Attendance in general is the recording of employee attendance and is one aspect of assessment in a company. The purposes of this study are finding out how employees can apply for leave and how to design and build an Android-based attendance system application. Data collection methods that used in this research include observation, interviews and literature study. The system development method that will be used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model of the Waterfall. With this system, employees and companies will be helped in the problem of absence and leave. The company will get accurate, fast and precise data in decision making.

Zidan Jaya Motor is a company that serves the sale and purchase of used motorcycles, from various brands and types of motorcycles. The problem that is often encountered is the ineffectiveness of sales services in terms of time and effort because they still use manual data collection in the company's parent book. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based used motorcycle sales application. This sales information system planning uses the SDLC (system development life cycle) development method with the PHP (hypertext markup language) programming language. This sales application makes it easy for Zidan Jaya Motor to manage goods data, sales reports, optimize services and maintain company data security. With the support of human resources and computerized information systems.

Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Namun sistem informasi yang di terapkan dalam perusahaan masih cenderung memiliki banyak kekurangan dan kelemahan dengan menggunakan buku besar, oleh karena itu perusahaan perlunya Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Lapangan Bulu Tangkis Berbasis Web Pada GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara dengan tujuan membantu dalam meningkatkan strategi  marketing brand usaha dan memakasimalkan pelayanan dengan tujuan mempermudah kinerja dalam mengolah data, mengubah data, melihat informasi jadwal lapanagan, serta data tersimpan secara otomatis dan aman. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. Pengujian sistem menggunakan Blackbox Testing..   Kata kunci: Berbasis Web, Booking, Penyewaan, Sistem Informasi, Waterfall.

The research to build Website Profile of Tenggarong Kelurahan is a study to facilitate the public to obtain complete and up-to-date information because the information is felt to be very important in decision making and in achieving goals. In addition to obtaining complete and up-to-date information, the website can also send and publish information to the wider community online. The system development method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, or better known as the system development life cycle in system engineering and software engineering, is the process of making and changing systems and the models and methodologies used to develop these systems. The long-term goal to be achieved is that it is hoped that this system will be able to publicize its activities for more up-to-date information so that the public can find out about the activities that have been carried out, ease of information on the procedures for handling correspondence in the Melayu Tenggarong village to the public at large. So that the specific target of using the Tenggarong Kelurahan website as an effective medium for delivering information can be achieved.

RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is a hospital that provides several classes of inpatient services. This hospital has 22 inpatient rooms, with a capacity of 409 beds. In the business process, there have been problems where there is no information on the display / picture of the room and bed, the facilities provided, room rates, rooms that are st ill empty and rooms that are already in use, this can result in longer service in registering inpatient care until it requires. time for 20 minutes. The research method that the authors do consists of data collection methods and systems development methods . For the data collection method the author uses the method of observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Meanwhile, the system development method that the author uses is the waterfall method with a framework of information systems built using Laravel, the database using MySQL, and for the code editing tool using sublime text. The result of this research is an information system of Dr. Inpatient Bed Room. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is website-based, the system runs according to its function based on the system test using the blacbox method

