Penelitian ini bertujuan (a) untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan tanggung jawab hukum nakhoda terhadap keselamatan pelayaran. (b) untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan tidak terlaksananya tanggung jawab hukum nahkoda kapal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriftip yakni penelitian yang mengkaji permasalahan dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dengan cara melalui wawancara dan penyebaran koesioner terhadap responden ke lapangasn serta menggunakan buku-buku, artikel melalui penelusuran internet termasuk peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian bahwa, Tanggung jawab nahkoda dalam keselamatan pelayaran  merupakan tanggung jawab Nakhoda dan Nakhoda bisa lolos dari tanggung jawab itu hanya jika bisa dibuktikan sebaliknya, seorang Nakhoda kapal juga dapat di mintai tanggung jawab perdata jika terjadi tabrakan kapal di dermaga akibat kelalaian Nakhoda, Faktor yang menyebabkan tidak terlaksananya tanggung jawab Hukum Nakhoda Kapal disebabkan oleh faktor internal meliputi kurangnya kompetensi dan skill serta mental dan disiplin yang kurang dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang peraturan perundang-undangan pelayaran, dan kurangnya pengawasan dari pihak yang berwenang terhadap pelanggaran keselamatan pelayaran, faktor eksternal yaitu pengaruh cuaca buruk sehingga mengakibatkan kurangnya konsentrasi nakhoda dalam mengambil keputusan. This study aims (a) to determine the implementation of the skippers’ legal responsibility for sailing safety. (b) to determine factors that cause the non-compliance of the ship captain's legal responsibility. The research method used is descriptive research, that examines problems using primary data and secondary data by means of interviews and distributing questionnaires to respondents and using books, articles through internet searches, including laws and regulations relating to problems discussed in this study. The results of the study show that the responsibility of skippers in sailing safety is the responsibility of the captains and they can escape from that responsibility only if it can be proven, otherwise a captain can also be asked for civil liability if a ship collision at the dock happens due to the captain's negligence, factors causing the failure to carry out the legal responsibility of the captains due to internal factors including lack of competence and skill as well as inadequate mental and discipline in carrying out their duties and lack of understanding of sailing laws and regulations, and lack of supervision from the authorities regarding violations of sailing safety, external factors namely the influence of bad weather resulting in a lack of concentration of skippers in making decisions.

In banking industries, employees are entrusted with different roles and responsibilities, and training enables them to carry out these roles and responsibilities efficiently by let them to learn new things. Moreover, it will prepare them to take up higher responsibilities in the future. Therefore, this study focuses to analyze the employee perceptions on effectiveness of Training Programs in Myanmar Citizens Bank (MCB).  By using the descriptive research method, primary data are collected from the responsible persons and employees of MCB in head office, branches. Secondary data are gathered and scrutinized from relevant text books, records and annual reports from MCB. The research revealed that there are four kinds of training programs in MCB. Moreover, this paper revealed that MCB successfully delivered its training programs in year 2015 to 2018 and the trainees have positive perceptions on effectiveness of training programs in MCB. Based on these results, this paper pointed out the important facts that can give improvement actions for effective and efficient training programs in Myanmar Citizen Banks.

The purpose of this paper is to find out and analyze whether or not it is permissible to transfer HT objects and about the type of agreement used to transfer some HT objects. The writing method used in this research is empirical legal research method with qualitative analysis, with a sociological juridical approach. The data sources used consisted of primary data through interviews with several Notaries / PPAT and secondary data including laws and regulations, books and journals. The results showed, first, that the transfer of HT objects is allowed even though it was not previously agreed in the APHT. Second, the types of agreements used consist of the agreement to carry out the sale and purchase of some HT objects in the form of PPJB and subsequently AJB, agreements related to the purchase and sale of HT objects, agreements related to the process of breaking and separating HT objects, making SKMHT and APHT . Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah diperbolehkan atau tidaknya pengalihan objek HT dan mengenai jenis perjanjian yang dipakai untuk mengalihkan sebagian objek HT. Metode penulisan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris dengan analisis kualitatif, dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer melalui wawancara ke beberapa Notaris/PPAT dan data sekunder meliputi peraturan perundang-undangan, buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama, bahwa pengalihan obyek HT diperbolehkan meskipun sebelumnya tidak diperjanjikan dalam APHT. Kedua, Jenis-jenis perjanjian yang dipergunakan terdiri dari perjanjian kesepakatan untuk melakukan jual beli atas objek sebagian objek HT berupa PPJB dan selanjutnya AJB, perjanjian terkait pembayaran hasil jual beli objek HT, perjanjian terkait proses pemecahan dan pemisahan objek HT, perjanjian pembuatan SKMHT dan APHT

