. In 2010, Catering services provided by IRCTC were handed over to Indian railways (except few trains, all other trains were under the control of zonal railways) which aims to provide “Hygienic food at affordable price”. IRCTCs focus on non- railway sectors starting from food kiosks and cafeteria to food courts has earned Rs. 29 cr from its 80 non-railway catering outlet across the country in 2012-2013, a jump of Rs 18 cr compared to previous year. Since, Indian Railways is one of the largest network which serves food to the travelling public, health and safety of the people is a prime concern. This study focuses on the key areas such as quality of food prepared & served and its impact on people’s well-being. The railway catering serves food to the people through zonal catering divisions and onboard pantry cars. An analysis on the menu and the nutritional value of the food is done. It’s highly imperative for the food handlers to follow food safety procedures such as HACCP, quality of water, personal hygiene and so on. For this research, qualitative analysis and non-random sampling is followed. An in-depth interview with the managers, passengers and contractors are done along with the site visit. In order to improve the quality of food served in the railways, IRCTC has taken slew of measures such as mobile squads for surprise checks, customer service no. for grievance against the food served on trains and onsite inspection. This study reveals the challenges faced by the railways such as varying level of quality across the regions and contractors & complaints relate to overcharging, less quantity & substandard quality.

With the constant improvement of the living standard of the people and the increased expectations for food products of high quality and safety standards, the quality of food materials needs to satisfy the higher demand. The separation quality of the cereals and oils is one of the key factors for ensuring food quality. The traditional separating methods have many shortages such as inconsistency and uncertainty. The machine vision technology applied in the separation processing can realize the quality inspection of products and satisfy the requirements of objectivity, accuracy, consistency, efficiency and online inspection. So machine vision technology improves the separating quality of cereals and oils and realize the intelligence and the automation in the separating process.

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to reveal how the quality of education in this Islamic boarding school is, particularly related to education facilities, curriculum and strategies of education quality improve­ments. This study used the qualitative method. Findings of this study are: first, education infrastructure and facilities are relatively complete and adequate, which are supported by the atmosphere of the Islamic boarding school that is full of simplicity and modesty by habituation in implementing clean and healthy lifestyle. Second, the tafaqquh fi-al din (understanding of religion)-based curriculum compiled by the Islamic boarding school occupies the same degree (equal) to the curriculum prepared by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, so that both tafaqquh fi-al din (understanding of religion) studies and general studi­es have high electability, which is able to increase the quality of education and also generates interest and motivation of the people (parents) to put their children to the Islamic boarding school. Third, education in the Islamic boarding school has a strong independency because it is supported by substantial financial resources.AbstrakTujuan tulisan ini untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana mutu pendidikan di pondok pesantren ini, khususnya berkaitan dengan sarana pendidikan, kurikulum dan sterategi peningkatan mutu pendidik­an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil temuan studi ini adalah: Pertama, sarana dan fasilitas pendidikan relatif lengkap dan memadai, ini didukung oleh suasana kehidupan pondok pesan­tren yang penuh kesederhanaan dan kebersahajaan dengan pembiasaan menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Kedua, kurikulum yang berbasis tafaqquh fi-al din yang disusun oleh pondok pesantren ini menempati derajat yang sama (equal) dengan kurikulum yang disusun Kementerian Agama, sehinga baik kajian tafaqquh fi al-din maupun pelajaran umum memiliki electabilitas yang tinggi, hal ini mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan sekaligus membangkitkan animo dan motivasi masyarakat (orangtua) untuk memasukkan anaknya ke pesantren ini. Ketiga, penyelenggaraan pendidikan di pon­dok pesantren ini memiliki kemandirian yang kuat, karena didukung oleh sumber dana yang besar.

The author analyzes the reasons that objectively reduce the importance and quality of the organizational and technological solutions of work production plans and the content of their main documents. Based on a generalization of practical experience, one of the real ways of increasing the level of work production plans is proposed as a result of the development of "The Unified Rules for Work Production on the Site" as part of the construction organization project, in the form of fundamental requirements, followed by the inclusion of this document in the work production plan as an input document. The structure and content of the Unified Rules are described with the disclosure of the main documents - calendar plans of work, construction master plans, technological schemes of works. The first section of the document contains requirements for the content of tasks for the development of the project of work execution, the order of its approval, and requirements for the quality of solutions. The second section presents principal solutions, methods of work execution and their technological schemes. The organizational and technological solutions adopted in the proposed document are specified and detailed by the General Contractor Construction Organization with due regard for the resource capabilities and the actual conditions of construction or reconstruction.
