Stress is an adaptive response to a situation that is perceived to challenge or threaten a person's health. Work stress in nurses is one of the problems in the management of human resources at the hospital. This study aims to determine the relationship between job stress with job burnout in nurses Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Deli Serdang Lubukpakam. The method used in this study using a type of analytical research with cross sectional design. Gamma test results between job stress with job burnout in nurses obtained significant values ​​(p) obtained was 0,016. To view the results of significant statistical calculations used the limit of significance α = 0.05. Based on the above values ​​indicate significant p value <0.05 which means that the hypothesis there is a relationship between job stress and fatigue in nurses working at the General Hospital (Hospital) Deli Serdang Lubukpakam accepted. There was a significant relationship between work stress fatigue. The need for provision of extension or improvement of knowledge about the factors that can lead to work stress, work fatigue and how to treat the condition.

Abstract: Basically, productivity is influenced by three factors namely workload, work capacity, and additional burden due to work environment. Workload is usually associated with physical, mental, and social burdens. General Hospital Bethesda GMIM Tomohon provides services to patients with 123 nurses divided into several rooms. This study was aimed to determine the relationship between workload and work fatigue and work productivity of nurses in the Inpatient Room of the General Hospital Bethesda GMIM Tomohon. This was an observational analytical study using a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used Slovin formula and obtained 56 nurses as respondents. Data were analyzed by using the chi square test. The results showed that the relationship between workload and work productivity obtained a p-value of 0.001 (α=0.05), meanwhile the relationship between work fatigue and work productivity had a p-value of 0.001 (α=0.05). Health Associated Infections (HAIs) are infections that occur in hospitals. One of the infections that occurs is bloodstream infections. This infection often occurs in patients who are infusions to prevent infection, nurses must use aseptic-aseptic techniques. Nurses' knowledge about HAIs is one of the things that can influence a person to apply sterile principles in order to prevent infection. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge about Health Associated Infections (HAIs) and the application of the sterile principle of infusion at the H. Sahudin Kutacane Regional General Hospital, Southeast Aceh Regency. The type of research used is descriptive correlation with cross sectional design. The sample of this research is the implementing nurse at the Regional General Hospital H. Sahudin Kutacane, Southeast Aceh Regency as many as 33 nurses. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The results of the study obtained that the majority of nurses' knowledge was sufficient, the application of the sterile principle was good. Chi-square statistical test obtained p value = 0.016, this shows that there is a relationship between nurses' knowledge about Health Associated Infections (HAIs) with the application of sterile principles of infusion at the H. Sahudin Kutacane Regional General Hospital, Southeast Aceh Regency. Suggestions for nurses to pay more attention to septic-aseptic techniques when performing infusions.

A profession as a teacher of schools of disabled children (SLB) is one of the jobs that can cause work stress. Teachers at SLB need more patience, attention, and special skills than teachers in ordinary schools. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mental workload and work stress on SLB teachers in Jombang. This study was an analytical observational study with a cross sectional design. The samples in this study were three out of nine SLBs in Jombang that were chosen through random sampling. The data collection was done by using a questionnaire filled by 33 respondents. The questionnaire included the Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT) questionnaire to measure mental workload, and The National Union of Teacher (NUT) Stress Survey to measure work stress on SLB teachers in Jombang. The results showed that there was a strong relationship between mental workload and work stress (p-value = 0.049 and r = 0.360). In conclusion, most SLB teachers in Jombang are female and are in the age group of young adults. The Background Education of SLB teachers mostly comes from non-Special Education (PLB) department and the majority of them were new and had been teaching for years. According to the result of this study, the mental workload of SLB teachers in Jombang was at a moderate level, and their work stress was in the low category. Mental workload is one of the factors that can cause work stress on SLB teachers in Jombang.Keywords: mental workload, SLB teachers, work stress

Intelligence is the ability to apply the knowledge and experiences that have been gained into the effort tasks are challenging and flexible book. Behaviour is an action that involves aspects of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor. Goal: This study aims to determine the relationship between the behavior of student nurses intelligence level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Method: This study uses correlation with cross sectional design. The study population was all students / i Ners Level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan as 65. The samples used were 65 respondents, the sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling. The instrument of this study using questionnaire and observation sheets by using product moment test person. Result: Intelligence students as many as 30 people (46.2%) classified as having an average level of intelligence. A total of 32 people (49.2%) classified as well-behaved students. Person product moment test results obtained p value = 0.172 where a significant level of p> 0.05 so that this value proves that the absence of a relationship between the behavior of student nurses intelligence level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Conclusion: Recommended for institutions, motivating students in balancing the behavior and intelligence.

