Hybrid learning model has been introduced in universities for a long time, but most of them take place to support instructional of theoretical learning. The application of hybrid learning models in practical subjects has never been exposed, especially for visual art education. This study was aimed to see how the development of a Quantum Working based Hybrid Learning Model (HQW) in the Graphic Arts Subject. Hybrid learning is intended to enrich the way of learning that so far has only focused on face-to-face activities.So by involving online learning, students can more freely search for varied and meaningful learning resources.When the references obtained have enriched their insights, it will be easy for students to express their ideas into two-dimensional or three-dimensional works of art.It is fully realized that there are limitations to the lecturers themselves, the completeness of campus facilities and infrastructure as well as the latest reference books.By combining face-to-face learning and online learning for the learning of art work practices, these weaknesses can be minimized.Students can make innovations from existing findings so that their work process becomes better, faster, and more efficient that we called Quantum Working.This research method is included in preliminary research R&D with the Borg and Gall model. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 114 students registered in the July-December 2019 semester and processed with a percentage formula, followed by interviews with lecturers who taught practicum subject.

Hybrid learning has been utilized as a transitional learning method to make advantage of both face-to-face and online learning platforms. In this article, the authors explored how faculty members perceive using simultaneously multiple platforms in higher education such as face-to-face, online, and hybrid platforms in teaching. In this study, the authors examined how faculty members defined hybrid learning. They also explored how the participants perceive both hybrid and online learning as vehicles for higher education advancement as well as strategies to attract more students to higher education. The purpose of this research was to develop an analytical overview of one of the learning approaches such as hybrid and its impact on higher education. The authors have interviewed ten faculty members in order to achieve this objective. The results illustrated that faculty members do not have one single definition of hybrid learning but rather they have multiple definitions. Faculty members also demonstrated that they support online learning because it achieves more accessibility to higher education, yet, they believe the face-to-face learning achieve more quality of education.

<p><em>This research aimed to find out the effect of learning model and self-regulated learning toward English writing skill. It was an experimental study by using treatment by level 2 x 2 design. The population was the first year students with the sample was 32 students. The data were collected through the questionnaire of self-regulated learning and the test of English writing skill. The data were analyzed by two way ANOVA and Tukey test. The result of the data analysis showed that (1) the students’ English writing skill who were taught by using hybrid learning was higher than the writing skill students’ score who were taught by using face-to-face learning; (2) there was an interaction effect between hybrid learning model and self-regulated learning toward English writing skill; (3) the students’ English writing skill who were taught by using hybrid learning was higher than the writing skill students’ score who were taught by using face-to-face learning for group of students who have higher self-regulated learning;</em><em> </em><em>(4) the students’ English writing skill who were taught by using face-to-face learning was higher than the writing skill students’ score who were taught by using hybrid learning for group of students who have low self-regulated learning.</em></p>

The spread of COVID-19 in all countries is forcing a change from face-to-face learning to online learning. Of course, the implementation of online learning cannot be separated from the obstacles and threats of decreasing the quality of education, one of which is the threat of learning loss and anxiety. This study aims to see and reduce learning loss and learning anxiety in higher education through the application of Heroe’s math online learning model. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using diagnostic tests, self-development tests, self-rating anxiety scale test, self-assessment questionnaires and interviews as data collection instruments. Data analysis used technical triangulation. The results showed that with the application of Heroe’s math online learning model there were no learning loss symptoms and showed a decrease in students’ anxiety levels. The results of this study have an important meaning that the need for handling and adaptation to learning barriers due to changes in the learning environment is not certain.      Keywords: Anxiety, higher education, Heroe’s model, learning loss

COVID-19 has catalyzed online learning environment design across all university disciplines, including the traditionally practice-based disciplines. As we move from a rapid response triage mode of online learning towards a more sustained engagement with a mix of online and face-to- face learning environments (particularly for practice-based learning) we face some unique challenges. This concise paper explores an example of collaborative co-creation and co-design of a resource guide as a response to the challenges of COVID-19 for best practices for designing hybrid learning environments to facilitate distributed learning environments (face-to-face and remote students). The co-creative co-design of the resource guide highlights some of the identified key design principles behind facilitating distributed learning communities.

