This study aims to determine the relationship between peer conformity and the tendency to become addicted to social media tiktok in the youth community across Ulu 2 Palembang. This research was conducted on teenagers in the tiktokcrew community to see the high and low peer conformity that affects the tendency to become addicted to tiktok social media. This study uses quantitative research methods, while the data collection used purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 152 subjects who became members of the tiktokcrew community. measurements were carried out using a Likert scale measuring instrument Analysis of the results of this study using SPSS version 20.0 analysis. there are regression results showing r = 0.824 r2 = 0.678 P = 000 (p <0.05). The results of the analysis obtained indicate that there is a very significant relationship between peer conformity and the tendency of tiktok social media addiction of 67.8%, thus the proposed hypothesis is accepted.

One that affects the success of student learning is motivation. Less motivation to learn in students will affect the decrease in enthusiasm for learning and learning outcomes. There are several factors that influence the motivation of students in learning, including the support of parents and peers. This research aims to; (1) Describe the contribution of parental support, peer conformity and students' learning motivation, and (2) examine the contribution of parental support and peer conformity together on students' learning motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach with analytical descriptive method. The sample in this study were students of class VII and VIII, a total of 108 students. This research instrument uses a Likert scale model. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical techniques, then using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings show that in general; 1) students' parental support is in the high category, peer conformity of students is in the very high category, students' learning motivation is in the very high category, and 2) there is a strong and positive relationship between parental support and students' learning motivation. . This research has implications for the educational process in schools as a contribution to parental support and positive peer conformity which makes students have high learning motivation and are confident in their own abilities.

This research is motivated by the rise of cases of sexual harassment that occur among teenagers. Sexual harassment by teenagers occurs in verbal, visual, and physical forms such as: sexual jokes, flirting and touching someone's sensitive area. Factors that influence adolescents to commit sexual harassment are due to peer group involvement and the inability of adolescents to make choices in actions that are reflected in peer conformity and self-determination. The aims of this study is to examine the contribution of self-determination to sexual harassment, to examine the contribution of peer conformity to sexual harassment, and to examine the contribution of self-determination and peer conformity together with sexual harassment. This research uses quantitative method with simple and multiple regression analysis. The study population is all students high school city of Padang who are active in 2020/2021. The number of samples in this study were 273 teenagers who were selected by cluster random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Methods of data collection using self-determination scale, peer conformity scale, and sexual harassment scale with a Likert Scale model to then be tested for validity and reliability. The research findings show that: (1) there is a significant negative contribution between self-determination with sexual harassment shown by correlation coefficient of R= 0.736 and R Square of 0.542, which means that the contribution of self-determination to sexual harassment is 54.2%. (2) there is a significant positive contribution between peer conformity to sexual harassment shown by correlation coefficient of R = 0.767 and R Square of 0.588, which means that the contribution of peer conformity to sexual harassment is 58.8%. (3) there is a significant contribution between self-determination and peer conformity together to sexual harassment shown by correlation coefficient of R =  0.810 and R Square of 0.665, which means that the contribution of peer conformity to sexual harassment is 68.5%.

ABSTRAK Bullying merupakan perilaku negatif yang dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku bullying remaja awal di Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu siswa dan siswi kelas VII dan VIII sejumlah 279, dipilih dengan multistage random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah karakteristik responden, perilaku bullying, pengetahuan, sikap, konsep diri, stress akademik, situasi keluarga, konformitas teman sebaya, iklim sekolah, dan media menggunakan kuesioner dalam jaringan (daring) kobotoolbox. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prevalensi perilaku bullying remaja awal di Denpasar adalah 83,15% dengan kategori rendah. Bullying verbal paling sering dilakukan remaja awal dengan kategori rendah (71,68%) dan kategori tinggi (1,43%). Bullying psikologis dilakukan remaja awal dengan kategori rendah (46,95%) dan bullying fisik dengan kategori rendah (44,09%). Faktor yang signifikan memengaruhi perilaku bullying adalah situasi keluarga (total efek= -0,20), konformitas teman sebaya (total efek=0,17), iklim sekolah (total efek= -0,18), dan media (total efek=2,14). Perilaku bullying remaja awal di Kota Denpasar masih relatif tinggi, perlu adanya dukungan dari berbagai sektor untuk dapat mengontrol perilaku dan menurunkan prevalensi perilaku bullying. Kata Kunci: Bullying, Faktor Bullying, Remaja Awal, SEM  ABSTRACT Bullying is a negative behavior that can cause mental health problems. This study aims to determine the factors that affecting the bullying behavior of young adolescents in Denpasar City. This is quantitative analytic research with cross-sectional design. The sample of this research is students of class VII and VIII, 279 young adolescents were selected by multistage random sampling. Data collected were respondents' characteristics, bullying behavior, knowledge, attitudes, self-concept, academic stress, family situations, peer conformity, school climate, and the media using an online questionnaire kobotoolbox. The results showed that the prevalence of bullying behavior young adolescents in Denpasar is 83,15% with low category. Verbal bullying was highest in low category (71.68%) and high category (1.43%) followed by psychological bullying in low category (46.95%) and physical bullying in low category (44.09%). Significant factors influencing young adolescent bullying behavior are family situation (total effect = -0,20), peer conformity (total effect = 0.17), school climate (total effect = -0.18), and media (total effect = 2.14). Bullying behavior of young adolescents in Denpasar City is still relatively high, support from various sectors is required to control behavior and reduce the prevalence of bullying behavior. Based on the preliminary study that has been conducted, verbal bullying among junior high school students still occurs frequently. Verbal bullying is often done, such as mocking other students' appearance, body shape, and speech style. This study aims to determine the relationship between empathy and peer conformity with verbal bullying of students at SMP Negeri Semarang City. This research method uses a quantitative correlational design, the sampling uses purposive and random sampling with a total of 243 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 application. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it shows that empathy and peer conformity jointly have a relationship with verbal bullying with a simultaneous F significance value of 0.000 (sig <0.05) and F count 19,740, and F table 3.03 (Fh> Ft). The contribution of empathy and peer conformity variables was 14.1% for verbal bullying, while 85.9% was influenced by other factors that were not explained in this study. Based on the results of research above guidance and counseling teacher is expected to provide group guidance services in the private and social field to reduce verbal bullying. The theme that may use is related to the prevention of verbal bullying.
