scholarly journals Implementing IoT and Data Analytics To Overcome "Vehicles Danger"

In the fast pacing world, we commune from one place to another or one city to another with the means of vehicles. In recent years, data shows the worse conditions of the roads in Delhi with rapidly increasing of accidents. Roads in Delhi are more accident prone which creates more jeopardy to survive in Delhi for everyone. This problem persist from last few years due to various factors like open sewage, speed breakers, damaged roads which leads to loss of life of manhood and ecosystem. Since India is a developing nation there is a constant demand for good quality infrastructure, transportation and services. But since India is a vast country with quite a sizeable population this problem still has not yet addressed in totality. By using proposed methodology, for reducing the risk in the life of manhood as well as ecosystem by detecting all the factors for accidents and then improvement can be assured at the level of road safety management effectively and efficiently. Through this methodology, we can resolve these major issues by using Computer Vision, vision detector and Machine Learning so that drivers can easily aware of what ahead of them and act alertly before accident actually happens. Models are preinstalled on vehicles for safety purposes of the people, by using vision detector driver can acknowledge the obstruction ahead the car. Using the divergent and advanced technologies, live screening of the objects or obstacles ahead the vehicle will be visible to the driver for better ease and safe drive. Driver will get the notification from articulate assistant in any language by detecting the data ahead the car whilst specific range. Simple commands would comprise of “Speed Breaker ahead, slow down”.

Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are playing a major role in addressing and understanding better the COVID-19 crisis in recent days. These technologies are simulating human intelligence into the machines and consume large amounts of data for identifying and understanding the patterns and insights quickly than a human and preparing us with new kinds of technologies for preventing and fighting with COVID-19 and other pandemics. It helps a lot to notice the people who got infected by the virus and to forecast the infection rate in the upcoming days with the earlier data. Healthcare and medical sectors are in requirement of advanced technologies for taking accurate decision to manage this virus spread. AI-enabled technologies are working in a talented way to do things intelligently like human intelligence. Thus, the AI-enabled technologies are employed for attaining accurate health results by examining, forecasting, and checking present infected and possibly future cases.

Vehicle-animal collisions represent a serious problem in roadway infrastructure. To avoid these roadway collisions, different mitigation systems have been applied in various regions of the world. In this article, a system for detecting animals on highways is presented using computer vision and machine learning algorithms. The models were trained to classify two groups of animals: capybaras and donkeys. Two variants of the convolutional neural network called Yolo (You only look once) were used, Yolov4 and Yolov4-tiny (a lighter version of the network). The training was carried out using pre-trained models. Detection tests were performed on 147 images. The accuracy results obtained were 84.87% and 79.87% for Yolov4 and Yolov4-tiny, respectively. The proposed system has the potential to improve road safety by reducing or preventing accidents with animals.

Nonverbal communication can specify the psychosomatic behavior of people involved in interpersonal communication. Many researchers have specified the importance of gesture intimation. In the paper, we shall apply the previously used computer vision hardware and Machine Learning techniques for capturing the postures students undergoing examination in the classroom atmosphere. The main       intention is to classify the people who involved in misbehavior such as copying, prompting answers, sharing the answer scripts and any other such practices. Current situation prevailing is though a physical monitor, invigilator is available in the exam hall the students     attempt to misbehave in various ways mentioned above. We discuss about the techniques to be employed to get an analysis of the       behavior of each student involved in exam.

Attention is currently being paid to the use of smart technologies. Agriculture has provided an important source of food for humans over thousands of years, including the development of appropriate farming methods for the cultivation of different crops. The emergence of new advanced technologies has the potential to monitor the agricultural environment to ensure high-quality produce. In this context, a systematic review that aimsto study the application of various technologies and algorithms in Artificial Intelligence (AI) with the latest solutions to make the farming more efficient remains one of the greatest imperatives. Artificial intelligence can be applied directly in the field of agriculture for various operations. Amid high expectations about how AI will help the common personand transform his mindset, thoughts and attitude towards the benefits that it may bring. There are certain concerns about the ill effects of such sophisticated technologies as well. This review also focuses on the activation of perceptive technologies and application of computer vision and machine learning in agriculture.

Evaluation of road safety is a critical issue having to be conducted for successful safety management in road transport systems, whereas safety management is considered in road transportation systems as a challenging task according to the dynamic of this issue and the presence of a large number of effective parameters on road safety. Therefore, evaluation and analysis of important contributing factors affecting the number of crashes play a key role in increasing the efficiency of road safety. For this purpose, in this research work, two machine learning algorithms including the group method of data handling (GMDH)-type neural network and a combination of support vector machine (SVM) and the grasshopper optimization algorithm (GOA) are employed for evaluating the number of vehicles involved in the accident based on the seven factors affecting transport safety including the Daylight (DL), Weekday (W), Type of accident (TA), Location (L), Speed limit (SL), Average speed (AS) and Annual average daily traffic (AADT) of rural roads of Cosenza in southern Italy. In this study, 564 data sets of rural areas were investigated and relevant effective parameters were measured. In the next stage, several models were developed to investigate the parameters affecting the safety management of road transportation for rural areas. The results obtained demonstrated that "Average speed" has the highest level and "Weekday" has the lowest level of importance in the investigated rural area. Finally, although the results of both algorithms were the same, the GOA-SVM model showed a better degree of accuracy and robustness than the GMDH model.

<p><em>Safety management in the shipping industry is based on an international regulation. It is International Safety Management Code (ISM-Code) which is a translation of SOLAS ‘74 Chapter IX. It stated that t</em><em>he objectives of the Code are to ensure safety at sea, prevention of human injury or loss of life, and avoidance of damage to the environment, in particular, to the marine environment, and to property.it is also</em><em> requires commitment from top management to implementation on both company and on board. Infrastructure development is an integral part of national development and the driving wheel of economic growth. Infrastructure also has an important role in strengthening national unity and unity (Bappenas: 2009). The banjarwaru, banjarwangi, and telukpinang highways are the access roads traversed by 8 villages including alternative routes for the cicurug-sukabumi area. This road is always passed by the people who headed to the city. Therefore, the benefits of this road is very important because it is often passed from the cicurug-sukabumi area due to the diversion of traffic flow so that the intensity of high road users. In this study the author uses the theory of Ridwan and Sudrajat. Quality of service is the level of incompatibility between expectations with customer desires and also the perceptions of these customers. Quality of service here can be assessed by looking at the dimensions. These dimensions include the quality of service, the ability of officials, and service convenience. During the observation to the community through the survey to direct approach with the community, most people complained that the development service to build the kecamatan should be further improved and the results of this study showed that the Quality Assessment of Service in Road Infrastructure Development in Ciawi Sub-district Bogor Regency is categorized Fair Good this is because the assessment of the quality of development services by the Subdistrict Apparatus itself and from the community assess the ability of District Officers still have to be improved in conducting the service and its implementation. Keywords: Service Quality, Infrastructure Development.
