       This study aims to discuss the application of Location Quotient (LQ) method in identifying superior commodities of livestock sector of each sub-district in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method, the data collected in this research is secondary data, this research will identify and analyze superior commodity sector or livestock base. Data analysis using Location Quotient method. The results showed that the livestock population is said to be superior or base if it meets the criteria of basic commodities. Leading commodities of the livestock sector in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency cover buffalo cattle and ducks in Paminggir District

This research  is to find the correlation between need to belong and fear of missing out in college instagram user in Bandung city. Quantitative research method used in this research with participant of 324 college student in Bandung city. The instrument in this research was using need to belong and fear of missing out scale made by Wibowo and Santika that adapted from the aspects of need to belong and fear of missing out by Baumeister and Leary for the need to belong scale, and Pryzblzski, Murayama, DeHaan, and Gladwell for measuring fear of missing out. This research made data analysis simple correlation. Result showed that there is positive correlation between need to belong and fear of missing out with adjustment of 0.327.

This study to purposed to examine the effect of attractive, trustworthiness, expertise by the celebrity endorser on social media instagram simultaneously, partial and dominant towards consumers’ purchase interest.The variable that used in this study consists of independent variables, those are atteractive (X1), trustworthinees (X2), and expertise (X3) also dependent variable, purchase interest (Y). This study is using quantitative research method counted 119 consuners and using nonpropability sampling. Interview, questionnaire, and observation are using to collect the data. The data analysis using multiple linear technique.Based on the result of the research, test F (simultaneous) and test t (partial) showed that atteractive variable, trustworthiness, and expertise simultaneously and partial significantly influent the consumers’ purchase interest, the biggest standardised coefficients beta is atteractive, so that we can conclude that the most influent variable is atterctive variable (X1). For all online businesses, especially instagram, it is better to pay attention in chosing the celebrity that worthy to be tha endorser so that we can get the terustworthiness and antention from the consumers and to influence the consumers’ perception to do a pruchase.

Purpose of this study is to describe the potential of economic base of livestock commodities in Kediri-East Java- Indonesia. The research was conducted from March 2017 by using exploratory method, referring to secondary data in Statistic Centers publication of Kediri Regency. Location Quotient Analysis (LQ) data analysis was usedto determine the economic base of livestock sector in Kediri Re-gency. The results of the research are identified as follows: 1) Sub-district Base of beef cattle live-stock that is located in Mojo, Semen, Ngadiluwih, Ngancar, Plosoklaten, Gurah, Kunjang, Plemahan, Purwoasri, Papar, Pagu, KayenKidul, Gampengrejo, Ngasem, Banyakan, Grogol , and Tarokan. 2) Districts of dairy cattle commodity base include Ngancar, Plosoklaten, Kandangan, KayenKidul, and Gampengrejo. 3) Subdistrict base of buffalo cattle commodity include Mojo, and Ngadiluwih, Ke-pung, Kandangan, Badas, Kunjang, Gampeng, Ngasem, and Grogol. 4) The sub-districts of horse livestock commodities include Mojo, Semen, Kandangan, Kunjang, Plemahan, Gampengrejo, Ban-yakan, Grogol, and Tarokan. 5) Sub-district of pigs commodity base include Wates, Ngancar, Gamp-engrejo, and Banyakan sub-districts. 6) The districts of goats / sheep bases include Mojo, Semen, Kras, Ngancar, Plosoklaten, Gurah, Kepung, Kandangan, Kunjang, Plemahan, Purwoasri, Papar, Pa-gu, Kayenkidul, Gampengrejo, Ngasem, Banyakan, Grogol, and Tarokan. 7) The sub-districts of the commodities of chicken breeds include Mojo, Semen, Ngadiluwih, Kras, Gurah, Kepung, Kandangan, Kunjang, Plemahan, Purwoasri, Papar, Pagu, KayenKidul, Gampengrejo, Ngasem, Banyakan, Grogol, and Tarokan. 8) Sub-districts of commodities of chicken breeds include Kras, Ringinrejo, Kandat, Wates, Plosoklaten, Puncu, Pare, and Badassubdistricts. 9) The districts of livestock com-modity base include Mojo, Semen, Ngadiluwih, Kandat, Ngancar, Kandangan, Badas, Plemahan, Pa-gu, Gampengrejo, Ngasem, Banyakan, Grogol and Tarokansubdistricts. 10) Rabbit livestock com-modity base covers the sub-districts of Semen, Kras, Ngancar, Plosoklaten, Gurah, Kepung, Kan-dangan, Gampengrejo, Ngasem, Banyakan and Grogol.

