PROJECT CITIZEN LEARNING MODEL BASED ON PORTFOLIO FOR EDUCATION COMPETENCE TOWARDS SOCIETY 5.0

This research intends to develop a portfolio-based project citizen model to strengthen the social competence of educators towards society 5.0. This research design uses the Research and Development method in this research in grade IV elementary schools in SDN City, Banda Aceh, teachers, and learning experts. Information is combined with methods of monitoring, in-depth debriefing, and selection. Information analysis was tried by quantitative methods, namely descriptive and comparative. The results obtained are the acquisition of Measuring competence and the acquisition of a quality learning model The results of the expert's assessment of the quality of the Portfolio display number 3, 38 (in good type), from the quality of the form it proves the number 3.04 (in good type), on the contrary from the point of view of organizing the module the score is: stability of 2.92 (pretty good), shape of 3, 13 (good), organization of 3, 25 (good), shape and dimensions of 2, 63 (pretty good) The results of the feasibility trial (trial) on students prove the quality of proving the number 3, 28 (in good type), From the quality of form and energy, it proves that the score is 3.30 (in good category), on the contrary from the organizing part of the module, the score is: 3.22 (good). Thus, the portfolio-based Project citizen model to strengthen the social competence of educators towards society 5 is feasible to use.

UPAYA PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN NORMA HUKUM DAN KEDISIPLINAN DENGAN PERBANDINGAN MODEL PROJECT CITIZEN DAN COOPERATIVE SCRIPT

<p align="center"><strong> </strong></p><p>Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman konsep dan kedisiplinan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran PPKn. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kecenderungan guru dalam menggunakan model konvensional sehingga belum bisa mengembangkan pemahaman konsep dan juga kurangnya kedisiplinan peserta didik dalam melakukan aktivitas di kelas ketika pembelajaran. Model adaptif, yang mendorong peserta didik dan guru melakukan pembelajaran yang efektif yaitu pertama pembelajaran <em>Project Citizen</em> dan kedua pembelajaran <em>Cooperative Script</em>. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbandingan kedua model tersebut, manakah yang lebih meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan kedisiplinan peserta didik di kelas VII 8 dan VII 9 dalam pembelajaran PPKn di MTsN 1 Pasaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen kuasi dengan <em>Pre test-post test control group</em> design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Nilai rata-rata siswa dengan model pembelajaran <em>Project Citizen</em> (80.26) lebih tinggi dibanding dengan model pembelajaran <em>Cooperative Script</em> (75.13) (2) 9 siswa (23.07%) memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan cukup pada model <em>Project Citizen</em> dan 12 siswa (30.76%) pada model <em>Cooperative Script</em>. (3) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pemahaman konsep siswa dengan model pembelajaran <em>Project Citizen </em>dan model pembelajaran Cooperative Script ( = 0.000) (4) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kedisiplinan siswa dengan model pembelajaran <em>Project Citizen</em> dan model pembelajaran <em>Cooperative Script</em> ( = 0.589). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran <em>Project Citizen</em> lebih baik dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dibanding dengan model pembelajaran <em>Cooperative Script</em>, namun dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa tidak terdapat perbedaan antara kedua model pembelajaran.</p>

Project Citizen Model’s Effect on Students’ Learning Interest in Civic Education as an Embodiment of Character Education

Civic Education is one of the courses that carry the mission of character education. Compared to other courses, Civic Education course play an important role in teaching character education, meaning that in both courses, character education must be the lecture’s main goal. Civic education is a field of study that carries out the national mission to educate Indonesian people through value-based education. One of the adaptive models in improving the quality of civic education as a manifestation of character building is through Project Citizen. This study aims to determine the effect of project citizen model in the learning interest of students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Sciences (FKIP) University of Jambi (UNJA) in learning civic education as an embodiment of character education. The type of research is an experimental research which is used in Pre-Experimental Design using the Intact Group Comparison draft. In this design, one group of study was divided into a treatment group and a non-treatment group. The population of the study was all of FKIP UNJA students, while the sample was students of class A of the Department of Early Childhood Education (PAUD). The research instrument used was a learning interest questionnaire with questions and statements measured using a Likert scale. The data was then analyzed by the T-test using SPSS 21 software for Windows. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the project citizen model has a significant effect on FKIP UNJA students’ learning interest in learning civic education as an embodiment of character education.

