The  sub‐district  of  Danau  Seberang  Kota  Jambi  is  located in Kota Jambi, the province of Jambi. This area is wellknown with its’s people who are religious and respect the local  culture.  There  is  a  saying  here  “Adat  bersendi  Sara’,  Sara’  bersendi  Kitabullah,  Sara’  mengato  adat  memakai,  Sara’  mendaki adat menurun”. This research is aimed at investigating  on  how  to  build  a  good  family  in  the  people  of  Danau  Teluk  Seberang Kota Jambi. The writer would like to know whether the  citizens of Danau Teluk Seberang Kota Jambi is categorized into  fair family, good family 1, good family 2, good family 3 or good  family  3  plus/  4.  Besides  that,  the  writer  wants  to  study  particularly the applications of Islamic principles, especially to the  citizens of Ulu Gedong dan Olak Kemang in sub‐district Danau  Teluk Seberang Kota Jambi. The result of the research shows that  people already implement the Islamic principles in building a good  family, for example by doing the five‐time‐a‐day praying, praying  together, remembering  God, and praying in happy and sorrow  condition, and others. The efforts to build a good family between  husband and wife through: accepting the reality, adapt each other,  foster the love, and so forth. The people of sub‐district Danau Teluk  Seberang Kota Jambi is categorized into “good family I” which is: a  family that build based on legal marriage, affection, do five‐timesa‐day praying, do fasting, pay the obligatory‐donation, learn the  basic of religion, and there is place to live. The quality of marriage  increases  when  the  household  applies  religion  principles.  The  religion will be the foundation for good activities and prevent from  bad habits or actions. If husband and wife always do what Islam  asks to do, as the effect, every problem in a family can be solved.  Thus, the real quality of a good family will come true

After a long time was not heard to the public area, lately death penalty toward the criminal cases that classified as extraordinary crime are appear. The author discovers electronic article about the execution of the death penalty which is the prosecutor prepares to execute death penalty toward the drugs dealer. The president of Republic of Indonesia stated that it is necessary to give a deterrent effect to the convicted  criminal and keep the morality of Indonesian teenagers. According to my opinion, the author argues that it will be better and wiser if we discuss about renovating all of the Penitentiary in Indonesia than debating whether death penalty could be done in Indonesia or not, because it will be displeasure many parties, death penalty infringed the human rights of the convicted criminals and cause psychological burden to them, families, the executor of the death penalty, and other parties. Because if we have to improve the quality of the Penitentiary, if the function of Penitentiary for fostering moralily has been optimal or properly enough to the convicted criminals, Indonesia will be no longer need the death penalty option as sanction to the convicted crimanals including for the extraordinary crime (especially for drugs trafficking in our country). Penitentiary is one of the public services which aims for fostering the people that initially have bad habits (commited to the crime), so that they will have the awareness to change their bad attitude into the be better ones, will not harm others, and positively contributed to the society. Already Penitentiary’s conditions should be designed in such a way and as good as possible, so that the inmates feels like at their own home (like having a second home after his own home), and feel humaner to spend their days in the Penitentiary. The author believes that if the Penitentiary has been improved and optimized its function well, then the real purpose of Penitentiary will definitely achieved. As stated in Law Number 12 Year 1995 regarding to Penitentiary Article 2 which states "sanction system are organized in order to fostering the convicted criminals in order to be the real man, aware of their fault, improve themselves, and not to repeat the criminal act so that they can be friendly received by the community, can actively participated in the development of our country, and can socialize themselves as good citizen."Article 3 on this regulation also intensifies the function of Penitentiary "the function of Penitentiary is to prepare convicted criminals to be able to properly integrated to the society, so they can be accepted again as members of the public who are free and responsible ones."

