Human resources are the main element that quality must be maintained in a company, good human resources are assessed based on the results of the performance of its employees. Leadership style and motivation are part of the factors that can affect the level of employee performance. This study aims to determine how much influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance in the management services division of PT. Adyawinsa telecommunication & electrical Bandung either partially or simultaneously. This research is a descriptive quantitative method using primary and secondary data sources in the form of a questionnaire with 25 employees as respondents. The type of analysis used is path analysis, and to perform data processing, the author uses the help of the SPSS version 23 program. not good, and also the employee's performance is in a bad category. And then the results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously leadership style has a direct effect on employee performance, then motivation has a direct effect on employee performance and leadership style and motivation affect employee performance.

<p><em>Keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan sangat erat berkaitan dengan kinerja dari karyawan yang ada dalam perusahaan. Karyawan mengemban tugas dan fungsi dalam perusahaan. Meningkatnya kinerja perusahaan merupakan indikator dari keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 4) variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei pada karyawan CV Panca Putra di Karanganyar</em><em>. Jenis data menggunakan data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. </em><em>Populasi target adalah karyawan bagian produksi sebanyak 534 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan 80 karyawan dengan proportional cluster random sampling</em><em>.</em><em> Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi  berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi merupakan variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena nilai koefisien regresinya 0,473; lebih besar daripada lingkungan kerja (0,261), dan motivasi (0,393)</em></p><p> </p><p><em>The success of a company is closely related to the performance of existing employees within the company. Employees carry out the </em><em>task and </em><em>functions within the company. Increased corporate performance is an indicator of the success of a company. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the influence of work environment on employee performance, 2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, 3) the effect of compensation on employee performance, and 4) the dominant variable influence on employee performance. This type of research is a survey on employees of CV Panca Putra in Karanganyar. Types of data use qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary </em><em>and </em><em>secondary data sources. Target population is employees of production as much as 534 employees. The sample was determined by 80 employees with proportional cluster random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the work environment, motivation and compensation effect on employee performance. Compensation is a dominant variable affecting employee performance, because the value of regression coefficient 0.473; greater than the working environment (0.261), and motivation (0.393)</em></p>

Organization is a social unity that is coordinated sadardengan with a reactive boundary in the identified, work continuously to achieve the goal. In various fields, especially life beroganisasi, human factor is the main problem in every activity that is inside. All actions taken in every activity are initiated and determined by the human being who is a member of a Company. The company requires the existence of potential human resources factors both leaders and employees, the pattern of duties and supervision that is the determinant of achieving corporate goals. Human resources are central figures in organizations and companies. In order for management activities to run well, the Company must have knowledgeable employees and high skills and efforts to manage the company optimally so that employee work increases. Based on research results obtained after testing of 100 respondents who are employees who work in PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Padang it can be concluded that the Style of Leadership and Compensation together have a significant effect on Job Performance in PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia because it has F -&gt; count of F - table and significance value &lt;0.05. The results of this study are in line with the Caesar (2015) study which found the result that simultaneously the leadership style and compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in PT Mustika Ratu East Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that employees have a good job performance due to leadership style and compensation given the leadership of the company well.

Taxpayer Compliance in Increasing Tax Revenue at the North Makassar Primary Tax Service Office. The purpose of this study is to determine taxpayer compliance, tax receipts, general provisions and tax procedures that affect taxpayer compliance after the enactment of Law Number 16 Year 2009. This study uses a juridical type of research normative. Primary and secondary data sources and tertiary. This research was analyzed qualitatively by describing descriptively the results of existing data. The results showed that the compliance of taxpayers at the North Makassar Primary Tax Service Office was not yet compliant optimally, although in quantity the tax revenue increased from year to year. The reason is the lack of knowledge and understanding of taxpayers, inadequate tax human resources as well as negative taxpayers regarding tax provisions have not been evenly distributed. While the factors that influence taxpayer compliance are legal substance factors, legal structure factors, legal cultural factors and tax socialization factors.

