Bullying behavior is a desire or negative action to injure both physically, verbally or psychologically committed by a person or group of people to others repeatedly, in this case, there is an imbalance of power between the perpetrators and victims whose effects are very detrimental to the perpetrators and victims. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and peer conformity with bullying behavior in adolescents. The data collection method uses three psychological scales which include: bullying behavior scale, emotional intelligence scale, and peer conformity scale. The research is in SMP Nusantara Bandar Lampung. The population in this study was 343 students. The number of research samples of 60 students was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was a multiple regression analysis of the predictors. Based on the analysis of the results of the research results Rx1.2-y = 0.542 and p = 0,000 (p <0.01) which means there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and peer conformity with bullying behavior in students. These results made an effective contribution of 29.4%.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence; Peer Conformity; Bullying Behavior

This research aims to know the relationship between emotional intelligence with Adaptive coping strategies, relationships with democratic parenting and adaptive coping strategies and the relationship between emotional intelligence and democratic parenting with Adaptive coping strategies on senior students. The population in this research is the senior students at the Faculty of psychology of the University of Medan Area. Sample research amounted to 74 students were taken with purposive sampling technique. The instruments used are emotional intelligence scale, parenting democratic scale and adaptive coping strategy scale. Results of multiple regression analysis shows amounted to 469.324 with Freg value p = 0.000 (p 0.005) it shows that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and democratic parenting with adaptive coping strategies. Partially, there is the relationship between emotional intelligence with adaptive coping strategies with rxy = 0.00 0.936 with p , and there is a relationship between democratic parenting with adaptive coping strategies rxy = 0.920 with p 0.00. The value of R2 of 0.933 emotional intelligence means and foster democratic patterns together contributed effectively amounted to 93.3% against adaptive coping strategies.

This research aims at: (1) discovering the students’ emotional intelligence (2) discovering the students’ learning motivation, (3) discovering the science learning outcomes , (4) examining the relationship between emotional intelligence and the science learning outcomes, (5) examining the relationship between learning motivation and the science learning outcomes, and (6) examining the relationship of both emotional intelligence and learning motivation collaboratively to the science learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. This research is an ex-post-facto research. The Population in this research was the students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminas. The sampling technique used was random sampling with the total of sample 244 students. The data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed by employing regression test and correlation test. The results of the research reveal that: (1) the students’ emotional intelligence in general is in high category, (2) the students’ learning motivation in general is in high category, (3) the science learning outcomes in general is in high category, (4) there are positive relation signicantly between emotional intelligence and the science learning outcomes. The learning outcomes follow the improvement of emotional intelligence with coefficient level of correlation (r) is 0.492 and effective contribution R2 is 24.2%, (5) there are positive relation significantly between learning motivation and the science learning outcomes. The learning outcomes follow the improvement of learning motivation with coefficient level of correlation (r) is 0.490 and effective contribution R2 is 24%, (6) there are positive relation significantly of both emotional intelligence and learning motivation collaboratively to the science learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa, The learning outcomes is the linear function of emotional intelligence and learning motivation, means that the science learning outcomes follow the improment of emotional intelligence and learning motivation with coefficient level of correlation (r) is 0.548 and effective contribution R2 is 30%.

