scholarly journals Innovation Design Development of Citizenship Education Model on Characters of Indonesian Communities in Digital Media Era and Technology Revolution

Increasing independence and competitiveness of the nation is carried out in order to advance the Indonesian civilization. One of them is through the development of a national system of science, and technology in Citizenship Education. Citizenship Education is one of the subjects that shape the character of Indonesian society. The long-term goals to be achieved in this study are as follows: the researcher found a developmental design of Citizenship Education Learning Model to improve the character of Indonesian society in the era of digital media and the Revolution of Technology. The research method used research and development which is a research method used to yield certain products and to test the validity and the effectiveness of the products. This study used a procedural development model. The procedure in this study adapted the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The sample in this study involved State and Private Universities in Indonesia. The results of the study show the following: First, doing a need analysis, identifying problems (needs), and performing task analysis; Second, Design, this design phase, formulated SMART learning objective; Third, Development was realizing blue-print with digital media innovation; Fourth, Implementation was a real step to implement the learning system that we were making; Fifth, Evaluation was a process to see whether the learning system being built was successful, in accordance with early expectations or not. The evaluation was the final way from the design model of the ADDIE learning system. Based on the instructional development model ADDIE, it was then adopted in the developmental stage of the Citizenship Education learning model, with the modification of "MPC" (Modification of Project Citizen) which has adopted the absorption of digital media and the technological revolution.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: ditemukan sebuah desain Model Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Era media digital sebagai pendukung Implementasi pendidikan karakter. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development (RD), yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji validitas dan keefektifan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan prosedural. Prosedur dalam penelitian ini mengadaptasi model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation). Sampel dalam penelitian ini, melibatkan Perguruan Negeri Negeri dan Swasta di Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut: pertama Analisis yaitu melakukan analisis kebutuhan, mengidentifikasi masalah (kebutuhan), dan melakukan analisis tugas. Kedua, Design, Tahap desain ini, merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran. Ketiga, Development adalah proses mewujudkan blue-print dengan inovasi media digital. Keempat, Implementation adalah langkah nyata untuk menerapkan sistem pembelajaran yang sedang kita buat. Kelima, Evaluation yaitu proses untuk melihat apakah sistem pembelajaran yang sedang dibangun berhasil, sesuai dengan harapan awal atau tidak. Evaluasi merupakan langkah terakhir dari model desain sistem pembelajaran ADDIE. Berdasarkan pengembangan instruksional model ADDIE tersebut kemudian diadopsi dalam tahapan pengembangan model pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, dengan kebaharuan “MPC” (Modification of Project Citizen) yang relevan di era media digital dan dikembangkan berdasarkan implementasi pendidikan karakter dan ketercapaian kompetensi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This research aims to find out a design of Citizenship Education Learning Model in the era of digital media as a support for the implementation of character education. Instructional material are an important part in determining the quality of learning. The design of the development of instructional material needs to pay attention to the development model to ensure the quality of instructional material in supporting learning effectiveness, because the development of instuctional material is basically a linear process with the learning process. One of the designs for the development of instructional material that is often used is the ADDIE Model through 5 stages; Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The ADDIE model is a learning system design model that shows the basic stages of a learning system that is easy to do.

The purpose of this development research is to develop a CAI (Computer Assited Instruction) based learning product for PPKn (Pancasila and Citizenship Education) students in grade 1 and 2 elementary schools. The main discussion of PPKn learning materials includes the Pamcasila symbol and the values contained in Pancasila. This development research method uses the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Learning media development instrument products are in the form of validation results for material experts, validation sheets for media experts, validation sheets for field experts (class teachers) and questionnaires for students. The results of the development research resulted in the PPKn learning product being declared to be very suitable for use. It can be seen the results of the percentage acquisition per validator, the results of the validation of media experts obtained 83.33%, the results of the material expert validator obtained 86.67% and the results of the field expert validator (teacher) gained 87.50%. Based on the results of the trial product development of learning media to students is divided into small groups and large groups. CAI (Computer Assited Instruction) based learning media assessment related to the attractiveness of learning media. In the small group the percentage was 88% and in the large group the percentage was 92.44%. It can be concluded that the CAI (Computer Assited Instruction) learning media based on PPKn subjects are declared suitable to be used to support the learning process in Primary Schools

