Introduction: During pregnancy in the body of a healthy woman there are physiological and psychological changes that contribute to the bearing a child and prepare the female for future labour and motherhood. In women who experience failure at the stage of fertilization or during pregnancy, as a result of prolonged negative emotional states, psycho-emotional stress develops. The aim of the research was to study the psycho-emotional state of women with infertility in history, whose pregnancy resulted from extracorporal fertilization (IVF), and to develop methods for reducing their anxiety. Materials and methods: At the first stage, the initial psycho-emotional state of 60 women in the second trimester, whose pregnancy resulted from IVF (Group I), was studied; the control group consisted of 20 healthy women with a physiological course of pregnancy (Group II). At the second stage, 10 art therapy exercises with a requestioning of pregnant women from Group I were conducted for improving their psycho-emotional state. Results: Women of Group I had a high level of both situational anxiety (SA) and the personal one (PA). The prevalent type of the psychological component of gestational dominant was anxiety and euphoric types (58.3%). In one third of women with burdened gynecological history examined mild or masked depression was diagnosed. 43 pregnant women from Group I used a method of psychocorrection – art therapy, which included colouring “antistress” pictures of perinatal topic, making flowers from paper and creating a collage of dreams. Conclusions: After the art therapy course, a high level of SA (from 46.5% to 7.0%) and OA (from 48.8% to 32.6%) decreased, the index of the optimal type of the psychological component of gestational dominant increased from 25.6% to 53.5%. The number of women without depression increased from 62.8% to 93%.

Habitual miscarriage is a stressful condition and a significant factor of frustration for married couples. The psycho-emotional state of the pregnant woman affects the course of the subsequent pregnancy and its outcome. Correction of the psychological component of habitual miscarriage is a promising direction for preventing reproductive losses. The aim of the work is to study the psychological components of miscarriage and determine the ways of their correction. Materials and methods. The level of chronic stress was studied in pregnant women with symptoms of miscarriage and a history of habitual reproductive losses (main group) based on indicators of psychoemotional state, the condition of the autonomic nervous system, and the degree of activation of stress-implementing systems. The results were evaluated with the scale PSS, PSM-25 as adapted by N. Ye. Vodopianova, Spielberger–Khanin inventory and the scale by L. D. Malkova, Baevsky index, cortisol content in the blood and urine. The pregnant women with a physiological course of pregnancy and uncomplicated history were included in the control group. Based on the fact that the etiology of habitual miscarriage is multifactorial, and the psychological component is amenable to correction, stress-protective therapy was included in the treatment complex of habitual miscarriage. To assess the effectiveness of treatment, the main group was divided into subgroups: 1 – with psychotherapy, 2 – without psychotherapy. Results. A high level of personal perception of stress, anxiety and asthenia determine the psycho-emotional state of the main group pregnant women, among whom two dominant psycho types were identified: A – a high level of anxiety and low neuropsychic resistance; B – poise and good adaptive ability against the background of stress. Non-drug stress-protective therapy in the complex of miscarriage treatment contributes to: a decrease in psycho-emotional stress in pregnant women with psycho type A – 2.6 times, anxiety level – 1.7 times, asthenia level – 2.3 times; and also: a decrease in similar indicators in pregnant women with psycho type B – 1.6 times, 3.9 times and 2.5 times, respectively (P < 0.05); a decrease in the frequency of premature termination of pregnancy by more than 11 %. Conclusions. The psychological component of miscarriage is a high level of personal perception of stress, anxiety and asthenia. Stress-protective therapy in combination with pathogenetic therapy of miscarriage improves pregnancy outcomes for the mother and the fetus. It is advisable to conduct pregravid training with the participation of a psychologist in women with a history of reproductive losses in order to overcome the psychological component of stress perception, expand adaptive potential, increase neuropsychic stability, and form a positive orientation toward pregnancy and motherhood.