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with learning motivation in students and counseling Jabal Ghafur University. This research uses Pearson product Moment analysis technique with sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The subjects of the study were counseling students of Jabal Ghafur University with a sample of 79 students. Based on the results of data analysis shows there is a very significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence with learning motivation, where rxy = 0.555; p = 0,000 (p [0.050). The result of the research shows that the prospect of counseling of Jabal Ghafur University has high emotional intelligence, because the empirical average value is 97,354 difference with the average hypothetical value of 77,5 over SD or SB number of 8, 184, while the students' learning motivation is high because empirical 135, 658 in the presence of a hypothetical average value of 110 to the number of SD or SB amounted to 11, 613. Abstract. This study aims to examine the relationship of democratic parenting style and emotional intelligence and pro social behaviors in adolescents, especially in Cita Hati junior high school Surabaya. Sampling technique in this study is a simple proportional random sampling technique. Researchers determined by drawing samples taken 2 classes at each level (2 classes of grade 7 and 2 classes of grade 8) and obtained the number of students 96. Based on the regression analysis using SPSS 20, it is found F = 111.993 at p = 0.000 (p <0,01). It can be concluded that the variables jointly democratic parenting style and emotional intelligence significantly correlated with pro social behavior variable. Effective contribution of these two variables X to Y is shown on the price of R2 = 0.707, which means democratic parenting variables and emotional intelligence together an impact of 70.7% on pro social behavior. Partially, the result of statistical calculations showed prices at t = 5.965 p = 0.000 (p <0.05) for the correlation between democratic parenting variables with pro social behavior. Price at t = 2.961 p = 0.008 (p <0.05) for the correlation between emotional intelligence variables with pro social behavior, that is to say, in partial democratic parenting emotional intelligence variables correlated and also correlated significantly with pro social behavior.            Keywords: Democratic Parenting, Emotional Intelligence, Pro social Behavior.

Abstract : This study aims to determine how big the relationship between parental attachment to emotional intelligence in IBA Palembang high school teenagers. While the research hypothesis is that there is a significant relationship between Parental Attachment to Emotional Intelligence in adolescents. This study uses a quantitative approach with a product moment correlation design. This research was conducted in Palembang City which consisted of 60 women and 70 men. The sampling technique used in this study is a random sampling technique because the sampling of population members is done randomly by selecting the criteria that have been set by the researcher. Data were collected through a parental attachment scale with 40 items referred to from the theory of Armsden and Greenbreg (2009). Emotional Intelligence Scale with 40 items from Goleman (2009). The category of adolescents who have parental attachment is included in the high category. The instrument validation technique uses content validity and Cronbach's Alpha coefficient reliability. The results showed that there was a relationship between parental attachment to emotional intelligence in adolescents with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01). Data were analyzed using Product Moment Person correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a very significant relationship between Parental Attachment to Emotional Intelligence in Adolescents at SMA IBA Palembang rxy > rtable : 0.736 > 0.266, a significant level of 0.01, which means that the higher the attachment, the higher the Emotional Intelligence. It can be concluded that parental attachment has a relationship with emotional intelligence in adolescents. Keywords: attachment, emotional intelligence, adolescents.   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara kelekatan orangtua terhadap kecerdasan emosi pada remaja SMA IBA Palembang. Sedangkan hipotesis penelitian adalah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Kelekatan Orang Tua Terhadap Kecerdasan Emosi pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional product moment. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Palembang yang terdiri dari 60 wanita dan 70 pria. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling karena pengambilan sampel anggota populasi dilakukan secara acak dengan memilih kriteria yang telah ditetapkan peneliti. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala kelekatan orangtua dengan 40 item yang diacu dari teori Armsden dan Greenbreg (2009). Skala Kecerdasan Emosi dengan 40 item dari Goleman (2009). Kategori remaja yang memiliki kelekatan orang tua termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Teknik validasi instrumen menggunakan validitas konten dan reliabilitas koefisien Alpha Cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kelekatan orangtua terhadap kecerdasan emosi pada remaja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p <0,01). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi Product Moment Person. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara Kelekatan Orang Tua Terhadap Kecerdasan Emosi Pada Remaja SMA IBA Palembang rxy > rtabel  : 0,736 > 0,266 taraf signifikan 0,01 yang berarti  bahwa semakin tinggi Kelekatan maka semakin tinggi Kecerdasan Emosi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelekatan orangtua ada hubungan terhadap kecerdasan emosi pada remaja.   Kata kunci: kelekatan, kecerdasan emosi, remaja.