The objective of this research was to find out what factors underlie Daarut Tauhiid BMTcustomers in applying of murabaha financing. The research method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study involve primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources, namely the unit head, account officer, and members of Daarut Tauhiid BMT as murabaha financing customers at the BMT. Secondary data sources involve modules, documents at Daarut Tauhiid BMT relating to the topic of research. The data analysis techniques are through the stages of data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of the research show that the factors that could underlie customer decisions in applying The results showed that the factors underlying the customer's decision in applying of murabaha financing at Daarut Tauhiid Baitul mal wa Tamwil (BMT) were images of the Daarut Tauhiid environment, reference groups, customer needs in certain situations, supporting personal work, customer perceptions of syariah compliance

This study aims to determine and analyze the analysis using SWOT analysis which includes Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats as one of the strategies to improve competitiveness in Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi. This research is a type of associative descriptive research using primary data that is collecting data for hypothesis testing and answering questions from research subjects by collecting through a list of questions with survey research instruments. This research uses triangulation method. The population in this study is Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews and observations. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative analysis research method.The results of the study show that currently Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi has not fully utilized the opportunities available. The strategy implemented by Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi has not yet fully used a good marketing strategy, for that Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi must implement a suitable strategy to use in optimizing its competitiveness by managing hotels by evaluating and implementing the strategies that must be achieved. By improving marketing strategies and increasing hotel facilities so as to provide satisfaction and desire for patients in Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi.

The State Property Management and Accounting Information System is a technology based apllication system implemented in the Class II Tahuna Immigration Office, with the aim of dealing with administration mainly covering state-owned assets. This study aimsto evaluate the performance of SIMAK BMN insupporting asset inventory at Tahuna Immigration Office. The research method is case study using descriptive research method. The data used are secondary data and primary data. With the technique of collecting interview data and documentation. The results of this study revealed that the work of SIMAK BMN can be viewed from the quality of information, Timeliness, ease of use SIMAK BMN and supporting and inhibiting factors. Of the four (4) points it is found that in the quality of information generated SIMAK BMN is very influential on the financial statements Immigration Office Tahuna, but there are still some factors that inhibit the work of SIMAK BMN from SIMAK BMN and SIMAK BMN which is often wrong in the error.  Keywords: Management Information System and Accounting of State Property (SIMAK BMN)