<p>اللغة العربية هي لغة متصفة بالثقافة الإسلامية التي تتحقق في الطقوس الثقافية بالقيام بالتعبد لله تعالى في الطاعات للأوامر والاجتناب عن النواهي. اللغة العربية تحصل على الضمان في الطقوس الثقافية بجزاء الأجر من استخدامها لقراءة القرآن الكريم. في كثير من الأحوال، كانت المراسيم الثقافية تستخدم اللغة العربية كثيرا بفضلها كما قام بها الأولياء في عملية الدعوة لدى المجتمع. يطور الأولياء التسعة الدعوة على حسب أحوال المجتمع في تحقيق المراسيم الدينية واستخدامهم اللغة العربية فيها. هوية المسلم متصفة بالأنشطة الدينية واللباس الظاهرة المنظورة بأحساسهم. استخدام لسان صدق سيكون متطلبا في الشخصية وتعميق مضمون القرآن الكريم والأحاديث النبوية. دور الأولياء التسعة في توسيع الدين الإسلامي بإندونيسيا لا ينطلق من تبسيط الطقوس المبنية على حفظ الجودة العبودية  التي كانت المضامين الإسلامية وتياراتها تتبلغ كاملا. طقوس التهليل هي إحدى المراسيم الدينية التي تفيد دعاء الميت المصمم المناسبة بالثقافة المحلية مثل أربعين يوما، 100 يوم إلخ حيث كان المسلمون الإندونيسيون يعملون بها. التأثير في عملها مؤسس برسالة موصلة بالأدلة المستخدمة نظريا وتطبيقيا.</p><p>Arabic language is a language that reflects the culture of Islam embodied in cultural rituals by servicing Allah in obedience to his orders and away from his prohibitions. Arabic language gets assurances in cultural rituals with rewards on its use for reciting the Qur’an. In many ways, religious ceremonies also often use arabic language with their virtues as well as the guardians in carrying out their dakwah to the people. Wali Songo develops dakwah based on the state of society in realizing the cultural ceremony and the using of Arabic language in it. The identity of a Muslim can be seen in religious activities and his clothes may appear visible to their senses. The use of good expressions to be guided in behaving and deepening the content of the Qur’an and al-Hadith. The role of Wali Songo in the Islamic religion in Indonesia can not be separated from the simplification of rituals built in maintaining the quality of worship which of course the nuances of Islam and its teachings must be delivered perfectly. The ritual of tahlil is one of the religious ceremonies that serves the praying of the dead who are packaged to adapt local culture such as 40 days, 100 days and so on which at present some Indonesian Muslim community do. The impetus to carry it out is based on a message conveyed by theoretical and applicable theorems.</p>

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to reveal how the quality of education in this Islamic boarding school is, particularly related to education facilities, curriculum and strategies of education quality improve­ments. This study used the qualitative method. Findings of this study are: first, education infrastructure and facilities are relatively complete and adequate, which are supported by the atmosphere of the Islamic boarding school that is full of simplicity and modesty by habituation in implementing clean and healthy lifestyle. Second, the tafaqquh fi-al din (understanding of religion)-based curriculum compiled by the Islamic boarding school occupies the same degree (equal) to the curriculum prepared by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, so that both tafaqquh fi-al din (understanding of religion) studies and general studi­es have high electability, which is able to increase the quality of education and also generates interest and motivation of the people (parents) to put their children to the Islamic boarding school. Third, education in the Islamic boarding school has a strong independency because it is supported by substantial financial resources.AbstrakTujuan tulisan ini untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana mutu pendidikan di pondok pesantren ini, khususnya berkaitan dengan sarana pendidikan, kurikulum dan sterategi peningkatan mutu pendidik­an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil temuan studi ini adalah: Pertama, sarana dan fasilitas pendidikan relatif lengkap dan memadai, ini didukung oleh suasana kehidupan pondok pesan­tren yang penuh kesederhanaan dan kebersahajaan dengan pembiasaan menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Kedua, kurikulum yang berbasis tafaqquh fi-al din yang disusun oleh pondok pesantren ini menempati derajat yang sama (equal) dengan kurikulum yang disusun Kementerian Agama, sehinga baik kajian tafaqquh fi al-din maupun pelajaran umum memiliki electabilitas yang tinggi, hal ini mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan sekaligus membangkitkan animo dan motivasi masyarakat (orangtua) untuk memasukkan anaknya ke pesantren ini. Ketiga, penyelenggaraan pendidikan di pon­dok pesantren ini memiliki kemandirian yang kuat, karena didukung oleh sumber dana yang besar.