Project citizen model to develop student's pro-social awareness

Students’ learning activities cannot be separated from various factors. The purpose of this study was to determine how project citizen model developed students' pro-social awareness. This study was motivated by diminishing pro- social awareness among students. This study was conducted qualitatively by using case study. The results showed that through project citizen model, students' pro-social awareness could develop. Besides, project citizen model could help students think critically about social reality. This study recommended to maximize the use of project citizen as a learning model that could develop various potencies of students.

INFLUENCE OF PROJECT CITIZEN LEARNING MODEL AND CITIZENSHIP COMPETENCE ON STUDENT PPKN LEARNING OUTCOMES AT SMP PAHLAWAN NASIONAL MEDAN

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of the Project Citizen learning model is higher than the conventional learning model; (2) the learning outcomes of students who have high civic competence are higher than students who have low citizenship competencies (3) the interaction between the Project Citizen learning model and civic competence in influencing student learning outcomes of PPKn. This research is in the form of quasi-experimental design with 2x2 factorial. The instruments used were the PPKn learning outcomes test and the Citizenship Competency instrument. Data analysis using two-way ANOVA. The results showed: (1) There is an effect of the Project Citizen learning model on student PPKn learning outcomes in class VII SMP Pahlawan Nasional Medan; (2) Student PPKn learning outcomes with high nationality competencies are higher than students who have low citizenship competencies; (3) There is an interaction between the Project Citizen learning model and Citizenship Competence on student PPKn learning outcomes at SMP Pahlawan Nasional Medan.

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Charakter Project Citizen Berbasis Outdoor, Minat Belajar dan Berfikir Kritis Terhadap Prestasi Siswa

The purpose of this research 1) To know the influence of the outdoor based character project citizen learning model toward the students achievement of partially fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang; 2) To know the influence of learning interest toward students learning achievement of partially fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang; 3) To know the influence of critical thinking toward students learning achievement of partially fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang 4) To know the influence of outdoor based character project citizen learning model, students interest, and critical thinking toward students learning achievement of simultaneously fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang.Based on research objectives which basically research that is used including applied research. Applied research is aimed at solving practical life problems. As the techniques used in collecting data in this research are documentation and questionnaires. The analysis on this research using multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program for Windows.The result of this research showed that 1) The first hypothtesis test results obtained no significant influence from outdoor based character project citizen models toward students learning achievement of partially fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang. Data analysis result with pearson test obtained the coefficient correlation of 0,121 with significancy of 0,343. Therefore it can be said that the effect of X1 on Y is not significant. Ho accepted and Hi rejected. 2) The second hypothesis test obtained any significant influence from outdoor based character project citizen models toward students learning achievement of partially fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang. Data analysis result with pearson test obtained the coefficient correlation of 0,411 with significancy of 0,001. Therefore it can be said that the influence of X2 on Y is significant. Ho rejected and Hi accepted. 3) The third hypothesis test results obtained any significant influence of critical thinking toward students learning achievement of partially fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang. Data analysis result with pearson test obtained the coefficient correlation of 0,472 with significancy of 0,000. Therefore it can be said that the influence of X3 on Y is significant. Ho rejected and Hi accepted. 4) The fourth hypothesis test result say there is influence of outdoor study based character project citizen models, learning interest and critical thinking toward students achievement of simultaneously fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang. The value of the determinant coefficient (R) of 0,652 which means that the independent variable is outdoor based character project citizen models (X1), learning interest (X2), and critical thinking (X3) able to explain the dependent variable students achievement (Y) of 65,2% while the rest is 34,8% explained by another variable outside the model. It shows that the dependent variable has a significance influence.
