Background: In emergency care, the most important thing to note is the speed of nurses in responding or acting on the first patient who enters the emergency room. This speed is often referred to as response time. Nurse response time is always a measure of the service quality of a hospital or health center. Response times depend on the speed available as well as the quality of assistance to save lives/prevent disability. Objectives: The study aimed to determine the factors related to the response time of nurses in the handling of emergency patients at Lagaligo I Hospital, East Luwu. Methods: Carrying out the research is from June to August 2020. Analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The research subjects were 24 nurses. measuring tools, namely questionnaires. analysis used bivariate analysis used the Chi-Square Test. Results: This shows that there is a relationship between education and response time with a value of p-value = .013, knowledge and response time with a value of p-value = .001, the length of work and response time with a value of p-value = .000, and training and response time with p-value = .006. Conclusion: The education level of health workers is getting higher. Of course, knowledge and experience also increase, on average they are in their work longer so they are more productive and nurses have attended several pieces of training to improve their competencies.

Background: Hospital Minimum Service Standards (SPM) are provisions for hospitals issued by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in the context of government efforts to ensure the quality of hospital services. This Minimum Service Standard can be used as a guideline for the quality of service for every hospital in Indonesia. The Minimum Service Standard (SPM) is a quality guideline issued by the Minister of Health regarding the minimum service that must be provided by the hospital, where each hospital is required to assess and provide services in accordance with the Minimum Service Standards (SPM). Objectives: A study to analyze the implementation of minimum service standards in the Emergency Department (IGD) Regional General Hospital (RSUD) I Lagaligo, East Luwu. Methods: The research used in this research is descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional approach, in which all observed variables are measured simultaneously when the research is taking place. This research was conducted in the Emergency Room Installation Room (IGD) Regional General Hospital (RSUD) I Lagaligo East Luwu. Sample selection with total sampling technique. The research subjects were 33 respondents in the IGD Lagaligo Wotu East Luwu Regional Hospital. Results: Infrastructure and human resources with minimum service standards. The results showed that the results of the bivariate analysis used the Chi-Square Test. It shows that there is a relationship between infrastructure and minimum service standards with a value of p = 0.008, there is a relationship between human resources and minimum service standards with a value of p = 0.000. Conclusion: There are infrastructure facilities that can be used directly by health workers for the benefit of patients in the form of tools, materials, comfortable rooms and others. The human resources in the emergency department of Lagaligo Wotu Hospital are of good quality.

Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi terpenuhinya cakupan K4, diantaranya kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pemeriksaan kehamilan serta kualitas tenaga kesehatan. Berdasarkan data dari Ikatan Bidan Indonesia cabang Kabupaten Tegal, bahwa jumlah bidan yang telah mempunyai izin praktik di wilayah Kabupaten Tegal adalah 513 bidan, sedangkan yang sudah bersertifikat sebagai bidan delima sebanyak 105  orang bidan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan status bidan praktek swasta dengan pelayanan antenatal care di wilayah puskesmas Bumijawa Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian adalah survei analitik, desain penelitian yang digunakan observasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini bidan yang membuka praktik mandiri di wilayah Puskesmas Bumijawa sejumlah 24 bidan. Teknik sampelnya menggunakan metode total sample yaitu 24 responden. Karakteristik bidan yang bekerja di wilayah Kecamatan Bumijawa Kabupaten Tegal bahwa rata-rata umur responden 36,29 tahun, sebagian besar responden berpendidikan D-III (91,7%), sebagian besar lama mengabdi responden 5-10 tahun (54,2%). Status bidan sebagian besar dengan status bidan praktek swasta bukan delima (58,3%). Pelayanan Antenatal Care sebagian besar bermutu (58,3%). Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara status bidan praktek swasta dengan pelayanan antenatal care di wilayah kecamatan Bumijawa Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2016 (X2 hitung 5,531 dan p value=0,024). Hal ini berarti bahwa bidan dengan status bidan delima lebih profesional dalam pelayanan ANC dibandingkan dengan bidan praktek swasta yang bukan delima, dengan menjadi bidan delima secara tidak langsung fasilitas pelayanan akan tersedia, sehingga akan meningkatkan  mutu pelayanan.Diharapkan bidan praktek swasta yang belum delima agar dapat mengikuti program bidan delima, sehingga dalam melakukan pelayanan ANC sesuai dengan standar pelayanan, serta dengan memasang famplet acuan pelayanan ANC sesuai dengan petunjuk dari Departemen Kesehatan.Kata Kunci  : Status bidan, antenatal care  ABSTRACTMany factors affect the fulfillment of K4 coverage, including public awareness about the importance of prenatal care and the quality of health workers. Antenatal Care qualified majority (58.3%). There was a significant correlation between the status of private midwives with antenatal care in districts of Bumijawa Tegal 2016 (X2 count 5.531 and p value=0.019). This means that the midwife with midwife status pomegranate professionals in ANC compared with private midwife is not a pomegranate, with a midwife indirectly pomegranate service facilities will be available, so that will increase the quality of care.Expected private midwives who have to follow our pomegranate midwife program, so that in conducting ANC in accordance with service standards, and by installing a reference pamphlet ANC in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health.Keywords   : Status midwife, antenatal care

