The development of technology is currently so fast, the use of various fields, especially in telecommunications, is now increasingly being improved and developed, such as the internet network, which has now reached the fourth generation or 4G, now a new technology has emerged, namely 5G. In addition to the internet, some technologies are widely developed by Google, where Google is a United States company engaged in services, with its flagship product being the Web Browser, Google Map which is now in great demand by the public to find information, in addition to web browsers and google maps. Many other technologies are beneficial for software developers and the general public. The Android operating system currently dominates the market as an Open Sources platform used for making mobile-based applications by developers, ranging from games, e-learning, ebooks, e-commerce and so on both free and paid, DISKOMINFO which regulates all systems spread across the entire Bekasi district, but currently the problems faced by KOMINFO Bekasi are; The points of location for the distribution of consumers are not mapped so that the division of the area is difficult to determine, field officers, visit not on time and so on. The method in this research is using UCD. The test results using alpha testing from the field officer data showed that 79.62% strongly agreed, 9.26% agreed, and the rest disagreed. Most of the officers agreed with the system that had been made, and only a few officers disagreed with the application. From the admin officers and finance data, it shows that 90.44% strongly agree, 1.55% agree, and the rest disagree. It can be concluded that the monitoring system that has been created is easy and feasible to use.   Keywords: Google, DISKOMINFO, Monitoring, Alpha testing, Bekasi. Perkembangan Teknologi sekarang ini semaking cepat, pemanfaattan diberbagai bidang terutama pada telekomunikasi kini semakin terus diperbaiki dan dikembangkan sepertihannya jaringan internet yang kini sudah sampai kepada generasi ke empat atau 4G bakan kini sudah muncul teknologi baru yaitu 5G. Selain internet tedapat juga teknologi yang banyak dikembangkan oleh Google, dimana google merupakan perusahaan Amerika serikat yang bergerak dibidang jasa atau Service, dengan produk andalannya adalah Web Browser, Google Map yang kini banyak diminati oleh kalangan masyarakat untuk mencari informasi, selain web browser dan google map masih banyak teknologi lainnya yang sangat berguna bagi pengembang software maupun masyarakat umum. Android sistem operasi yang saat ini mendominasi pasar sebagai platform Open Sources yang digunakan untuk pembuatan aplikasi berbasis mobile oleh para pengembang, mulai dari games, e-learning, ebook, ecommerce dan lain sebagainya baik gratis maupun berbayar, DISKOMINFO yang mengatur seluruh sistem yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah kabupaten Bekasi, namun saat ini prmasalahan yang dihadapi KOMINFO Bekasi adalah; Titik-titik lokasi penyebaran konsumen tidak di petakan sehingga pembagian wilayah sulit untuk ditetapkan, Kunjungan petugas lapangan tidak tepat waktu dan lain sebagainya. Metode dalam pengembangan ini menggunakan UCD. Hasil pengujian menggunakan alpha testing dari data petugas lapangan menunjukan bahwa 79,62% menyatakan sangat setuju, 9,26% menyatakan setuju dan sisanya menyatakan tidak setuju. Sebagian banyak petugas setuju dengan sistem yang telah dibuat dan hanya sedikit petugas yang tidak setuju dengan aplikasi tersebut. Dari data admin petugas dan keuangan menunjukan bahwa 90,44% menyatakan sangat setuju, 1,55% menyatakan setuju dan sisanya menyatakan tidak setuju. <p>Abstract<br />This article was aimed to find out the resolution of bad credits with Collateral procedures are taken over (AYDA) at the Regional Company BPR Bank Klaten the effort against the debtor as one lender protection efforts. This research is a study of empirical law that is descriptive to describe. Data collection techniques are conducted with interviews, observations or observations literature studies. Based on the results of the research and the discussion produced drawing a<br />conclusion. First, the settlement of bad credit at the Regional Company BPR Bank Klaten with the debtor sent by the provision of a warning letter for three times, then do the call in written and spoken, then do negosiation to turn over as collateral by AYDA perform procedure. Second, the impediments that experienced by the Regional Company BPR Bank Klaten in the face of non-perfoming loans that is a lack of idea of being careful with a field officer, the existence of<br />faith not good from a debtor, and the existence of the disasters which hit a debtor. While from the regulation those are many requirements in notarial required in AYDA, and the term of selling collateral maximum one year.</p><p>Keywords: Settlement Of Bad Credit; AYDA; The Protection Of Creditors; The Company Of The Rural Banks.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyelesaian kredit macet dengan prosedur Agunan yang  diambil alih (AYDA) pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Klaten terhadap debitur sebagai salah satu upaya perlindungan kreditur. Penelitian hukum ini merupakan penelititan hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara narasumber dan  studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dihasilkan simpulan. Kesatu,  penyelesaian kredit macet pada BPR Klaten dengan debitur dilakukan dengan pemberian Surat Peringatan hingga tiga kali, kemudian melakukan pemanggilan secara lisan dan tertulis, kemudian negosiasi untuk menyerahkan agunan dengan melaksanakan prosedur AYDA. Kedua, hambatan yang dialami oleh BPR Klaten dalam menghadapi kredit macet yaitu kurangnya ketelitian petugas lapangan, adanya itikad tidak baik dari debitur, dan adanya musibah yang menimpa debitur. Sedangkan dari regulasi, hambatan yang ada yaitu banyaknya persyaratan secara Notarial yang dibutuhkan dalam AYDA, dan jangka waktu penjualan yang terlalu cepat yaitu maksimal satu tahun.</p><p>Kata Kunci: Penyelesaian Kredit Macet; AYDA; Perlindungan Kreditur; Perseroan Daerah BPR Bank Klaten.</p>


