The article reveals the positive and negative aspects of the development of domestic guitar education in terms of distance learning. Applying the methods of historical and pedagogical analysis and a systematic approach, the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine were analyzed, which considered this area of development of the educational process and scientific works of guitar researchers. It is determined that the standards of higher education in the specialty 025 «Musical Arts» do not specify the quality of computer and software. It has been found that students, teachers, and heads of educational institutions from time to time face the issue of updating computer equipment to implement a quality educational process. It is proved that when using the software «Zoom» or «Skype» for group practical classes, a small error in the work of the Internet can lead to desynchronization in the work of the music group. It is highlighted that professions related to training, individual services, and creativity will remain relevant, as they cannot be replaced by automated systems even with the use of artificial intelligence; «the introduction of distance learning tools in schools is positive, in particular the use of the Microsoft Teams for Education Center, which includes the following options: downloading materials, storing and sharing them; possibility to add electronic textbooks / educational games; placement of announcements, digests for all participants of the educational process», etc.; negative aspects of the development of domestic guitar education in terms of distance learning are the lack of live contact between teacher and student, the inability to visually adjust the performance movements (left and right hand, artistic gestures, etc.); the ability of the mentor to remove the mental and physiological clamp from the performer is lost; slow internet connection speed and low quality of computer components can hinder a quality educational process and others. In terms of distance learning, domestic guitar education has changed the vector of its development. Users of Internet resources became the target audience of performing guitar art, and music education of guitarists received new opportunities for improvement. However, there are still factors that hinder the full implementation of positive changes. We consider the following to be the main ones: the lack of live communication between the teacher and the student, the unstable speed of the Internet connection in some regions of Ukraine and the low quality of computer components among some participants in the educational process.

In 2020, the World Health Organization announced the beginning of a pandemic of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. To prevent the spread of viral infection in all regions of the Russian Federation, a self-isolation regime was announced. In this connection, on March 15, 2020, the Ministry of Education recommended that all higher educational institutions carry out educational activities using modern information and telecommunication technologies that allow learning at a distance without direct contact between the teacher and the student - distance learning. The introduction of self-isolation and the transition to distance education led to the need to change the usual way of life, and adapt to the prevailing conditions of educational activity. The aim of this work is to analyze data on the impact of distance learning on the quality of students’ health. Methodology and research methods. The work was performed using a descriptive method by collecting, summarizing and analyzing literature data regarding the problem being studied. Results. The authors have highlighted the main characteristics of distance education. An analysis of modern sources has shown that, given the modern achievements in the field of telecommunication technologies, distance education is not fully capable of replacing the classical one; there are negative aspects both in the quality of training of students and in relation to the health of all participants in the educational process. Conclusion. With the continuation of teaching using modern information and telecommunication technologies, it is necessary to develop and implement programs aimed at preserving health and adapting to the conditions of distance education.

The article is devoted to the description of the results of a study of the methodological readiness of a university teacher to organize the educational process by means of distance learning. The purpose of the research is to identify significant characteristics of the methodological readiness of a university teacher to use distance tools in connection with the coronavirus pandemic. The study involved two groups: the main and control. The main group is 319 people consisted of teachers from Kostroma State University. The control group is 42 people consisted of teachers from more than 10 universities of the Russian Federation. The study allowed us to come to the conclusions:most faculty support university management and find distance education effective; self-esteem of readiness to work in a remote format is high, but this requires an external examination; positive self-esteem correlates with positive expectations regarding student readiness and knowledge of a wide range of distance education tools;most teachers have negative expectations about the decline in the quality of distance education; teachers insufficiently use distance learning tools that provide communication between subjects of education, the means of monitoring and evaluating educational outcomes dominate; adaptation to the current situation coexists with the desire to enter the office mode of operation and abandon distance formats. The article suggests ways of methodological support for the teacher's work in a remote format: developing a universal feedback mechanism and assessing the quality of education in a certain discipline by students; development and implementation of personalized methodological support programs built on a network basis; encouraging teachers to use distance education tools that enable collaboration and communication in the educational process.

The article analyzes the problems of the introduction of electronic and distance learning in rural schools in Russia. Using the example of the Tomsk region, the level and quality of electronic and distance learning are analyzed, the main models of their application are highlighted; a project for organizing a unified educational platform with distributed municipal centers is proposed. At the same time, teachers have insufficiently developed skills in organizing e-learning, evaluating the quality of education by means of special programs, creating and using representations of mathematical objects and processes, constructing three-dimensional models on a computer (using a 3D printer), visualizing data, relationships, processes, processing statistics data, etc. The long lockdowns introduced in the results of the pandemic forced all teachers to reconsider their attitude to the processes of informatization of the education system. There was an acute question not only about the competence of a teacher who was not ready for the qualitative implementation of the educational process using modern communication capabilities, but also issues of educational process management, the use of e-learning tools and technologies.

