In today’s techonologically sophisticated ,camera are an unusual item number one amoung the millennial. Camera are the property of every millennial now, The camera mirrolless is itself used to take video and picture at an excellent resolution and the result will be presented by social media user. The user have option to consider according fit the requirement. The study is conducted to recommend prospective buyer in camera selection with a consideration of photographic ,sutter speed, video resolution, sensitivity and battery resistance. Web-based decision-making system using PHP and MySQL database, by using AHP method and TOPSIS. The AHP is an analytic method for solving flexible quantitative and qualitative. AHP has an advantage on the scale of the measurement given to the structure of the hierarchy, but the AHP method has a boundary in the number of comparison used that requires a TOPSIS method, then the approach of TOPSIS has a simple but regular and logical method of steps that form a system. The result of this camera study which is recommended from the approach, alternative selection has an indirect distance from the desired distance.

M-Merchandise is a business launched by the Mulawarman University Business Management Agency. The problem for these merchandise products is that in determining suppliers it has not been done well, there is no particular method of determining suppliers. So M-Merchandise needs to do supplier selection to get the best supplierr. In making a decision, determining suppliers is applied to the AHP and TOPSIS methods. The AHP method is used to determine the most influential criteria with a paired comparison matrix, then the weight values ​​are used as input to the TOPSIS method to rank suppliers. From the results of the AHP calculation, M-Merchandise have obtained the quality criteria with the highest weight of 0.300. This shows that quality is a major factor in supplier selection. Furthermore, other criteria applied are price with a weight of 0.221, shipping 0.040, technical capability 0.165, a communication system 0.095, and a packaging ability 0.179. From the results of the TOPSIS calculation, the PK supplier is the best supplier to choose with a value of 0.617

To get good employees, a good selection process is needed. From the results of the interview, PT. Global Retailindo Pratama uses four criteria for the selection of new employees, education, intelligence, experience, and interviews. All prospective employees must take an exam to measure the criteria of education and intelligence and also have to send a photocopy of proof of their experience. The first stage selection is done to determine the prospective applicants who will take part in the interview. The second stage is conducted to determine the prospective employees who are accepted. The process of assessment and selection is still done by humans, so it takes a lot of time and energy. This problem can be solved by providing an information system for submitting applications and conducting examinations online. All documents are sent in digital form, also automaticlly checking answers from prospective employees. To select prospective employees, a method is needed that can recommend potential prospective employees based on specified criteria. The TOPSIS method is a decision support method that can provide recommendations in accordance with the criteria. The disadvantage of the TOPSIS method is that it requires weighting in the ranking process. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can be used to determine the criteria weight. Combining AHP and TOPSIS methods can produce more objective ranking results. Combining the AHP and TOPSIS methods can produce better recommendations.

Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia menjadi faktor penting ketahanan ekonomi daerah bahkan nasional. Banyak pelaku UMKM yang memiliki produk tidak kalah bagus dari pruduk pabrikan bahkan luar negeri, peran serta pemerintah sebagai fasilitator dan katalisator dalam pengembangan produktifitas UMKM sangat penting, namun demikian banyak pelaku UMKM yang tidak mampu berkembang karena kurangnya perhatian pemerintah dalam hal pelatihan, kemasan yang baik, dukungan modal dan promosi serta sistem katalog produk online supaya mampu bersaing di skala nasional bahkan internasional. Bantuan yang diharapkan dari pemerintah ada kalanya tidak tepat sasaran karena tidak memiliki data pelaku UMKM yang berujung pada sistem pengambilan keputusan pemberian bantuan terhadap UMKM menjadi tidak tepat. Aplikasi pendataan dan penjualan web dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan pelaku UMKM, dengan metode Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) diharapkan mampu mendukung pengambilan keputusan bagi pemerintah untuk mencari pelaku UMKM yang akan di bantu sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tidak salah sasaran. OSIS plays an important role in supporting the implementation of activities at school, therefore the election of the student council president must really be based on careful calculations. The election of the head of the OSIS at SMK Karya Bahana Mandiri 1 is still carried out using a voting system or voting using paper media as ballots, so it requires a lot of paper and still found inaccurate value calculations due to human error. Therefore it is necessary to have a system that can assist in making decisions objectively based on predetermined criteria. The decision support method used to determine the student council president is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using six criteria, namely discipline, confidence, organizational experience, leadership, vision and mission, and achievement. This research resulted in a decision support system for the election of the student council chairman with the web-based Analytical Hierarchy Process method, using the PHP programming language and using MySQL as a database. The results of the calculation of the decision support system show that of the six alternatives chosen, alternative 02 (A02) aka Ahmad is ranked first with a value of 0.361. Keywords: Decision Support System, OSIS, AHP Method   Abstrak OSIS memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung terlaksananya kegiatan di sekolah, maka dari itu pemilihan ketua OSIS harus benar-benar didasarkan oleh perhitungan yang matang. Pemilihan ketua OSIS di SMK Karya Bahana Mandiri 1 masih dilakukan dengan sistem pemungutan suara atau voting dengan media kertas sebagai surat suara, sehingga membutuhan banyak kertas dan masih ditemukan penghitungan nilai yang tidak akurat akibat human error. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan untuk menentukan ketua OSIS adalah metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan enam kriteria, yaitu disiplin, percaya diri, pengalaman organisasi, kepemimpinan, visi misi, dan prestasi.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan ketua OSIS dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process berbasis web, mengunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil dari perhitungan sistem pendukung keputusan menunjukkan bahwa dari enam alternatif yang dipilih, alternatif 02 (A02) alias Ahmad memperoleh ranking pertama dengan nilai 0,361. The Bridgestone company is a company engaged in the plantation sector, currently it has employees of 230 staff/employees, every employee is entitled to an official residence, This requires the company to conduct a decision analysis to determine the official residence for each employee who will apply for the official housing facility. to reduce the level of lack of transparency and accuracy of data that can cause turmoil and gaps for each employee. Then an analysis of the results of decision support for obtaining a company official residence was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (Ahp) and Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (Topsis). The final results of the AHP method trial evaluation result in accurate data where there are 5 employees who are truly in the very feasible category to get an official residence. Whereas in the AHP method there are differences in the results found, where it is found that the number of employees is 1 person who should be in the feasible category but belongs to the very feasible category, so that the number generated from the TOPSIS method is 6 people. With these 2 methods, it can produce an accuracy value of around 60% by entering all the specified criteria.

