The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of burnout on the turnover intentions of tax consultant employees in Bali with emotional intelligence and religiosity as moderating variables. The location of the research was carried out at the Tax Consultant Office in the Bali Region as a representation of the Tax Consultant Office in Indonesia, which was registered with the Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI) in 2021 which was obtained through the websitewww.ikpi.or.id. The population in this study are all employees who work at the Tax Consultant Office registered at IKPI Bali Branch. The data analysis technique used the MRA test. The results of the study indicate that burnout has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention or in other words, increased burnout will increase turnover intention. The higher emotional intelligence is not able to reduce the high turnover intention due to the increased burnout of tax consultant employees. The interaction between burnout and emotional intelligence has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention or in other words, high emotional intelligence will reduce turnover intention due to increased burnout.

Emotional intelligence is the set of capacities that allow a student to properly manage their emotions and interpersonal relationships, when subjected to stressful situations, such as the educational environment; in which they have to deal with internal and external conflicts for good academic performance. The research aimed to relate emotional intelligence and academic performance in students of the National Autonomous University of Chota, Peru. The study was descriptive correlational, not cross-sectional experimental, and it worked with 325 university students who signed the informed consent, after knowing the purpose of the research; emotional intelligence was determined with the BarOn ICE Emotional Intelligence Test and academic performance with a data collection sheet. The results show a higher proportion of university students with high emotional intelligence (51.1%) and average academic performance of 12.59 ± 1.17 weighted score, results similar to those reported by various national and international studies. It is concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence, the adaptability dimension and the academic performance of university students (p = 0.043 and p = 0.021).

An attempt was made in the present investigation is Aim: Emotional Intelligence among intermediate students. Objectives: To study the inuence of gender, type of management and locality among intermediate students. Sample: The sample of the present investigation was selected 1200 intermediate students in Guttur, Prakasam and Nellore districts of Andhra Pradesh State of India. The subjects were in the age group from 15 to 18 years and using systematic random sampling technique. Tool: Emotional Intelligence Scale developed by Nutankumar Thingujam, and Usha Ram (1999) was used. Research Design: As there are three independent variables i.e., gender (male & female), type of management (government & private) and locality (rural & urban), each is divided in to two categories, a 2×2×2 factorial design was employed in the present study. Statistical Analysis: Means, SDs and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) were used. Results: Results revealed signicant impact of gender, type of management and locality with regard to Emotional Intelligence. Conclusions: Females have high Emotional Intelligence than males; private college students have high Emotional Intelligence than government colleges and students of urban areas have high Emotional Intelligence than students of rural areas.

The concept of Emotional Intelligence is of unparallel interest and applicability to enhance effectiveness in every walk of life. It is a set of qualities and collection of individual soft skills or inter-personal and intra-personal skills that influences our behavior. Some researchers suggest that Emotional Intelligence (EI) can be learned and strengthened while others claim that it is an inborn characteristic. It is the ability to understand, use and manage emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflicts. High emotional intelligence can help to navigate the social complexities and motivate others. Uncontrolled stress raises blood pressure, risk of heart attack and speed-up the aging process. This paper is an attempt to briefly understand emotions and feelings that can impact mental health which can lead to serious health implications. This paper will help in understanding, improving and learning emotional intelligence which ultimately contributes to better mental, physical, emotional, social, psychological and behavioral well-being.

The revitalization and strengthening of the education system depends on teachers. They play crucial role for the developments of educational standards in the country. This demands teachers to be more effective in the classroom and be optimistic with high Emotional intelligence to influence the students. In the present study, the investigator analyzed the level of Teacher Effectiveness, and Emotional Intelligence of government secondary school teachers, and to find out the relationship among both the variables. The data were collected from 60 Secondary School Teachers of Balasore district using Teacher Effectiveness Scale by Pramod Kumar and D.N. Mutha (1974),Modified version of Emotional Intelligence Scale by Krishnappa V.K. (2008) and self made personal data sheet. The collected data were analyzed by using Mean, SD, t- test and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation and the findings revealed that (i) Government Secondary School Teachers of different academic stream do not differ both in Teacher Effectiveness and Emotional Intelligence. (ii) There is no significance of difference between Male and Female government Secondary School Teachers both in Teacher Effectiveness and Emotional Intelligence. (iii) There is no relationship between Teacher Effectiveness and Emotional Intelligence.

The low mathematical resilience of students, one of the factors is the fear of being wrong so that it shows things related to students' emotions. Mathematical resilience and emotional intelligence are interrelated, therefore students need to develop mathematical resilience and emotional intelligence to be ready to face challenges and be able to learn optimally. The purpose of this study is to analyze mathematical resilience on students' emotional intelligence based on gender in twelve different schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The population of this study was 814 students consisting of 301 male students and 513 female students. The selection of subjects in this study by looking at the category of Mathematical Resilience, namely high, medium and low. Subjects were selected using the Winsteps application by looking at the wright map table. From the total population, the researcher chose three subjects to be studied in depth. Furthermore, the selected subjects were asked to fill out an Emotional Intelligence questionnaire and interviewed by the researcher. The results of the analysis of ST who have high Mathematical Resilience have high Emotional Intelligence, ST are able to control themselves and have high interest in learning mathematics, SS who have moderate Mathematics Resilience have moderate Emotional Intelligence. In the learning process, SS does not focus on learning and is less able to explore its potential in depth. SR who have low Mathematical Resilience have low Emotional Intelligence as well. SR tends to give up easily and has low learning motivation. However, it should be noted that there is no gender difference in Emotional Intelligence, because this is based on the instrument or measuring instrument used in the study.

This study is a study of students' emotional intelligence based on mathematical resilience and domicile. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The total population in this study was 814 students in 12 junior and senior high schools spread across three different provinces, namely DKI Jakarta, Banten and West Java. In this study the subjects were selected based on the MR questionnaire, namely high, medium and low. Subjects selected based on MR category were selected based on their domicile and then the subject was given the second research instrument, namely emotional intelligence. The results showed that there was an influence between MR and emotional intelligence, namely SD subjects who had high MR also had high emotional intelligence, SB subjects who had moderate MR also had moderate emotional intelligence, and SJ subjects who had low MR also have low emotional intelligence. However, there is something interesting about the subject even though they have low MR and emotional intelligence on one of the indicators of SJ, they actually have a high enough motivation to learn, it makes unpleasant experiences as an enthusiasm for learning. Research results can vary or differ from one another based on research instrument used by researchers

High employee competencies are expected to support the achievement of the company's success. Achieving the competence of each individual employee is influenced by several factors, including emotional intelligence and leadership styles that apply in the company. This study aims to examine emotional intelligence and leadership style as one of the determinants of achieving individual competencies of employees of state-owned cement companies in Indonesia. The results of the study showed that the state-owned cement company employees had high emotional intelligence which had an impact on the development and improvement of their competencies. While the tendency of the prevailing leadership style is transformational leadership style.

Given that whistleblowing is considered an effective measure to prevent and detect fraud, we experimentally examine select factors that may impede a subordinate tipster to act when the leader is involved. Specifically, we examine the effects of the subordinate’s emotional intelligence, the leader’s emotional intelligence, and the consequence framing of outcomes to the company and the leader on the intention of the subordinate to blow the whistle. We found that when a leader is involved in a fraud and has a high emotional intelligence, the subordinate is less likely to blow the whistle. Moreover, the subordinate is more likely to blow the whistle when the outcome consequence is framed as being positive to the organization relative to being negative to the leader when the leader has a high emotional intelligence. This study makes scholarly contributions to the whistleblowing literature and has important practical implications in the anti-fraud arena.