Background In Indonesia, the quality of ANC services is still low, seen from the coverage of ANC which is still below the national target where data on the coverage of pregnant women (K4) visits in Indonesia in 2015 was 87.48%, which means it has not reached the target of the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Health in 2015, namely by 95%. Of the 34 provinces in Indonesia, only 3 provinces have achieved this target, namely the Riau Archipelago, DKI Jakarta, and West Java.The Purpose To know the relationship between the quality of antenatal care (ANC) services to the level of satisfaction of pregnant women in the obstetrics polyThe research design method uses an analytical survey research with a cross-sectional approach, the number of samples is 83. The research instrument uses a questionnaire, bivariate analysis uses the Chi Square test.Results Based on data from 83 pregnant women who were dissatisfied with ANC services as many as 15 people (18.1%), based on Tangibles less good and dissatisfied 16 (19.3%), Empathy 16 (19.3%)The conclusion is that there is a relationship between satisfaction with Tangibles (P-value = 0.000 OR 140.80), Reliability (P-value = 0.000 OR 86.66), Responsiviness (P-value = 0.000 OR 303.3), Assurance (P-value = 0.000 OR 140.8) and Empathy (P-value=0.000 OR 140.8)Suggestions It is hoped that health workers will improve counseling for pregnant women to conduct regular ANC visits. Keywords: Quality of service, ANC, level of satisfaction ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Di Indonesia, kualitas pelayanan ANC masih rendah dilihat dari cakupan ANC yang masih dibawah target nasional dimana data cakupan kunjungan ibu hamil (K4) di Indonesia pada tahun 2015 sebesar 87,48% yang berarti belum mencapai target Renstra Kementerian Kesehatan pada tahun 2015 yaitu sebesar 95%. Hasil Berdasarkan data 83 ibu hamil yang tidak puas terhadap pelayanan ANC sebanyak 15 orang (18,1%), berdasarkan Tangibles kurang baik dan tidak puas 16(19,3%), Emphaty 16 (19,3%) Kesimpulan adanya hubungan kepuasan dengan Tangibles (P-value=0,000 OR 140,80), Reliability (P-value=0,000 OR 86,66), Responsiviness (P-value=0,000 OR 303,3), Assurance (P-value=0,000 OR 140,8)dan Emphaty (P-value=0,000 OR 140,8)Saran Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan supaya meningkatkan konseling terhadap ibu hamil untuk melakukan kunjungan ANC secara teratur. Kata Kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, ANC, tingkat kepuasan