Abstract: This study aims to see the relationship between peer support, emotional intelligence and the hedonic behavior of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Tarakan. This research is this research. The population in this study were students at SMA Negeri 1 Tarakan. The sample was taken using proportional random sampling technique with a sample size of 104 students. Data obtained by peer support scale, intelligence intelligence and hedonic behavior scale. Research data analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed that (1) there was a relationship between peer support and hedonic behavior with sig. less than 0.05 with an effective contribution of 0.4 percent, (2) there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and hedonic behavior with sig less than 0.05 with an effective contribution of 8.5 percent, and (3) peer support and intelligence together are related to behavior hedonic with sig. less than 0.05 and the effective contribution was 8.9 percent. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan teman sebaya, kecerdasan emosional dengan perilaku hedonis siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Tarakan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Tarakan. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 104 siswa. Data diperoleh dengan skala dukungan teman sebaya, skala kecerdasan emosional dan skala perilaku hedonis. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan antara dukungan teman sebaya dan perilaku hedonis dengan sig. kurang dari 0,05 dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 0,4 persen, (2) terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan perilaku hedonis dengan sig kurang dari 0,05 dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 8,5 persen, dan (3) dukungan teman sebaya dan kecerdasan emosional bersama-sama berhubungan dengan perilaku hedonis dengan sig. kurang dari 0,05 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 8,9 persen.

This study aims to determine the relationship between students' emotional intelligence and students' mathematical representation abilities. The population in the study were all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, Sukoharjo sub-district, Pringsewu Regency for the 2020/2021 academic year which were distributed in nine classes. The research sample was selected by purposive sampling technique and 32 students were selected for class VIII-A. The design used is a correlational research design. The research data is in the form of quantitative data in the form of students' emotional intelligence scores obtained through filling out questionnaires on students' emotional intelligence and students' mathematical representation ability scores obtained through circle material test activities. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Pearson product moment correlation test. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between students' emotional intelligence and students' mathematical representation abilities, with a Pearson product moment correlation index number of 0.698, meaning that the higher the emotional intelligence of students, the higher the students' mathematical representation ability.

Resilience by people affected by natural disasters is very important. Disaster is an extreme thing that can make a person depressed, anxious, stressed, and somatisasi. Individuals who pay attention to belief in God, cognitive and positive affective of the things it faces, will affect its resilience. This study aims to determine the resilience of flood survivors in terms of tawakal and emotional intelligence. The research subjects were flood survivors aged 20-60 , 53 people, obtained by using quotum technique. Data collection used three psychological scales: Resilience Scale, Emotional Intelligence Scale, and Tawakal Scale. The methods for data analysis were multiple linear regression and partial correlation. The results showed significant relationship between tawakal and emotional intelligence together against resilience. The relationship between tawakal and resilience is significant but the relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience is not significant. Further analysis shows emotional intelligence has indirect relationship mediated by tawakal variable.

This study aims to determine the relationship of leadership style and work morale with work discipline on the staff / government officials SKPD Medan Tuntungan Subdistrict. The data collection instrument used are the scale of work discipline, the scale of leadership style and work morale scale. Population in this research is all the staff / government officials of SKPD Medan Tuntungan District. The sampling technique used samples saturated and the number of samples used is 86 people. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between leadership style and work morale with work discipline.The total effective contribution of leadership style and work morale variables to work discipline was 55,9%.

This study examines the relationship between self-perceived emotional intelligence (EI) measured by the Emotional Intelligence Scale (EIS) [1] and other personality measures including the five-factor-model. The EI construct has lately been re-defined as the ability to think intelligently about emotions and to use them to enhance intelligent thinking [2]. Two studies provide support that self-reported EI is mainly associated with personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, self-perceived creativity), life satisfaction and thinking styles with only a low relation to verbal intelligence. Furthermore, persons higher in the EI dimension “emotional efficacy” produced more creative performances than persons low in this domain. These findings suggest that self-reported EI cannot be considered as a rational form of intelligence so that it does qualify to fit into the framework of personality traits.
