The aim of this research is nalyze foreign direct investment (FDI) from 2000 to 2017. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression with panel data method by testing hypotheses namely F test, t-test, and Determination Coefficient R2. The software used in the analysis of this study was Eviews 9. The finding of the study denotes that all of influence of GDP growth, Trade Openness, Interest Rate and Inflation gave influence toward on Foreign Direct Invesment with a probability value of 0,0000. While individually, The country of Myanmar has the highest intercept inversely proportional to Malaysia which has the smallest intercept. While individually GDP growth and Trade Openness has a positive and significant effect on Foreugn Direct Invesment, Interest Rate and inflation has a negative and significant effect on Forign Direct Invesment.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and job promotions on employee job satisfaction at PT. Permata Jaga Karya, Denpasar. The number of research samples were 84 employees. Determination of the sample using saturated or census means that all employees are respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23.0. The results of the analysis showed that compensation had a significant positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Permata Jaga Karya, Denpasar, this is evidenced by the value of the coefficient B for X1 is positive and the significant value of t (X1) <0.05. Similarly, promotion has a significant positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Permata Jaga Karya, Denpasar, this is evidenced by the value of the coefficient B X2 is positive and the significant value of t (X2) <0.05.

This study aims to determine the Effect of advertising, perceptions and consumer knowledge on product purchases at PT. Javas Tripta Mandala. The analytical tool used is tabulating the questionnaire, collecting data in the form of validity and reliability tests. The hypothesis in this study is the Effect of advertising, perceptions and knowledge of consumers on product purchases to test this hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of the research instrument obtained based on the validity test showed that all questions in the questionnaire were declared valid. To test the reliability of all variables, the Cronbach’s Alpha value is obtained> 0.6, so it is declared reliable. Hypothesis testing based on the F test, t test and Adjusted R2 shows that there is a significant effect of advertising, perceptions and consumer knowledge on product purchases.

Ryerson University does not have a means to gauge electricity consumption for half of their campus buildings. The installation of utility meters is outside of the University’s budget, a situation that may be similar across other academic institutions. A multiple linear regression approach to estimating consumption for academic buildings is an ideal tool that balances performance and utility. Using 80 buildings from Ryerson University and the University of Toronto, significant building characteristics were identified (from a selection of 18 variables) that show a strong linear relationship with electricity consumption. Four equations were created to represent the diversity in size of academic buildings. Tested using cross-validation, the coefficient of variation of the RMSE for all models was 33%, with a range of error between 20% and 43%. The models were highly successful at modeling electricity consumption at Ryerson University with an average error of 14.8% for five building clusters. Using metered data from each cluster, raw estimates for individual buildings were adjusted to improve accuracy.