The response time or emergency response time is a combination of the response time when the patient arrives at the hospital door until he gets a response from the Emergency Room staff with the service time needed to finish the 5 minute emergency handling process, this study aims to determine the factors Related to the Response Time of Nurses in Suspected Covid 19 Patients in the Emergency Room at the Hermina Jatinegara Hospital. This study used a descriptive research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all nurses who served in the emergency room of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital, amounting to 30 people, the sample was taken using a total sampling technique with a total sample of 30 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis in the form of chi-square test. Obtained univariate analysis showed that the level of emergency patients in the Emergency Room was more dominated by yellow category emergency patients, namely as many as 13 patients (43.3%), most of the emergency room nurses had the skills of skilled category nurses, namely 19 nurses (63.3%), Generally, the workload of IGD nurses in the light category was 20 nurses (66.7%), and the emergency response time was dominated by nurses whose response time category was good for patients with suspected Covid 19, namely 21 nurses (70.0%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between the skills of nurses and the response time of nurses in suspected Covid 19 patients (p value = 0.042), there was a relationship between workload and nurse response time in patients with suspected Covid 19 (p value = 0.030), and there was a relationship between level of emergency with nurse response time in patients with suspected Covid 19 (p value = 0.028). It is hoped that students before carrying out their practice in the emergency room of the hospital can first take part in the BTCLS training so that they can be more skilled in performing emergency care so that the response time of nurses can be better

AbstrakKeselamatan pasien merupakan dasar dari pelayanan kesehatan yang baik. Pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan dalam sasaran keselamatan pasien terdiri dari ketepatan identifikasi pasien, peningkatan komunikasi yang efektif, peningkatan keamanan obat yang perlu diwaspadai, kepastian tepat lokasi, prosedur, dan tepat pasien operasi, pengurangan risiko infeksi, pengurangan risiko pasien jatuh. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien pada petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Kedaung Wetan Kota Tangerang. Metode Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar kuesioner. Teknik analisa diatas menggunakan analisa Univariat dan Bivariat. Hasil Penelitian ada Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Penerapan Keselamatan Pasien pada Petugas Kesehatan, dengan hasil, p value sebesar 0,013 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Penerapa Keselamatan Pasien pada Petugas Kesehatan. Kesimpulan penelitian ada Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Penerapan Keselamatan Pasien.. AbstrackPatient safety is the basis of good health services. Knowledge of health personnel in patient safety targets consists of accurate patient identification, increased effective communication, increased safety of the drug that needs to be watched, certainty in the right location, procedure, and precise patient surgery, reduction in risk of infection, reduction in risk of falling patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and the application of patient safety to health workers in the Kedaung Wetan Health Center, Tangerang City. The research method uses descriptive correlation using cross sectional approach. The population is 50 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. The analysis technique above uses Univariate and Bivariate analysis. The results of the study there is a Relationship of Knowledge with the Implementation of Patient Safety in Health Officers, with the result, p value of 0.013 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a Relationship between Knowledge and Patient Safety Implementation in Health Officers. Complementary feeding of breastmilk to infants aged less than 6 months can cause health problems such as constipation, diarrhea and allergies. It will have an impact on the nutritional status of the infant. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation and mother occupation with complementary feeding of breastmilk to infants under the age of 6 months in Naga Beralih village the work area of Community Health centre Kampar Utara in 2020. This type of research was analytic with cross sectional design. The population of this research was mothers who have infants aged 0-6 months in Naga Beralih village, the working area of Community Health centre Kampar Utara, totaling 41 people. Data collection tools in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square. The results showed that most of the respondents have high motivation in giving complementary breastfeeding, most of the respondents work, most of the respondents give complementary foods to infant under the age of 6 months. There was a relationship of motivation with complementary feeding with p value of 0.001. There was a work relationship with the provision of complementary feeding under the age of 6 months in Naga Beralih village the work area of Community Health centre Kampar Utara in 2020 with a p value of 0.002. For health workers, in order to increase education about the importance of complementary breastfeeding by forming classes for infants and toddlers to provide information and demonstrations, especially regarding the amount of complementary breastfeeding, types of food and timing of complementary feeding.

Community satisfaction measurements are intended to determine the level of community satisfaction with the services provided and provide an opportunity for the community to assess the services that have been received.The design of this study is quantitative with a Cross-Sectional approach. The study was conducted by involving 59 respondents taken by accidental sampling. The study was conducted in April until May 2019 at Wonosari Health Center, Bondowoso Regency. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire, then bivariate analysis was performed with Spearman Rank Analysis, with a significance of p = 0.05. The results of the Spearman Rank statistical test with significance levels p <0.05. Obtained p-value 0,000 which means There is a Relationship between the Quality of Inpatient Services and the Wonosari Community Health Center Community Satisfaction Index with a correlation coefficient of 0.714. The quality of inpatient care results in an index of community satisfaction when receiving health services provided. The quality of this service can ultimately provide several benefits, including the establishment of harmonious relationships between service providers and customers, providing a good basis for creating customer loyalty and building a favorable recommendation for these service providers.