Good employee performance will be achieved if you pay attention to what factors can influence it. The case that occurred at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Kuningan was that employees complained about work facilities and the compensation system. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. With two data sources, namely primary data sources consisting of leaders and all employees at Bank BJB Syariah KCP. Brass and secondary data sources consisting of documents both in writing and photos at Bank BJB Syariah KCP. Brass. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The research instrument is the researcher himself as the main instrument in the research, observation guide and interview guide. The results showed that the facilities provided by Bank BJB KCP. Kuningan is inadequate, the internet network is often disturbed, the lack of operational vehicles, the parking area is not large enough, thus disrupting employee performance. As for compensation, the institution has given it fairly and fairly well in accordance with existing regulations. Both of these things certainly have an impact on employee performance, so that it can be said that the failure of the BJB Syariah Bank, Kuningan Sub-Branch Office, has not been able to meet the needs to improve employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of Oesapa Beach attractions in Kupang City. This type of research is qualitative research using qualitative descriptive research methods. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through observation and interviews; and secondary data sources come from records, interview results and documents from relevant agencies in the study. The results of the study show that the factors that support the development of Oesapa Beach attractions are: (1) Tourist attraction, is anything that has a unique, easy, and value in the form of natural diversity, culture, and man-made results that are targeted or tourist visits; (2) Visitors, are someone who visits a tourist area with the aim of having fun and spending less time, energy and money in less than 24 hours. While the inhibiting factors for the development of Oesapa Beach attractions are: (1) Accessibility, is the degree of ease achieved by a person towards an object, service or environment; (2) Promotion is an effort to offer products or services with the aim of attracting consumers to buy or consume them; (3) Human Resources (HR), namely the workforce involved in tourism is still inadequate and professional; and (4) Funds, is one of the benchmarks for the progress of the development of sustainable tourism objects. Oesapa Beach has a tourist attraction in the form of beautiful and natural scenery, lopo-lopo lined on the beach, and lined with cafes with colorful tents and unique and different cafe designs. In addition to the tourist attraction, visitors who are increasingly busy visiting this tourist attraction become a supporting factor for tourism objects can be developed. Employees are one of the elements of the apparatus that institutionally becomes part of government management to carry out the main tasks and functions in government, development, and community service. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance at the Bulupoddo District Office in Sinjai Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results of the interviews were obtained from primary data sources referred to as informants, while the main informants, namely the Bulupoddo Sub-District Head while supporting/ordinary informants, namely the staff of the general subdivision and staffing and the people of the Bulupoddo sub-district. The results showed that the effectiveness of employee performance at the Bulupoddo District Office in Sinjai Regency if seen as a whole was effective. This can be seen from the quantity of work, quality of work, knowledge of work, cooperation, determination in work, and initiative.

  Organizational culture and leadership are part of human resources which are one of the capital and have a very important role for the success of a company or organization because good human resource management is the key to the successful achievement of the company's goals. The success of an organization in achieving its goals in addition to requiring a good organizational culture, also depends on the implementation of the leadership style. A strong leadership style in the organization is used to direct all available resources in achieving goals and optimizing success in a company. This study aims to determine to test and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at RTTL.EP. The aspects studied are the employee's work culture, the leadership style of a leader, and the impact of the process of the two variables which will result in employee job performance. The phenomenon in this research is explored with quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are by distributing research questionnaires, interviews, and collecting secondary data. The sample taken was 180 samples of RTTL.EP employees.  The results of this study are expected to be used as a work evaluation to improve organizational culture, leadership, and performance, this research can be used as a direction in improving employee performance at RTTL.EP so that it is always in line with the Vision and Mission of RTTL.EP, which is to provide quality programs to the audience.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of leadership style on the performance of PT Jaya Inter Supra employees. The research method used is a quantitative method with the use of primary and secondary data, which researchers collect from distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The population and sample are all employees of PT Jaya Inter Supra, as many as 70 respondents. The results showed leadership style has a strong relationship with employee performance by obtaining a correlation coefficient r = 0.646, and the contribution of leadership style influence on employee performance with a coefficient of determination r2 of 41.73% while the remaining 48.27 is influenced by other factors outside research conducted. Significance test results obtained from the results of tcount> ttable is 6.972> 3.448 so it can be concluded that the leadership style (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y.) Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pekerja PT Jaya Inter Supra. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode kuantitatif, sedangkan yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT Jaya Inter Supra yang berjumlah 70 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpina mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat dalam meningkatkan kinerja pekerja dengan diperoleh koefisien korelasi r= 0,646. Hal ini mengacu pada tabel 4.16 bahwa nilai korelasi antara (0,60-0,799) dinyatakan kuat. Sedangkan kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pekerja dengan nilai koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 41,73% sedangkan sisanya (100% - 41,73%) = 58,27 dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil uji signifikan didapat dari hasil > yaitu 6,972 > 3,448 yang artinya bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, Artinya gaya kepemimpinan (X) mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja (Y).

This study aims to find out, describe and analyze the democratic leadership of the Principal in improving achievement at the Palangka Raya Model State Madrasah (MAN). The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher wanted to describe the Principal's democratic leadership in improving achievement at the Palangka Raya Model State Islamic Senior High School (MAN). Primary data sources (person) are the Principal, Teachers (Teachers) and Students of MAN Model Palangka Raya. Whereas secondary data sources are the data in the Palangka Raya Model MAN and supporting literature. The results of the study show that the Principal's leadership in improving achievement in the Palangka Raya Model MAN is very democratic, this condition can be seen from: (1) Principals are happy to receive suggestions, opinions and even criticism from subordinates both delivered by students and teachers through suggestion boxes and in the teacher council meeting, (2) the Principal always strives to prioritize teamwork cooperation in an effort to achieve the goal by appointing the instructor teacher, trainer teacher and mentor teacher and conducting deliberation in planning, implementing and evaluating activities, (3) the Principal always tries to make subordinates more success than him, which is realized by including teachers in seminars, workshops, training and competitions so that they get achievements both locally and nationally, and (4) Principals always try to develop their personal capacity as good leaders in conceptual skills, human skill and technical skill.