Preeclampsia is a clinical manifestation of the physiological and psychological maladaptation in the pregnant woman. The objective: to determine the characteristics of the psychoemotional status of pregnant women with pre-eclampsia based on the results of psychological testing using questionnaires using the Spielberger-Khanin technique and studying the psychological component of the gestational dominant (PCGD) Dobryakov [3]. Materials and methods. The subject of this study was the results of clinical-laboratory and psychological testing of 90 women in the III trimester of pregnancy. In 50 women, moderate and severe preeclampsia was diagnosed and they were included in the main group, and 40 women with a physiological pregnancy were included in the control group. Results. Pathological subtypes of the psychological component of the gestational dominant are revealed by the method of IV. Dobryakova and an increase in anxiety level by the Spielberger-Khanin technique. The high level of anxiety, the absence of a dominant pregnancy or the presence of its pathological subtypes in the case of gestosis is both a reflection of the maladaptation of the whole organism and the woman's unwillingness to transform her stereotypes of behavior in accordance with the needs of a new condition-pregnancy and forthcoming births, Have long-term consequences even from offspring [5]. The conclusion. The necessity of psychological counseling of pregnant women and correction of the revealed violations of the period of gestation is proved. Key words: pregnancy, delivery, preeclampsia, perinatal psychology, anxiety, gestational dominant.

Abstract. This study measured the effect of emotional states on lexical decision task performance and investigated which underlying components (physiological, attentional orienting, executive, lexical, and/or strategic) are affected. We did this by assessing participants’ performance on a lexical decision task, which they completed before and after an emotional state induction task. The sequence effect, usually produced when participants repeat a task, was significantly smaller in participants who had received one of the three emotion inductions (happiness, sadness, embarrassment) than in control group participants (neutral induction). Using the diffusion model ( Ratcliff, 1978 ) to resolve the data into meaningful parameters that correspond to specific psychological components, we found that emotion induction only modulated the parameter reflecting the physiological and/or attentional orienting components, whereas the executive, lexical, and strategic components were not altered. These results suggest that emotional states have an impact on the low-level mechanisms underlying mental chronometric tasks.

The article represents the results of a prospective clinical and paraclinical examination of women with a history of infertility, pregnancy in which occurred as a result of the assisted reproductive technologies application. The objective: was to study the dynamics of pregnancy features of the psycho - emotional state and the concentration of stress-associated hormones in the serum of pregnant women after the application of assisted reproductive technologies in order to improve the tactics of antenatal care and prevention of obstetric and perinatal complications. Materials and methods. The main group consisted of 80 pregnant women with endocrine infertility, in which pregnancy occurred as a result of therapeutic cycles of ART, control – 50 first-pregnant women with spontaneous fertilization, taken in an arbitrary order of clinical, statistical and laboratory and instrumental studies. In pregnant women of the study groups, in order to determine the psycho emotional state in the screening mode, a clinical interview was conducted by filling out questionnaires that contained the Spilberger test questions in modification of Y.L. Hanina and «Test of relationof pregnant» by the method of I.V. Dobryakova. In the dynamics of pregnancy, the concentration of prolactin (PRL) and cortisol (K) was determined by the enzyme immunoassay on the Reader-MSR-1000 apparatus using test systems manufactured by Hema-Medicament (Russia). Results. Pregnant women with infertility in past history were characterized by a state of chronic stress. According to the results of the Spielberger test in modification Y .L. Hanina every second pregnant of main group had a high level of reactive and every fourth personal anxiety. Almost 90.0% of pregnant women after art are characterized by the presence of pathological PKGD, among which an alarming and depressive type was registered in every sixth and twelfth pregnant woman, respectively. The obtained data are confirmed by the results of the study of the level of K and PRL. For women with a history of infertility and pregnancy, which is the result of therapeutic cycles of ART, inherent in increasing concentrations of stress-associated hormones – cortisol and prolactin, which is one of the reasons for the complicated course of pregnancy and requires reasonable pathogenetic correction. Conclusion. For women who are pregnant as a result of the use of therapeutic cycles of art characterized by a high level of personal and reactive anxiety and PKGD, which confirm the presence of neuropsychiatric and afferent disorders. Increasing the concentration of stress-associated hormones is one of the causes of complicated pregnancy and requires a reasonable pathogenetic correction. Key words: pregnancy, infertility, assisted reproductive technologies, psychological status, cortisol, prolactin.