<p style="text-align: justify;">Online learning during the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has awakened and affirmed the necessity of learning based on digital technology. The article was aimed to analyze the effectiveness of online learning at bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees of Islamic Religious Education as a reference to develop a learning pattern post-COVID-19 pandemic. The research employed a mixed-method design with a concurrent triangulation model. The samples were taken using stratified random and purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the data were collected through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and forum group discussion. A descriptive analysis and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the quantitative data, while interpretative descriptive for the qualitative data. The research showed that online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees of Islamic Religious Education have been effective. In detail, online learning at the doctoral degree was the most effective among all. On the other hand, face-to-face learning is still necessary. Therefore, the learning pattern developed post-COVID-19 pandemic combines face-to-face and online learning (hybrid learning). The formulation is adjusted to the characteristics, educational purpose and orientation, level of ability, readiness, and learning autonomy of the students at each educational level.</p>

Abstract This study discusses the Implementation of Online Learning in SMP Negeri 7 Padang. This research is a qualitative research and it uses the descriptive analytic approach which tends to use theoretical basis analysis used to guide the focus to be in accordance with the facts in the field. The research data were collected through interviews done to informants. Based on the results of the research implemented in two meetings, the author concludes that the implementation of online learning of Cultural Arts in music ensemble material to class VII.1 SMP Negeri 7 Padang is the use of WhatsApp Group media recommended by the assistant principle of Curriculum of SMP Negeri 7 Padang to deal with online learning so that learning activities still can be constructed even in a remote condition. The planning of online learning of music ensemble material is not optimal because the teachers do not create lesson plans specifically for the online learning process. The implementation of online learning in Cultural Arts in class VII is in accordance with the lesson plans implemented during face-to-face learning in the classroom. The online learning of Cultural Arts of the ensemble music material continues to run smoothly despite the simple learning. The learning outcomes of Cultural Arts of music ensemble of class VII are less than optimal because the learning activities are constructed without paying attention to the standards related to the preparation of online learning materials.Key words: Online Learning, Music Ensembless

Online learning has become a demand for education since the Covid-19 pandemic and continues in New Normal until it continues until post-pandemic even if teachers or lecturers have to develop learning strategies. Therefore teachers/lecturers are required to be literate in technology and always up to date on learning models, one of which is Blended Learning. This research itself is expected to explain what is meant by the Blended Learning Model. And, how is the application of the Blended Learning Model when applied to the new order after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method in this article uses a literature review, where an action on the quality and new findings of scientific work. The development of a blended learning model is a combination of learning models carried out in an online and offline context. The allocation used is 50:50, meaning that from the time allocation provided, 50% for face-to-face learning activities and 50% for online learning. The same is the case with using a 75:25 composition and doing 25:75. Blended learning model development techniques that need to be developed; 1) Face-to-face Learning Model; 2) Learning Using Electronic Teaching Materials, and 3) Learning Using Technology Media.

This study discusses the management of learning through blanded learning in improving receptive skill of students in boarding school Bahrul Ulum Besuk Kidul, Besuk, Probolinggo. Arabic is now widely provided by using varied models and online learning media. However, the various learning models are still less relevant and efficient, which causes students to understand less ability receptive skill, especially on learning Arabic. The rapid development of information technology has provided a great opportunity for the development of online learning model on motivation or increase student learning interest. This study aims to produce a blended learning model, which is a combination of online learning model and face to face learning, which can improve the receptive skills of learners.

This reasearch aimed to analyze the accessibility and acceptability of Blended Mobile Instruction Model (BMIM) at Universitas Negeri Padang. The BMIM model is a kind of blended learning model which mix face-to-face learning in the classroom with online learning which uses mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablets. This article based on the result of the first of step of the research and development (R &amp; D) which used Borg and Gall prosedures. The accessibility of BMIM was studied from three aspects: (1) ownership of mobile devices by lecturers, (2) ownership of mobile devices by students, and 3) the availability of online facilities owned by universities. While the acceptability of the model was measured by using the perception scale which is consisted of four components: (1) the knowledge, (2) the practical value, (3) the interest value, and (4) the difficulties of lecturers and students about BMIM. This research was conducted by using survey method with 100 respondens. This research found out that accessibility and acceptability of BMIM are very good. So the possibility of using BMIM as one of the alternative learning model at UNP in the future is very possible.