ABSTRACT: This research is aimed to developing instructional English materials for the students of the seventh grade especially in basic competencies 3.1, 4.1, 3.2, and 4.2 at MTs Madani Pao-pao based on 2013 curriculum supported by using inquiry learning model and using the concept of HOTS in indicators achieved. The research design used in this study was Research and Development (R&D). The development model used was ADDIE model. It consists of need analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The procedures included analyzing materials needed by spreading questionnaire to the students and analyzing the basic competencies used, designing a blueprint of materials and the instructional materials, and validating the material by the expert. There were 146 students as the respondents of 26 questionnaire questions. The instruments used in this research were the documents, questionnaire, and validation checklist. In this research, the expert was involved in order to validate the product. There were three systematic aspects that they validated of the product: Materials Systematic Organization, Systematic English Teaching and Systematic Content of English. Therefore, the result indicated that based on experts judgment as well as product development result, the developed basic competency 3.1 & 4.1 and basic competency 3.2 & 4.2 were applicable to be taught at the seventh grade students of Junior High School as topic in English for them.

Augmented Reality is actually not something foreign to the general public, it's just that they don't know what Augmented Reality itself means, Augmented Reality cards can generally be found in some snacks, which the cards can be scanned through a special application available on the Playstore. However, currently researchers are making Augmented Reality for learning, in this case researchers are using bee metamorphosis, so learning becomes more interesting. This study aims to describe the feasibility of Augmented Reality media for bee metamorphosis and to determine student responses to the attractiveness of Augmented Reality media for bee metamorphosis. The development model used is the ADDIE model which includes: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Products are validated by one media expert and one material expert. The attractiveness test was carried out on 5 students of MTs Al-Ihsan Kalijaring Jombang. Data obtained from media experts, namely 80% with proper qualifications, criteria from material experts, namely 88% with very decent qualifications, while from the data students get a score of 88.75% with qualifications strongly attractiveness. The results of the assessment of media experts, material experts and student responses show that the bee metamorphosis Augmented Reality can be used as a learning media.

The application of learning and the use of the proper learning model really need to be considered in order to help find out students' understanding of what is conveyed by the teacher. Problem Based Learning is a learning model that focuses on students or student center. The problem-based learning model has a way of dealing with problems in real life and is learning emphasizes investigative activities in solving problems. This study uses descriptive qualitative research method with qualitative descriptive phenomenological analysis techniques to describe broadly and deeply about the learning process when using Problem Based Learning model. By observing and examining the focus of reality or experience experienced by the object of research. The research object chosen in this study was STKIP PGRI Situbondo students who participate in the discussion class on citizenship education.

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah selama proses perkuliahan Teori Graf berlangsung buku yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa mengacu pada berbagai buku teks yang beredar di pasaran namun urutan penyampaiannya tidak seragam dan terstruktur. Buku teks khusus teori graf sangat jarang sekali ada. Kalaupun ada, seringkali masuk pada sub bab matematika diskrit, sehingga dosen sering mengalami kesulitan untuk meramu materi yang sesuai dengan silabus dan RPS. Ketidaktersediaan buku Teori Graf yang dijadikan acuan sebagai sumber belajar menyebabkan mahasiswa sulit memahami konsep. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan buku ajar kompilasi Teori Graf yang berkualifikasi baik dan layak diterapkan dalam perkuliahan teori graf oleh dosen dan mahasiswa di STKIP PGRI Tulungagung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil validasi buku ajar teori graf menunjukkan bahwa ahli isi/materi menilai buku ajar berkualifikasi baik, ahli desain pembelajaran menilai buku ajar berkualifikasi baik, dan ahli media pembelajaran menilai buku ajar berkualifikasi baik. Rerata hasil uji pada kelompok kecil baik dosen maupun mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar yang dihasilkan berada pada kualifikasi baik. Hasil penelitian pengembangan adalah buku ajar kompilasi teori graf berkualifikasi baik, layak, dan siap digunakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa di STKIP PGRI Tulungagung. Kata kunci: buku ajar kompilasi, teori graf, model ADDIE.   ABSTRACT The background of this research is, during the Graph Theory lecture, the books used by students are textbooks on the market which have an unstructured contents and order. Special textbooks on graph theory are very rare, even if they are often included in the sub-chapter of discrete mathematics, so that lecturers often have difficulty compiling material that is in accordance with the syllabus and lesson plans. The unavailability of the graph theory book as learning sources has made the lack of students’ understanding the concept. The purpose of this study is to produce good quality and feasible text theory compilation textbooks in lectures on graph theory by lecturers and students at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung. This research is a development research. The development model used in this study is the ADDIE model, which includes five steps: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data is collected using questionnaire. The results of the validation of graph theory textbooks are content/material experts assess textbooks as well qualified, learning design experts assess textbooks as well qualified, and learning media experts assess textbooks as well qualified. The average test results in small groups both lecturers and students indicate that the textbook is in good qualification. Thus the development research stated that the textbook compilation of qualified graph theory is good, feasible, and ready to be used by lecturers and students at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung. To enhance the competencies of midwifery students, one must design the learning instruction in such a manner that it will optimize learning. The learning materials designed based on technology will facilitate the learners to achieve the desired outcome. In this study, e-partograph was developed using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) instruction model. While the module of E-partograph was followed the structural guideline of Department of National Education of Indonesia consisted of: Self Instruction, Self-Contained, Stand Alone, Adaptive, and User friendly. The evaluation showed that E-partograph was feasible (99.3) in the material subject, very feasible (195) in terms of media, feasible (101.6) in the try –out, and feasible for the students (user) (104.18). It is suggested that e-partograph could be applied in the teaching learning system, and it is expected to contribute positively to the increase in skill and competence of midwifery students who will be able to carry out its role both academic and practice.

