The socialization of multimedia-based interactive learning applications is a community service for STMIK Bina Adinata lecturers at Inpres Elementary School Number 207 Linrungloe which aims to increase knowledge and understanding of educators, especially classroom teachers about multimedia-based learning applications. This activity is in the form of counseling about an interactive multimedia-based learning application using a computer. The method used in this service is socialization and training, starting with an explanation of the material about applications, interactive learning, and multimedia, after which an introduction to the use of applications to educators and finally explaining the use of applications to students. The results of this socialization increase the understanding and ability of educators in the application of multimedia-based learning and increase the learning interest of SDI 207 Linrungloe students in the learning process in the classroom using multimedia-based learning applications.

Interactive multimedia is a technology that mediates the development of learning activities to make it more interesting and enjoyable so that it can motivate students to learn. This study aims to determine feasibility of interactive learning multimedia product in motivating student for fourth grade of elementary school to learn mathematics. The research method uses the concept of ADDIE models to develop products with five stages, 1) analyze; 2) design; 3) develop; 4) implement; and 5) evaluate. The result showed that the development of interactive learning multimedia is feasible used for motivating students in grade 4 to learn mathematics. The result of validation by material experts showed that the products developed reached a score of 43 so that it was included in the "very good" category, while the results of the validation by the media experts showed that the products developed reached a score of 59 so that it was included in the "very good" category. Teacher responses related to the practicality of product use reached a score of 113 so that it was included in the "very good" category, while student responses related to the practicality of using the product reached a score of 83 so that it was included in the "very good" category. In motivating students to learn mathematics, interactive learning multimedia can be applied to elementary school students in grade 4.AbstrakMultimedia interaktif adalah teknologi yang memediasi pengembangan kegiatan pembelajaran agar lebih menarik dan menyenangkan sehingga mampu memotivasi siswa dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dalam memotivasi siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar untuk belajar matematika. Metode penelitian menggunakan konsep model ADDIE untuk mengembangkan produk dengan lima tahap, 1) menganalisis; 2) desain; 3) berkembang; 4) mengimplementasikan; dan 5) mengevaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif layak digunakan untuk memotivasi siswa kelas 4 dalam belajar matematika. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan mencapai skor 43 sehingga masuk dalam kategori “sangat baik”, sedangkan hasil validasi oleh ahli media menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan mencapai skor 59 sehingga masuk dalam kategori "sangat baik". Tanggapan guru terkait dengan kepraktisan penggunaan produk mencapai skor 113 sehingga masuk dalam kategori “sangat baik”, sedangkan respons siswa terkait dengan kepraktisan penggunaan produk mencapai skor 83 sehingga masuk dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Dalam memotivasi siswa untuk belajar matematika, multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dapat diterapkan untuk siswa sekolah dasar di kelas 4.

In general, educators in Indonesia better known as teachers, are educational staff who participate in organizing education with special assignments as a teaching profession. Educators have other names in accordance with their specificities, namely teachers, lecturers, advisors, tutors, widyaiswara, tutors, instructors, facilitators. Whereas in Law No. 20 of 2003 CHAPTER XI educators and education staff article 39 says that educators are professionals who are tasked with planning and implementing the learning process, assessing learning outcomes, conducting mentoring and training, and conducting research and community service, especially for educators in tertiary institutions.

Abstract:COVID-19 outbreak had changed the order of social life in Indonesia. As school isshutting down, many teachers face the hardship to observe the students’ activity. Many studentsseen active by online but they didn’t give their best effort to join the learning process. One waycould be used to overcome this problem is by conducting the interactive learning process thatenabled the realtime interaction between teacher and students. This community service activitywas held in SMP Al Furqan MQ located in Tebuireng that involving 33 participants. The usedmethod was lecturing dan direct implementation. This training enhanced the participants’information and insight so it could be used in online learning process.Keywords: Online learning process, interactive learning processAbstrak: Wabah COVID-19 banyak mengubah tatanan kehidupan bermasyarakat di Indonesia.Dengan ditiadakannya cara tatap muka dalam sistem pembelajaran di sekolah, guru memilikikesulitan untuk memantau aktivitas siswa. Sering terjadi siswa aktif secara maya namun padakenyataannya siswa tidak mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Salah satu cara yang bisa digunakanuntuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan mengadakan pembelajaran daring yangmemungkinkan adanya interaksi antara guru dan siswa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepadaMasyarakat ini dilakukan di SMP Al Furqan MQ Tebuireng dengan total 33 peserta. Metode yangdigunakan adalah pelatihan dan praktik. Pelatihan ini dapat menambah informasi dan wawasanguru yang nantinya bisa dipakai dalam pembelajaran daring di sekolah ini.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Daring, Pembelajaran Interaktif

The advent of the COVID-19 pandemic witnessed a significant consumption of digital contents. Teaching and learning activities, including at the State Elementary School, Pamulang, Barat, shifted to online domains. Whatsapp was consequently the initial means of engaging the students, but eventually appeared relatively monotonous and boring. This community service intends to provide a quality learning resource on the creation of video contents, using Filmora and Youtube applications. Ultimately, the overall goal is to produce highly creative and innovative teachers. These materials were delivered using sound or captivating animations. Consequently, teachers were sufficiently equipped to generate interesting videos that potentially increase students’ interest and interaction during the online learning process.

