PT. Toyota Motor MFG Indonesia is an automotive company producing several car line-ups. The problem found in travel administration section is inefficient time required for processing employee's official travel request. PT. Toyota Motor Mfg Indonesia requires an e-travel system to create effective and efficient process for employees and division administrators. The development method used for E-Travel web-based system is Waterfall method that consists of five stages: requirements analysis & definition, system & software design, implementation & unit testing, integration & system testing, and operation & maintenance. The system is created using PHP programming language, and UML (Unified Modelling Language) for system design modelling. The final result of this research is web-based E-Travel system that can be used to fulfil company and employee travel needs, then it can achieve the desired bigger goals. E-Travel System has data collection feature for employees who travel domestically and overseas. The system will calculate employee benefits automatically for employees who travel on business. Advantage of this system is payment of employee benefits can be done cashless and paperless to minimize excessive use of paper.

Document tracking which involves recording and monitoring the movement of documents has been a time-consuming task for staff. Dislocation and overlooking of the timeline have always been the problems in document control. An effective tool such as a web-based system is the easiest way to be implemented in the workplace. The Accreditation Document Tracking System (ADTS) is designed to monitor the movement and timeline of the document from a department to another department throughout the accreditation process efficiently. The main objective of this project is to develop a system that can track the location of a document and its status of submission at every stage. This advantageous system is developed through scrum approach, which is the most widespread agile methodology used in the industry. It offers flexibility and simplicity to the system developer in upgrading the system. Furthermore, the Unified Modelling Language (UML) is used to describe the interaction between user and proposed system. UML consists of three visual diagrams: (i) Use case diagram, (ii) activity diagram, and (iii) sequence diagram. By following each stage of the diagrams, the proposed system is able to be developed in order to achieve the objective of this project within within the university as well Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) and Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).

AbstrakPT. Gunung Berlian Nusantara merupakan pengembang perumahan yang bergerak dibidang properti yaitu penjualan rumah subsidi. Sistem penjualannya dilakukan secara kredit melalui Bank atau kredit pada developer. Pembayaran kredit developer langsung pada kantor pemasaran. Data penjualan dan pembayaran rumah diolah oleh bagian administrasi yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel dan buku administrasi. Sehingga perlu dibangun sebuah rancangan sistem administrasi perumahan untuk pengolahan data yang berbasis pemograman PHP dan basis data MySQL dengan alat bantu perancangan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Adapun metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Prototype. Dengan adanya sistem administrasi perumahan berbasis pemograman aplikasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dan mendukung kegiatan administrasi perusahaan. Kata kunci— Perumahan, PHP, MySQL, UML, Metode Prototype.  AbstractPT. Gunung Berlian Nusantara is a housing developer engaged in the sale of subsidized houses. The sales system is done on credit through the Bank or credit to the developer. Direct developer loan payments at the marketing office. Data sales and home payments are processed by administrators who still use Microsoft Office Excel and administrative books. It is necessary to build the design of residential administration system for data processing based on PHP programming and MySQL database with design tool using UML (Unified Modeling Language). System development method used is Prototype method. Management and management of data is one of the most important things for neighbor administrators, so data and information related to the notulency, attendance, financial and assets must be accessed quickly and precisely. RT 07 Hamlet Manggung is the government line that is closest to the Community. Currently the recording of data for Notulency, attendance, family cards and assets is still Manual and has not used any technology that improves effectiveness in data management pillars Neighbors. This system is built using Unified Software Development development method process (USDP), with the Unified Modelling Language (UML) modelling. In the inception phase all RT management data related to system requirements, elaboration phase is done to expand management system concept that already formed in phase inception, phase contruction done making management system, and in the transition phase is done to expand the system. Management. This maturation needs to be done to analyse whether the information system that has been made according to user needs. Then the system is built with the language PHP programming and MySQL databases using the Laravel framework, once it is done test system using alpha test and beta test.

PT. Bank BRI Syariah menyadari betapa pentingnya mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dalam hal mengoptimalkan penyimpanan, pengolahan dan presentasi data dalam bentuk digital. Salah satu contohnya adalah proses pemetaan denah gedung yang dimiliki oleh PT. Bank BRI Syariah. Dengan adanya pemetaan denah dalam bentuk digital dapat memberikan fleksibilitas dari segi pengaksesan dan penyajian informasi yang sangat efektif. Dalam menjawab hal tersebut, maka dibangunlah aplikasi pemetaan gedung yang merupakan web based application. Aplikasi pemetaan gedung ini dibangun dengan menggunakan PHP dengan framework Laravel. Database yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Software penghubung antara aplikasi dan  database adalah webserver Xampp. Dalam proses pemodelan perancangan sistem informasi ini, menggunakan model prototype yang digambarkan dengan Unified Modelling Language (UML).

Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) termasuk kedalam pelayanan masyarakat yang ada di Kepolisian, akan tetapi pembuatan SKCK ini belum memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, padahal pelayanan pembuatan SKCK ini berkaitan dengan masyarakat luas. SKCK  berguna untuk mengetahui identitas yang valid tentang jati diri seseorang, serta digunakan sebagai salah satu syarat melamar pekerjaan, melanjutkan pendidikan, atau alat untuk kebutuhan yang lain kemudian SKCK juga digunakan untuk menerangkan bahwa orang yang bersangkutan tidak memiliki catatan atau keterlibatan dalam kegiatan kriminal. Pada penelitian ini dirancang suatu sistem berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model waterfall (air terjun). Harapannya dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini dapat membantu Polsek Kotabaru dalam melayani masyarakat dalam pembuatan SKC, perpanjangan waktu SKCK dan juga dapat memudahkan dalam pengelolaan dan pengolahaan data masyarakat yang terlibat ataupun tidak terlibat dalam kegiatan kriminal. Police Note Certificate (SKCK) is included in the community service in the Police, but the making of this SKCK has not maximized the use of information and communication technology, even though the SKCK making service is related to the wider community. SKCK is useful for knowing a valid identity about a person's identity, and is used as a condition for applying for a job, continuing education, or a tool for other needs. SKCK is also used to explain that the person concerned has no record of or involvement in criminal activities. In this study, a web-based system was designed using the waterfall model software development method (waterfall). The expectation is that the creation of this information system can help the Kotabaru Police in serving the community in making SKC, extending the SKCK time and also making it easier to manage and process data for people who are or are not involved in criminal activities.

Geographic Information System ia a geospatial software system that has the ability to build, store, manage and display geo-referenced information, for example data that is identified by location. By using GIS, it is expected that it will be easier for prospective students and students to find out the location of boarding houses that are located around the campus of Mulawarman University. The system development method uses the waterfall method. While the system design method uses UML (Unified Modelling Language) to visualize, determine, develop and document a software system. The algorithm used in this study uses the haversine formula which will later help to find the nearest boarding house location around the campus of Mulawarman University, the haversine formula will produce the shortest distance between two points, for example on a ball taken from the longitude and latitude. The result of this study will disply detailed boarding location information, besides that on this geograpihic information system the user will later be able to see the details of boarding and admin data can change, add data to the boarding owner and be technically responsible for the running of the application, while the boarding owner is only responsible on managing boarding data on their respective users.

Futsal sports have developed and are popular in Indonesia. Sumber Jaya Futsal is one of the providers of futsal field rental business in Tangerang. Sumber Jaya Futsal currently does not have a web-based system, the system for leasing futsal fields in Sumber Jaya Futsal is still conventional, where customers come directly or by calling to find out the schedule of available futsal fields. The rental transaction scheduling and report system is still using a notebook. Based on the problem, the purpose of this research is to produce a draft web application for futsal field rental at Sumber Jaya Futsal Tangerang. In this study to collect data the author uses case studies with methods of observation and literature. The design of this web application is made using the PHP programming language, assisted by xampp as a web server, MySQL for database management, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and LRS (Logical Record Structure) to describe the data model. While the author's software development method uses the Waterfall Method.

Communication between members of the community within the Neighborhood Association (RT) is often hampered due to the activities of each resident, making it difficult for the residents to share important information with each other. This study aims to build a mobile-based application as a communication medium for citizens in the RT environment. The research method used is the waterfall system development method which includes requirements analysis and definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. The results show that the mobile-based E-Warga Application can be used as a communication medium for citizens. The mobile-based E-Warga application helps the public to share important information, access various services and information needed.

Bidikmisi is a scholarship provided by Indonesian Government. This scholarship is for outstanding studentscoming from poor family. The importance of this scholarship is for the sustainability of education inIndonesia and it needs a system to support it. This paper discusses the development of BidikmisiInformation System Web and Android Based. The design tool was by using Unified Modelling Language(UML). The software equipment implementation was web based using Lavarel framework aiming forregistration data validation. While android application is aimed for the supporting aid when visitation. Theresults of the examination obtain 45,86% data of the registrants are invalid.