In the elderly, environmental stress and decreased cognitive function often cause depression. Depression that is not treated properly can cause an increase in the use of health facilities, a negative influence on the quality of life elderly, and can even cause death. Purpose of this research to know the relationship of cognitive function disorders with depression in the elderly at Posyandu Lansia Ikur Koto working area of the Puskesmas Ikur Koto, Padang. This type of research is correlative analytic with cross-sectional approach. Research has been conducted at posyandu lansia Ikur Koto in February 2019. The samples in this research was elderly who were recorded at the posyandu lansia Ikur Koto there were 51 elderly. Data analysis univariate presented in the form of a frequency distribution table and bivariate analysis using the spearman test using the SPSS program. Result of the 51 respondents, the majority of age was 60-74 years old (70,6%), the highest sex were women (94,1%), the highest education was elementary school (56,9%) ), the most marital status was married (52,9%), the highest health status (58,8%) did not suffer chronic diseases and most medical history does not use drugs (98%),most (72,5%) did not experiencing depression, most (37,3%) had mild cognitive function disorders and there were relationship between cognitive function disorders and depression in the elderly with a value p=0,007<0,05 and r=-0,373. Conclusion is there were significant relationship between cognitive function disorders and depression in the elderly at Posyandu Lansia Ikur Koto working area of the Puskesmas Ikur Koto, Padang.

ABSTRACT Breast cancer is a malignancy in breast tissue that can originate from the ductal epithelium or lobule. Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in Indonesia. Specific causes of breast cancer are still unknown, but there are many factors that are thought to have an influence on the occurrence of breast cancer including: reproductive factors, hormone use, obesity, fat consumption, radiation, family history and genetic factors, mutation factors This research is a cross sectional study to determine the relationship of genetic history and obesity with the incidence of breast cancer at Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital in 2018. Collecting data from medical records. The population in this study were all women who were treated in Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital as many as 240 people with a sample of 45 people. This research has been carried out on 04 to 19 July 2018 which was held at RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling with a checklist sheet. Data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis in the form of tables and frequencies. The results of this study indicate that the results obtained from the genetic history of 45 people there were 23 (51.1%) people, the picture of obesity there were 25 (55.6%) people with obesity. Based on the results of the study obtained an overview of the incidence of breast cancer, from 45 people there were 24 (53.3%) people with breast cancer and 21 (46.7%) did not have breast cancer. There was a correlation between genetic history and breast cancer incidence in Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital in 2018 with a p value of 0,000. There is a relationship between obesity and the incidence of breast cancer in Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital in 2018 with a p-value of 0.002.  It is expected that health workers can provide input and information to in formulating a program policy to prevent breast cancer in women Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital.   Keywords      : Breast Cancer, genetic history, obesity Reading List : 21 (2005-2018)

Quality hospital services are always a hope for every user of health services and along with the development of science and technology, people are increasingly critical in assessing health services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of loyalty and response time on the quality of outpatient services and patient satisfaction in General Hospital dr. H. Moh. Anwar, Sumenep Regency. The design of this research is an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research directed at analyzing the effect of loyalty and response time on the quality of outpatient services and patient satisfaction in General Hospital dr. H. Moh. Anwar, Sumenep Regency. The total population is 271 respondents and a sample of 109 respondents is taken by the Accidental Sampling technique. The findings showed that most of the respondents had sufficient category loyalty as many as 56 respondents (51.4%). Most of the respondents rated the response time in the medium category as many as 56 respondents (51.4%). Most of the respondents have a moderate category of service quality as many as 55 respondents (50.5%). Most respondentssatisfied as many as 65 respondents (59.6%). Based on the results of the Linear Regression analysis of the service quality variable on utilization, it shows that the p-value <0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of loyalty and response time on the quality of outpatient services and patient satisfaction in General Hospital dr. H. Moh. Anwar, Sumenep Regency. It is expected that respondents can provide constructive input and criticism so that the services provided can be in accordance with what is expected.
