The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on job satisfaction mediated by job satisfaction. The object of research at PT ISS Cikarang. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula totaled 97 respondents. Data collection was carried out using google form in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that compensation has an effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects employee performance, job satisfaction is able to provide a positive influence in mediating the relationship between compensation and employee performance in PT ISS Cikarang.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of career development on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. The object of research at PT Tenma Indonesia Surya Cipta Karawang Industrial Estate. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by sampling technique with saturated samples amounted to 92 respondents. Data collection was carried out using Google Forms in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that career development has an effect on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation can have a positive influence in mediating the relationship between career development and job satisfaction in employees. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of workload on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. The object of research at PT KY Indonesia, Cikarang. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by random sampling using the Slovin formula totaled 57 respondents. Data collection is done by using google forms in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that workload affects employee performance, the workload has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, organizational commitment can have a positive influence in mediating the relationship between workload and employee performance in PT KY Indonesia.

Employees have a big role in fulfilling fluency in the field of organization. Organizations need human resources to develop their businesses. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The phenomenon of performance instability that can be seen from the achievement of the company's targets caused by lack of competence and employee work discipline and a decrease in employee job satisfaction is the background of this study. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The study sample was 83 employees. The results of this study prove the existence of a significant and positive influence on competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. For companies to have high competitiveness in the era of globalization, one of which needs to be considered in the field of human resources. This study focuses on organizational culture in implementing its performance through job satisfaction. In the current era of globalization, competitiveness between companies has been so complex that it is no longer possible for companies to ensure that companies continue to exist in the business world. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture on the organizational commitment that mediates job satisfaction. The object of research at PT Nipro Indonesia, Karawang industrial area. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. The number of samples obtained using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula is 57 respondents. The data was collected using a google form in filling out an online survey. The data analysis method used was the R-square test, Bootstrap, Path Coefficient, and specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture does not affect organizational commitment, organizational culture affects job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects organizational commitment, job satisfaction can have a positive effect in mediating the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment at PT Nipro Indonesia.

This study discusses how job satisfaction and workload affect employee performance at BT Batik Trusmi. The purpose of this study is to identify job satisfaction and workload that can affect employee performance at BT Batik Trusmi. The sampling technique used a questionnaire with a total of 80 respondents who are employees of BT Batik Trusmi. The independent variable in this study (X1) job satisfaction (X2) workload, while the dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y). The analytical test tool used is SPSS 20 multiple regression analysis method. The results are  job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance at BT Batik Trusmi, workload has a positive effect on employee performance at BT Batik Trusmi and job satisfaction and workload simultaneously have a positive influence on employee performance at BT Batik Trusmi.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, both on the direct and indirect effect on employees of favehotel Ahmad Yani Banjarmasin. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The study population was all employees of favehotel ahmad yani Banjarmasin and a sample of 67 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a path coefficient value of 0.604. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant effect on employee performance with a path coefficient value of 0.320. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a path coefficient value of 0.280. Organizational Citizenship Behavior does not mediate job satisfaction on employee performance with a direct effect value that is greater than the indirect effect.

 This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of Budget Participation on Managerial Performance, (2) Effect of Organizational Commitment on Managerial Performance, (3) Effect of Organizational Commitment to Moderate the Relationship Between Budget Participation and Managerial Performance. The research data was collected using questionnaire techniques. The number of samples in this study were 42 respondents Structural Officials at one of the private universities in Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) method, the analysis is carried out through three stages, namely outside model analysis, internal model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate the effect of budgeting participation has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, the second hypothesis shows organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, and the third hypothesis indicates that moderate organizational commitment has a positive influence and significant influence on participation participation relationships budget with managerial performance.

Every company wants high-performing human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Putra Karella Mare directly and mediation. This study uses a quantitative approach that aims to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable with another with the intention to test hypotheses that have been formulated previously. This study will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analysis method used is path analysis (PATH) using the help of the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program. The results found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive effect not significant on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance if mediated by job satisfaction

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

Good human resource management in a company not only imposes leadership power on its employees, but how a leader can also wisely receive complaints or suggestions conveyed by his employees for the common good, so that employees feel at home and comfortable while working improving employee performance is through improvements in leadership and work environment. These improvements are expected to foster job satisfaction for employees. Increased job satisfaction is also expected to have an impact on increasing the performance of employees themselves. Leadership and work environment have an influence on job satisfaction and employee performance in the finance company PT. Adira Denpasar 1 Branch, involving a number of respondents. Respondent data will be processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method through the Smart PLS 2.0 M3 program. The results found that leadership has a positive impact on job satisfaction but the relationship does not have a significant effect while the work environment has a significant and positive influence on performance, and job satisfaction has a positive impact on performance but does not have a significant effect. The results of statistical tests that show no significance are caused by indicators of lack of leaders in carrying out their roles in carrying out their duties and ordering their employees to achieve goals.