Administration is a system that helps, serves, directs or manages all activities in achieving a goal. besides that, educators are professionals who are tasked with planning and implementing the learning process, assessing learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training, and conducting research and community service. Education is a process of learning the skills and knowledge and habits of human groups that are passed down from one generation to another and carried out comprehensively and systematically. As for the function of education administration is planning, organizing, actualing and controlling. It can be concluded that education and education administration concept couldn’t be separated one from another. In every education process, there will be a need of education administration. Education done without good and reliable education administration will not achieve its glorious purposes, which is the human welfare.

Over the past few years the enormous advances in multimedia and Internet technology have started to affect how we live, play, enjoy and conduct our businesses. At the same time, these technologies have begun to creep into our learning and training environments. Many educational institutions are experimenting with the use of the new technology to enhance existing teaching methods. The traditional instructor-centric method of teaching is giving way to the learner-centric model of learning in which information is interpreted rather than merely received by the students and new knowledge is created (Lotus Corporation , 1997). In the learner-centric model, students learn through discovery. The traditional textual and verbal-based learning method is becoming less acceptable. The new learning model is often driven by interactive multimedia which gives the learner full control over the learning process and hence, the focus is on what the learner does not already know. Interactiveness increases the student’s motivation and rate of retention (Bielenberg & Carpenter-Smith, 1997). The term flexible learning, a contemporary buzzword, is often used to describe the above-mentioned model.

This community service aims to increase children’s self-confidence and to build their interest on learning and is one of the self-development activities for children by providing meaningful and varied learning experiences. Based on the survey which did at RW 10 Kelurahan Pelunggut, it was found that children faced some difficulties in completing their homework related to science. In addition, teachers explanation were dominated by conventional method. This is because learning that has been carried out so far in schools, especially elementary school. For elementary school students, the teachers rarely used innovative methods and the learning media used was not maximal yet, so there was a lack of interest on children's learning in understanding scientific concepts and theories. One of the methods used by teachers to increase children's learning interest was by giving a variety of media using charta. The use of this charta media can be done in groups through implementation in the form of an opening procedure, giving material with charta media and evaluation. The results showed that: (1) children were very enthusiastic, when they were told to answer given questions and respond well. (2) The implementation of the service program for children was very beneficial for them, so that the charta media could be applied as learning additional at home to instill children's learning interest in learning science.

<p>Abstract. Information Technology affecting in many aspect in human life, and it also had an effect in education world. A teacher nowadays not only required to have teaching skills, but also demanded to follow and update their teaching method by applying new technology, especially Information Technology. Interactive learning media as appliance of Information Technology could be a good solution to make learning process more interesting. As we know, many application of this kind had been sold as a marketable product, but those product can‟t adapt with different teaching style of every teacher, so it would be wonderful if every teacher had a skill to create an interactive learning application that suitable with his/her teaching style. Unfortunately those kind of skill require a lot of effort to master. Autoplay Media Studio, as a tools to develop a media based application, provide an easy way for someone to create a media based application, especially when using this tools programming skill is not required. This is shown in this training that every participant in the end had some skill and knowledge to develop an interactive multimedia learning application.</p><p> </p><p>Abstrak. Peranan teknologi informasi telah merambah berbagai aspek kehidupan , dan hal ini tidak terkecuali bagi dunia pendidikan. Seorang guru saat ini tidak hanya dituntut menguasai ilmu dan juga skill dalam mengajar, namun juga dituntut mampu mengikuti dan menerapkan perkembangan teknologi terutama teknologi informasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Media pembelajaran interaktif sebagai bentuk penerapan teknologi informasi, mampu menjadi solusi agar cara guru dalam mengajarkan mata pelajaran menjadi lebih menarik. Aplikasi media pembelajaran interaktif memang sudah banyak tersedia  dipasaran, akan tetapi setiap aplikasi tersebut tentu tidak dapat menyesuaikan dengan selera dan gaya mengajar setiap guru, sehingga alangkah baiknya apabila guru memiliki kemampuan untuk membuat aplikasi media pembelajaran interaktif, sesuai dengan selera dan cara mengajar guru tersebut.Akan tetapi<br />hal tersebut terkendala dengan rumitnya pengembangan aplikasi yang tentunya membutuhkan usaha yang sangat berat bagi seorang guru untuk menguasainya. Autoplay Media Studio sebagai perangkat pengembangan aplikasi berbasis media, menyediakan solusi yang mudah bagi seseorang untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis media, dimana dengan tools ini tidak dituntut kemampuan<br />programming.Hal ini terlihat pada hasil pelatihan dimana setiap peserta pada akhirnya memiliki kemampuan mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran multimedia interaktif.</p>
