Research questions were answered using simple percentage, mean score and standard deviation while the hypothesis was analysed using t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe posthoc test at 0.05 level of significant. The study shows that job satisfaction and teachers’ qualifications determines job mobility in primary schools in Oyo State. The researchers recommended that government and other school owners should encourage teachers on the job by giving them necessary remuneration and teachers should be encouraged to update themselves to acquire higher qualifications so that they can be fixed to relevant position.