Finance is an important input of agriculture. Sufficient and timely credit to the farmer is vital and indispensable for the rehabilitation and progress of agriculture. The present study was conducted in the West Tripura district of Tripura to analyze the magnitude, utilization, and constraints of farm finance availed by the borrowers in the district. 120 sample farmers and 20 lenders were selected using a purposive random sampling technique for detailed analysis. Data were collected by survey method using pretested schedules. The study revealed an increasing trend in terms of branch expansion, total deposits and advances over the years. Moreover, the C-D ratio increased from 41 in 2013-14to 45.77 in 2017-18. The sector-wise advances of banks showed an increasing trend and percentage share to the agricultural, and non-farm sectors was 27.57 and 72.43 in West Tripura. Inadequacy of loans, and lengthy lending procedures were problems identified by the borrower farmers. The majority of farmers (89.16 percent) opined that the borrowed amount was not adequate for meeting their farm expenses. As per the bank officials, the non-availability of the land records (80 percent) with the borrower was a major problem. To improve borrowing and utilization of farm finance remedial measures such as post-credit supervision by the Bank Field Officer and disbursement of the major portion of the loan in kind form may be adopted.

Abstract :  Public services in government agencies are starting to change from a direct face-to-face way that the process must be back and forth if there is a shortage of files and take a long time, turning into a service online. In order to improve the satisfaction of public service in government agencies, especially the agricultural quarantine Hall of Class II Cilegon, then the process of application of plant quarantine import, export and domistic can be done online using the system, So that the quarantine submission process can be monitored in realtime. This information system consists of two parts, namely the first part is the front end used by the community in monitoring the process of filing plant quarantine. The second part is the back end used by the file verification Officer, the functional coordinator in delivering the task letter to the field officer, the Laboratory officers provide laboratory verification results, the Treasurer sends Billing payments to the community and head of the hall in monitoring every process of quarantine submission from the community. The back end uses the website.

Family Planning Program has some indicators of success; one of the indicators is unmet needs of family planning services. The success of the unmet need indicator services is the decrease of unmet need to 9.9% in 2019. In 2012, the number of unmet need for family planning amounted to 11.4%. This study aims to identify whether there is a correlation of the education level, residence, and information of family planning field officers with unmet needs for family planning in East Java. This research was conducted with a cross-sectional design with the data from the 2012 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey. There is a correlation of the education level (p=0.000), residence (p=0.010), and information of family planning field officer (p = 0.048) with the unmet needs for family planning. The research cocludes that education level, residence, and information from health centre affect the unmet need for family planning.

Sistem informasi merupakan suatu hal terpenting bagi perusahaan atau badan usaha sebagai pengolahan data yang memberikan peningkatan kinerja suatu pekerjaan. Saat ini sistem informasi semakin banyak digunakan oleh badan usaha seperti koperasi simpan pinjam. Sementara itu masih banyak koperasi simpan pinjam masih menggunakan sistem manual mulai dari transaksi simpan pinjam dan pembayaran angsuran hingga pelaporan tiap harinya. Banyaknya nasabah yang tidak ingin menyimpan kartu bukti pembayaran mengakibatkan kurangnya transparansi transaksi yang dilakukan sedangkan kartu bukti pembayaran harus dimiliki oleh petugas dan nasabah dimana kartu tersebut akan direkap kembali ke dalam buku besar sebagai laporan harian ke pimpinan. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi koperasi simpan pinjam berbasis android untuk mempermudah transaksi pembayaran. Dari sistem tersebut pembayaran angsuran menggunakan aplikasi android yang bersifat client-server, yaitu petugas akan memindai QR Code dari nasabah dan sistem otomatis menampilkan data pembayaran angsuran lalu data tersebut akan dikirim ke server, dimana data pembayaran angsuran akan menjadi laporan harian bagi petugas untuk dicek kembali oleh pimpinan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan black box testing dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat membantu kinerja administrasi dengan baik serta fitur QR Code pada aplikasi juga membantu petugas lapangan untuk mempermudah proses transaksi dengan nasabah   Information system is an important things for companies or business as data processor that gives a work improvement. Nowadays, it often used for small business like cooperative service. Meanwhile there are many business unit still using manual system started from saving and loan transaction and installment payment until reporting. Many customer con’t want to keep their payment cards causing lack of transparency while payment cards has a main function to record all of the customer transaction which it will forwarded to the chairman. We need an application that can handle this problems with multi-platform. From the system, installment payment will be done by QR-Code feature and system will display the whole data transaction then send it to server. Data payment will be recorded daily by field officer and to be confirmed by the chairman. Based on blackbox method for testing the system, it can be concluded that the system help the administrative work properly and also QR-Code feature helps the field officers to record the installment payment from customer easily.


In this paper, we are proposing a monitoring technique that can predict the appropriate time to meet the field officer with more accuracy as compared to general human prediction. To get the routine behaviour of an individual we will keep a track of his online presence on WhatsApp by the “Active Now” status shown beneath the user’s name in the profile. This will help the Personal assistants, secretaries and receptionists to provide right appointment schedule to clients or to those who want to meet a field officer. This all will be done by scraping data from WhatsApp web portal using python modules, storing the judging parameters like unique identification number, date and time stamp, duration of continuous presence and number of sessions in a day, afterwards analyzing the dataset and providing an appropriate routine behaviour prediction. For the sake of efficient utilization of time and resources.