The objective: to study the features of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum period, fetal status and newborns in patients with a history of chronic salpingo-оophoritis.Materials and methods. Conducted a retrospective study of 150 birth histories and neonatal development maps. All patients were divided into two groups. The main group includes 100 patients with chronic salpingo-оophoritis, for which they received anti-inflammatory treatment from 1 to 3 times before pregnancy. The control group included 50 pregnant women who did not suffer from chronic salpingo-оophoritis.Results. Our analysis of pregnancy, childbirth, fetal and neonatal status in women with chronic salpingo-оophoritis indicates that such patients have a complicated obstetric and gynecological and somatic history, which forms an unfavorable basic condition of organs and systems, imperfect adaptation to pregnancy, high risk of failure of adaptive reactions. The result is a violation of the formation and development of the mother-placenta-fetus system and, as a consequence, a high level of complications during pregnancy, childbirth and perinatal pathology.Conclusion. Patients suffering from chronic salpingo-oophoritis should be considered at high risk of possible complications during pregnancy and childbirth. This category of women needs quality preconception training and careful monitoring during pregnancy.

Determining which forms of mineral feed additives can increase farm animal productivity is a key area of research. This study assessed the mineral composition of ruminal fluid and the effectiveness of calcium and phosphorus used by animals after the introduction of finely dispersed particles (FDP) of SiO2 (group I) and FeCo (group II) with a hydrodynamic radius of 109.6 ± 16.6 and 265 ± 25 nm, respectively. The deposition and use of calcium and phosphorus in the body of the experimental animals exceeded the control values. In group I, 30.8% more calcium was deposited (p ≥ 0.05), and in group II, the value was 30.3% (p ≥ 0.01). In the experimental groups, the calcium utilization rate was 27.3% higher in group I (p ≥ 0.05), and 28.2% higher in group II (p ≥ 0.01) compared to in the control. Phosphorus deposition was 34% higher (p ≤ 0.01) in experimental group I and 6% higher in experimental group II, compared with the control. Group I had a high utilization rate of phosphorus from the feed (with a 29% difference compared to the control). Comparison of the experimental groups revealed that the introduction of SiO2 FDP promoted an increase in the concentration of silicon, phosphorus, and calcium in the ruminal fluid. The introduction of FeCo FDP was accompanied by a decrease in the concentration of iron and cobalt in the ruminal fluid. Thus, the use of feed additive in finely dispersed form in the diet of animals was accompanied by an increase in the use of calcium and phosphorus by the animal’s body, which is advisable when intensifying milk and meat productivity. The obtained results require further research. Keywords: finely dispersed forms of microelements, ruminants, calcium and phosphorus exchange, feeding

Background: An in-depth study of dismetabolic mechanisms in the genesis of pre-eclampsia (PE) has been updated because pregnancy is considered as a natural model of metabolic syndrome (MS), as well as the metabolic disorders are important in development of essential hypertension.Aims: to reveal clinical and laboratory parallels in pregnancy complicated by PE without MS and pregnancy proceeding on the background of MS to assess the role of metabolic disturbances in the development of PE.Materials and methods: 82 women with MS were examined in the dynamics of pregnancy and were divided into 2 groups depending on the implementation of PE: group I consisted of 50 women with PE on the background of MS, group II 32 women with MS without PE. We formed group III consisting of 44 pregnant women with PE without accompanying diseases to assess the pathogenetic value of metabolic disorders in the development of PE. The IV (control) group consisted of 30 healthy women with physiological pregnancy. Metabolic, hematological parameters, hormones, markers of the proinflammatory state, endothelial hemostasiological dysfunction, decidualization and placental angiogenesis, accumulation dynamics and distribution loci of adipose tissue were determined in all pregnant women. Results: In the groups of pregnant women with PE, changes similar to MS were revealed: pronounced diabetic and atherogenic disorders with the development of pathological insulin resistance, hyperinsulinemia and leptinemia, endothelial-platelet link hyperactivation, thrombotic and inflammatory status, visceral type of fat deposition, hyperuricemia, hypersympathicotonia. It is proved that in the hierarchy of mechanisms of PE formation, placental dysfunction is a secondary alteration factor, which additionally potentiates the insulin resistance increase and the effects of structural and functional destabilization of the vascular endothelium. Conclusions: The direction of metabolic changes during pregnancy, the common development of PE and MS indicate the important role of dismetabolic mechanisms in the formation of PE.

