The author’s aim is to study the creation and reformation of the Soviet system of healthcare in the Eastern Siberia in the 1920s. The study begins with the development of Siberia from the administration of Admiral A. V. Kolchak when the Soviet government began to form its own system of region management. The Soviet medical leadership was intended to create a unified healthcare system which involved the unification of all medical organizations subordinated to various departments. Military actions did not allow to merge military and civil medical institutions

The purpose of the article: is to determine the peculiarities of the formation of family policy of the Soviet government and the co-existence of private and public in the household of Ukrainian families during the existence of the Soviet system. Research methods: comparative method, method of analogy, analysis and synthesis method, method induction and deduction were used in the course of the research. The results of the research. A comparative analysis of the peculiarities of the existence of Soviet families at different stages of the Soviet period was conducted. The parallels were drawn between the traditional Ukrainian family in the pre-revolutionary period and family innovations in the Soviet period. Practical implication. A generalized description of the position of the Ukrainians as a common element of the Soviet people under the Soviet system is provided. Value/Originality. The role of statistics alongside memories for a better reflection of the daily life of the Ukrainian Soviet family under the conditions of double standards of Soviet society is shown for the first time.

In the 1920s, the strong consolidation of the Soviet system of power led to significant changes in the system of traditional economy of the Kazakh people. In 1928, a campaign to confiscate rich and middle-class groups of Kazakhs, and a policy to destroy native families of Kazakh origin, developed into mass discontent with the Soviet government. Thus began the causes of 372 revolts against collectivization. The article describes the political changes that occurred in the Kazakh steppe in the 20-30s of the XX century. Especially in those years, the tragic fate of the Kazakh people, who opposed the policy of collectivization against the Soviet government, was described. Opposition to the Soviet authorities varied significantly in each region of Kazakhstan. Opposition to corporate policy has two aspects, as stated in the article. The first was the process of moving residents of the border district to another country, the second was the uprising against local authorities and law enforcement agencies. The study includes a historiographical overview of the problem and recent collections of sources

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) are the most common mesenchymal tumors of the digestive tract (1%). These tumors express the CD 117 in 95% of cases. The stomach is the preferential localization (70%). Diagnosis is difficult and sometimes late. Progress of imaging has greatly improved the management and the prognosis. Computed tomography (CT) is the gold standard for diagnosis, staging, and treatment follow-up. The increasing recognition of GIST’s histopathology and the prolonged survival revealed some suggestive imaging aspects. Key words: gastro-intestinal stromal tumors; computed tomography; diagnosis