<p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>Submission of goods in an agency or organization is one important component of learning operational activities that can be done directly and indirectly. In ensuring the process of carrying out work, an organization cannot be separated from the facilities and infrastructure used to support the performance of a company, agency, organization and government. There are still many organizations that procure facilities and infrastructure that still use conventional methods starting with filing letters from the process of submitting goods to the distribution of goods. This causes the procurement process to be slow. In this study using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and literature studies. The system development method used is the Waterfall method. The results of this study are an application program for procurement of goods ranging from the process of filing the goods to the procurement approval process that can help in minimizing errors in recording the data submission of goods. This programming application was built using the php programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and MYSQL application as a database server. With this procurement programming application, the applicant's work unit does not have to make a letter and come to the facilities and infrastructure department, but it is sufficient to open this item programming application to propose the procurement of goods and can also track the submission of goods that have been rejected or accepted. This application also provides information on the status of the submission.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords </em></strong><strong><em>: </em></strong><em>Procuring, Waterfall, Infrastructure,</em><em>The Application System</em></p><p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><em>Pengajuan barang dalam suatu instansi atau organisasi merupakan salah satu komponen penting yang kegiatan operasional pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan secara langsung dan tidak langsung.</em><em> Dalam menjamin proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan,  suatu organisasi tidak lepas dari sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan dalam mendukung kinerja suatu  perusahaan, instansi, organisasi dan pemerintah. Masih banyak organisasi yang melakukan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yang masih menggunakan  cara konvensional dimulai dengan mengajukan surat dari p</em><em>roses pengajuan barang </em><em>hingga pendistribusian barang.sehingga menyebabkan proses pengadaan barang menjadi lambat</em><em>. Didalam penelitian ini  menggunakan metode  pengumpulan data  yang berupa obesrvasi, wawancara dan studi literatur.  Metode pengembangan  sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode Waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah suatu aplikasi</em><em> program pengadaan barang mulai dari </em><em>proses pengajuan barang</em><em> hingga proses persetujuan pengadaan barang yang dapat membantu dalam </em><em>meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pencatatan data pengajuan barang. Aplikasi</em><em> pemrograman</em><em> ini dibangun dengan  menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dengan framework CodeIgniter dan </em><em>aplikasi </em><em>MYSQL sebagai database server.</em><em> </em><em>Dengan adanya aplikasi </em><em>pemrograman pengadaan barang </em><em>ini </em><em>maka </em><em>unit kerja pengaju</em><em> tidak harus membuat surat dan datang ke bagian sarana dan prasarana tetapi  cukup membuka aplikasi pemrograman barang ini untuk mengajukan pengadaan barang dan juga dapat melacak proses pengajuan barang yang telah diajukan ditolak atau </em><em>diterima. </em><em>Aplikasi ini juga menyediakan informasi  terhadap </em><em>status dari pengajuan tersebut.</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci :</em></strong><em> Pembelian, Waterfall, Infrastruktur, Aplikasi, Pengadaan Barang</em>

Using various applications needs more than one authentication or user and password to login. Users in BPPT found this problem on their network application. Implementation of Single Sign On can help users to use only one authentication for many applications. Therefore a research is conducted to design and implement Single Sign On system that simplify and facilitate the user's email account to access application. Data are collected from literature study, system observation, and interviews while the design uses Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method. The research results in a Single Sign On system that utilizez Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP). In addition, Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) is managed in accordance with the needs of the institution. Single Sign On system designed runs well and is able to provide conveniences for the user to use the services of existing applications, as it provides a standard email address to the user's identity. It also helps administrators to perform control of users trying to login.

Sidoarjo is one area that deserves to be put forward. The culture of batik and textile creation is interesting to explore further. With current technological developments, making data, information and matters related to information systems is very fast to be obtained and distributed to various layers of society, various circles, and various social layers. The purpose of this study was to find out how to design and build a website-based e-catalog as a medium of information for Batik Sari Kenongo. The research method used by the author in designing a website-based e-catalog as a collection of information media at Batik Sari Kenongo includes two methods, namely data collection methods and data collection methods. system development method. The result of this research with the existence of an e-catalog information system at Batik Sari Kenongo is that it is easy and fast for visitors to get information on Batik Sari Kenongo and with the implementation of the e-catalog, it is expected to be able to attract visitors to come to Batik Sari Kenongo. The conclusion of this study is that it is easy and fast for visitors to get information on Batik Sari Kenongo. With the implementation of the e-catalog, it is hoped that it will attract visitors to come to Batik Sari Kenongo.

Pesantren Mahasiswa Internasional KH Mas Mansur (Pesma) has a shuttle facility for everyone who lives there. However, the use of the shuttle is not optimal because the ordering procedure still uses manual techniques. It contrasts with the rapid development of industry 4.0 and the mission of Pesma to get digitalization. This paper describes the effort to improve Pesma shuttle bookings by developing an application. The application is built upon the Android Studio 3.5.1 platform and uses Firebase real-time database. The development method implements the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall. The research results in an application called “Pesma Apps” that can be used by staff and mahasantri. Testing the Pesma apps, we obtained sufficiently good results where the black box testing proves that all functions work well. A usability testing using SUS with 30 respondents produces a good result at the level of 72.6, which suggests that the application is accepted.

The Rational Unified Process (RUP) method is an iterative and incremental software development method that focuses on architecture. The RUP method will be used in the development of a medical check-up information system on a Citra medical center because this method is proactively able to resolve the project risks associated with the client's evolving requirements requiring careful change request management. Less time is required for integration as the process of integration goes on throughout the software development life cycle and the development time required is less due to using of components over and over.