The Regional Government of Tangerang Regency delegates the authority to collect retribution in the sub-district sector regulated in Tangerang Regent’s Regulation No. 14 of 2014 on the Delegation of some of the Regent’s Authority to the Camat to Implement Regional Government Affairs. However, in the implementation has not received response and intensive attention from the community or the licensing service providers either the district or Integrated Licensing Service Board. On the background of the problem, the researcher conducted a study focusing on “IMPLEMENTATION OF POLICY AUTHORITY POLICY TO SUPPLY IN CONSTRUCTION RETRIBUTION PERMITS PERMITS BUILDING OUTSIDE THE REGION IN TANGERANG REGENCY”. In this research the writer use descriptive research method with inductive approach. Data obtained from primary data sources and secondary data, obtained through interviews with related parties, combined with observation and documentation. The result of this research concludes that the implementation of the Abstract of Authority of Levy of License to Establish Building Outside the Area in Kelapadua Subdistrict has not run optimally yet. In addition, the monitoring/ monitoring conducted by Kelapadua District implementers on mandatory retribution is considered less than optimal, the officers who should conduct surveys to the field for two times during the process of making most can only be done 1 times even there are people who in the process of service has been 2 months But has not yet obtained a building permit letter Based on the observations, the authors suggest that the addition of field officer field personnel, controlling the compulsory retribution, the policy of Tangerang regency government should be consistent in improving the maid in the program Delegation of Authorization Levy Levy Permit Building Outside the Area, Availability of structured communication network, and conduct socialization And carry out the process of identifying the development as a whole, as well as providing warning (preventive) and sanction (repressive) to people who deliberately avoid making or pay retribution in order to have a deterrent effect that can stimulate local revenue. The purpose of this study is to find out how and assist in preparing balance sheet financial statements at Elden Coffee Eatery as MSME actors based on SAK-ETAP. This study uses descriptive research method. Sources of data used are secondary data and primary data. The results of this study indicate that the financial statements prepared by researchers based on SAK-ETAP present a balance sheet as an illustration of the business conditions at Elden Coffee Eatery. The balance sheet financial report is prepared based on data and information obtained from the owner of Elden Coffee Eatery in the first quarter (January - April 2020) then processed into a balance sheet financial report according to SAK-ETAP standards.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan informasi label kemasan Mochibo sebagai Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode ini mendeskripsikan atau melukiskan label pangan Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) dengan menggunakan statistik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui data primer yaitu observasi dan kuesioner serta data sekunder yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat kota Bogor sebagai konsumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan incidental sampling. Analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah informasi label kemasan Mochibo sebagai Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) memiliki kategori baik.KATA KUNCI: label pangan, informasi visual  INFORMATION OF "MOCHIBO" AS A FOOD LABELLINGABSTRACTThis study aimed to: describe information of "Mochibo" as a food labelling of a small-medium Industry. This research was conducted by quantitative descriptive research method. This method describes the food labelling of Small-Medium Industry behaviour by using statistics. The data collecting technique used primary data; observations and questionnaires. The secondary data was interview and documentation. Based on this study, it used the Bogor citizens as the population for this study. The sampling technique used incidental sampling. Data analysis used formula Weight Mean Score (WMS).  The result of this study showed that "Mochibo" packaging label information as Small-Medium Industry has a good category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kejahatan di pelabuhan Bajo’e Kabupaten Bone, dan upaya kepolisian untuk mengatasi kejahatan Premanisme di pelabuhan Bajo’e Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Polsek Pelabuhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah hukum empiris yaitu merupakan penelitian hukum sosiologis, yaitu mengkaji ketentuan hukum yang berlaku serta apa yang terjadi dalam kenyataanya di masyarakat, dan menggunakan berbagai data primer dan sekunder adapun data primer yang digunakan yaitu melalui wawancara langsung kepada narasumber yang berkaitan dengan tulisan ini dan membagikan angket kepada responden, adapun data sekunder dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagi literatur yang ada, berupa buku, artikel-artikel yang diperoleh dari penelusuran internet, termasuk aturan perundang-undangan yang terkait dengan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kejahatan premanisme yaitu faktor lingkungan, factor ekonomi, dan faktor rendahnya pendidikan. (2) Upaya kepolisian untuk mengatasi kejahatan premanisme di pelabuhan Bajo’e kabupaten bone yaitu, dalam upaya pre-emtif pihak kepolisian melakukannya dengan cara menanamkan nilai-nilai/norma-norma yang baik kepada masyarakat melalui penyuluhan hukum dan keagamaan. Dalam upaya preventif pihak kepolisian melakukan patroli dan pengawasan secara rutin dan berkelanjutan. Sedangkan dalam upaya represif pihak kepolisian melakukan penyelidikan, penangkapan dan pembinaan psikologis dan penyadaran disertai latihan-latihan keterampilan kerja dalam masa hukuman agar punya modal untuk mencari pekerjaan.   This study aims to determine the factors that led to the occurrence of crime in the Bajo'e district of Bone port, and the police efforts to overcome the crime of thuggery in the port of Bajo'e Bone. This research was conducted at the Port Police Station. The research method used is empirical law which is a sociological legal research, which examines the applicable legal provisions and what happens in reality in the community, and uses a variety of primary and secondary data while the primary data used is through direct interviews with sources related to writing this and distributing questionnaires to respondents, as for secondary data by collecting data from sharing existing literature, in the form of books, articles obtained from internet searches, including legislation related to the problems in this study. The results of the authors obtained from this study, namely (1) factors that cause the occurrence of thuggery namely environmental factors, economic factors, and educational factors. (2) Police efforts to overcome the crime of thuggery in Bajo'e regency bone port, namely: In the pre-eminent effort the police did it by instilling good values / norms with the community through legal and religious counseling. In preventive efforts the police conduct regular and ongoing patrols and supervision. Whereas in repressive efforts the police conduct investigations, arrests and psychological coaching and awareness accompanied by work skills training in the period of punishment so that they have the capital to find work.

The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.