Based on the research by the Sexuality and Gender Study Center of University of Indonesia, the rate of early marriage in Indonesia is the second highest in Southeast Asian in which 2 million out of 7.3 million women below 15 years old are married and drop out from school. Early marriage hinders them from going to school, causes pregnancy and birth complication, impedes the achievement of KB (Family Planning) Program and increases divorce rate. Goals : The objective of the research was to discover the correlation of value of virginity, knowledge and trust with early marriage at Dusun I Desa Baru. Methods: This is an observational analytical research with cross sectional design. It was done at Dusun I Desa Baru, Pancur Batu Subdistrict from November, 2017 until February, 2018. The population covered the teenagers below 20 years old which was all taken as the research samples i.e. 139 people. The dependent variable was early marriage, while the independent variables were parent income, trust, knowledge and value of virginity. The data were collected through questionnaires. Multiple logistic regression testing was employed to analyze the data. Result : The research results demonstrated that the variable with the most dominant influence was parent income at p-value = 0.006 (p<0.05) and Exp. β value = 3.675, followed by the variable of trust at p-value = 0.027 (p<0.05) and Exp. β value = 2.368, the variable of knowledge at p-value = 0.003 (p<0.05) and Exp. β value 6.064, and the variable of virginity at p-value = 0.003 (p<0.05) and Exp. Β value = 6.064. Based on these results, it was concluded that f(y) was 97%. It indicated that the probability of the variables of parent income, trust, knowledge and virginity influenced early marriage of 97.7%. Conclusion: It is recommended that the local government cooperate with local Puskesmas, Religious Figures, and Parents to conduct counseling to improve people’s knowledge of the ideal age to get married, so that they can prevent from possible problems due to early marriage and provide their children parent income at early age the importance of protecting their virginity until they get married.

Abstract: Breast milk is the best food for babies, especially in the first month of life. Breast milk contains all nutrients to build and provide the energy needed by the baby. The low rate of breastfeeding is a threat to child development. Several factors related to the success of exclusive breastfeeding are the level of knowledge of the mother and husband's support. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers and husband's support  towards the success of exclusive breastfeeding in Lubuk Kilangan Puskesmas in 2017. This study was analytical with a cross sectional design. The population in this study amounted to 153 respondents. A sample of 31 respondents obtained by simple ramdom sampling. Data were analyzed bivariate. The statistical test results obtained p-value = 0,000. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the knowledge of mothers about exclusive breastfeeding and husband's support for the success of exclusive breastfeeding.

Musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs) is a disorder in workers. This work-related disease has a high prevalence globally. MSDs occurs in work environment that exposes workers to non-ergonomic posture. The disorder triggers fatigue and indirectly adds to the workload among workers. This study aims to analyze the relationship between work tenure, sex and work attitudes with musculoskeletal complaints in general refueling station operators in Kupang City. The research was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The research were conducted at 15 General Refueling Stations in Kupang from October to November 2019. A sample of 69 people were selected from the population of 222 operators. Data were analyzed by using chi-square (X2) with p-value = 0,05. The results showed that there was a relationship between musculoskeletal complaints and length of work (ρ-value= 0,004), gender (ρ-value 0,007) and work attitude (ρ-value= 0,001).

Asphyxia Neonatorum is a failure to start and continue breathing spontaneously and regularly when a new baby is born or some time after birth. Babies may be born in asphyxia or may be able to breathe but then experience asphyxia some time after birth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parity and old parturition with the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum in the pre-Sumatran city general hospital in 2019. This study uses an Analytical Survey using a Cross Sectional approach. The population of this research is the babies born in the prehumulih city general hospital in 2019 amounted to 1763 people. The number of samples in this study were 326 respondents. In the univariate analysis it was found that from 326 respondents it was found that parity of high risk mothers was 168 respondents (51.5%) while parity of low risk mothers was 158 respondents (48.5%) and mothers who were diagnosed with prolonged labor were 149 respondents (45.7 %) while mothers who were not diagnosed with prolonged labor were 177 respondents (54.3%). Bivariate analysis shows parity has a significant relationship with the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum (p value 0,000) and old parturition has a significant relationship with the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum (p value 0,000). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between parity and old parturition with the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum.