This is a development research that aims to evolve a learning instruments discovery learning model  based on the SKKNI on volumetric analysis subject that are valid, practical, and effective. The development model used in this study refers to the 4D, which consists of the defining, design, development, and dissemination. The learning instruments developed are RPP, LKPD, Student Learning Materials, and THB. The SKKNI-based discovery learning model volumetric learning device that was developed was then validated by two experts. After validation, a learning device trial is then conducted at the SMK-SMAK Makassar in class XI E with a total of 35 students. The results of the study indicate that the SKKNI-based discovery learning model developed after being validated was very accurate (V = 3.75). The learning device is stated to be practical because the practicality test related to: (1) the implementation of the learning device is in the fully implemented category (M = 1.86) included in the category (1.5 ≤ M ≤ 2.0), (2) the teacher gave a very positive response with a percentage of 93.49%, and (3) the students gave a very positive response with a percentage of 91.93%. This learning device also meets the effectiveness criteria, which are reviewed through learning outcomes with a classical percentage of completeness 94.00%. Therefore, the results of the study indicate that the developed learning device products meet valid, practical, and effective criteria.

Abstract Riau has many new tourist attractions that are no less attractive to tourist attractions that are already well-known in other regions of Indonesia, but are not widely known by domestic and foreign tourists. So far, the promotion of tourist attractions is only based on writing and photos of one side that is less interactive. Increasing the promotion of tourism locations is needed to increase the interest of tourists to visit the place. One effort that can be done in the development of media promotion of tourist attractions is to use current technological developments, such as a Virtual Tour application. Virtual Reality (VR) application which is designed to be used as a medium of information and tourism promotion in Riau province. The impression of a virtual reality tour using 360°degree photos makes users feel as if they are in the environment. The research method used is the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages which include analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The sample data was used as many as 18 tourism sites taken from 3 districts namely Pekanbaru City, Kampar and Rokan Hulu. Based on the results of the study obtained all the functions of the application run well and are expected to help tourists and the public provide information about the location of tourist attractions and can increase the potential of tourism in the province of Riau, especially Pekanbaru City. Selama ini promosi tempat wisata hanya berdasarkan tulisan dan foto satu sisi yang kurang interaktif. Meningkatkan promosi lokasi pariwisata diperlukan untuk meningkatkan minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke tempat tersebut. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam pengembangan media promosi tempat wisata adalah dengan menggunakan perkembangan teknologi saat ini, seperti sebuah aplikasi Virtual Tour. Aplikasi Virtual Reality (VR) yang dirancang digunakan sebagai media informasi dan promosi pariwisata provinsi Riau. Kesan virtual tour reality menggunakan foto 360° derajat membuat pengguna dapat merasa seolah-olah berada di dalam lingkungan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Model pengembangan  ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yang meliputi analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Data sampel digunakan sebanyak 18 tempat pariwisata yang diambil dari 3 kabupaten yaitu Kota Pekanbaru, Kampar dan Rokan Hulu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat semua fungsi aplikasi berjalan dengan baik dan diharapkan dapat membantu wisatawan serta masyarakat memberikan informasi tentang lokasi tempat wisata dan dapat meningkatkan potensi pariwisata di propinsi Riau khususnya Kota Pekanbaru.