The author analyzes the reasons that objectively reduce the importance and quality of the organizational and technological solutions of work production plans and the content of their main documents. Based on a generalization of practical experience, one of the real ways of increasing the level of work production plans is proposed as a result of the development of "The Unified Rules for Work Production on the Site" as part of the construction organization project, in the form of fundamental requirements, followed by the inclusion of this document in the work production plan as an input document. The structure and content of the Unified Rules are described with the disclosure of the main documents - calendar plans of work, construction master plans, technological schemes of works. The first section of the document contains requirements for the content of tasks for the development of the project of work execution, the order of its approval, and requirements for the quality of solutions. The second section presents principal solutions, methods of work execution and their technological schemes. The organizational and technological solutions adopted in the proposed document are specified and detailed by the General Contractor Construction Organization with due regard for the resource capabilities and the actual conditions of construction or reconstruction.

The interdisciplinary field of person-environment relations has, from its origins, addressed the transactional relationship between human behavior and the built environment. This body of knowledge has been based upon qualitative and quantitative assessment of phenomena in the “real world.” This knowledge base has been instrumental in advancing the quality of real, physical environments globally at various scales of inquiry and with myriad user/client constituencies. By contrast, scant attention has been devoted to using simulation as a means to examine and represent person-environment transactions and how what is learned can be applied. The present discussion posits that press-competency theory, with related aspects drawn from functionalist-evolutionary theory, can together function to help us learn of how the medium of film can yield further insights to person-environment (P-E) transactions in the real world. Sampling, combined with extemporary behavior setting analysis, provide the basis for this analysis of healthcare settings as expressed throughout the history of cinema. This method can be of significant aid in examining P-E transactions across diverse historical periods, building types and places, healthcare and otherwise, otherwise logistically, geographically, or temporally unattainable in real time and space.

Infrastructure development is an integral part of national development and the driving wheel of economic growth. Infrastructure also has an important role in strengthening national unity and unity (Bappenas: 2009). The banjarwaru, banjarwangi, and telukpinang highways are the access roads traversed by 8 villages including alternative routes for the cicurug-sukabumi area. This road is always passed by the people who headed to the city. Therefore, the benefits of this road is very important because it is often passed from the cicurug-sukabumi area due to the diversion of traffic flow so that the intensity of high road users.In this study the author uses the theory of Ridwan and Sudrajat. Quality of service is the level of incompatibility between expectations with customer desires and also the perceptions of these customers. Quality of service here can be assessed by looking at the dimensions. These dimensions include the quality of service, the ability of officials, and service convenience. During the observation to the community through the survey to direct approach with the community, most people complained that the development service to build the kecamatan should be further improved and the results of this study showed that the Quality Assessment of Service in Road Infrastructure Development in Ciawi Sub-district Bogor Regency is categorized Fair Good this is because the assessment of the quality of development services by the Subdistrict Apparatus itself and from the community assess the ability of District Officers still have to be improved in conducting the service and its implementation.Keywords: Service Quality, Infrastructure Development.

The Current and future leaders live in a turbulent and chaotic environment, where the real power of acting derives from the recognition of the concept of change and looking for options. In this type of environment a lot of competence is necessary for the leaders to survive. The aim of this study case was to explore i.e. gain a clearer picture of the position of the leader, their characteristics, functions, levels, the core and the factors affecting the leader and their leadership. To see what type of leader the people want simply to draw conclusions about the characteristics, qualities and techniques of a leader and their leadership. So that in the end, to have empirical proof of the leader. The set goal in this study case is today’s leaders in everyday process, starting from the very beginning of their work, to serve as an example in developing inter-personal skills at the same time as treating people with dignity and respect. In other words, they have to possess leadership skills, characteristics and the necessary actions. This research aims at finding out the real attributes that is the profile of a leader and their leadership running an organization regardless if it is economic, political, and military or some other non-governmental organization. The values are more than a set of rules, they are not only behavior code, and they say what a leader should be every day in every action that they take. The values shade the leaders’ identity and the organization that they run.

The contact belt of the gate assembly is the main part of high pressure fittings. The serviceability of the fittings assembly as whole depends on the air-tightness and quality of the mating surfaces. The technology of diamond burnishing allows to increase the interface of the nodes by red ucing the surface roughness of the metal-to-metal seal. The real experience for improving of the fittings contact belt due to the use of diamond burnishing of the nozzles seats and the conical surface of the rods.