This article highlights the problem of emotional perception in pedophilia (ICD-10) / pedophilia disorder (ICD-11). In present paper, emotional perception is considered as abilities of recognizing and identifying a wide range of mental states like emotions, affects, moods, feelings. The assumption about relations of alexithymia and disturbances in the recognition of emotions, perspective taking, empathy with pedophilia and regulatory mechanisms of activity verified empirically. Two groups of persons accused of sexual crimes are compared: 44 people with pedophilia, 32 people without the disorder; also 95 persons who haven't been accused were examined for the control group; as well intra-group comparison of pedophilic persons with egosyntonic and egodystonic attitude toward sexual drive was made. Contradictions of earlier studies are resolved in the result: it is shown that in pedophilia the ability of understanding emotional states remains normal at first sight (in comparison with the deficits found in the accused without pedophilia). However, the group with pedophilia is characterized by extremely high level of alexithymia and based on this the consistently conclusion is made about disturbances of emotional regulation in egosyntonic form of this disorder.

The purpose of the study was to compare the effect of feeding broiler chickens with mixtures containing raw or extruded soybean seeds on the performance indices, slaughter value and liver histology of the animals. The research began with an analysis of the chemical composition of selected high protein feeds. A nutritional experiment was then performed on 108 sexed Ross 308 chickens, which were allocated to 3 equal groups (I, II, III). The chickens were reared for 42 days with ad libitum feeding. The birds from the control group (I) received mixtures in which the only high protein component was soybean meal extracted. Extruded soybeans and raw soybeans were fed to chickens in experimental groups II and III, respectively, in quantities that replaced 30% of soybean meal extract protein in the Starter mixture and 50% of this protein in the Grower and Finisher mixtures. During the experiment, the body weight of the birds (BW) and their feed intake (FI) were recorded. At the end of rearing, 12 chicks of body weights representative of their group and sex were slaughtered in each group. The results of the slaughter analysis were used to calculate the percentage of muscles, skin with subcutaneous fat and abdominal fat in the carcass. The weights of selected internal organs were also determined, and then their proportion in the chilled carcass weight was determined. In addition, after slaughter, chicken livers were collected to assess the histological image. Raw soybean meal extrusion resulted in an increase in protein content and a decrease in crude fibre by about 10%. Quantities of individual amino acids in the analysed material were proportional to the protein content. The extrusion of full-fat soybean seeds reduced the content of trypsin inhibitors by more than a half (to 9 mg/g), but the least of these compounds (1.2 mg/g) was found in soybean meal extract. The tannin content of extruded soybeans was about one-third of that of extracted meal and less than one-fourth of that of raw soybean. It was shown that the chickens receiving extruded soybeans reached a weight similar to that of the control group, with similar FCRs for individual rearing periods, whereas the use of raw soybean significantly (P ≤ 0.01) decreased both parameters. In addition, group III had a significantly lower dressing percentage (P ≤ 0.05) and a higher proportion of abdominal fat (P ≤ 0.01) compared to the other groups. The introduction of extruded or raw soybeans into the mixtures increased (P ≤ 0.05) the proportion of total internal organs. The microscopic image revealed that all chickens had a similar, normal histological structure. The results of this study show a beneficial effect of raw soybean extrusion on the nutritional value of soybeans. Extruded soybeans can therefore be recommended as a partial substitute for protein (30% in Starter and 50% in Grower and Finisher) from soybean meal extract in chicken broiler mixtures. Raw soybeans should not be used in the above amounts, mainly because of the clearly worse rearing results....

This paper shows the results of production and chemical composition of cow’s milk on a farm MILKO-HF, Prilep, R. Macedonia with capacity of 100 cows of Holstein-Frisian breed divided into two groups (control and experimental). In control group I which was fed in a standard way of nutrition (ration used on the farm), average daily production of milk per cow ws 22.49 kg with the following chemical composition of milk: average daily content of milk fat is 3.75%, protein 3.57%, lactose 4.65%, nonfat dry matter 9.56% and total dry matter 13.31%. In experimental group II which were fed with the ration according to normatives, average daily production of milk per cow is 24.04 kg with the following chemical composition of milk: average daily content of milk fat is 3.99%, protein 3.57%, lactose 4.65%, non-fat dry matter 9.58% and total dry matter 13.57%. The obtained results show the increase in milk production for 1.55 kg-6.89% and better chemical composition of milk in the experimental group of cows. Thus, dry matter was increased from 13.31% to 13.57%-1.95%, milk fat content from 3.75% to 3.99%-6.4%, nonfat dry matter from 9.56% to 9.58%-0.21%, while the content of protein and lactose stayed on equal level. It was determined that the normed nutrition has influenced on production increase and better chemical composition of milk without unnecessary spent high level of nutrient i.e. nutrition of cows according to recommended normative.