The article provides an analysis of gamified software tools, taking into account the need to clarify the concept of “gamification” in the educational process and the features and principles of this concept. All types of software tools with the ability to gamify learning are divided into groups: game platforms, educational quests, training management services, and game development sites. Within each group the most common platforms in the foreign and domestic educational environment are considered. In the modern educational environment there is an increased interest in the use of digital games to improve the quality of learning, which determines the relevance of the proposed research on the analysis of software tools with the possibility of gamifying the educational process within the requirements of the state, society and education. The use of digital tools during the coronovirus pandemic has become a daily necessity in the lives of students. Gamified software tools facilitate the achievement of educational goals, thanks to the clarity of gamification reflect the capabilities, type of thinking, logical abilities of an individual student. The article analyzes several game platforms and educational quests, on the basis of which the method of gamification of the learning process will be further improved. The research methodology requires the study of information sources of psychological, pedagogical, methodological and technical orientation, the analysis of digital educational games of foreign and domestic authors recognized by the scientific community.

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of teaching the discipline "Descriptive geometry" in the conditions of distance learning, it examines the application of information technologies in the educational process in geometric and graphic disciplines. Increasing the speed of information processes, reducing the number of hours for mastering the discipline. the conditions of distance learning set new tasks for teachers and dictate their requirements for teaching graphic disciplines and the use of teaching experience in a new reality; there is a need to introduce and develop new forms of education without losing the quality of education. Geometric-graphic disciplines occupy one of the important places in technical education, the complexity of the study of which lies in the development of a graphical representation of phenomena, objects and processes by methods of constructive geometric modeling. The knowledge and skills acquired by students contribute to the development of spatial, imaginative and rational thinking, which is necessary for future professional activities. Descriptive geometry is a discipline that is not easy to master on your own without a conscious understanding of the logic and sequence of geometric constructions, without deep knowledge of theoretical foundations and constant, repeated implementation of practical tasks. The acquisition of practical skills in mastering the methods of discipline has become more difficult in the current epidemiological situation. In modern conditions of distance learning, the use of the Simplex geometric modeling system made it possible to develop and propose a new concept of geometric-graphic interaction, which significantly reduced the time for completing and checking educational tasks in real time. The proposed technology reveals the deep informational essence of the studied discipline "Descriptive Geometry" and becomes a powerful research tool for students. The integration of traditional teaching methods in the graphic preparation of students with computer and communication facilities increases the possibilities of communication and improves the quality of teaching.

In recent years, distance learning has been increasingly involved in university education by the Ministry of Education. The impetus for a new round of introduction of this form of education was given by the pandemic, which determined the need for self-isolation, when distance learning forms are becoming the only possible ones. But at the same time, a number of problems arise: the lack of proper real communication of young people, including with teachers, the weakening of the functions of critical thinking and the culture of discrimination, the strengthening of individualism, a sharp increase in physical inactivity. All this deforms the human body and removes it from a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, in the development and implementation of distance technologies, especially in the discipline “Physical culture”, which requires real permanent physical culture and health-improving practices under the supervision of a teacher and trainer, it is necessary to preserve the principle of the quality of education even in conditions of distance learning.

The article describes the dynamics of students’ attitude to distance learning in the situation of forced transition to distance learning in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. Students’ attitude to the content, organizational and motivational aspects of distance learning was studied using a questionnaire with online service Google form. The study was organized by the longitudinal method. Measurements of students’ attitude were carried out in the early days of distance learning and at the end of the first month. Research questions concerned 1) assessing changes in the organization of educational process, its efficiency and students’ self-motivation in the first days after the transition to distance learning; 2) changes in attitude to distance learning at the end of the first month: 3) contribution of objective factors (curriculum, financial conditions of study, place of stay during the period of distance learning, experience in the use of online educational platforms, current academic achievements) to the dynamics of the students’ attitude. The participants of the study were 94 students of the 1st-4th year. The results revealed a steady trend to lower evaluations by students the quality of assimilating knowledge, abilities and skills as well as to decrease of learning motivation and quality of interaction with teachers on the subjective background of increasing educational load. The general tendency to worsening assessments of distance learning can be mitigated by such factors as pre-formed competencies in the use of distance educational technologies, external (financial) incentives to learn and the ability to change the usual way of life due to changes in the usual place of residence.