The selection of quality gemstones requires a special ability to select and assess the quality of gemstones to be traded. The diversity of types of gemstones and consumers becomes an obstacle in itself when the knowledge and ability of individuals to analyze the quality of gemstones is minimal. The decision-making method used is Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method which is widely used in various sectors. F-AHP is easy to adapt to many decision issues; the research proposes a decision-making system using the F-AHP algorithm to analyze the quality of gemstones. The results obtained with the use of F-AHP model in the selection of quality gemstones show the highest quality of gemstones of all stones compared, Rubi 1, with a weight value of 0.152942.

The application of technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) in reinforcement scheme optimization for bridge is investigated in order to select the optimal scheme from several primarily feasible ones. This paper calculates every index through AHP and applies the improved TOPSIS method to normalize and sort the evaluation index values. Integrating TOPSIS and AHP may Consider both the subjective intentions of policy makers, but also to a certain extent, to avoid arbitrariness.A real project demonstrates that this method is effective and feasible.

Sekolah Alam Bangka Belitung, which currently organizes educational activities at the elementary school level with Islamic concepts and is more learning outside the classroom, requires teachers or what is termed facilitator. The facilitator needed by the Sekolah Alam is a facilitator who meets multi criteria such as attitudes, academic, skills, abilities, interviews, and three-month internships. To get a facilitator that fits the criteria desired by the Sekolah Alam, this study designs a decision support system to select candidate facilitators using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is chosen to form a hierarchy of facilitator selection frameworks starting with objectives, level one criteria, level two criteria, and alternatives. After the decision-making scheme, then this research moves the decision-making pattern into a web-based information system built with the method of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). Data processing results show that the highest level 1 criterion is the attitude with 34.1%, the second is a 3-month internship with a weight of 33.3%, the third is an academic with a weight of 13.4%, the fourth is a skill with a weight of 11.3 %, the last is an interview with a weight of 8%. While the web-based system design that is designed to make the decision-making process can be done more accurately, easily, and flexibly

AbstrakPemilihan program keahlian bagi siswa SMK diperkenalkan sebagai upaya untuk mengarahkan siswa terhadap bakat dan minat serta kemampuan siswa tersebut. Tetapi sebagian besar siswa masih kebingunan ketika diberikan pilihan program keahlian. Bahkan siswa memilih program keahlian dengan cara ikut-ikutan dengan teman-temannya. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan suatu media untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan dalam memilih program keahlian. Supaya hasil pemilohan program keahlian yang dilakukan siswa melalui sistem lebih obyektif dan berkeadilan diusulkan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Desain penelitian ini berupa perancangan sistem pemilihan program keahlian dibuat dengan berbasis web. Decision support system is a system adopted from human knowledge, which can help people in the decision making process. In research conducted at PT Coal Bukit Asam (Persero) authors see most of the systems currently used in the search process of promotion of employees still in manual form, causing the length of the assessment process associated with a promotion for every employee of the company in accordance with any the criteria that have been specified company. Various weighting of criteria and sub criteria established companies are always considered manager to each process of inputting assessment. Therefore, the authors make a decision support system application manager that can facilitate the process of inputting weight rating decision promotion of employees in accordance with the criteria and sub-criteria that have been specified company. Application decision support system of promotion is designed using Analytical Hierarchy Process that the process to obtain the priority weighting is done by comparing each criteria and sub-criteria. Decision to be achieved can help managers to determine who the employees are entitled to a promotion in accordance with keptusan obtained from the application of this decision-making system.
