scholarly journals Online Polling Scheme

Online polling system is the web based project to build for voting online among between the people and the citizen. The word “Vote” means to choose form the list, to elect, or to determine. It promotes the casting online voting from any location over the world. Online polling system analysis the real-time implementation or virtual.it helps to reduce thewaste of time, no paper work, no count of votes by hand and no hand-work. It prevents from the chance of falsevoting. It’s very simple, safe, secure and take less-time to conduct votes. The main objective of online polling system to allow the people to cast their votes by online over the world .Prevent voters from voting more than once for the single people or person.Easily handled the larger voters andusers. We are developing an on-line voting system by taking advantage of the database with to store a web interface. We have to create the table for store the data into the database . For identification we use the ‘keys’, which is called the “primary keys “or may be for “forieng key”, which should be should be unique or not null. Here,we requiredhardware as well as software component. For developing this polling first we create or the moduls then after we integrate all the module together to build and enhance the project.

This service can be implemented in multi-departmental organizations where SMS service is used for system notifications. The proposed system has a web interface and encryption methods to provide services. Census information system that uses a computerized system is an effort to help smooth in the world of government so that the data obtained more precise and accurate. It can be expected to facilitate the penyensusan population in Koto village of Padang Pauh Subdistrict Affairs effectively, efficiently and accurately to improve government performance.

India being a democracy, that too world’s largest, still conducts its elections using either Secret Ballet Voting or Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) both of which involve high costs, manual labor and are inefficient. So, the system must be optimized to be made efficient which would not leave room for unwanted means of voting. The current system requires the physical presence of every individual which is inconvenient to many people. This paper focuses on a system that uses faces to unlock the voting system just like in your phone and does not require physical presence to cast a vote as the traditional system does. The process is time-consuming as well. The entirely web-based system enables people to cast their votes from anywhere in the world. Using detection of faces decreases the chance of duplicating a vote and those who are registered prior to the election and are recognized by the system will be allowed to vote. Just like fingerprints, every face also has unique features like the distance between the eyes and eyebrows that remain unchanged with growing age which makes the system more secure. Hence, the approach makes the system the best way to vote

A software project is developed by collaboration of some expert people. However, the collaboration puts obstacles in the way of software development when the involved people in the project are scattered over the world. Although Internet has provided a collection of scattered islands in which the denizens of the islands are able to communicate with each other, it lacks full requisite qualifications for the collaboration among the denizens. The emerging idea is that a supportive environment should be developed on the Web for providing full requisite qualifications and facilitating collaboration. Towards providing such an environment, this chapter aims to present a framework exploiting Open Hypermedia System (OHS) and a Web-based collaboration protocol. OHS assists in saving and restoring artifacts constructed by the scattered people, and the protocol provides channels to concurrent communication and distributed authoring among the people.

This research aims to show the impression of Media on COVID-19 amongst common public. This research focuses on the relationship and its influence globally on the people in every domain of their life and its effects on their health. As we all know, While at same time as we are witnessing a worldwide health danger named COVID-19 since the previous few months the unfold of records approximately as compared to the pandemic has been an awfully travelled lot faster than the virus itself. Hence its miles challenging to find a pleasant stability among the toxic overuse of media era and healthful harnessing of healthcare records. As same as we have seen with different emergencies, individuals everywhere on the world contact each other through web-based media to sort out what's going on. We break down commitment and interest in the COVID-19 point and give a differential appraisal on the development of the talk on a worldwide scale for every stage and their clients. We fit data spreading with pestilence models describing the essential multiplication number for every web-based media stage. Additionally, we distinguish data spreading from flawed sources, finding various volumes of falsehood in every stage. Be that as it may, data from both dependable and faulty sources don't present diverse spreading designs. At last, we give stage subordinate mathematical appraisals of bits of gossip intensification.Capable utilization of these instruments can help rapidly spread significant new data, important new logical discoveries, share analytic, treatment, and follow up conventions, just as analyse various methodologies all around the world, eliminating geographic limits without precedent for history.

Many virtual communities have surfaced and come together on the World Wide Web. Web-based community portals serve as a one-stop place for all information needs serving a group of users that have common interests. As organizations become highly dynamic and the people that join them become more geographically dispersed, the need for improved ways to share and distribute data and information amongst the community or organization members has increased dramatically.

Abstract Background The World Health Organisation (WHO) declared coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) as a global pandemic in Feb 2020 after it emerged from Wuhan city of China and spread to most of the world. The most common psychological symptoms found during the pandemics are fear, anxiety, loss of sleep, depression, suicidal tendency, etc. Aim To collect various psychological symptoms, the people are presenting during this type of situations and their proposed homoeopathic treatment. Methodology A web-based survey was conducted to assess the mental health burden in public during the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic and also to explore the potential influencing factors. The data of 314 volunteers were collected and assessed. Results It was found that the overall proportion of depression and anxiety was 34.4 and 31.21% respectively. About 23.9% of participants had both depression and anxiety. The proportion of depression and anxiety was more in males and age group of 21 to 30 years. Healthcare providers reported more depression and anxiety as compared with other occupations. Among the influencing factors, regular Yoga practice and adequate sleep of 7 hours in the day had good effects in controlling depression and anxiety. Spending time in social media for more than 3 hours a day regularly was also an influencing factor for more depression and anxiety. It was also found that people who frequently got worried about own health and of near and dear ones had developed more anxiety. The participants who had taken homoeopathic medicines during last month reported less depressive symptoms in comparison to others. Conclusion Homoeopathy has many remedies which can fit into these psychological symptoms as the principle of homoeopathy is based on individualisation which constitutes the physical as well as the mental sphere.

This paper developed for the risk free and person oriented Online Voting System. The Online Voting gadget is made for the humans of the united states living round the world and needs to vote for their representative. The election can be carried out in two methods the paper ballot election and the computerized ballot elections. The automatic ballot elections are referred to as the digital voting. The on line vote casting device is rather developed and the on-line polling machine can be changed through precisely and at once vote casting on line and on the spot results. The on line balloting gadget is completed by using the net so it can be known as the Internet Voting. The gadget proceeds the on-line vote casting machine in a new approach known as Homomorphic Encryption . Homogeneous encryption is the form of encryption, which lets the computer generate encrypted end results in ciphertexts, as though they were performed in a plaintext, when decrypted, which matches the end result of the operations. In this paper we have a digital voting device based on homomorphic encryption to make sure that the vote is confidential. The benefits of multi-homorphic encryption systems are all presented in our suggestion. The proposed electoral system is suitable for elections that include non-partial votes and for multi-candidate elections. For outsourced storage and counting, homomorphic encryption can be used.

Governments around the world have been trying to implement secure and reliable e-voting (location-independent, individualized voting over the Internet) for a long time, to no avail: E-voting remains fundamentally insecure. This can change with the blockchain technology, an open, transparent, and distributed digital ledger. However, blockchain-based e-voting will only work if the blockchain-based e-voting infrastructure is truly distributed and no one entity, not even the government, controls a majority of it.