This study aims to examine the significance of the effect of remuneration on employee performance with workload and discipline as an intervening variable for non permanent civil servants in UB's head office. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. The sample in this research is non civil servant education staff in UB head office with a total of 200 respondents. Data analysis used is path analysis. The results showed the variable remuneration (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the workload variable (X2). The remuneration variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the discipline variable (X3). The remuneration variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable (Y1). The workload variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable (Y1). Discipline variable (X3) have positive and significant effect to performance variable (Y1).

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of tax evasion among tax payers of payers Robe town administration. To attain the intended objective the study used quantitative research method and logit method for the econometrics model. And to collect the necessary data from the respective respondents questionnaire was distributed and collected from 346 respondents. For the data analysis SPSS version 20.0 was used. The finding of this study revealed that; tax knowledge, efficiency of tax authority, equity, and tax audit are found to be significant factors that could affect the tax evasion perception of tax payers.

The influence of foreign investors on the financial sector in Indonesia is still very large. Therefore it is necessary to know the factors that affect the amount of Foreign Portfolio Investment in Indonesia. The aim of this study is to know the effect of the rupiah-usd exchange rate and GDP on Foreign Portfolio Investment in Indonesia in 2007Q1-2020Q4? The research method used is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data with documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Vectorautoregression (VAR) method with Eviews 9. The results of data analysis for the GDP variable (X1) only have a 0.4% effect on the fluctuation of Foreign Portfolio Investment (Y) in Indonesia and X1 does not have a Granger causality with Y.While the Rp-USD exchange rate (X2) has an effect of 7.78% on Fluctuations in Foreign Portfolio Investment (Y) and X1 have Granger causality with Y. And 91.8% of the variables that affect the fluctuation of Foreign Portfolio Investment are Foreign Portfolio Investment itself or other random variables. The conclusion of the study, GDP (X1) has an insignificant effect of 0.4% on Foreign Portfolio Investment in Indonesia (Y). The Rp-USD exchange rate (X2) has an effect of 7.78% on Foreign Portfolio Investment in Indonesia (Y).

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of teachers competence and organizational climate on teacher of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau. This research used quantitative research method. Based on the result of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that 1) There was an influence of teachers’ competence on teachers of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau it can be seen from the value of t= 6.608 greater than the value of t table (1.991) with a significant level of sig = 0.05, 2)There was an influence of the organizational climate on teacher of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau it can be seen from the value of t = 4.197 is greater than the value of t table (1.991) with a significant level sig = 0.005, 3) There was an influence of teacher competence and organizational climate on Teacher of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau. It can be seen from the value of F count obtained 11.901 > F table = 2.33 and significant level simultaneously sig F was 0.000. From this result it can be concluded that there was significant influence of teachers competence and organizational climate on teachers of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau. The success of a hospital is strongly influenced by its human resources, nurses are the largest human resources in the hospital, therefore nurses are the spearhead of the hospital in the process of health services but sometimes nurses also experience stress in working, especially inpatient nurses. This study aims to influence the leadership of the head of the room, workload and culture of the organization to the work stress of inpatient room nurses hospital or space hospital. This study uses quantitative research method using causality survey approach. This suggests that workload needs to be improved on indicators measured against work stress, while for leadership and culture the organization needs to be maintained or leveled so as to lower the work stress of inpatient nurses. Based on data analysis and discussion of the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of leadership, workload and organizational culture directly or simultaneously affect the work stress of rsau inpatient room nurses dr. Esnawan Antariksa, which means that the better the leadership, workload and culture of the organization, the lower the work stress.

This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to determine how the influence of a sukuk instrument issuance on market reactions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2015. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. Quantitative research contains a relationship between cause and effect. The type of data used is secondary data, data collection used by the author is to know the relationship between two or more variables. The object to be examined in this study is the total value and rating of the issuance of Islamic bonds (sukuk) companies as independent variables and cumulative abnormal return shares of companies that issue Islamic bonds (sukuk) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. The results of this study indicate the value of sukuk bond issuance and sukuk bond issuance ratings jointly affect stock returns. The value of issuing sukuk bonds partially affects stock returns and the rating of bond issuance has an effect on return.
